Армія Сомалі в п’ятницю вбила 19 бойовиків «Джамаат Аш-Шабаабу» після спроби цієї терористичної організації напасти на військову базу, повідомило міністерство внутрішньої безпеки країни.
Прессекретар розповів, що «Джамаат Аш-Шабааб» спробував атакувати базу поблизу Балада, міста приблизно за 30 км на північ від столиці Могадішо. Він додав, що наразі солдати розшукують терористів-утікачів.
У понеділок армія в ході спільної з міжнародними силами операції вбила одного з лідерів організації Абдуллахі Надіра, який вважався дуже важливим членом «Джамаат Аш-Шабаабу». Проте в понеділок організація здійснила ще два теракти за участю смертників у провінції Хіран у центральній частині країни. Було вбито близько 12 людей і поранено багатьох інших.
Президент Сомалі Хасан Шейх Мохамуд нещодавно оголосив повномасштабну війну проти «Джамаат Аш-Шабаабу» (або «Аль-Шабаабу»), який контролює більшу частину південних і центральних регіонів країни та налічує тисячі бойовиків. Група підтримує себе частково за рахунок вимагання або шантажу цивільного населення, бізнесменів і мандрівників, її мета – встановити в Сомалі правління на основі суворого тлумачення ісламського права.

Співробітники СБУ викрили агента російської військової розвідки, який спланував серію терактів в Одеській області. Зловмисника затримали «на гарячому», коли він вербував виконавця для майбутніх злочинів.
За інформацією СБУ, агентом виявився іноземець, який періодично приїжджав в Україну за завданням російських спецслужб. Його кураторами були представники російської військової розвідки, які діють з території невизнаної Придністровської молдавської республіки.
Головним завданням зловмисника було розхитування суспільно-політичної ситуації в Одеській області через проведення диверсій та терористичних актів. Уже встановлено, що він організував підпал військового автомобіля ЗСУ в Одесі у грудні 2021 року, облив пам’ятник загиблим у війні з РФ українцям.
Наступними об’єктами посягання агента мали стати офіси волонтерських та громадсько-політичних структур патріотичного спрямування, а також військова техніка в Одеській області.
Таким чином російські спецслужби хотіли провести інформаційно-психологічні спецоперації в контексті нібито «наявності на території Одеського регіону проросійського підпілля та антиукраїнських настроїв населення».
Співробітники СБУ затримали організатора під час його зустрічі із виконавцем. Зловмисник ставив нове завдання щодо підпалу військової техніки та передав гроші за попередній підпал автомобіля ЗСУ.
Наразі слідчі СБУ повідомили агенту про підозру за ч. 2 ст. 258 (терористичний акт) Кримінального кодексу України. Фігуранту обрано запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою. Тривають слідчі дії для притягнення до відповідальності всіх осіб, причетних до протиправної діяльності.
Заходи із викриття та документування зловмисників проводили співробітники СБУ за процесуального керівництва Одеської обласної прокуратури.

„Коли я зайшов у ресторан, то побачив, що всі схаменулись, тим часом до приміщення заїхав мотоцикл, після чого я почув клацання та закричав. Я запанікував, не знав, що відбувається. Коли ми вийшли з ресторану, то дізналися, що загинули люди. Я також бачив, як тих, хто вижив, та поранених, доставили до лікарні Ла-Бреш”, – розповів один з очевидців.
Наразі відповідальність за теракт не взяла на себе жодна організація, хоча в його організації підозрюють угруповання під назвою «Союз демократичних сил».

Як відомо, «Боко Харам» — радикальне ісламістське угруповання, що здійснює свою діяльність на північному сході Нігерії, півночі Камеруну та Нігеру. Організація заснована в 2002 році Мохамедом Юсуфом і ставила за мету побудову ісламської держави із законами шаріату.
Організація відома чисельними нападами на церкви, школи, поліцейські дільниці, а також викраденням та вбивством цивільного населення. Всього членами організації в період між 2002 та 2013 роком було вбито понад 10 000 чоловік. 22 травня 2014 року визнана Радою Безпеки ООН, як терористична організація.
У квітні 2015 року «Боко Харам» була перейменована на Західноафриканську провінцію «Ісламської держави».

Згідно з повідомленнями, знайденими в телефоні джихадиста з Тунісу, який торік 29 жовтня влаштував теракт у базиліці Нотр-Дам у Ніцці, спочатку хотів здійснити напад у Парижі.
Поліцейські джерела підтвердили інформаційному агентству AFP, що 22-річний Брагім Ісаав «планував поїхати до Парижа, але в нього не було достатньо грошей». Згідно з повідомленнями, опублікованими BFM News TV, 25 жовтня зловмисник написав другові в SMS із Риму: «Завтра їду до Франції, батьківщини невіруючих і собак».
Чоловік вирушив із Тунісу на човні 19 вересня і прибув через Італію ввечері 27 жовтня до Ніцци, на південь Франції, звідки наступного дня написав: «Я все ще в Ніцці, я хочу поїхати туди, де знаходишся ти, до Ейфелевої вежі, але квиток коштує 150 євро».
Потім в іншому повідомленні він зазначив: «Квиток занадто дорогий. Я тут, поки Бог мені допомагає». Джихадист через два дні вбив двох жінок та чоловіка в базиліці Нотр-Дам, після чого поліція кількома пострілами нейтралізувала його на місці події.
«Він хотів здійснити напад у Парижі. Ніцца була резервним місцем, бо в нього не залишилося грошей», – повідомила Самія Мактуф, адвокат сім’ї однієї з жертв, яка сумнівається, що чоловік діяв самостійно, і припускає, що ним керували з Тунісу.
Адвокат також повідомила, що джихадист усе заперечує й посилається на амнезію.
Після теракту Брагім Ісаві був доставлений до лікарні в Ніцці в критичному стані. На початку листопада його перевезли до Парижа, де після покращення стану здоров’я допитали й висунули звинувачення в здійсненні теракту.
Наразі слідство не встановило, чи мав терорист помічників. «Людей, з якими він контактував у Парижі, допитали, але підозр не висували», – зазначили поліцейські джерела.

Під час спільної антитерористичної операції данської розвідки та поліції в Орхусі та Копенгагені було затримано шістьох підозрюваних.
Згідно з повідомленням поліції Східної Ютландії, у вівторок чоловіків віком від 27 до 35 років підозрюють у приналежності до Ісламської держави (ІД) або участі у фінансуванні терористичної організації. За версією слідства, двоє чоловіків, що перебувають в руках правоохоронців, серед іншого, звинувачуються у тому, що в 2014 році вирушили до Сирії, де їх завербували джихадисти. Якщо їх визнають винними, їм може загрожувати до шести років ув’язнення.
П’ять підозрюваних звинувачуються у фінансуванні тероризму, центральною фігурою якого є 29-річний чоловік, який, за даними поліції, використовував своїх чотирьох соратників як посередників для переказу грошей екстремістам у період з 2013 по 2017 рік. Вони можуть отримати до десяти років позбавлення волі.
У Данії в лютому в рамках антитерористичної операції було затримано тринадцять підозрюваних. Однак шістьох із них звільнили з-під варти минулого тижня.
