Az orosz hadsereg szerdára virradó éjjel ismét hatalmas légitámadást hajtott végre Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúrája ellen hat megyében – közölte Herman Haluscsenko energetikai miniszter a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Haluscsenko azt írta: „Az ellenség nem adja fel tervét, hogy megfossza az ukránokat az áramellátástól. Újabb hatalmas támadás érte az energiaipart.” Mint jelezte, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Zaporizzsja, Lemberg, Ivano-Frankivszk és Vinnica megyékben a villamosenergia-termelő és -átviteli létesítményeket támadták. A következmények tisztázása folyamatban van. Az energetikai szakemberek már dolgoznak a helyreállításon – tette hozzá.
„Az ellenség meg akar fosztani minket annak lehetőségét, hogy elegendő mennyiségű áramot termeljünk és továbbítsunk” – emelte ki a miniszter, arra kérve az ukránokat, hogy takarékoskodjanak az árammal, különösen a reggeli és esti órákban.
Ivan Fedorov, a Zaporizzsja Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője a térség kritikus és civil infrastrukturális létesítményekbe történt becsapódásokról számolt be. „Pusztítás van. Áldozatokról egyelőre nincsenek információk” – közölte a katonai kormányzó.
Az Ukrenerho szerda reggel áramkimaradásokról számolt be 5 megyében: Vinnica, Zaporizzsja, Ivano-Frankivszk, Kirovohrad és Poltava térségében. Az áramtermelő létesítményekben károk keletkeztek. A központi régió egyik létesítményében megsérültek a berendezések.

Az orosz megszállók szerdára virradó éjjel Kinzsal hiperszonikus rakétákkal támadtak Lemberg térségében két járás energetikai létesítményeit – közölte Makszim Kozickij, a Lemberg Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A katonai megyevezető közlése szerint hajnali 5:00 óra körül a megszállók cirkálórakétákkal eltalálták a cservonohradi járási hőerőművet. Tűz ütött ki két gócponttal. A tűzoltók a becsapódás helyszínén dolgoznak, speciális eszközöket bevetve. Az erőmű közelében élők nincsenek veszélyben.
A katonai kormányzó azt is jelezte, hogy támadás következtében a sztriji járásban egy kritikus energiainfrastruktúra-létesítmény megrongálódott. A MiG-31K orosz gépek felszállása miatt 06:27 órakor bejelentett légiriadó alatt a megszállók Kinzsal hiperszonikus rakétákkal támadták Lemberg megyét. A kritikus és a lakossági infrastruktúra nem érintett.
Kozickij hozzátette, hogy a reggel 8:20 órára rendelkezésre álló információk szerint nem voltak áldozatai vagy sérültjei a Lemberg megyében történt hajnali támadásnak. Minden létfontosságú rendszer normálisan működik.

Oroszország három ukrán térségben támadott energetikai létesítményeket szombaton, legalább egy ember megsérült – közölte Herman Haluscsenko ukrán energiaügyi miniszter.
Az energiaügyi miniszter azt mondta, az orosz csapások a közép-ukrajnai Dnyipropetrovszk régiót, valamint Lemberg és Ivano-Frankivszk nyugati térségeit célozták.
Szerhij Liszak, Dnyipropetrovszk megye kormányzója Telegram csatornáján közölte, hogy Dnyipróban és Krivij Rihben megsérült több energetikai infrastrukturális létesítmény és több helyről tüzet is jelentettek, Krivij Rihben pedig jelenleg fennakadások vannak a vízellátásban.
Hozzátette, hogy az ukrán légvédelem 13 orosz rakétát lelőtt hajnalban.
Ukrajna legnagyobb magán energiavállalata, a DTEK azt közölte, hogy négy hőerőművét érte támadás, több berendezésben komoly károk keletkeztek, a támadás következményeinek felszámolása jelenleg is tart. A cég szerint a hajnali támadásnak voltak áldozatai is, de erről részleteket nem közölt.
Ukrajna hőtermelésének mintegy 80 százalékát és vízenergia-kapacitásának 35 százalékát veszítette el az orosz invázió kezdete óta.
Az elmúlt hetek enyhe tavaszi időjárása ellenére az országban villamosenergia-hiány alakult ki, a kormánynak több térségben ütemezett áramszünetet kellett bevezetnie, és külföldről kellett importálnia áramot.

Oroszország megváltoztatta az Ukrajna energia-infrastruktúrája elleni támadási taktikáját, és a károk súlyosabbak lettek, mint a 2022–2023-as hatalmas csapások idején voltak – közölte hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál a The Financial Times című brit lapra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az újság megállapította, hogy a hatalmas támadások helyett az orosz terroristák a kevésbé védett régiókban lévő erőművek elleni nagy pontosságú rakétákkal való csapásokra összpontosítottak. Egy részüket csak a következő télre állítják helyre. Ukrán illetékesek szerint az Oroszország által okozott kár nem olyan nagy, de rosszabb, mint 2022–2023 telén volt – áll a cikkben. Március 22-29-én az ellenség hét hőerőművet, valamint két vízerőművet támadott. Az oroszok ugyanakkor nem nyúlnak Kijev energetikai létesítményeihez, hiszen a főváros az egyik legjobb légvédelmi rendszerrel rendelkezik.
„Ukrajna nem közölt részleteket az egyes erőművekben keletkezett károk mértékéről, de a tisztviselők azt mondták, hogy néhány közülük, köztük az orosz határhoz közeli Harkiv megyében lévő, szinte teljesen megsemmisült” – tette hozzá a lap.
Makszim Timcsenko, a DTEK konszern vezérigazgatója a brit kiadványnak elmondta: jelenleg az a fő cél, hogy októberig a lehető legtöbb erőművet helyreállítsák. Megjegyezte, hogy a konszern a termelés mintegy 80 %-át elveszítette a csapások következtében, és 5 hőerőmű kénytelen volt leállítani a működését. Azt is jelezte, hogy jelenleg a megsérült erőművek legalább 50 %-ának helyreállítását tervezik, amennyiben további támadások nem következnek be. Ugyanakkor, ha nem lenne a meleg idő és az Európai Unióból érkező energiaimport, Ukrajnában még a tavalyinál is nagyobb kiesések lennének.
Tymcsenko kifejtette, hogy tavaly a terrorista ország egész Ukrajnában támadta az erőműveket és a transzformátorokat, mára azonban bizonyos régiókban rakétákat céloznak az erőművekre, hogy „teljesen megsemmisítsék őket, mert rövid időn belül lehetetlen helyreállítani”.

Az Odessza megye elleni szombat hajnali orosz támadás során találat ért egy olajraktárt, és elektromos hálózatok is megsérültek – közölte az Energetikai Minisztérium a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a minisztérium jelezte: „Éjszaka az ellenség légitámadása következtében egy energetikai létesítmény – egy olajraktár – megsérült. A csapás következtében elektromos hálózatok is megrongálódtak.”

Zaporizzsja megyében egy drón lezuhanása miatt megszakadt egy felsővezeték. Áramszünet nem volt. Donyeck megyében a támadás következtében 12 településen csaknem 21 ezer előfizető maradt áram nélkül.

Jelenleg több mint 20 házkutatást tartanak egyidőben Ukrajna különböző régióiban az energetikai infrastruktúrával való visszaélések ügyében – jelentette be kedden az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat sajtószolgálata.
„Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat munkatársai a Legfőbb Ügyészség eljárási irányítása mellett nyomozást folytat az ukrán energetikai infrastruktúra helyreállításával kapcsolatos visszaélések miatt korábban megindított büntetőeljárások keretében. Jelenleg több mint 20 házkutatás van folyamatban Ukrajna több régiójában,” – áll a közleményben. A Biztonsági Szolgálat megjegyezte, hogy minden intézkedés „a hatályban lévő jogszabályoknak megfelelően történik”.
Az Interfax-Ukraine ügynökség számára ismertté vált, ezek a házkutatások összefüggenek Olekszandr Lomako, Csernihiv ideiglenesen kinevezett polgármesterénél tartott házkutatásokkal.
Lomako korábban arról számolt be, hogy kedden reggel házkutatást tartottak otthonában. Elmondása szerint a Biztonsági Szolgálat azt állítólag a kijevi Sevcsenko Kerületi Bíróság határozata alapján végezte.

Herman Haluscsenko energiaügyi miniszter tájékoztatása szerint a háború kezdete óta az ellenség 271 alkalommal támadta az energetikai létesítményeket. Hozzátette, hogy vannak olyan objektumok, amelyek teljese megsemmisültek, s nem lehet őket helyreállítani.
2022. október 10. és 2023. március 9. között minden nap érte támadás az energiaszektort. Az országban jelenleg is zajlik a legnagyobb javítási és karbantartási kampány, melynek célja, hogy a fűtési szezon kezdete előtt a legtöbb létesítményt helyreállítsák.
A Világbank 11 milliárd dollárra becsülte az ukrán energiaipar veszteségét, de Haluscsenko szerint ez nem végleges, mivel a rakétázás folytatódik, és a teljes veszteség már meghaladja ezt a számot.
