Az Utolsó Nemzedék klímaaktivistái okoztak fennakadást a hamburgi és a düsseldorfi repülőtéren csütörtökön, miután a biztonsági kerítést átvágva bejutottak a létesítmények területére, és az aszfalthoz ragasztották magukat – közölték a hatóságok.

A hamburgi repülőtér üzemeltetői a Twitteren azt írták: megszakadt a járatüzemeltetés, mert illetéktelenek tartózkodnak a reptér üzemi területén. Az Utolsó Nemzedék elmondta: az aktivisták a biztonsági kerítésen át jutottak be a létesítménybe.
Egy rendőrségi szóvivő szerint a repülőtéren reggel hat óta szünetel a járatüzemeltetés, miután kilenc ember bejutott a létesítmény területére, és közülük nyolcan az aszfalthoz ragasztották magukat. Az aktivistákat a rendőrség megpróbálja eltávolítani a területről.
A hamburgi repülőtér tájékoztatása szerint körülbelül tucatnyi járatot töröltek, és nem zárható ki, hogy a nap folyamán további fennakadások lesznek. Az Utolsó Nemzedék akciója egybeesett az iskolai nyári szünet kezdetével.
Ezzel egy időben a düsseldorfi repülőtéren is hasonló akcióra került sor. Itt hét aktivista okozott fennakadást, miután hozzáragasztották magukat a futópályához. A klímaaktivisták itt is a biztonsági kerítésen keresztül jutottak be a repülőtér területére. Tevékenységükkel jelentős fennakadásokat okoztak a reptér üzemeltetésében.
Az Utolsó Nemzedék a Twitteren jelezte: a német kormány klímaválság területén megmutatkozó cselekvésképtelensége és törvényszegése ellen tiltakoznak.
A klímaaktivisták korábban számos figyelemfelkeltő akciót szerveztek, és többször ragasztották magukat az aszfalthoz forgalmas területeken, vagy dobáltak meg étellel és itallal híres műalkotásokat.

A két BMW teljesen kiégett, személyi sérülés nem történt. A müncheni tűzoltók meg tudták akadályozni, hogy a tűz átterjedjen az épületre.
Radikális klímavédők egy csoportja vállalta a felelősséget két vadonatúj – egy dízel és egy elektromos – BMW X5 felgyújtásáért. A két autó egy müncheni autókereskedés területén állt, a tűzoltókat hajnali fél ötkor riasztották a gyújtogatás miatt.
Mire kiértek, a SUV-ok már teljesen kiégtek. Személyi sérülés nem történt. A tűzoltóknak sikerült megakadályozniuk, hogy a tűz átterjedjen a cég épületére, csak a lépcsőház két üvegtáblája tört szét a hőtől. A rendőrség szerint más járművek is megrongálódtak, az anyagi kárt több mint 100 ezer euróra becsülik.
A klímavédők tettüket „első reakciónak” nevezték arra, „ahogyan az állami hatóságok kezelik a klímatüntetéseket” – ez alatt azt értik, hogy a radikális akcióiról elhíresült Letzte Generation (Utolsó generáció, LG) ellen bűnszervezet létrehozásának gyanújával folyik nyomozás Bajorországban. Ennek keretében a bajor hatóságok hónapokig lehallgatták radikális klímaaktivisták és újságírók telefonbeszélgetéseit.
Tavaly december 13-án a rendőrség és az ügyészség – amely közszolgáltatás megzavarása és bűnszervezet alapításának gyanúja miatt nyomoz az LG ellen – országszerte 11 aktivista lakásán tartott házkutatást. Idén májusban pedig a hatóságok hét tartományban az LG összesen 15 ingatlanát kutattak át, és a szervezet bankszámláit is lefoglalták.
A városok és repülőterek forgalmát blokádokkal akadályozó, önmagukat az aszfalthoz vagy műtárgyakhoz ragasztó akcióiról elhíresült szervezet a klímavédelem extrém értelmezéséből indul ki, szerintük már néhány éven belül súlyos katasztrófához vezet a politika „tétlensége”.
A müncheni gyújtogatás elkövetői azonban még az LG tevékenységét is keveslik.
Berlinben a „Tyre Extinguishers” nevű szintén szélsőséges csoport tagjai már június elején kiszúrták mintegy 50 SUV gumiabroncsait a Pankow kerületben. A csoport az interneten dicsekedett a bűncselekménnyel. Február végén ismeretlenek felgyújtottak egy Porsche Panamerát Münchenben, a járműben és az épületben keletkezett kár meghaladta a 200 ezer eurót.

A szóban forgó kép Calude Monet 1900-ban készült mesterműve, a Le Jardin de l’artiste a Giverny (A művész kertje Givernyben), amelyet egy kiállítás keretében mutatták be Stockholmban.

Bűnszervezet létrehozásának és támogatásának gyanúja miatt házkutatást tartott a rendőrség szerdán Németországban az Utolsó nemzedék nevű klímavédelmi csoport több aktivistájánál.
A német rendőrség országszerte 170 rendőr mozgósításával 15 helyszínen tartott házkutatást. Bankszámlákat is zároltak, és vagyontárgyakat koboztak el.
Közleményük szerint az eljárás hét ember ellen irányul, akiket a lakosságtól érkezett feljelentések alapján bűnszervezet létrehozásával és támogatásával gyanúsítanak.
A hatóságok szerint a gyanúsítottak bűncselekmények finanszírozására indítottak a szervezet honlapján adománygyűjtő kampányt, amellyel legkevesebb 1,4 millió euró bevételhez jutottak, és a pénz nagy részét fel is használták bűncselekmények elkövetésére.
Két aktivistát azzal is gyanúsítanak, hogy 2022 áprilisában szabotázsakciót próbáltak végrehajtani a bajorországi Ingolstadt és az olaszországi Trieszt közötti kőolajvezeték (Transalpine Ölleitung – TAL) ellen.
Német sajtóbeszámolók szerint a bajor tartományi hatóságok azért is foglalkozhatnak kiemelten az Utolsó nemzedékkel, mert a 2023-ra kidolgozott akciótervükben az áll, hogy igyekeznek majd megzavarni az október 8-ra kiírt törvényhozási választási kampányt.

A rendőrség által megakadályozott akcióval azt akarták volna kifejezni, hogy meggyőződésük szerint Olaf Scholz és kormánya az éghajlatváltozás elleni küzdelmet elhanyagoló politikájával megsérti Németország alaptörvényét.
A kancellár a napokban egy nyilvános rendezvényen azt mondta: „teljesen rendben van”, ha valaki tüntetést szervez, demonstrál és kiáll meggyőződése mellett. Aki viszont a közfigyelem felkeltése érdekében múzeumban kiállított festményhez vagy az úttestre ragasztja magát, az valami „teljesen hibbant” dolgot művel és nem éri el a célját.
„Az ilyen akciók nem ösztönöznek senkit az éghajlatvédelemre vonatkozó nézetei módosítására, viszont mindenkinek bosszúságot okoznak” – fejtette ki Olaf Scholz.

A Reuters hírügynökség jelentése szerint a sárga mellényben, transzparensekkel tiltakozó aktivisták a futópályán lévő repülőgépek elé telepedve megakadályozták, hogy a potenciális vásárlók a fedélzetre szálljanak, miközben a biztonsági szolgálat munkatársai igyekeztek őket kiszorítani a helyszínről − közölte az MTI.

Kaotikus pillanatokat okozott Berlinben, az egykori Tempelhof reptéren kialakított Formula–E-pályán néhány klímavédelmi aktivista. A Bild beszámolója szerint összesen hatan próbálták meg magukat az aszfalthoz rögzíteni, miközben a világbajnoki futam résztvevői már a rajtrácson álltak, és a piros lámpák kialvására vártak.
Az ügy érdekessége, hogy a Formula–E a tisztán elektromos autóversenyzés zászlóshajója és úttörője, kiemelt szerepet játszik a civil elektromos autózást érintő fejlesztések tesztelésében és elérhetőbbé tételében. Ennek ellenére kerültek az akció célkeresztjébe…
Egy idős asszony a tempelhofi bérlakásában egész télen fagyoskodik a következő villanyszámlától rettegve. „Ennél rosszabb helyet nem is választhattak volna az akciójuknak. Nevetséges, amit műveltek. Fogalmam sincs, hogy ezeknek az embereknek van-e halvány lila gőzük arról, mit is csinálunk itt, mi lenne a sorozat legfőbb célja” – idézte a The Race Nico Müllert, az Abt Cupra versenyzőjét.
Ugyanazért a célért küzdünk, nem? Nem igazán értem, mivel próbálkoztak épp nálunk… Nincs még egy kategória a motorsport világában, ahol értelmetlenebb lett volna ilyesmit művelni – fogalmazott 2020 bajnoka, Antonio Félix da Costa.

Ötven éghajlatvédelmi aktivistát vádoltak meg jogellenes tiltakozással Ausztrália legnagyobb szénkiviteli kikötője közelében vasárnap, miután a tiltakozók felmásztak egy szenet szállító vonatszerelvényre.
Új-Dél-Wales állam rendőrsége közölte, hogy 47 aktivistát a vasúti közlekedés akadályoztatásával, két társukat rosszindulatú rongálással, míg további társukat pedig egy biztonsági őr megtámadásával vádoltak meg a Newcastle város közelében lévő kikötő közelében történtek miatt.
Az eset az állam fővárosától, Sydneytől mintegy 170 kilométerre északkeletre történt egy engedély nélküli tiltakozás alkalmával. A megmozdulás szervezéséért a Rising Tide (Emelkedő árdagály) nevű klímaaktivista csoport vállalata a felelősséget. A csoport húsz tagja felmászott a vonatra, és lapátokkal igyekezett kipakolni a szénnel megrakott vagonokat – derült ki a szervezet közleményéből.
A rendőrség szerint 14 aktivista mászott fel egy vasúti kocsira.
Az éghajlatváltozás megosztó kérdés Ausztráliában, a világ legnagyobb szénexportőr országában. A balközép munkáspárti kormány nem támogatja az összes új fosszilis tüzelőanyag-projekt betiltását. Az ausztrál parlament ugyanakkor március 30-án fogadta el azt a törvényjavaslatot, amely az ország legnagyobb üvegházhatású gázkibocsátó vállalatait a szennyezés jelentős csökkentésére, illetve szén-dioxid-kvóták vásárlására kötelezi. A törvény értelmében 2030-ra 43 százalékkal csökkentik, 2050-re pedig nullára redukálják az országban a szén-dioxid-kibocsátást.
A Newcastle-i kikötő Ausztrália keleti partvidékének legnagyobb ömlesztett áruk kikötője, és az új-dél-walesi kormány szerint az ország legnagyobb szénkiviteli terminálja.
A tiltakozó csoport egy képet tett közzé a Twitter közösségi oldalon, amelyen a tüntetők egy szenet szállító vonat előtt és tetején láthatóak. A szerelvényre feltett transzparensen sürgették, hogy az országban mondjanak nemet a szénbányászatra és a szénerőművekre.
A csoport Twitteren közölte, hogy „leállította a szénszállítást” a kikötőbe, és követeli a Munkáspárttól, hogy „azonnal törölje az összes új szénprojektet”.
