Öngyilkosságot követett el Moszkvában a 75 éves Viktor Szmagin, aki a csernobili atomkatasztrófa egyik legtöbbet látott szemtanúja volt. Viktor Szmagin 1986-ban műszakvezetőként dolgozott a csernobili atomerőmű négyes egységében a végzetes napon, április 26-án, amikor a robbanás történt. Reggel 8-kor állt volna munkába, de a hajnal fél 2 előtt nem sokkal megtörtént a detonáció. A férfi szemtanúja volt annak, amint a négyes blokk központi irányítóterme megsemmisült, és a következő órákban részt vett azokban a munkálatokban is, amelyekkel a katasztrófa által okozott károkat igyekeztek mérsékelni.
Az eseményről készült egyik leírásban, amely a Chernobyl Gallery nevű honlapon található, egy ponton említik őt név szerint: eszerint hajnal 6 óra körül nagyjából 20 percet töltött egy radioaktív vízzel elöntött szobában, hogy elzárjon egy szelepet, és mintegy 280 radnak megfelelő mennyiségű sugárdózist kapott (ez rendszerint már súlyos egészségügyi problémákat okoz).
Szmagin hétfő hajnalban öngyilkos lett Moszkvában: egy többemeletes lakóház ablakán vetette ki magát. A testét járókelők találták meg az utcán, a kiérkező mentősök már csak a halálát tudták megállapítani.
A hatóságok azért is vélik öngyilkosságnak az esetet, mert Szmagin az íróasztalán egy búcsúüzenetet is hagyott, amelyben arról írt, hogy milyen állapotban volt az utóbbi napokban, és bocsánatot is kért.
Az üzenetben kitért arra is, hogy vasárnap este elmondta feleségének: több rákos daganatot is érez a testében. A nő azt ígérte, hogy másnap elmennek orvoshoz.
Felesége szerint Szmagin ekkor lefeküdt aludni (külön szobákban aludtak). Az asszony hajnalban felkelt, és azt látta, hogy ég a lámpa a férje szobájában. Ezután reggelit készített, majd megnézte, hogy mit csinál, de nem találta a szobában – vélhetően azért, mert addigra már kivetette magát az ablakon.
A chernobylhistory.com oldalon szintén közölték pár éve egy másik szemtanú, a Viktor Szmagin helyetteseként dolgozó Alekszej Breusznak a beszámolóját a történtekről. Eszerint Szmagin a katasztrófa után, a reggeli-délelőtti órákban is végig a helyszínen dolgozott a károk mérséklésén, állandóan egyeztetve az erőmű többi részében dolgozó kollégáival arról, hogy mit tapasztalnak.
Végül arra a következtetésre jutott, hogy kollégáival megtettek mindent, amit csak lehet, de az erőmű nemcsak használhatatlanná, hanem halálossá is vált az ott dolgozók számára. Végül délelőtt 11-kor hívta össze alárendeltjeit, és közölte velük: „Mindenkinek el kell hagynia a 4-es egységet!”
Helyettese szerint Szmagin vezetőként felelősségteljes döntést hozott ezzel, annak ellenére is, hogy a felettesei állandóan fenyegették őt időközben, és azt parancsolták nekik, hogy maradjanak ott.
A kiürítési parancs után Szmagin és helyettese ketten maradtak az irányítóközpontban, és a helyettese szerint a műszakvezető állapota ekkor már gyors romlásnak indult a hajnali sugárzásdózis miatt. Ennek ellenére utolsóként hagyta el az irányítóközpontot, követve helyettesét, holott már alig tudott járni, és nagyon súlyos állapotban volt. Csak ezt követően kapott elsősegély-ellátást az erőmű orvosi létesítményében – olvasható a beszámolóban.
Alekszej Breusz egyébiránt nyilatkozott abban a tavaly megjelent HBO-s dokumentumfilmben is, amely a csernobili katasztrófáról készült.
Szörnyűek voltak a körülmények. Tűz volt, füst, az épület darabjai lógtak lefelé. Forró gőz áramlott, extrém volt a radioaktivitás – mondta a katasztrófáról a filmben.

Szerda hajnalban tűz keletkezett Moszkvában. Egyes jelentések szerint a város mellett lévő Cskalovszkij katonai légibázison történhetett csapás, más információk szerint viszont egy városi negyedben keletkezett a tűz.
Az orosz hatóságok egyelőre nem adtak ki információkat a csapásról. A helyi Telegram-oldalakon viszont azt közölték, hogy a tűz egy ipari negyedben keletkezett, és már eloltották a tűzoltók.
Meg nem erősített információk szerint egy kétemeletes lakóépület kapott lángra. Egy másik orosz oldal, az Ateo Breaking viszont a tűz földrajzi pozíciója alapján azt feltételezi, hogy egy kiképzőközpont kaphatott lángra. A Cskalovszkij légibázis ellen Ukrajna egy héttel ezelőtt is végrehajtott egy sikeres csapást, vélhetően ezért gondolhatták most sokan azt, hogy ismét ott történt egy hasonló akció. Abban a támadásban megrongáltak vagy megsemmisítettek több orosz katonai gépet is.

Újra Moszkvát és környékét támadták drónokkal, rövid időre az orosz főváros egyik repülőterét is le kellett zárni.
Ismét eltalálta egy drón azt a moszkvai felhőkarcolót, amely vasárnap is egy dróntámadás célpontja volt – közölte Szergej Szobjanyin polgármester. A városvezető arról beszélt, hogy több drónt is leszedett a légvédelem, de volt, amelyik eltalálta az épületet.
Az orosz védelmi minisztérium azt közölte, hogy a főváros közelében két drónt hatástalanítottak, egy harmadik viszont egy üres épületet megrongált. Rövid időre le kellett zárni a Vnukovo repülőteret is.
Az oroszok nem meglepő módon Ukrajnát látják a dróntámadások mögött, az ukrán állam pedig hivatalosan nem kommentálja ezt. Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök mindenesetre a vasárnapi dróntámadás után arról beszélt: „elkerülhetetlen, természetes és teljesen igazságos folyamat” az, hogy a háború eléri Oroszország területét is.

Három ukrán drónt lőttek le vasárnap kora reggel Moszkva felett az orosz védelmi minisztérium közlése szerint. A támadás miatt rövid időre a nemzetközi repülőteret is bezárták – írja a The Guardian.
Míg az egyik drónt a város külvárosában lőtték le, addig a másik kettőt elektronikus eszközökkel térítették el, így egy irodakomplexumba csapódtak. A támadásban egy ember, egy biztonsági őr sérült meg.
„Ukrán drónok támadtak ma este. Két városi irodatorony homlokzatai enyhén megrongálódtak” – tette közzé Szergej Szobjanyin moszkvai polgármester a Telegramon.
Moszkva és környéke több mint 500 kilométerre van az ukrán határtól és az ott zajló konfliktustól, de idén már több dróntámadás célpontja volt. A vasárnap bejelentett támadás a legutóbbi a közelmúltban elkövetett dróntámadások sorozatában. Ezek többek között a Kreml és az ukrán határ közelében fekvő orosz városok ellen irányultak. Kijev egyelőre nem nyilatkozott, de Ukrajna jellemzően elutasítja, hogy Oroszországot terhelő támadásokért vállalja a felelősséget. A védelmi minisztérium „terrortámadás kísérletének” nevezte az esetet.

A Telegram-csatornák szerint Moszkvában, a Komszomolszkij sugárúton megrongálódott egy épület, amely a védelmi minisztérium és az orosz Felderítő Főcsoportfőnökség (GRU) mellett található. A jelentések szerint az épület ablakai kitörtek, az épület közelében egy drón darabjait találták meg.
Egy másik drón a moszkvai Lihacseva utcában egy magas üzletközpontot talált el. Megrongálta a magasház két legfelső emeletét. Emellett egyes blogok azt írják, hogy egy katonai laktanyát is találat ért.

Igor Girkin, aki az orosz katonai hírszerzés ezredese, 2014 után vált ismertté, mint a szakadár Donyecki Népköztársaság védelmi minisztere.
Az ukrajnai háborút teljes mértékben támogató Girkin, másik nevén Igor Sztrelkov, az utóbbi időben bírálni merészelte annak menetét saját Telegram-csatornáján, ahol legalább 870 ezer követője van. A rendvédelmi szervek munkatársai péntek délben vitték el a férfit moszkvai otthonából, ahol a nyomozók házkutatást tartottak. Igor Girkin 2014-ben a donyecki szakadárok egyik vezetője volt – számos harci cselekményben vett részt a Donyec-medencében -, még abban az évben, augusztus 14-én azonban eltávolították a „védelmi miniszteri” posztról, majd visszatért Oroszországba – emlékeztetett az RBK. Tavaly azonban, miután Oroszország megtámadta Ukrajnát, ismét feltűnt a Donyec-medencében.

Girkint évekig ünnepelték Oroszországban hősként, mára viszont igencsak szálka lett a rezsim szemében.
Őrizetbe vette az orosz rendőrség Moszkvában Igor Girkint, a szakadár Donyecki Népköztársaság egykori védelmi miniszterét, akit a 2014-es harcok után hősként ünnepeltek Oroszországban. Azóta viszont nagyot fordult a világ és Girkin az Ukrajna elleni invázió során számos alkalommal élesen kritizálta a Kremlt, azon belül magát Vlagyimir Putyint is.
A férfit péntek délelőtt vitték el moszkvai házából, családja azóta sem tudja, pontosan hova mentek vele a rendőrök. Felesége később Girkin közösségi oldalára azt írta: állítólag terrorizmussal vádolják a férjét, de továbbra sem tudja, hol lehet és milyen állapotban van, beszélni sem tudott vele.
A TASZSZ orosz hírportálnak a hatóságok megerősítették Girkin előállítását, de részleteket nem közöltek – írja a CNN.
