Az Ilosvai rendőrség letartóztatott két kiskorút és idősebb társukat, akiket lopással gyanúsítanak.
A hatóságokhoz bejelentés érkezett egy nagyrákóci nyugdíjastól, aki elmondta, hogy házából eltűnt közel 50 ezer hrivnya. A helyszínre kiérkezett az operatív csoport, akik megállapították, hogy a bűntettet kamaszok követték el. Megkérték az idős nőt, hogy adja nekik az udvarán lévő, használaton kívüli vastárgyakat. Az Odessza megyei ügyészség meggyanúsította és felfüggesztette állásából az izmaili szakosított gyermekotthon igazgatóját, Viktor Procenkót, aki a gyanú szerint megerőszakolt és megrontott három 5 és 7 éves kor közötti kislányt – adta hírül szombaton az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
Mint Irina Kovalenko, az Odessza megyei ügyészség sajtószóvivője a médiának elmondta, a lefolytatott nyomozás verziója szerint Viktor Procenko, a gyermekotthon igazgatója 2018 júniusa és 2020 augusztusa között rendszeresen a hivatali szobájába vitte a három, öt és hét év közötti kislányt játszás, rajzfilmnézés, édességnassolás ürügyén. A nyomozók szerint a szakértői vizsgálatok eredményei alapot képeznek a férfi meggyanúsításához – tette hozzá.
A bíróság hamarosan dönt a Procenkóval szemben foganatosított intézkedés módjáról. Az ügyészség azonban ragaszkodik a gyermekotthon igazgatójának őrizet alá helyezéséhez. Ha a férfi bűnössége bebizonyosodik, 10 év szabadságvesztéssel lesz sújtható.

Megerőszakoltak egy 14 éves lányt egy koronavírus ellátó központban Indiában – írja a CNN alapján a 24.hu.
A feltételezett elkövető egy 19 éves fiú, aki szintén fertőzött. Korábban nem ismerte az áldozatot.
A rendőrség július 16-án vette nyilvántartásba az esetet, mikor a lány családja feljelentést tett. Az ő vallomásából derült ki, hogy a nemi erőszak közben az elkövető 20 éves barátja az ajtó előtt őrködött, egy ponton pedig a mobiljával videóra vette az aktust.
Parvinder Singh, újdelhi rendőrfőnök-helyettese elmondta, a két gyanúsítottat letartóztatták, és mivel fertőzöttek, rendőri őrizet alatt egy állami kórházba szállították őket. A lányt közben egy másik kórházba vitték.
Az ügyben kiskorú elleni szexuális erőszak vádjában indult eljárás.

A Gyulai Rendőrkapitányság új pszichoaktív anyaggal való visszaéléssel gyanúsít egy kétegyházi férfit – írja a police.hu.
A 33 éves férfi a nyomozás eddigi adatai szerint 2019 októberétől árulhatott tiltott bódító hatású szert. A gyanú szerint többször is előfordult, hogy a 10 éves gyermekét kérte meg, adja át a vevőnek a kért mennyiséget.
A magyar rendőrök 2020. június 10-én reggel kétegyházi otthonában elfogták a férfit, és olyan pénzt is lefoglaltak tőle, ami a drogok értékesítéséből származhat. Az elfogását megelőző napon a kétegyházi férfi egyik vásárlójánál olyan zacskókat találtak, amelyeken valószínűleg új pszichoaktív anyag maradványai vannak.
A 33 éves férfit őrizetbe vették, és nemcsak új pszichoaktív anyaggal való visszaéléssel gyanúsítják, hanem kiskorú veszélyeztetésével is.
A nyomozók még vizsgálják, hogy a férfivel együtt élő nőnek, a gyermek édesanyjának volt-e szerepe a bűncselekményekben.

Április 11-én a hatóságok emberkereskedelem elleni küzdelemmel foglalkozó osztályának munkatársai és a beregszászi rendőrkapitányság dolgozói közösen tartóztattak le egy férfit a beregszászi járási Nagybégányban.
A férfi ellen indult nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a 22 éves fiatalember fiatalkorú lányokat kényszerített prostitúcióra. A bűnöző fenyegette és fizikailag is bántalmazta a két – 15 és 16 éves – munkácsi járási lányt, a „szolgáltatásokért” kapott fizetséget teljes mértékben kisajátította.

A tizenhárom éves fiú egy pokolgépes merényleteket tervező nemzetközi neonáci csoportot irányított egy észtországi kisvárosból – hozta nyilvánosságra szombaton a helyi sajtó.
Feuerkrieg Division néven működő csoport robbantásos merényletet tervezett a Las Vegas-i zsinagógánál és egy nagy amerikai hírcsatorna ellen is.
Harrys Puusepp, az észt elhárítás szóvivője arról adott tájékoztatást, hogy a rendőrség még január elején szállt ki egy helyszínre, mert veszélyforrásként azonosították a Feuerkrieg Division egyik résztvevőjét és „felfüggesztették részvételét” a szervezetben. Puusepp csak annyit árult el, hogy 14 év alatti gyanúsítottról van szó, így büntetőjogilag nem lehet felelősségre vonni, más eszközökkel kellett fellépniük. Kiemelte a helyi hatóságok és szülök szerepét.
Az Eesti Ekspress című észt lap azt írja, hogy a Feuerkrieg Division tagjai a Wire nevű appon keresztül kommunikáltak egymással és egy ilyen beszélgetés kiszivárgott leiratából az derül ki, hogy a magát a csoport alapítójának nevező, Commander, vagyis Parancsnok felhasználó nevet használó tag Észtország legnagyobb szigetén, Saaremaán él. Az Eesti Ekspress azt írja, hogy a Parancsnok egy 13 éves fiú, aki valójában nem tekinthető a decentralizáltan működő csoport vezetőjének, de kulcsszerepe volt a Feuerkrieg Division működésében.
A Rágalmazásellenes Liga (ADL) nevű szervezet szerint a Feuerkrieg Division rasszok közötti háború kirobbantását tartja kívánatosnak és az elképzelhető legszélsőségesebb rasszista nézeteket terjeszti. Oren Segal, az ADL extremizmuskutatója arra mutatott rá, hogy a gyerekek sokszor nemcsak célpontjai a rasszista csoportoknak, hanem működtetnek is ilyeneket, mert rabul ejti őket, hogy befogadja őket egy közösség, amelyre aztán jelentős befolyással is lehetnek.
A Feuerkrieg Division ügyében az amerikai Szövetségi Nyomozó Iroda (FBI) is nyomozott, mert a csoporttal felvette a kapcsolatot egy olyan férfi is, aki később gyújtóbombát akart dobni az ADL egyik irodájára, valamint egy zsinagógára is. Bűnösnek vallotta magát, jelenleg az ítélethirdetésre vár. Egy másik amerikai férfi, aki szintén kapcsolatban állt az észt fiú csoportjával, a CNN amerikai hírtelevízió ellen akart pokolgépes merényletet elkövetni.
A Feuerkrieg Division tagjainak üzenetváltásaiból arra lehet következtetni, hogy a többi tagnak fogalma sem volt arról, hogy a Parancsnok egy 13 éves fiú. A Parancsnokot egyébként az ADL úgy azonosította, hogy a csoportnak küldött egyik üzenetéből a fiú lakóhelye és az egyik legnagyobb internetes videójátékáruházban használt azonosítója visszakereshetővé vált.

Egy munkácsi járási elhagyatott gyár épületében egy 15 éves, eszméletét vesztett kamaszfiúra bukkantak a rendőrök. Kiderült az is, hogy a gyereket meglopta két falubelije. A tetteseket már előállították, az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult.
Április 6-án a hatóságokhoz bejelentés érkezett egy 15 éves fiú eltűnéséről. Édesanyja elmondta, hogy fia délután 5 óra körül biciklin ment el hazulról, s azóta teljesen megszakadt vele a kapcsolat. Családtagjai megpróbálták megkeresni, azonban mivel nem jártak sikerrel, értesítették a rendőrséget.
A kamaszt kijevi idő szerint hajnali 3-kor találták meg egy elhagyatott gyár területén – eszméletlenül. A rendőrök azonnal elsősegélyben részesítették, majd kihívták a mentőszolgálatot. A fiatalt jelenleg a megyei gyermekkórház intenzív osztályán kezelik.
Az információk szerint a fiú súlyos sérüléseit egy 30 és 34 éves tolvaj okozta, akik eltulajdonították az áldozat biciklijét és arany nyakláncát, majd magára hagyták az ájult gyereket.
A tetteseket előállították, a vizsgálatok az ügyben megkezdődtek. A férfiakra maximum 5 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés várhat – közölte a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.
