Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) felszámolta az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) ügynökhálózatát, amelynek tagjai Ukrajna titkosszolgálatainak korábbi és jelenlegi munkatársai voltak – közölte kedden az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az SZBU felszámolta az FSZB katonai kémelhárításának Ukrajnában működő erőteljes hálózatát. Egy többlépcsős különleges művelet eredményeként az ellenséges csoport 5 tagját vették őrizetbe különböző megyékben. Köztük van a Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztályának és az Ukrán Külső Hírszerző Szolgálat egykori tisztviselői, valamint az SZBU egyik megyei főosztályának egyik alkalmazottja.
Az ügynökök az FSZB egyik Krímben tartózkodó tisztjével tartották a kapcsolatot. Az ügynökhálózatnak az volt a feladata, hogy a védelmi erőkkel és Ukrajna stratégiailag fontos energetikai létesítményeivel kapcsolatos hírszerzési információkat adjon át az agresszornak.
A nyomozás szerint az egyik ukrán külső hírszerzőt az FSZB még a teljes körű orsz invázió előtt beszervezte szolgálata közben. Azóta gyűjtötte az információkat az ukrán hadsereg bázisairól, 2022. február 24-e után pedig a külföldi fegyverek Ukrajnába történő szállításának csatornáiról. Az orosz ügynök titkos információkat is továbbított az FSZB-nek a Rivnei és a Hmelnyickiji Atomerőművek működésének és biztonsági rendszereinek sajátosságairól.
A maximális konspiráció érdekében az ügynök nem telefonon küldte az információkat. Az FSZB-nek a titkos adatokat az egyik cinkosa adta át, aki önkéntesként járt külföldre, és személyesen számolt be az ellenséges különleges szolgálat helyi rezidensének.
Az egyik kém egy pendrive-on különösen érzékeny információkat továbbított Ukrajna határ menti területeiről kiutazó csempészekkel.
Egy másik orosz ügynök, aki korábban az ukrán katonai hírszerzésben szolgált, ukrán védők személyes adatait szivárogtatta ki az agresszornak.
Egy másik ügynök, az SZBU alkalmazottja, feltérképezte a megszállók számára az odesszai partvidék közelében lévő erődítmények és mérnöki akadályok földrajzi helyzetét.
A nyomozás szerint az FSZB a csoport tagjait többek között a családjaik megölésével fenyegetőzve szervezte be. Ezenkívül az elkövetők minden egyes elvégzett feladatért pénzt kaptak Oroszországtól.
Az SZBU nyomozói már meggyanúsították az orosz titkosszolgálati hálózat öt tagját értesítették a büntetőtörvénykönyv 111. cikkely (hazaárulás) alapján. Valamennyiüket előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték.
A nyomozás folyamatban van, hogy az összes ellenséges ügynököt bíróság elé állíthassák.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) nyomozói őrizetbe vettek Kijevben egy volt tisztviselőt, aki az FSZB-ügynök lett, és arról álmodozott, hogy Ukrajna keleti régióit csatolják az oroszországi Rosztovi területhez – közölte szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az FSZB-ügynökké vált tisztviselő Ukrajna ellni szabotázst folytatott. Ismeretes, hogy korábban az Üzemanyag- és Energiaügyi Minisztériumban, a az Állami Tartalékok Bizottságában és a Szénipari Minisztériumban dolgozott. Miután 2014-ben elbocsátották az államigazgatásból, „műszaki szakértőként” kezdte el pozícionálni magát, és olyan publikációk szerzője lett, amelyekben a Kreml Ukrajnával szembeni agresszív politikáját méltatta.
„Azóta az őrizetbe vett kollaboráns közvetlen kapcsolatban állt az FSZB 5. ügyosztályának egyik vezetőjével, aki koordinálta az Ukrajna elleni információs és felforgató tevékenységét” – áll az SZBU közleményében. Ezenkívül az orosz ügynök együttműködött Leonyid Paszecsnikkel, a Luhanszki Népköztársaság szakadár vezetőjével, akinek szakértői tanácsokat adott az ukrán hazafiak elleni elnyomás fokozására az ideiglenesen megszállt Luhanszkban. A férfi közösségi oldalakon is közzétett olyan bejegyzéseket, amelyekben Ukrajna keleti régióinak csatlakozását javasolta a Rosztovi területhez.
Az SZBU a tisztviselőnél az Oroszország iránti hűségre utaló bizonyítékokat foglalt le. Az SZBU kémelhárító tisztjei dokumentálták az orosz ügynök bűnözői tevékenységének tényeit, és őrizetbe vették a saját lakásában. „Egy komplex igazságügyi pszichológiai és nyelvi szakértői vizsgálat megerősítette, hogy a gyanúsított által az FSZB utasítására készített dokumentumanyagok Ukrajna állambiztonsága ellen irányulnak” – állította az SZBU.
Az áruló házában és autójában tartott kutatás során a nyomozók számítástechnikai eszközöket, mobiltelefonokat és iratokat foglaltak le. Megerősítették, hogy az áruló bűncselekményeket követett el Oroszország javára. Emellett a gyanúsítottnál az agresszor állam képviselőitől kapott kitüntetést, valamint tiltott kommunista és Kreml-barát jelképeket találtak.
Az SZBU nyomozói a megszerzett bizonyítékok alapján hazaárulással, valamint régióközi ellenségeskedés és gyűlöletkeltés szításával gyanúsították meg az őrizetest. A férfit előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték. Akár 15 év börtönre is ítélhetik.

Kijevben az ukrán elhárítás semlegesítette az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) hírszerző diverzánscsoportját, amely erőteljes robbantássorozatot készített elő az ukrán védelmi erők katonai parancsnokságának Kijev megyében található létesítményein – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az orosz ügynökcsoportot az SZBU kémelhárító szolgálata hatástalanította. Az ellenséges csoport három emberből állt. Az ukrán titkosszolgálat szerint az ellenség kiemelt célpontjai között az ukrán fegyveres erők vezérkarának és az ukrán Védelmi Minisztériumnak az egységei, valamint azok tartalékos parancsnoki állomásai voltak.
„A szabotázs elkövetéséhez az orosz ügynökök legalább 10 drón felhasználását tervezték, amelyeket rögtönzött robbanószerkezetekkel szereltek fel” – közölte a titkosszolgálat. Az SZBU nyomozói azonban preventíven intézkedtek – az orosz csoport minden tagját őrizetbe vették, amikor már megkezdték a szabotázs akció előkészületeinek aktív szakaszát.
A nyomozás megállapítása szerint az ellenséges csoportot még 2018-ban az FSZB 5. ügyosztálya operatív információs részlege 9. osztályának személyzeti alkalmazottja hozta létre. „Ebben három személy volt (Kijev és Csernyihiv lakosai), akiket a toborzás után várakoztattak az Ukrajna elleni teljes körű orosz invázió megkezdése előtt” – írta az SZBU sajtószolgálata.
A titkosszolgálat azt is megjegyezte, hogy a résztvevők mindegyike saját szakterülettel rendelkezett a megszállók javára végzett felderítő és felforgató tevékenységben. Közelebbről, egyikük rögtönzött robbanószerkezeteket gyártott, a másik pedig a civil drónok támadó drónokká alakításáért volt felelős. Egy másik résztvevő közvetlenül irányította a drónokat, és ezt a drónkezelők képzésén tanulta meg 2023 márciusában Kijev megyében.
Az SZBU hozzátette: a robbanóanyag-gyártás és a drónátalakító laboratóriumokat az érintettek a lakóhelyükön alakították ki. A csoport tagjai tavasszal kezdték nyomon követni a katonai alakulatok bázisainak elhelyezkedését Kijev és a térség területén. „Az összegyűjtött bizonyítékok alapján az ellenséges ügynököket a büntetőtörvénykönyv két cikkelye alapján gyanúsították meg a hatóságok. Az elkövetők őrizetben vannak, 15 évig terjedő szabadságvesztésre számíthatnak” – közölte az SZBU.

Tűz ütött ki az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat, az FSZB helyi központjának egyik épületében Rosztovban.
A közösségi médiában található drámai felvételeken hatalmas lángok törnek a magasba, szinte beborítja a füst a várost.
Rosztov regionális kormányzója szerint rövidzárlat okozta a tüzet, amely miatt lángra kapott több üzemanyagtartály. Az utcát, ahol az épület található, lezárták.
A lángok az FSZB regionális határőrosztályához tartozó épületben keletkeztek a város lakott területén.
Az FSZB Oroszország belső biztonsági szolgálata, mely a titkosszolgálatért, a határbiztonságért és a terrorizmus elleni küzdelemért felelős.
Vaszilij Golubev rosztovi kormányzó szerint a tűz 800 négyzetméterre terjedt ki, és két fal összeomlott.
Azt mondta, nem fenyeget a tűz továbbterjedése, de elővigyázatosságból evakuálják a közeli tömbházak lakóit.
A lángokban álló terület egy kétszintes, garázsként és raktározásra használt épület volt – írja a BBC.
Rosztov-Don az ukrajnai Donyeck és Luhanszk régiókkal határos dél-orosz régió fővárosa, jelenleg heves harcok zajlanak a háborúban.
Ukrajna 2022. februári inváziója óta sorozatos gyújtogatások zajlanak Oroszországban, főleg sorkatonai hivatalokat, kormányzati épületeket ért eddig támadás.

Az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB) hétfőn közölte, hogy kémkedés közben őrizetbe vette Tacunori Motoki vlagyivosztoki japán konzult.
A japán külképviseleti tisztségviselőt a diplomata státuszával összeférhetetlen tevékenysége miatt nemkívánatos személynek nyilvánították. Az FSZB szerint Tacunori az orosz távol-keleti Tengermelléki területen folytatott hírszerző tevékenységet.
A konzult a tájékoztatás szerint tetten érték, miközben éppen megpróbált pénzért információt szerezni az Oroszország és egy hivatalosan meg nem nevezett ázsiai-csendes-óceáni ország közötti együttműködésről. Emellett – állítja az FSZB – a japánnak szándékában állt adatokat szerezni a Moszkva elleni nyugati szankcióknak a régió gazdasági helyzetre gyakorolt hatásáról is.
Tacunori az FSZB által megosztott videó tanúsága szerint elismerte bűnösségét.
„Most már értem” – mondta konzul, amikor megkérdezték tőle, tisztában van-e vele, hogy megsértette az orosz törvényeket.
Moszkva diplomáciai csatornákon keresztül tiltakozott Tokiónál a történtek miatt.

A nemzetközi hackercsoport már a háború másnapján bejelentette, hogy hackertámadásokat fog indítani az orosz érdekeltségű kormányzati és más honlapok ellen. Eddig már legalább 2500 honlapot támadtak meg, de nem csak Oroszországban, hanem Fehéroroszországban is.
Egy hozzájuk köthető másik kollektíva korábban azt állította, hogy sikerrel hackelte meg az orosz ürkutatási ügynökséget, a Roszkozmoszt és átvették az irányítást a kémműholdjaik felett. A Roszkozmosz visszautasította, hogy ilyen történt volna.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) két, az ukrán védelmi minisztérium hírszerző főcsoportfőnöksége (GUR) egy beszervezett ügynökének elfogásáról számolt be csütörtökön az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB).
Az FSZB szerint Zinovij Koval (47 éves) és Ihor Koval (22 éves) azzal a céllal érkezett Oroszországba, hogy információt gyűjtsön, valamint fotó- és videofelvételeket készítsen stratégiailag fontos vállalatokról és a közlekedési infrastruktúra létesítményeiről az SZBU számára. Az apa-fiú rokoni kapcsolatban lévő gyanúsítottak gépkocsijában egy rövidcsövű és egy automata fegyvert, valamint egyéni védőfelszerelést is lefoglaltak.
A két Kovalnak – vallomásuk szerint – Vaszil Kovalik ezredes, az SZBU Ternopil megyei parancsnokságának munkatársa 10 ezer dollárt ajánlott fel az információkért cserében.
Az FSZB bejelentése szerint az elfogott harmadik gyanúsítottat, Olekszandr Cipiket (23 éves) a GUR terrorcselekmények elkövetésére vezényelte Oroszországba. Erről Cipik beismerő vallomást tett.
A támadást két, improvizált robbanószerkezet felrobbantásával tervezte végrehajtani. A robbanószerkezetek TNT-egyenértéke másfél kilogramm volt.
Cipik korábban három ukrán katonai hírszerző társaságában illegálisan lépte át a határt, azzal a céllal, hogy házilag előállított robbanószerkezetek számára rejtekhelyeket alakítson ki orosz területen.
A férfit a visszatérése után vették őrizetbe, amikor a pokolgépekkel a merénylet tervezett helyszínére tartott.
Cipik a tájékoztatás szerint Maxim Kirilovec ezredes utasításait követte.
Az FSZB nem közölte, hogy a kémeket mikor és hol fogták el. A három gyanúsított ellen büntetőeljárás indult.

Az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezet merényletre készülő egyik követőjét likvidálták a Murmanszk megyei Kandalaksa városban a hatóságok – közölte csütörtökön az orosz Szövetségi Biztonsági Szolgálat (FSZB).
Az FSZB szerint a helyi külföldről érkezett utasítást követve tervezett terrorcselekményeket tervezett elkövetni a térség katonai létesítményei ellen. A férfit megpróbálták őrizetbe venni, amikor egy házilag előállított robbanószerkezetet vett elő a város külterületén lévő rejtekhelyről, de tüzet nyitott, amit a biztonsági szolgálat emberei viszonoztak.
Az akciónak a gyanúsítotton kívül nem volt más áldozata. A helyszínen és a férfi otthonában egy kész pokolgépet, valamint bombakészítéshez szükséges alkatrészeket, hideg- és lőfegyvereket, lőszereket és konspiratív kommunikációs eszközöket foglaltak le.
Az elmúlt két év során mintegy nyolcvan terrortámadást hiúsítottak meg Oroszországban. Ezeket leggyakrabban iszlamisták tervezték elkövetni, az ország európai részén.
