В Ірані у понеділок стратили двох чоловіків, визнаних винними у богохульстві.
Як передає Укрінформ, про це повідомляє Associated Press.
Відповідно до даних організації Iran Human Rights, яка базується у норвезькому місті Осло, Іран залишається одним із провідних виконавців страт у світі – лише з початку цього року в країні було страчено щонайменше 203 ув’язнених.
Проте виконання смертних вироків за богохульство залишається рідкістю, оскільки у попередніх випадках влада скасовувала подібні страти.
Двоє страчених, Юсеф Мехрад і Садроллах Фазелі Заре, померли у в’язниці Арак у центральному Ірані.
Їх заарештували у травні 2020 року за звинуваченням у причетності до Телеграм-каналу під назвою «Критика забобонів і релігії», повідомили у Комісії США з міжнародної релігійної свободи. У Комісії додали, що обидва чоловіки перебували в одиночному ув’язненні впродовж місяців і не мали змоги зв’язатися зі своїми родинами.
Інформаційне агентство Mizan із судової системи Ірану підтвердило факт страти, описавши чоловіків як тих, хто образив ісламського пророка Мухаммеда та пропагував атеїзм. Агентство також звинуватило засуджених у спаленні Корану, священної книги ісламу, проте чітких доказів цього наведено не було.
За даними Iran Human Rights, у 2022 році у країні стратили щонайменше 582 людини, порівняно із 333 особами у 2021 році.

Влада Ірану в січні та лютому стратила щонайменше 94 людини, заявила Міжнародна правозахисна організація Amnesty International (AI).
Amnesty International та Abdorrahman Boroumand Center, іранська правозахисна організація, яка базується в Сполучених Штатах, заявили, що за результатами «вкрай несправедливих судових процесів» влада Ірану стратила щонайменше одного араба ахвазі, 14 курдів та 13 белуджів. Крім того, з початку року до смертної кари були засуджені як мінімум десяток інших осіб. Араби ахвазі, курди та белуджі ведуть боротьбу за свою незалежність.
Згідно з дослідженнями правозахисних організацій, порівняно з попереднім роком кількість страт значно зросла. Посилаючись на свої джерела, вони також повідомили про «жахливе сексуальне насильство та інші тортури».
Роя Боруманд, виконавча директорка Центру Abdorrahman Boroumand, підкреслила, що влада Ірану здійснює страти із загрозливою швидкістю. Діанай Елтахаві з Amnesty International зазначила, що страти відбуваються регулярно, а для засудження людей під час украй несправедливих судових процесів використовуються зізнання, вибиті за допомогою тортур.
Протягом багатьох років правозахисники різко критикують застосування смертної кари в Ірані, заявляючи, що вона є інструментом репресій після несправедливих судів.
Офіційна кількість страчених невідома. За даними Amnesty International, у першій половині 2022 року в Ірані позбавили життя щонайменше 250 осіб, переважно за злочини, пов’язані з наркотиками. Смертні вироки в Ірані зазвичай виконуються через повішення.

Члена іранської опозиційної групи, що діяла у екзилі в США, засудили до смертної кари нібито через участь у організації теракту.
Як повідомляє Укрінформ, про це пише AP.
“Високопоставленого члена базованої у США іранської опозиційної групи, якого Іран утримує під вартою та обвинувачує у організації смертельного теракту в мечеті у 2008-му році, було засуджено до смертної кари”, – йдеться у матеріалі.
Зазначається, що за даними Ірану, 67-річний Джамшид Шармахд, який проживав у США, але має подвійне ірансько-німецьке громадянство, був лідером збройного відгалуження групи, яка виступає за відновлення монархії, поваленої в Ірану у 1979-му році.
“Його родина стверджує, що він був всього лиш речником опозиційної групи, та заперечує його залучення до будь-яких нападів. Вони обвинувачують іранську розвідку у викраденні чоловіка з Дубаї в 2020-му році”, – стверджує АР.
Агентство додає, що вирок Шармахду виніс Революційний суд, в якому слухання проходять за зачиненими дверима й, за словами правозахисників, обвинувачені не мають змоги обирати адвоката чи ознайомитися із доказами проти себе”, – підсумовує АР.
Міністр закордонних справ Німеччини Анналена Бербок назвала вирок “абсолютно неприйнятним” та попередила про “чітку реакцію” на нього, на надавши деталей.
Зазначимо, що винесений на цьому етапі смертний вирок ще можна оскаржити.

Аліреза Акбарі, що має подвійне громадянство Британії та Ірану, був повішений після того, як його засудили „за корупцію та дії проти національної безпеки через шпигунство” нібито „на користь британської розвідки”.
У вироку Акбарі зазначено, що він був засуджений до смертної кари за „шкоду внутрішній і зовнішній безпеці країни шляхом передачі розвідданих”. Також його обвинуватили у тому, що він нібито пройшов навчання в МІ-6, створив підставні компанії, аби перешкоджати роботі іранським спецслужбам, зустрічався із представниками різних країн для передачі розвідданих, включаючи Австрію та ОАЕ, і отримав британське громадянство як нагороду за „зраду” своєї країни.

Згідно з джерелами, Північна Корея почала посилювати моніторинг своїх дипломатів за кордоном, щоб запобігти їхнім спробам дезертирства.
Колишнього міністра закордонних справ Північної Кореї Рі Чонхо, імовірно, стратили минулого року, повідомили японській щоденній газеті Jomiuri Shinbun кілька джерел, знайомих із внутрішніми справами країни. Згідно з наданою ними інформацією, окрім Рі, були страчені кілька працівників МЗС.
Джерела також повідомили, що Північна Корея почне посилювати перевірки своїх дипломатів, які працюють за кордоном, щоб, зокрема, запобігти змінам їхніх поглядів на північнокорейську ідеологію.
Політичні чистки могли відбутися минулого літа та восени. На сьогодні точно невідомо, чому було страчено посадовців, але є інформація, що всі причетні працювали в посольстві Північної Кореї у Великобританії. Імовірно, їх засудили до смертної кари через якісь проблеми з дипломатичною установою.
Британське посольство потрапило в центр уваги у 2016 році, коли втік Тхе Чон Хо, член Національної асамблеї Республіки Корея та посол у Великій Британії.
Як повідомляє Jomiuri Shinbun, серед дипломатів, наближених до страчених чиновників МЗС, зараз панує неспокій. Багато хто побоюється, що чистки ще не закінчилися. Влада Північної Кореї вже почала посилювати перевірки дипломатів, які працюють за кордоном.
Крім роботи посла в Сполученому Королівстві, Рі брав активну участь у шестисторонніх переговорах щодо ядерних питань Північної Кореї. Він був членом команди, яка вела переговори з адміністрацією Трампа, і його вважали дипломатом, котрий найкраще знає Сполучені Штати.

Двох 23-річних чоловіків уже стратили через протести, які спалахнули через смерть Джини Махси Аміні, але організатори побоюються, що десятки інших також ризикують бути повішеними. Іран використовує смертну кару як тактику залякування для придушення демонстрацій.
Мехді Мохаммадіфард, 18-річний протестувальник, був засуджений до смертної кари за підпал будки дорожньої поліції в західному місті Новшахр, – заявила Іранська правозахисна група (IHR), що базується в Осло.
Смертний вирок був винесений так званим революційним судом після визнання його винним за основними звинуваченнями в «земній розбещеності» і «ворожнечі проти Бога». За словами директора IHR, Мохаммадіфард став наймолодшою людиною, засудженою до смертної кари внаслідок протестів.
Тим часом, за даними Іранського порталу правосуддя, Верховний суд у грудні також залишив без змін смертний вирок ще одному протестувальнику, 19-річному Мохаммаду Борогані, за звинуваченням у «ворожнечі проти Бога». Його звинувачують у «пораненні ножем офіцера служби безпеки з наміром убити його та навести страх на громадян», а також у «підпалі офісу губернатора» у місті Пакдашт.
За даними IHR, щонайменше 100 в’язням іранських протестів мають бути висунуті звинувачення, для яких смертна кара може стати ймовірною мірою покарання.
За даними американського агентства правозахисників, у 2022 році кількість страт в Ірані зросла на 88% порівняно з минулим роком, а кількість смертних вироків також підвищилася на 8%.

23-річного Маджіда Реза Рахнаварда було публічно повішено в місті Мешхед. Його звинуватили у «веденні війни проти Бога» після вбивства двох членів добровольчого загону «Басидж», який брав участь у придушенні протестів, зазначає агентство.
Раніше в Ірані ухвалили перший смертний вирок одному з учасників протестів у Тегерані. За інформацією видання, обвинуваченого звуть Саман Сейді. Його визнали винним у підпалі урядової будівлі, порушенні громадського порядку, змові з метою скоєння злочину проти національної безпеки та використанні вогнепальної зброї. Підсудного оголосили «ворогом Бога».
Ще пʼятеро людей були засуджено до увʼязнення на строк від пʼяти до десяти років «за змову з метою скоєння злочинів проти національної безпеки та порушення громадського порядку».
Масові протести розпочалися в Ірані в середині вересня після смерті 22-річної Махси Аміні, заарештованої поліцією моралі за «неправильне» носіння хіджабу. Учасники акцій протесту звинувачують у її вбивстві поліцію.

В Ірані у неділю стратили чотирьох чоловіків, засуджених за співпрацю з ізраїльською розвідкою Моссад.
Про це повідомляє Reuters із посиланням на іранські державні медіа, передає Укрінформ.
Іранські державні ЗМІ повідомили, що Верховний суд країни залишив без змін смертний вирок, винесений чотирьом чоловікам «за злочин у співпраці з розвідувальними службами сіоністського режиму та викрадення людини».
Ще троє осіб засуджені до тюремного ув’язнення на терміни від 5 до 10 років після того, як їх визнали винними у злочинах проти національної безпеки та пособництво у викраденні людей і незаконному зберіганні зброї.
У повідомленні підкреслюється, що засуджені були затримані у червні й не мають відношення до триваючих в Ірані масштабних протестів громадян.
Як відомо, Ісламська Республіка Іран вважає Державу Ізраїль своїм заклятим ворогом і постійно звинувачує у проведенні таємних операцій на своїй території. Нещодавно Тегеран звинуватив ізраїльські та західні спецслужби в підготовці громадянської війни в Ірані й підбурювання громадян до антиурядових виступів, які тривають в Ірані вже другий місяць і стали одними з найбільших після Ісламської революції 1979 року.

Зауважимо, у неділю, 4 грудня, громадський активіст Сергій Стерненко повідомив, що російські окупанти публічно стратили цивільних на Луганщині. Наразі інформацію перевіряють.
«Щодо опублікованих фото Сергієм Стерненком – інформацію перевіряємо», – зазначив Гайдай.
Голова ОВА також повідомив, що армії важко даються кожні 50-100 метрів луганської землі. ЗСУ продовжують наступальні дії на напрямку Сватове-Кремінна. За його словами, українські бійці поступово рухаються вперед, тому варто чекати незабаром позитивних новин.

Міллера було засуджено за вбивство трьох людей під час перестрілки в 1999 році.
„Унаслідок браку часу через пізній судовий розгляд страту було скасовано після того, як було встановлено, що доступ до вен засудженого ув’язненого неможливий відповідно до нашого протоколу до закінчення терміну смертного вироку”, — сказав комісар в’язниці Алабами Джон Хемм.
Журналісти зазначають, що перервана спроба вбити Міллера є другою невдалою карою в американському штаті за останні місяці.
Аналіз організації юристів Reprieve US показав, що у липні тюремні працівники провели страту над Джо Натаном Джеймсом. Однак установка смертельної крапельниці зайняла 3,5 години і була болісною.
„Влада Алабами катувала Джо Натана Джеймса до смерті більше трьох годин, намагаючись встановити крапельницю, а потім приховала це. Замість того щоб зробити паузу і розслідувати, як їхні дії призвели до того, що, можливо, це була найтриваліша страта в історії нашої країни, вони за кілька тижнів поспішно доставили Алана Міллера в камеру смертників і спробували вбити його потай”, — заявили правозахисники.
Повідомляється, що спроба страти Алана Міллера відбулася через кілька годин після того, як Верховний суд США скасував відстрочку, яка перешкоджає страті.
Федеральний суддя призупинив страту після того, як представники від штату Алабама заявили, що не готові використати азотну гіпоксію для страти Міллера. Він просив використати азот, а не смертельну ін’єкцію, бо боїться голок.
