Több mint húsz hektáron égett le egy természetvédelmi terület kedden Erdélyben a Torockói-hegységben; a tűzoltóknak hatórás erőfeszítés után sikerült megfékezni a lángokat.
A dél-erdélyi Nagyenyed és Torockó között található Kőköz a térség egyik természetvédelmi látványossága, a három kilométer hosszú sziklaszoros számos védett faj élőhelye.
A természetvédelmi területen kigyulladt tűzhöz kedden reggel riasztották a fehér megyei tűzoltókat, a száraz növényzet kapott lángra, és az erős szél miatt a tűz gyorsan elterjedt-írta az Agerpres román hírügynökség.
Erdély több megyéjében ugyanis viharos szélre vonatkozó riasztás van érvényben.
A tűzoltóknak hatórás erőfeszítés árán kedd délutánra sikerült megfékezni a lángokat, az oltásban a nagyenyedi erdészeti felügyelőség szakemberei is segítettek.
Alexandru Crişan, a Fehér megyei vészhelyzeti felügyelőség szóvivője elmondta: a tűzben húsz hektárnál nagyobb terület égett le, amiből három hektár lombhullató erdő, a többi cserjés és száraz növényzettel borított legelő.
A tűz oka egyelőre nem ismert.
A természeti látnivalókban gazdag Kőköz Nagyenyedről országúton közelíthető meg Torockó irányába haladva. Az út sziklafalak között vezet, és az Enyed patak is itt folyik.
Erdélyben és Románia más térségeiben az elmúlt években egyre nagyobb gondot okoznak a felügyelet nélkül hagyott tarlótüzek, melyek olykor védett területekre is átterjednek.
A szakemberek szerint ily módon számos védett növény és állat válik a felelőtlen emberi magatartás áldozatává.
Bár a hatóságok az elmúlt években jelentősen növelték a kiróható bírság értékét, a jelenséget nem sikerült megfékezni, mivel sok gazda így tisztítja le a műveletlenül hagyott területét.
Tavaly Hargita megyében több mint kétszáz gazdától vonták meg a mezőgazdasági támogatást az illegális tarlótüzek miatt.

„Tűz ütött ki egy 7 emeletes szállodában Pendikben, Isztambulban. A helyszínre nagyszámú tűzoltót és mentőt vezényeltek. Az emberek szállodából való evakuálása során kiderült, hogy a tűzben ketten meghaltak” – tájékoztat a tévécsatorna.
A Pendik kerületi vezetés két halottról és három sérült állampolgárról számolt be. A tűz helyi idő szerint 07:30-kor tört ki, amit a mentőknek a beavatkozás után 45 perccel sikerült megfékezni. A vizsgálat folyamatban van, a keletkezés okait vizsgálják.
Ezenkívül az isztambuli kormányzói hivatal arról számolt be, hogy a Szultán Abdulhamit Khan Oktató és Kutató Kórházban (Usküdar kerület, Isztambul ázsiai oldalán) kitört tűz következtében elővigyázatosságból 109 embert evakuáltak és a közeli kórházakba szállítottak. Egy kritikus állapotban lévő intenzív osztályos beteg a kórházban meghalt.

Hatalmas tűz pusztított szombaton Selmecbánya (Banská Štiavnica) UNESCO világörökség részének számító város központjában. Több történelmi épület, a Városháza téren fekvő Szerelem bankja (Banka lásky) megrongálódott, a lángokat a délutáni órákra sikerült megfékezni – derül ki az Új Szó cikkéből.
E szerint a lángok szombaton délelőtt csaptak fel a városközpontban, és villámgyorsan terjedtek épületről épületre. Dél körül már a helyi Szlovák Bányászati Múzeum archívumát, a művészeti iskola épületét és a pizzériát is elérte, a hatóságok több tucat hivatásos és önkéntes tűzoltót vezényeltek a helyszínre. Bevetettek katonai tűzoltókat is, hogy a helyi levéltár dokumentumainak és a közeli múzeum kulturális emlékeinek elszállítsák. Annak két fő oka van, hogy a tűz ekkora pusztítást tudott végezni. az egyik az erős szél, a másik, hogy , hogy az épületek közel állnak egymáshoz és régi tetőgerendáik vannak.
Délután az ügyvezető kormány több tagja, Eduard Heger miniszterelnök, Jaroslav Naď védelmi miniszter és Roman Mikulec belügyminiszter is elutazott a városba. Miniszterelnöki bejelentés szerint összesen hét épület vált a lángok martalékává, amihez Natália Milanová kulturális miniszter hozzáfűzte, a Szlovák Bányászati Múzeum épülete továbbra is veszélyben van. Pavol Mikulášek tűzoltósági igazgató közlése szerint jelenleg lokalizációs munkákat hajtanak végre, erőik legalább vasárnap reggelig maradnak a helyszínen.

Jelentős mértékben nőtt az ukrajnai tűzesetek száma a hőt és elektromosságot előállító generátorok nem megfelelő használata miatt – közölte Olekszandr Horunzsij, az ukrán katasztrófavédelem szóvivője.
Az Unian beszámolója szerint a szóvivő figyelmeztette a lakosságot, hogy a generátorokat kizárólag a szabadban üzemeltessék és tartsák be a tűzvédelmi előírásokat. Elmondta, idén több mint 72 ezer tűzeset miatt riasztották a tűzoltókat, míg novemberben nagyjából háromezer bejelentés érkezett hozzájuk, amelyek 40 százaléka a lakosság köréből érkezett.
Az utóbbi hetekben folyamatosan orosz rakétatámadások érik az ukrajnai elektromos infrastruktúrát, ezért a lakosság generátorokkal igyekszik biztosítani az áramot és a fűtést lakásaikban.
Mindeközben Anton Gerascsenko, az ukrán belügyminisztérium tanácsadója a Twitteren arra hívja fel a figyelmet, hogy az idei telet az ukránok nem élik túl generátorok nélkül.

Hatalmas tűz ütött ki Irán hírhedt Evin börtönében, ahol köztörvényes elítéltek mellett politikai foglyokat és kormányellenes aktivistákat tartanak fogva.
A jelentések szerint lövések dördültek el, amikor a fővárosban, Teheránban lévő börtönben a tűz elszabadult – írta meg a Sky News.
Az amerikai székhelyű Iráni Emberi Jogi Központ szerint „fegyveres konfliktus” zajlik a börtön falain belül. Meg nem erősített jelentések szerint először a börtön 7. szárnyában hallottak lövéseket.
Az IRNA állami hírügynökség szerint legalább nyolc ember megsérült a tűzben, de halálos áldozatokról nem érkezett jelentés. A hírügynökség szerint az egyik kórteremben összecsapások voltak a fogvatartottak és a személyzet között.
Egy névtelenséget kérő tisztviselő az iráni Tasnim hírügynökségnek úgy nyilatkozott, hogy egyetlen »biztonsági« (politikai) fogoly sem vett részt a foglyok közötti összecsapásban. A biztonsági foglyok kórterme külön és távol van a tolvajok és a pénzügyi bűncselekményekért elítéltek kórtermétől. A biztonsági foglyok kórterme nem volt érintett a foglyok közötti összecsapásban.
A lázadókat elkülönítették a többi rabtól
Egy magas rangú biztonsági tisztviselő azt állította, a rabok felgyújtottak egy ruhákkal teli raktárat, és hozzátette, hogy a „lázadókat” elkülönítették a többi rabtól a konfliktus deeszkalálása érdekében.
A helyzetet mostanra állítólag „teljesen ellenőrzés alatt tartják”, a tűz eloltásán már dolgoznak.
Több szemtanú azonban azt mondta, hogy a mentők szirénája még mindig hallatszik, és füstöt lehet látni a börtön felett.
Az egyik szemtanú a Reuters hírügynökségnek úgy nyilatkozott, hogy az Evin börtönhöz vezető utakat lezárták a forgalom elől. Rengeteg mentőautó van itt.
Összecsapások vannak a teljes országban
A tűzvész akkor történt, amikor a Mahsa Amini halála miatt ötödik hete tartó erőszakos kormányellenes tüntetések országszerte felerősödtek, és a tucatnyi halott között gyerekek is voltak.
A 22 éves Amini szeptember 16-án a rendőrség őrizetében halt meg, miután a teheráni erkölcsrendészet letartóztatta, mert állítólag megsértette az iszlám köztársaság szigorú öltözködési szabályait.
A brit–iráni kettős állampolgár Anoosheh Ashoori öt évet töltött az Evinben, miután elítélték Izraelnek való kémkedésért annak ellenére, hogy soha nem járt az országban, és később a csatornának nyilatkozott azokról az élményekről, amelyeket átélt.
A börtönt a „pokol egyik körének” nevezte, és elárulta, hogy könyörögnie kellett az őröknek az alapvető szükségletekért, például a WC használatáért.
Állítása szerint mindennap kihallgatták „reggel nyolctól egészen este 10 vagy 11 óráig”, miközben fogvatartói megfenyegették a családját, megmutatták neki felesége és gyermekei képét, és figyelmeztették, hogy soha többé nem láthatja őket.

A mentőket vasárnap hajnalban riasztották a város Easton negyedébe. A Wills Drive-i Twinnell House legfelső emeletén ütött ki a tűz.
Feltételezések szerint egy férfi azért halt szörnyet, mivel az ablakon keresztül próbált menekülni a tűz elől, ahonnan szerencsétlenül lezuhant.
A tűz során nyolc ember megsérült, akiket azonnal kórházba szállítottak. Egyikőjüket jeéenleg még kórházban ápolják, mivel súlyosabb égési sérüléseket szerzett – írja a Sky News.
Körülbelül 90 lakost evakuáltak a 17 emeletes épületből,valamint átmeneti pihenőközpontot állítottak fel egy templomban.
Összesen 11 tűzoltóautó vett részt a mentésben.

Kigyulladt egy Lettországból Svédországba komp Svédország partjainak a közelében, 300 emberrel a fedélzetén. A Stena Scandica nevű komphajó Gotska Sandön sziget közelében a svéd partvidéktől dél-keletre hajózott a tűz kitörésekor, ami egy fedélzeten lévő hűtőkonténerben keletkezett.
A tüzet eloltották, senki sem sérült meg, de ezután nem volt áram a hajón. Attól tartva, hogy a komp zátonyra futhat, elkezdték evakuálni az embereket három helikopterrel és két hajóval.
Körülbelül 30 embert, családokat és időseket szállítottak le a hajóról, azonban a sötétedés miatt leállították a mentést. Közben a komp motorjait sikerült újra beindítani, így a hajó 270 emberrel a fedélzetén elindult eredeti célállomása, a svédországi Nynähshamm felé.

A tűzoltók és az önkéntesek hősies munkájának köszönhetően immár nincs veszély az isztriai turistaparadicsom környékén.
Ahogy arról mi is beszámoltunk, az isztriai Pulához közeli településen kigyulladt egy transzformátor-állomás, a fél város áram nélkül maradt, az erős szél miatt tovább terjedtek a lángok; a délre fekvő Vintijan és Dolinka községet evakuálni kellett.

Legalább egy ember meghalt, miután szombaton tűz ütött ki egy sanghaji petrolkémiai komplexumban.
A tűz a Sinopec petrolkémiai komplexum területén keletkezett hajnali 4 óra körül a város Jinshan kerületében – közölte a vállalat a hivatalos Weibo-fiókján.
A sanghaji tűzoltóság szerint a helyszínre mentőcsapatokat küldtek a Jinshan és Fengxian körzetekből, valamint a város vegyipari parkjából. A mentési munkálatok folyamatban vannak.
Helyi idő szerint körülbelül 9 órakor a vállalat közölte, hogy a tüzet „ellenőrzés alá vonták”.
A sanghaji lakosok által a közösségi médiában közzétett videón legalább egy robbanás történt az üzemben, miközben egyre nagyobb lángok csaptak a magasba.
Kínában az elmúlt években számos ipari baleset történt, amelyeknek több halálos áldozata volt, és az esetek aggodalmat keltettek a közbiztonsággal kapcsolatban. 2015-ben legalább 173 ember halt meg az északi Tianjin kikötővárosban egy vegyipari raktárban történt robbanássorozat után. Tavaly októberben az északkeleti Shenyang városában egy étteremben nagy erejű robbanásban legalább három ember meghalt és több mint harmincan megsérültek – írja a CNN.
