Ukrajnában 610 településen szünetel az áramszolgáltatás a rossz időjárás és az ellenségeskedés miatt, áramszolgáltatási korlátozást egyik régióban sem alkalmaznak. Erről december 17-én számolt be az Energiaügyi Minisztérium.

A jelentés szerint Ukrajnában vasárnap a rossz időjárás, a harcok és a technológiai problémák miatt 926 településen nincs áram, a fennakadások leginkább a nyugati megyéket érinti – közölte az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál az Energetikai Minisztérium sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a nyugat-ukrajnai megyékben továbbra is kedvezőtlen időjárási viszonyok uralkodnak. A heves havazás és a viharos szél miatt 504 településen nincs áram. A legtöbb áramkimaradás a Lemberg, Ternopil, Hmelnickij és Ivano-Frankivszk megyékben van. A hibaelhárító brigádok továbbra is fokozott ütemben dolgoznak. A harcok és technológiai gondok miatt 422 településen szünetel az áramszolgáltatás.
A minisztérium hozzátette, hogy jelenleg Lemberg megyében van a legtöbb áram nélküli fogyasztó, nevezetesen 388 településen több mint 41 ezer. Ugyanakkor jelenleg a villamosenergia-rendszer helyzete az országban ellenőrzés alatt áll. A háztartási fogyasztók esetében ütemezett áramszünetek alkalmazása nem várható.
Nyugat-Ukrajnában a vihar 497 településen idézett elő áramkimaradásokat. A legtöbb áramszünet Lemberg, Ivano-Frankivszk, Ternopil és Hmelnickij megyékben volt.

Ukrajnában 633 településen nincs áram a rossz időjárás és harci cselekmények miatt, közölte november 30-án az Energiaügyi Minisztérium.
A Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) adatai szerint az eső, a havas eső és a széllökések miatt kilenc régióban 191 településen nincs áram: Odessza – 109, Szumi – 49, Donyeck – 19, Kijev – 4, Cserkaszi – 4 , Kirovohrad – 2, Mikolajiv – 2, Zaporizzsja – 1 és Dnyipropetrovszk – 1. Az Oblenerho brigádjai az áramellátás helyreállításán dolgoznak.
További 442 településen nincs áram a harcok és a technológiai jogsértések miatt Szumi, Donyeck, Csernyihiv, Zaporizzsja, Harkiv és Herszon régiókban.

A kedd délelőtti állapotok szerint Ukrajnában 10 ember vesztette életét a rossz időjárás miatt, további 23-an megsérültek, köztük gyerekek – közölte Ihor Klimenko belügyminiszter a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.

További 23 ember megsérült, köztük 2 gyerek.” A miniszter a viharos időjárás következményeinek felszámolásáról is tájékoztatott. A A Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának egységei 254 alkalommal vettek részt segítségnyújtásban. 849 járművet vontattak, köztük 24 autóbuszt és 17 mentőautót. 2498 személynek, köztük 162 gyermeknek nyújtottak segítséget.
Mikolajiv megyében a katasztrófavédők 66 alkalommal vonultak ki helyszínekre, 144 személygépkocsit vontattak. Továbbra is nehézkes a forgalom egyes útszakaszokon. A térségben 2 ember meghalt, további 2 megsérült.
Mikolajiv és Kirovohrad megyékben 8 autóút továbbra is le van zárva a forgalom elől. Ukrajna 11 megyéjében 411 település van elzárva a külvilágtól. Összesen 1530 járművet vontak ki a hó fogságából.
Állami és regionális szinten az időjárás következményeinek felszámolását irányító központok működnek.

Bulgáriában a tél viharos beköszöntével százezrek maradtak áramszolgáltatás nélkül, a hétvégi heves havazások és széllökések következtében megsérült vezetékeket életveszély miatt nem lehetett gyorsan megjavítani – közölték hétfőn a bolgár áramszolgáltató vállalatok.
A legsúlyosabban érintett térségek Bulgária északi, illetve északkeleti régiói, ahol több helyen is fenntartották az előző nap elrendelt veszélyhelyzetet.
Számos településen az ivóvíz-szolgáltatás megszakadt, és helyenként a mobiltelefonhálózat is akadozik.
Az érintett régiókban iskolai szünetet hirdettek.
A hó és a fák leszakadt ágai miatt több vidéki út járhatatlanná vált. Vasárnap Várna és Szófia között a vasúti közlekedés is megszakadt a megrongálódott vezetékek miatt.
Ideiglenesen le kellett zárni több átjárót is a Balkán-hegységben, a várnai repülőtéren töröltek több nemzetközi járatot, míg a szófiai repülőtéren a járatokat csak késve tudták indítani – írta az Independent.
Heves hóviharok tomboltak Romániában és Moldovában is, ahol egy ember meghalt és több száz település maradt áram nélkül.

A Koinu tájfun heves esőzéssel és erős széllökésekkel érte el pénteken a dél-kínai Kuangtung tartományt, miután az elmúlt napokban végigsöpört Tajvanon.
A napokig Tajvanon tomboló 4-es kategóriájú Koinu tájfun – amely japánul kiskutyát jelent – miatt egy ember életét vesztette, több százan megsérültek és több épület, közút megrongálódott a szigeten, ahol a katasztrófavédelem már megkezdte a helyreállítási munkálatokat.
A tajvani hatóságok tájékoztatása szerint az óránként akár 212 kilométeres széllökéseket is okozó tájfun miatt csaknem 5000 ember otthona rongálódott meg, a kikötőben 70 hajó süllyedt el vagy sérült meg és két iskola épülete szinte teljesen összedőlt, a légiközlekedés pedig még mindig szünetel.
A kínai meteorológiai központ szerint több mint 300 milliméter csapadék is hullhat Kuangtung tartományra, és a harmadik legmagasabb szintű, sárga riasztást adta ki a tájfun miatt.
Kuangtungban már több kompjáratot leállítottak az óránkénti 144 kilométeres széllökésekkel tomboló vihar miatt, és figyelmeztették a turistákat hogy maradjanak távol a tengerparti üdülőhelyektől.
Szakértők szerint a tájfun péntek este Kína déli partvidéke felé veszi az irányt, ahol már erős trópusi viharrá szelídül.
Tajvant és Kína déli részét hetek óta sújtják a szélsőséges időjárási jelenségek, szeptember elején a Haikui tájfun okozott kíméletlen viharokat, földcsuszamlásokat és haláleseteket Kínában.
