Az Ohtirszkij járás egyik falujának 24 éves lakosa azzal az ürüggyel, hogy „hazavigye”, egyedül maradt kiskorú rokonával egy elhagyatott helyen.
A támadó tudván, hogy az áldozat mindössze 14 éves, intim közelséget követelt tőle. A kiskorú elutasította az „ajánlatot”, így a 24 éves férfi úgy döntött, hogy erőszakot követ el, utolérte a menekülő lányt, a földre lökte, majd elkezdte levetkőztetni.
Járókelők siettek a lány segítségére. Az ügyben eljárást indított a rendőrség.

Az esemény ez év júniusában vált ismertté. Egy 35 éves kárpátaljai nő kereste meg a rendőrkapitányságot, és tájékoztatta a rendfenntartókat, hogy lakótársa szexuális erőszakot követett el 13 éves lánya ellen.
Ennek alapján a Nemzeti Rendőrség nyomozói azonnal megkezdték az előzetes vizsgálatot. Az intézkedések után a rendfenntartók számos bizonyítékot gyűjtöttek össze, amelyek megerősítették a kérelmező vallomását. A rendőrség azonnal felkereste a gyanúsítottat. Őrizetbe vették és ideiglenes fogdába helyezték. Tizennegyedik életévét be nem töltött személy ellen elkövetett nemi erőszak ténye miatt indítottak ellene eljárást.
Az elkövetőt 15 év börtönbüntetésre ítélhetik – közölte a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.

Egy avignoni bíróság csütörtökön a lehető legszigorúbb, húszéves börtönbüntetést szabott ki Dominique Pelicot-ra, aki egy évtizeden keresztül rendszeresen elkábította és megerőszakolta feleségét, valamint több tucat, az interneten toborzott férfival is erőszakot követett el rajta, miközben a bűncselekményeket rögzítette.
A most 72 éves Pelicot az eljárás során beismerte a bűncselekmények elkövetését.
A fővádlott férjen kívül összesen ötven, 26 és 74 év közötti vádlott ellen ugyanazért a bűncselekményért, azaz Gisele Pelicot sérelmére elkövetett súlyos nemi erőszak miatt indult eljárás, nagy részüket a bíróság minden vádpontban szintén bűnösnek mondta ki.

Az eset idén augusztusban történt Piszocsin faluban. A férfi egy társkereső oldal által találkozott az áldozattal, és kihívta sétálni. A 26 éves harkivi lakos séta közben a 34 éves nőt egy erdős részhez csalta és megerőszakolta.
A hatóságok büntetőeljárást indítottak az ügyben. A nyomozók október 24-én értesítették a vádlottat az eljárásról.
Mint kiderült, a fiatalember már korábban is volt börtönben hasonló bűncselekmény miatt.

Megtámadtak Indiában egy spanyol házaspárt, akik motorkerékpárokkal utaztak át Ázsián és blogot vezettek. A nő elmondása szerint heten erőszakolták meg, férjét pedig megverték.

Körülbelül öt évvel ezelőtt a pár ambiciózus célt tűzött ki maga elé: körbe akarják utazni a világot motorkerékpárokkal. Instagram-oldalukon olvashatjuk, hogy már 66 országban jártak, 170 ezer kilométert megtéve.
Az utazók már megtették a Spanyolországtól Pakisztánig tartó távolságot, útban voltak Banglades felé, és a tervek szerint Nepálba is el akartak látogatni. Indiában tartózkodtak, amikor a tragédia történt.
A pár egy távoli helyen vert sátrat Jharkhand Dumkánál. A bloggerek szerint ott támadták meg őket ismeretlenek március 2-án éjjel.
A 28 éves utazó elmondta, hogy hét férfi erőszakolta meg, 64 éves párját pedig megverték.
Az áldozatoknak sikerült felvenniük a kapcsolatot a járőrökkel, és helyi idő szerint hajnali 2 körül szállították őket a helyi kórházba.
Az utazókat egy állami vendégházban helyezték el. Eközben a bűnüldöző szervek tisztjei nyomozást indítottak, március 3-án, vasárnap három gyanúsított őrizetbe vételéről tájékoztatták a közmédiát.
A támadás felháborodást váltott ki a közösségi médiában, rávilágítva a szexuális erőszak veszélyére Indiában.
David Joseph Wolodzko amerikai író és újságíró azt írta, hogy „a szexuális agresszió mértéke, amelyet több éven át Indiában élve tapasztalt, semmihez sem hasonlított”.
Az író viszon kijelentette, hogy szereti Indiát, „mindig is az egyik kedvenc helye lesz a világon”, de azt tanácsolta a nőknek, hogy ne menjenek oda egyedül.
