Вчора, 9 серпня, близько 11:30 до поліції надійшло повідомлення про пограбування пенсіонерки з села Оленево, що неподалік Сваляви.
За викликом прибули поліцейські, які встановили попередні обставини злочину. З’ясувалося, що на потерпілу напав її родич у її ж дворогосподарстві. Чоловік прийшов до пенсіонерки в стані сп’яніння та розпочав сварку, в ході якої вдарив жінку в обличчя. Після цього фігурант силою відібрав її мобільний телефон та втік у невідомому напрямку.
Свідком події стала сусідка пенсіонерки, яка і викликала на місце правоохоронців.
Оперативрики швидко встановили місце перебування 31-річного зловмисника та затримали його в сусідньому селі. Наразі він перебуває у ізоляторі тимчасового тримання.
Його дії слідчі кваліфікували за ч. 4 ст. 186 Кримінального кодексу України, тобто Грабіж, вчинений в умовах воєнного стану. За скоєне йому загрожує позбавлення волі на строк до десяти років.
Досудове розслідування у справі триває.

Слідчі поліції встановлюють обставини дорожньо-транспортної пригоди, що трапилася неподалік села Сускова Мукачівського району. Внаслідок аварії травми отримали троє чоловіків – два водії та один пасажир. У справі триває слідство.
Сьогодні, 25 травня, вранці до поліції надійшло повідомлення про дорожньо-транспортну пригоду на трасі «Київ-Чоп», неподалік села Сусково Мукачівського району. Заявник повідомив про трьох травмованих внаслідок аварії.
За викликом виїхала слідчо-оперативна група поліції, працівники якої провели на місці події першочергові слідчі дії та встановили попередні обставини автопригоди.
Попередньо відомо, що 19-річний львів’янин, керуючи автомобілем «Ford Transit», здійснював маневр обгону та виїхав на зустрічну смугу руху, де допустив зіткнення з мікроавтобусом «Mercedes Sprinter». Останнім керував 22-річний мешканець села Річка Івано-Франківської області.
Внаслідок аварії тілесні ушкодження отримали обоє водіїв та 20-річний пасажир автомобіля «Ford». З численними травмами їх госпіталізували до медустанови, де лікарі надають їм необхідну допомогу.
За фактом порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху, що призвели до травмування осіб, слідчі поліції Сваляви відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 ст. 286 Кримінального кодексу України.
Транспортні засоби учасників аварії поміщено на арештмайданчик поліції. У справі буде призначено ряд експертних досліджень, які допоможуть встановити всі об’єктивні обставини аварії. Досудове розслідування триває.

За доводами прокурора Свалявського відділу Мукачівської окружної прокуратури 20-річного мешканця с. Поляна взято під варту з можливістю внесення застави. Його підозрюють у скоєнні двох замахів на умисне вбивство односельців (ч.ч. 2,3 ст. 15 ч. 1 ст. 115 КК України).
Обидва випадки нещодавно трапилися в Поляні. Як встановило слідство, підозрюваний у стані алкогольного сп’яніння спричиняв конфлікти зі знайомими, після чого погрожував їм і залякував кухонним ножем. В одному випадку потерпілий зміг втекти від зловмисника. Однак останній кинувся навздогін і встиг нанести чоловіку кілька ушкоджень, перш ніж його зупинив випадковий перехожий. Іншого ж разу закарпатець наніс потерпілому кілька проникаючих поранень у грудну клітку та живіт. Чоловіка вдалося врятувати завдяки вчасно наданій медичній допомозі.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування, правоохоронці встановлюють всі обставини злочинів. Підозрюваний вже судимий раніше, наразі ж його обвинувачують і у скоєнні крадіжки в межах іншого кримінального провадження.
Примітка: відповідно до ст. 62 Конституції України особа вважається невинуватою у вчиненні злочину і не може бути піддана кримінальному покаранню, доки її вину не буде доведено в законному порядку і встановлено обвинувальним вироком суду.

17 січня до правоохоронців Свалявщини звернувся 20-річний мешканець села Поляна. Юнак розповів, що коли гостював у своєї знайомої, невідомий чоловік проник до будинку та наніс йому тілесні ушкодження ножем.
Слідчо-оперативна
група встановила, що інцидент трапився 16 січня, близько 23:30 год. Саме тоді в
будинок, який належить 29-річній жительці села Поляна, ввійшов невідомий,
вхопив зі стола кухонний ніж і поранив ним обличчя гостя.
Працівники
поліції оперативно встановили особу підозрюваного в скоєнні правопорушення. Ним
виявився 36-річний мешканець міста Радехів Львівської області. Після скоєного
правопорушник намагався втекти і зіскочив з містка в річку, в результаті чого
отримав тілесні ушкодження. Наразі він перебуває в медзакладі.
У
поліції відкрили два кримінальні провадження – за частиною 1 статті 125
Кримінального кодексу України (Умисне легке тілесне ушкодження), а також за
частиною 1 статті 162 Кримінального кодексу України (Незаконне проникнення до
житла чи до іншого володіння особи).
Слідство
у справі триває. Про хід розслідування справи додатково буде повідомлено
згодом, інформує відділ комунікації поліції Закарпатської області.
