A jelentés szerint Pohuljajko azt mondta, „ma reggel körülbelül 05:45 órakor négy rakétát lőtt feltételezések szerint az orosz hadsereg bombázója a lucki katonai repülőtér létesítményeire.” Hozzátette: a támadásnak sajnos vannak áldozatai, a helyszínen eddig két katona holttestét találták meg, hatan különböző súlyosságú sérüléseket szenvedtek.
Ruszlan Marcinkiv, Ivano-Frankivszk polgármestere péntek reggel azt jelentette, hogy az ellenség a város katonai repülőterét támadta. Robbanások hallatszottak a környéken, de a légvédelmi riasztás nem működött. Ennek okát a hatóságok viszgálják.

Tűz ütött ki egy lucki állatkertben október 21-én, az esetben három majom is elpusztult.
A tűz a kormos magnábé majmok ketrecében keletkezett, egy faházikó gyulladt ki. Az állatkert dolgozói azonnal értesítették a tűzoltókat, akik operatívan reagáltak, azonnal kiérkeztek a helyszínre. A lángokat körülbelül 20 perc alatt megfékezték, azonban a majmokat és kicsinyüket nem sikerült megmenteni.
A tűz okát még vizsgálják.

Teherautó és menetrend szerinti busz ütközött Luckban március 25-én. A baleset oka még nem ismert.
Az információk szerint az ütközés nappal történt, a Kivercivszkij utcán. A busz szélvédője kitört, a teherautó által szállított homok szétömlött. A balesetben nyolc személy sérült meg, hetet közülük kórházba szállítottak.

Óvatlanul bánt a repeszgránáttal az ukrán–orosz donbászi háború 41 éves veteránja vasárnap hajnalban otthonában, Luckban, és életét vesztette a harci eszköz felrobbanása következtében – adta hírül a gordon.ua hírportál helyi médiaforrásra hivatkozva.
Előzetes információk szerint a robbanás hajnali 3:00 órakor következett be az ATO-s veterán Hrusevszkij sugárúton lévő lakásának konyhájában. A helyszíni vizsgálat megállapította, hogy F-1 repeszgránát detonált, amelynek a darabjait azonosították. A robbanás idején még hárman tartózkodtak a lakásban, de egyikük sem sérült meg.
A rendőrség előre megfontolt szándékból elkövetett gyilkosság címén indított büntetőeljárást, „szerencsétlenség” megjegyzéssel, valamint fegyverrel és robbanóanyagokkal történő visszaélés ügyében.

A belügyi tárcavezető elmondta: folynak a tárgyalások az eltérített autóbuszban tartózkodó emberek jól vannak, ahogy „egyikük közölte velünk, akivel sikerült kapcsolatba lépnünk.” Hozzátette: reméljük, hogy hamarosan így vagy úgy sikerül megoldanunk a helyzetet.
Újságírói kérdésre válaszolva Avakov elmondta, hamis volt az a médiahír, miszerint a túszejtőt elmegyógyintézetben kezelték volna. Jelezte azt is, hogy nem részletezi a túszszabadítási műveletet, mert a túszejtő kezében okostelefon van, amelynek köszönhetően mindent lát és hall.
A volyn.com.ua volinyi hírportál percekkel ezelőtt azt közölte, hogy Luck központjában, ahol a „terrorista” túszokat tart fogva, ismét lövések és robbanások voltak hallhatók. Szemtanúk állítása szerint először három lövést adtak le, amit füsttel kísért robbanás követett. Az ott tartózkodók azt feltételezik, hogy a túszejtő megpróbálta lelőni a Teatralna tér fölé irányított rendőrségi drónt.
Kedd reggel Luck központjában, a Teatralna téren egy férfi eltérítette a Beresztecsko és Krasznyilivka között közlekedő autóbuszt közel 20 utassal. Az illető közölte, hogy a buszon és a belvárosban robbanószerkezetet helyezett el, és automata fegyverei, valamint nagy mennyiségű robbanóanyaga is van.

Ismeretlenek rálőttek a megyei rendőrség épületére kedden Luck központjában, ahol a túszejtés miatt a helyszínre érkezett Arszen Avakov belügyminiszter tartózkodott, és három robbanásról is beszámoltak az ott tartózkodó újságírók – adták hírül ukrán hírportálok.
A volyn.com.ua volinyi hírszájt Olga Buzuk Voliny megyei rendőrség szóvivőjére hivatkozva azt írta, hogy ismeretlenek rálőttek a túszejtés helyszínének közelében található rendőrségi épület második szintjére, amelynek betörtek az ablaküvegei. Az épületben éppen akkor Avakov belügyminiszter tanácskozott a megyei rendvédelmi szervek vezetőivel a túszügyről – közölte a sajtós.
Az Unian hírügynökség helyszínen tartózkodó tudósítója röviddel ezelőtt arról tájékoztatott, hogy három robbanás hangja volt hallható Luck központi Teatralna terén, ahol a Makszim Krivos nevű bűnöző több túszt tart fogva egy autóbuszban. A riporter azt is közölte, hogy Avakov belügyminiszter hamarosan sajtótájékoztatót tart.
Kedd reggel Luck központjában, a Teatralna téren egy férfi eltérítette a Beresztecsko és Krasznyilivka között közlekedő autóbuszt közel 20 utassal. A férfi, aki Luckban túszokat ejtett, oroszországi születésű. Ezt Zorjan Skirjak, Arszen Avakov belügyminiszter tanácsadója mondta Ukrajna 24 Tv-csatorna adásában. „Az elkövető személyazonossága megállapításra került, amit most elmondhatok: 1975-ben született Oroszországban, most ukrán állampolgár, lucki lakos. Korábban indult ellene büntetőeljárás, el is ítélték a Büntetőtörvénykönyv 187. cikkelye 4. pontja alapján (csoportos rablás). 2013-ban szabadult” – tette hozzá Skirjak.
A túszdráma közelében élő helyi lakosoknak a rendfenntartó erők munkatársai megtiltották, hogy elhagyják otthonaikat és kinézzenek az ablakon. A lucki terrorista, aki eltérítette a Beresztecsko–Krasznyilivka között közlekedő autóbuszt közel 20 utassal, időnként lövéseket ad le a jármű ablakain keresztül.
A város központjában bezártak a szupermarketek és más intézmény sem dolgozik. A rendőrség kimenekítette az alkalmazottakat a helyiségekből. Olha Buzuluk, a volinyi rendőrség szóvivője bejelentette, hogy megérkezett Luckba Arszen Avakov belügyminiszter.
Előzmények röviden:
Július 21-én reggel a Luck központjában, a Teatraljna téren egy férfi eltérítette a Beresztecsko–Krasznyilivka között közlekedő autóbuszt közel 20 utassal. A férfi közölte, hogy a buszon robbanószerkezet van, automata fegyverrel és nagy mennyiségű robbanóanyaggal rendelkezik. A megyében bevezették a „Túsz” operatív tervet, a Nemzetbiztonsági Szolgálat pedig a „Boomerang” tervet vezette be. A túszejtővel tárgyalásokat folytatnak. A városközpontot a rendőrség lezárta. Ismertté vált, hogy a férfi elégedetlen a «jelenlegi ukrán rendszerrel», megtagadta a túszok szabadon bocsátását, nem hajlandó kijönni a buszból és tüzet nyitott a rendfenntartó erőkre. Az áldozatokról jelenleg nincs információ. A rendőrség kijelentette, hogy a támadó követelményei nem tartalmaznak semmiféle konkrét elvárást. Anton Herascsenko, az ukrán belügyminisztérium helyettes vezetője szerint a túszejtő, miután megtámadta az autóbuszt, felhívta a rendőrséget és „Makszim Plohojként” (Rossz Makszim) mutatkozott be.

Egy ismeretlen férfi elfoglalt egy buszt Ukrajnában, és annak 20 utasát túszul ejtette.
A Reuters azt írja, hogy az incidens a nyugat-ukrajnai városban, Luckban zajlik. A buszon körülbelül 20 ember tartózkodik.
A rendőrség közlése szerint a túszejtőnél robbanóanyag és fegyverek is vannak. Az elkövetőt már az azonosították.
A rendőrség a túszdráma idejére lezárta a belvárost. Az ABC azt írja, hogy a rendőrség próbálja felvenni a kapcsolatot a túszejtővel, aki korábban a közösségi oldalán „csalódottságát fejezte ki az Ukrán rendszerrel” kapcsolatban.
Jelenleg a rendőrség figyeli a közösségi portálokat, posztol-e a túszejtő újabb bejegyzést, és próbálnak tárgyalást kezdeményezni vele, egyelőre azonban nem vette fel a telefont – írta az Interfax-Ukrajina hírügynökség.
A cikk idézi Anton Herascsenko, ukrán belügyminiszter-helyettes Facebook-bejegyzését, ami szerint a férfi maga értesítette a rendőröket az akcióról, miután elfoglalta a buszt, és Makszim Plohojként mutatkozott be.
Ukrán médiaértesülések szerint a helyszínen gépfegyverek lövéseit lehetett hallani, ez egy helyszíni videóból is kivehető.
Egyelőre sérültről nem tudni, a busz viszont megrongálódott.
Ukrajna elnöke, Volodimir Zelenszkij azt írta, hogy a buszt helyi idő szerint 9 óra 25 perckor foglalta el a túszejtő.
