Про це повідомляє РБК-Україна з посиланням на Національне агентство з питань запобігання корупції.
„Компанія в умовах війни не тільки продовжує працювати на російському ринку, а й ефективно просуває свою продукцію в торгових мережах та виводить на ринок новинки”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
Зазначається, що інтереси компанії, що має річний дохід близько $26 млрд і працює в 160 країнах світу, на російському ринку представляє ТОВ „Мон’дэлис Русь”, яка має три заводи:
фабрику „Більшовик”, яка випускає печиво „Ювілейне”, OREO, „Ведмедик Барні” та крекери TUC;
виробництво в Покрові (шоколад Alpen Gold, „Повітряний”, Milka та батончик Picnic);
завод у Великому Новгороді (жувальна гумка Dirol і льодяники Halls).
Доходи Mondelez у РФ
За підсумками воєнного 2022 року прибуток російського філіалу Mondelez International склав 339 млн доларів (+303% за рік), виручка – понад 1 млрд доларів (+38% за рік). Бюджет агресора компанія поповнила на понад 61 млн доларів податків.
„Це – суха фінансова статистика, яка вимірюється життями українських дітей, які більше ніколи не скуштують „Ведмедика Барні”, – написали в НАЗК.
Після російського вторгнення в Україну співробітники Mondelez в Балтійському регіоні, що охоплює Литву, Латвію та Естонію, надіслали петицію генеральному директору компанії Дірку Ван де Путу з проханням припинити весь бізнес в Росії.
Mondelez відреагувала формально – оголосила про призупинення нових інвестицій та вкладень у рекламу в Росії. Однак, судячи з фінансових показників, російський ринок для компанії залишається перспективним.

У столиці Сомалі Могадішо міністр Абдуллахі Мохамед Нур заявив, що йдеться про контроль над селом Елхарері та його околицями в центральному регіоні Хіран. У ході зіткнення урядові війська завдали ісламістам значних втрат, і тепер район перебуває під контролем уряду, – додав він.
Битва за захоплення району стала частиною багатомісячного наступу уряду Сомалі проти ісламістського угруповання Аль-Шабаб.
Ісламістські повстанці контролюють значні території в центральній і південній частинах країни, але останніми тижнями урядові сили відбили у супротивників значні території за допомогою місцевих озброєних провінційних лордів і цивільних солдатів-добровольців, які приєдналися до них.
З іншого боку, тактика «Аль-Шабаб» останнім часом обмежувалася вчиненням більш цілеспрямованих терористичних актів: 29 жовтня щонайменше 120 людей вбито за допомогою двох саморобних бомб, які були захованими в автомобілях і які вибухнули біля будівлі міністерства охорони здоров’я в центрі Могадішо.
Ця акція стала найсерйознішим терористичним актом у Сомалі за останні п’ять років.

Прессекретар розповів, що «Джамаат Аш-Шабааб» спробував атакувати базу поблизу Балада, міста приблизно за 30 км на північ від столиці Могадішо. Він додав, що наразі солдати розшукують терористів-утікачів.
У понеділок армія в ході спільної з міжнародними силами операції вбила одного з лідерів організації Абдуллахі Надіра, який вважався дуже важливим членом «Джамаат Аш-Шабаабу». Проте в понеділок організація здійснила ще два теракти за участю смертників у провінції Хіран у центральній частині країни. Було вбито близько 12 людей і поранено багатьох інших.
Президент Сомалі Хасан Шейх Мохамуд нещодавно оголосив повномасштабну війну проти «Джамаат Аш-Шабаабу» (або «Аль-Шабаабу»), який контролює більшу частину південних і центральних регіонів країни та налічує тисячі бойовиків. Група підтримує себе частково за рахунок вимагання або шантажу цивільного населення, бізнесменів і мандрівників, її мета – встановити в Сомалі правління на основі суворого тлумачення ісламського права.

Співробітники СБУ викрили агента російської військової розвідки, який спланував серію терактів в Одеській області. Зловмисника затримали «на гарячому», коли він вербував виконавця для майбутніх злочинів.
За інформацією СБУ, агентом виявився іноземець, який періодично приїжджав в Україну за завданням російських спецслужб. Його кураторами були представники російської військової розвідки, які діють з території невизнаної Придністровської молдавської республіки.
Головним завданням зловмисника було розхитування суспільно-політичної ситуації в Одеській області через проведення диверсій та терористичних актів. Уже встановлено, що він організував підпал військового автомобіля ЗСУ в Одесі у грудні 2021 року, облив пам’ятник загиблим у війні з РФ українцям.
Наступними об’єктами посягання агента мали стати офіси волонтерських та громадсько-політичних структур патріотичного спрямування, а також військова техніка в Одеській області.
Таким чином російські спецслужби хотіли провести інформаційно-психологічні спецоперації в контексті нібито «наявності на території Одеського регіону проросійського підпілля та антиукраїнських настроїв населення».
Співробітники СБУ затримали організатора під час його зустрічі із виконавцем. Зловмисник ставив нове завдання щодо підпалу військової техніки та передав гроші за попередній підпал автомобіля ЗСУ.
Наразі слідчі СБУ повідомили агенту про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 258 (терористичний акт) Кримінального кодексу України. Фігуранту обрано запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою. Тривають слідчі дії для притягнення до відповідальності всіх осіб, причетних до протиправної діяльності.
Заходи із викриття та документування зловмисників проводили співробітники СБУ за процесуального керівництва Одеської обласної прокуратури.
