Éjszaka, október 31-én orosz támadás érte a vasúti infrastruktúrát a Szumi és Harkiv megyékben. Az előzetes jelentések szerint minden dolgozó idejében óvóhelyre vonult, így senki sem sérült meg.
Szumiban megsérültek és megsemmisültek a vállalat egyéb létesítményei, valamint a járműpark egy része – közölte az Ukrzaliznicja. Az utasok szállítására a 779/780-as számú Szumi–Kijev vonathoz gyorsan pótkocsikat rendeltek, így a vonat az ütemterv szerint indulhatott.
Emellett a Lozova környéki vasúti infrastruktúra is sérült, ezért a 228/227-es Huszarivka–Ivano-Frankivszk vonat módosított útvonalon közlekedik. Az Ukrzaliznicja minden tőle telhetőt megtesz, hogy minimalizálja a késést és biztosítsa a menetrend szerinti közlekedést.

Október 9-én éjjel az orosz csapatok tömeges támadást hajtottak végre Szumi megyében, több tucat harci drónt és irányított bombát bevetve. Ezt Oleg Hrihorov, a Szumi Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője jelentette be.
Az intenzív tűz több települést érintett: Sztepanivka, Szumi, Bilopillja, Velikopiszarivszka, Komisani és Mikolajiv községeket.
Hrihorov elmondása szerint a védelmi erők részben képesek voltak lelőni a drónokat, de az ellenség tovább folytatta a tömeges támadásokat.
A támadások következtében három civil halt meg: egy 40, egy 65, valamint egy 66 éves férfi.
Ezen kívül két személy sérült meg: egy 47 és egy 52 éves lakos. A sérülteknek azonnal orvosi segítséget nyújtottak.
Az események során lakóházak és polgári infrastruktúrához tartozó létesítmények is megsérültek.

Orosz csapatok támadták szombaton a Szumi megyei Sosztka vasútállomását és a Sosztka–Kijev személyvonatot, a támadásnak vannak sérültjei – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál Oleh Hrihorov, a Szumi Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője Szuszpilne tévécsatornának adott nyilatkozatára és Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök Telegram-csatonájára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Hrihorov azt mondta: „Oroszország megtámadta a vasútállomást a Sosztkai Közösségben. Az ellenség a polgári infrastruktúrát – egy személyvonatot, a Sosztka–Kijev járatot – vette célba.” A szavai szerint az utasok megsérültek a bombázás következtében. Mentők, orvosok és minden mentőszolgálat a helyszínen dolgozik.
„Műveleti törzset telepítettek a helyszínre. Az emberek megkapják a szükséges segítséget, mentőakció van folyamatban. A pusztítás mértékét és az áldozatok számát tisztázzák” – tette hozzá Oleg Hrihorov.
„Brutális orosz dróntámadás történt a Szumi megyei Sosztka vasútállomásán. Minden szükséges szolgálat a helyszínen van. Az áldozatokkal kapcsolatos összes információt tisztázzák. Több tucat sérültről már tudni. Korábban mind az Ukrzaliznica alkalmazottai, mind az utasok a támadás helyszínén tartózkodtak” – jegyezte meg Zelenszkij.
Az elnök szerinte az oroszok nem tudhatták, hogy civileket támadnak. És ez egy olyan terror, amelyet a világnak nincs joga figyelmen kívül hagynia. Oroszország minden nap emberek életét veszi el. És csak erővel lehet kényszeríteni a megállásra.
A Sosztkai Járási Adminisztráció megbízott vezetője szerint mintegy 30 ember sérült meg a Sosztkai Közösségben történt orosz vonattámadásban. A sérülteket kórházba szállították.

Az orosz csapatok szeptember 4-én éjszaka sorozatos támadást indítottak Szumi megye kritikus és ipari infrastruktúrája ellen, amelynek következtében nagyméretű tűz keletkezett. Az ukrán Állami Sürgősségi Szolgálat (DSZNSZ) jelentése szerint az ellenség többször ismételt csapásokat mért azokra a területekre, ahol a tűzoltók a lángok oltásán dolgoztak.
A DSZNSZ közleménye szerint a tűzoltók nem sérültek meg, mivel biztonságosabb helyeken tartózkodtak a támadás idején. Minden tűzfészket sikerült végül felszámolni.
A jelentés szerint az orosz támadás következtében Szumiban nem lakott épületek gyulladtak ki. A katasztrófavédelem munkatársai felmérték a becsapódás helyét és megakadályozták a tűz további terjedését.

Szeptember 1-jén reggel egy idős házaspár oldalkocsis motorkerékpárral közlekedve orosz aknára hajtott – közölte Oleg Hrihorov, a Szumi Megyei Katonai Közigazgatás vezetője.
Az eset Szumi megyében, az orosz határ mellett történt. Hrihorov feltételezése szerint az orosz megszállók drónról, távolról aknázták el az út ezen szakaszát.
A sérülteket – egy 75 éves férfit és egy 76 éves nőt – kórházba szállították. Előzetes adatok szerint állapotuk nem súlyos. Az orvosok jelenleg vizsgálják őket, és megadják a szükséges ellátást.

A Szumi Megyei Ügyészség tájékoztatása szerint 2025 elején a terhes nő elkezdett vevőt keresni születendő gyermekére, 30 ezer dollárért kínálva a babát.
A kislány május 1-jén született, majd a nő megállapodott egy belopilljai férfival a gyermek átadásáról, hamis apasági dokumentumok készítését ajánlva. Eleinte 1000 dollár előleget kapott, de a teljes összeg átadása közben a rendőrség elfogta.

Orosz csapatok civileket szállító autóbuszt támadtak meg Szumi területen, a támadásban három ember meghalt, további húszan megsebesültek – közölte Oleh Hrihorov, a Szumi Területi Katonai Közigazgatás vezetője.
A szumi ügyészség adatai szerint az oroszok helyi idő szerint délután fél öt körül támadtak a menetrend szerinti autóbuszra, amely Szumi járás Junakivkai községének területén közlekedett. A támadásban három civil nő – 66, 74 és 78 évesek – vesztette életét, körülbelül húsz utas különböző súlyosságú sérüléseket szenvedett.
Az Ukrajinszka Pravda más helyi forrásokra hivatkozva azt írja, közvetlen orosz dróncsapás érte a járművet. Az ügyészek más rendvédelmi szervekkel együtt dokumentálják a támadás következményeit.
Az autóbuszon összesen 39 utas tartózkodott. Egy nő életveszélyes állapotban van.

Mint kiderült, egy 28 éves kijevi férfi meghívta a lányt egy sétára, majd megölte őt.
A férfit gyilkosság és nemi erőszak gyanújával vették őrizetbe.
Az ügyészek előzetes letartóztatást kérnek a bíróságtól.

Ukrán katonák meghiúsítják az orosz megszállók terveit a Szumi megye elleni offenzívára, Oroszország szándékai nem valósulnak meg – jelentette ki hétfőn Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az államfő elmondta, hogy találkozott Rusztem Umjerov védelmi miniszterrel. A megbeszélés során részletesen megvitatták a kulcsfontosságú kérdéseket, tárgyaltak a frontról és Pokrovszk irányról. Az oroszok egy nagy csoportot vontak össze Pokrovszk közelében, és számos támadást észleltek ott.
A találkozón külön felmerült a Szumi irány kérdése. Egy héttel ezelőtt különleges feladatokat és konkrét vonalakat határoztak meg az ukrán csapatok számára. A mai napig teljes mértékben teljesítették a kitűzött feladatokat. „Szumi megyében az orosz offenzíva tervét nem hajtják végre, és ez annak az eredménye, hogy minden ukrán egység ebben az irányban tevékenykedik. A kurszki hadművelet keretében is folytatjuk az aktív akciókat. A hadművelet célját közel 10 hónapja sikerült elérni” – jegyezte meg az elnök.
A találkozó során részletes megbeszélést folytattak az ukrán drónokról is – finanszírozásról, szerződésekről, gyártásról, ellátásról, nagy hatótávolságú csapásmérő eszközökről és elfogó drónokról. „Növeljük a gyártás ütemét. A közeljövőben az Európai Unió vezetőivel fogok beszélni a drónok gyártásának további finanszírozásáról és a közös gyártásról. Ukrajna vezető szerepét a haditechnológiák terén továbbra is biztosítani kell” – mutatott rá Volodimir Zelenszkij.
