A közéleti aktivista, Roman Dovbenko tájékoztatása szerint egy orvost kenőpénz átvételén értek. Információi szerint a közintézmény vezetője állítólag 200 ezer hrivnyát fogadott el.

Még 2023 februárjában a ternopili rendőrség olyan információt kapott, hogy 18 ember veszítette el látását orvosi beavatkozások következtében. Az ügyben büntetőeljárást indítottak.
A nyomozás során a rendőrök megállapították, hogy három orvos az osztályvezető utasítására új gyógyszert ajánlott betegeinek. Az emberek biztosak voltak abban, hogy a gyógyszer eredeti, biztonságos és hatékony. Az injekciók után azonban mindenki egészségi állapota jelentősen romlott. Közülük hárman teljesen elvesztették látásukat, 15 ember pedig megvakult egy szemére.
A rendőrök a gyógyszert lefoglalták és vizsgálatra küldték. Mint kiderült, a gyógyszer hamis volt, kémiai összetétele pedig nem felelt meg az eredetinek.
A bűnösnek nyilvánított személyekre akár 8 év börtönbüntetés is várhat.

Ternopil megye négy lakosa hivatali beosztásával visszaélve, csaknem 6 millió hrivnya értékben lopott el postai küldeményekből drónokat, az ukrán hadseregnek szánt eszközöket kedvezményes áron árulták az interneten – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál a Nemzeti Rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a kiberrendőrség a Nemzeti Rendőrség nyomozati főosztályának nyomozóival közösen a Legfőbb Ügyészség eljárási irányítása mellett leleplezett egy bűnözői csoportot, amely drónértékesítés ürügyén csalárd módon tulajdonított el állampolgári vagyont. A bűncselekmény szervezője két ternopili lakos volt, akik közül az egyik a postai szolgáltatási osztály vezetőjeként dolgozott. Beosztottjait bevonta a bűnös tevékenységbe, és együtt tulajdonítottak el drónokat a küldeményekből úgy, hogy azokat hasonló súlyú dobozokra cserélték. Ezt követően a drónokat az interneten keresztül értékesítették.
A bűncselekmény leplezése érdekében az egyik résztvevő egyéni vállalkozást indított a kifizetések fogadására. A rendőrök 15 mobiltelefont, számítástechnikai eszközöket, bankkártyákat és kriptovaluta-pénztárcákat foglaltak le. Az elkövetőket akár 12 évig terjedő szabadságvesztésre ítélhetik vagyonelkobzással.
A bíróság megelőző intézkedésként a gyanúsítottakkal szemben éjszakai házi őrizetet és lakóhelyelhagyási tilalmat rendelt el. A nyomozás folyamatban van.

Egy katonai egyenruhát viselő ismeretlen férfi nyitott tüzet a ternopili járási Dobrovodi községben csütörtökön délután, a lövöldözésnek két halálos áldozata és három sérültje van, az elkövetőt gyorsan elfogták – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Ternopil megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint 15:35 órakor érkezett bejelentés a rendőrségre a Dobrovodi községben történt lövöldözésről. Egy ismeretlen férfi automata fegyverből több lövést adott le emberekre, majd elmenekült. A lövöldözés következtében ketten meghaltak, további hárman megsebesültek, őket kórházba szállították.
A megyei rendőrség vezetése, a bűnügyi nyomozati főosztály és más operatív és szakszolgálatok munkatársai, valamint a különleges egységek azonnal a helyszínre vonultak. A térségben különleges rendőrségi műveletet indítottak az elkövető felkutatására. A rendőrök megállapították a gyanúsított személyazonosságát és lehetséges mozgási irányát. Őrizetbe vették. Kiderült, hogy a lövöldöző egy 45 éves Zsitomir megyei lakos volt.

A jelentés szerint az előzetes nyomozás során megállapították, hogy a gyanúsítottat, aki az egyik községi tanács képviselője volt, mozgósították, és Ternopil város egyik katonai alakulatánál teljesített szolgálatot. „A hivatalos dokumentumokhoz való hozzáférést követően valótlan személyes adatokat írt be a hadköteleseknek a katonai humanitárius segélyek behozatala céljából történő külföldi utazást indokoló okmányokba” – áll a Nemzeti Rendőrség közleményében.
A gyanúsított az iratokba bevitte a hamis adatokat, amelyek ezután bekerültek az automatizált információs rendszerbe, és ennek köszönhetően a mozgósítást kerülők akadálytalanul elhagyhatták Ukrajnát. 2022 júliusától 2023 januárjáig 74 hadköteles lépte át így a határt.
A rendőrség megküldte a bíróságnak a vádiratot a büntetőeljárás anyagaival, gyanúsítottat hét év börtönbüntetés fenyegeti.

A jelentés szerint a rendőrség a KORD különleges egység munkatársaival közösen 38 házkutatást tartottak Ternopil és Lemberg megyék területén, amelyek során körülbelül 100 000 dollárt, 80 000 eurót, 2 millió hrivnyát, hivatalos dokumentációt, számítógépeket és a tisztviselők illegális tevékenységéről tanúskodó tárgyi bizonyítékokat találtak és foglaltak le.
A megye egyik járási TCK-jának illetékesei korrupciós tervet dolgoztak ki a mozgósítást elkerülni akarók számára. Havonta 100-150 ezer dollár volt az elkövetők bevétele. Minden tisztviselők által nyújtott szolgáltatásnak megvolt a tarifája. Az összeg egytől 15 ezer dollárig terjedt. Legalább 2000 dollárt kértek a katonai nyilvántartási adatok frissítéséért a hadköteles ideiglenes igazolványában a megfelelő vonalkód beillesztésével, valamint a mozgósítás elkerülésének lehetőségével.
A katonaorvosi bizottság tagjainak befolyásolása 5000-15 000 dollárba került a katonai szolgálat alóli felmentés céljából, valamint a harci egységekből a hátországba történő áthelyezéshez nyújtott segítség a hadseregből való leszerelés lehetőségével.
„A nyomozók már meggyanúsították a szervezőt és egyik bűntársát. Tíz évig terjedő szabadságvesztés fenyegeti őket” – közölte a rendőrség.

Az előzetes információk szerint a sofőr elvesztette uralmát a jármű fölött és az árokba hajtott, ahol a busz felborult. „A buszon 41 zarándok utazott, akik az országos búcsúra tartottak Zarvanicába. Eddig két utast szállítottak kórházba sérülésekkel. A sérültek számának megállapítása folyamatban van” – tette hozzá a rendőrség. A helyszínen rendőrök, mentők és katasztrófavédők dolgoznak.
A baleset sérültjeinek száma 11:00 órára 19 főre nőtt. „Öt sérültet kórházba szállítottunk, a többieket a lakóhelyükön látják el. A sérültek többségének törése van, elsősorban bordák, végtagok. Az állapotuk közepesen súlyos” – mondta el Bohdan Kulikovszkij, a terebovljai kórház orvosigazgatója. Az utasok között egy gyerek is volt. „Ő egy 2011-ben született lány, akit Ternopilba irányítottunk át” – tette hozzá.
