Національна рада США із безпеки на транспорті (NTSB) заявила, що пілот вертольота, імовірно, порушив федеральні правила, залетівши в хмари.
У вівторок, більш ніж через рік після трагедії, в якій, зокрема, загинули зірка НБА та його 13-річна дочка, американські слідчі оприлюднили результати розслідування.
Через удар та пожежу потерпілі практично не мали шансів вижити, як і решта людей, які знаходилися на борту. Слідчий установив, що смерть усіх дев’яти жертв спричинили травми у зв’язку із сильним тупим ударом.
Розслідування виявило, що пілот, імовірно, порушив федеральні правила ще до аварії, коли підняв гелікоптер у хмари. Можливо, це було однією з головних причин трагедії, унаслідок якої він сам та всі пасажири на борту загинули.
За словами слідчих, пілот Ара Зобаян був дезорієнтований через те, що залетів у хмари. Як зазначила рада, рух через хмари є порушенням державних стандартів. Пілот летів за правилами візуального польоту, тому йому треба було бачити, куди він прямує. До виходу з хмар вертоліт різко накренився і врізався в пагорб.
У гелікоптера не було чорної скриньки, оскільки він не входив до стандартного обладнання, на відміну, наприклад, від пасажирських літаків чи рятувальних вертольотів. Чорний ящик містить великий відсоток усіх важливих даних, починаючи з радіорозмов у кабіні та записаних даних польоту, зокрема про швидкість, рух та параметри літального транспортного засобу.

Президент України Володимир Зеленський підписав Указ № 23/2021 “Про оголошення в Україні дня жалоби”, передає УНН із посиланням на Офіс Президента.
У зв’язку з трагедією, що сталася 21 січня 2021 року внаслідок пожежі в будинку для літніх людей у місті Харкові та призвела до людських жертв, а також з метою вшанування пам’яті загиблих 23 січня в Україні оголошено днем жалоби.
Відповідно до указу, в цей день на всій території України буде приспущено Державний прапор на будинках і спорудах органів державної влади, органів місцевого самоврядування, державних підприємств, установ та організацій.
Також мають бути скасовані розважально-концертні заходи та внесені відповідні зміни до програм теле- та радіопередач.
“У цій страшній пожежі ми втратили 15 людей. Це були чиїсь батьки та матері, чиїсь бабусі й дідусі. Так, у них позаду було довге життя, але попереду їх точно не мала чекати така жахлива смерть. Ці люди мали право на турботу, догляд та безпеку на схилі своїх років. Щоб гідно вшанувати їхню пам’ять, 23 січня оголошено день трауру. Бо зайвих громадян в Україні не існує”, — сказав Володимир Зеленський.

Ніконов попрохав чоловіка переставити автомобіль на інше місце, але той повівся агресивно і вдарив Ніконова в обличчя. Захищаючись, директор «Автоентерпрайз» вихопив травматичний пістолет і вистрілив у землю, випадково поранивши опонента у палець ноги.За словами пораненого чоловіка, коли він припаркував свій автомобіль, до нього підійшов Ніконов і попрохав переставити машину на інше місце. Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. За попередньою інформацією, під час обвалення загинули вісім людей, 25 були витягнуті з-під завалів.
На місці обвалення тривають рятувальні роботи. Представники служби реагування на лиха (NDRF) побоюються, що ще близько 20-25 осіб перебувають під завалами.
За словами очевидців, обвалення триповерхового житлового будинку, в якому розташована 21 квартира, відбулося близько 4 ранку, коли багато мешканців спали.

Українського капітана судна, котрий врізався в
прогулянковий катер минулого року в Будапешті на р. Дунай, випустили з ізолятора.
Як повідомили в пресслужбі прокуратури м. Будапешт, суд
другої інстанції постановив випустити капітана з ізолятора та виніс рішення про
подальший нагляд. Згідно з ним, капітан не може залишати квартиру без дозволу
та повинен носити електронний браслет. «Це рішення суперечить попередній
професійній точці зору прокуратури, але наразі обвинувачення вичерпало свої процедурні інструменти»,
– повідомили в прокуратурі.
29 травня 2019 року річковий круїзний лайнер «Viking
Sigyn» у м. Будапешт на річці Дунай
зіткнувся з круїзним катером «Hableány» (Русалка), котрий після цього затонув. На катері
перебувало 35 людей, 33 – пасажири з Південної Кореї та 2 – члени екіпажу.
Сімох туристів вдалося врятувати, пізніше знайшли тіла 27 загиблих, тіло одного
туриста досі шукають.
Прокуратура одного з районів м. Будапешт торік 28
листопада звинуватила Юрія К. у загрозі водному руху з необережності, що
спричинило смертельну транспортну пригоду та інших злочинах.
Відповідно до рішення суду, капітана судна заарештували у
грудні минулого року. Тоді суд обґрунтував своє рішення тим, що якщо
обвинувачений втече на батьківщину, тоді Україна не видасть свого громадянина
іншій країні.

Капітан круїзного судна, яке у травні зіткнулося з
екскурсійним катером на річці Дунай, в результаті чого загинули 28 людей, був
повторно заарештований через побоювання, що він може спробувати втекти.
64-річний капітан лайнера Viking Sigyn, ідентифікований як українець Юрій К., був звинувачений минулого місяця прокуратурою Будапешта в недбалості і створенні загрози водному руху, що призвело до катастрофи з масовими смертельними наслідками. Прокурори домагаються дев’ятирічного тюремного ув’язнення.
Тільки сім із 33 південнокорейських туристів, що
знаходилися на борту екскурсійного катера Hableany (Русалка), пережили
зіткнення, в результаті якого загинули також двоє членів угорського екіпажу.
Останки однієї південнокорейської туристки досі не
знайдені.
Понеділкове рішення Пештського центрального районного
суду може бути оскаржене.
Капітан був звільнений з-під варти після того, як розслідування катастрофи закінчилося в жовтні, але повинен був носити електронний пристрій стеження і не мав права покидати своє місце проживання без дозволу, повідомляє „Європейська правда”.
