A mostani ősz döntő időszak lesz a háborúban, a tél nehéz lesz, de az Ukrajna által tervezett intézkedések sikeresek lesznek, és meghiúsítják az ellenség terveit – jelentette ki szombaton Vadim Szkibickij, a Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztályának képviselője az rbc.ua hírportálnak adott interjújában.
Mint a katonai hírszerzőtiszt elmondta, „a döntő időszak pontosan az ősz lesz. Ha a természeti és éghajlati viszonyokról beszélünk, akkor szeptember-október. Utána rossz idő lesz, november, tél, de a harcok folytatódnak.” Ezért az ütemtervtől függetlenül a téli időszak is nehéz lesz, mert zavaró harci műveletek lesznek, hogy feszültségben tartsák az ukrán fegyveres erőket – tette hozzá. „A második az energiaforrások tényezője, amit Oroszország minden bizonnyal a belső helyzetünk destabilizálására fog felhasználni. És ennek fényében készülnek a tavaszra, az erőteljes harci műveletek újrakezdésére” – mutatott rá.
Szkibickij előrejelzése szerint a harcok télen nem feltétlenül lesznek intenzívek, ugyanakkor a megszállók továbbra is Szumi és Csernyihiv megyék határai közelében tartják zászlóalj-harcászati csoportjaikat, hogy ágyúzzák az ukrán területeket, feszültségben tartsák a lakosságot, lekössék az ukrán hadsereg erők erőit és eszközeit. Egyúttal reményét fejezte ki, hogy az Ukrajna által tervezett intézkedések sikeresek lesznek, és a fegyveres erők meghiúsítják Oroszország további megszállási terveit, beleértve Donbászt.
A hírszerző kifejtette: annak ellenére, hogy a rendelkezésünkre álló erőforrások nem elegendőek számunkra, a segítség érkezik hozzánk, hadműveleteket tervezünk, csapásokat mérünk az irányítási központokra, lőszerraktárakra, élő erőkre. „Az orosz csapatok morálja pedig változik, teljesen más, mint március elején volt, amikor a területünkre vonultak. Adataink szerint Oroszország egyes, a kezdetektől, azaz február óta harci cselekményekben részt vevő egységeinek feltöltöttsége mára 30 %-ra zuhant. Ez az arány minden szükséges mutató alatt van” – mutatott rá Vadim Szkibickij.

Az ukrajnai háború kitörése óta legkevesebb 98 ember vesztette életét egészségügyi intézményekhez köthető 473 támadás során – közölte szerdán Jarno Habicht, az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO) helyi képviselője egy dnyiprói bunkerből nyilatkozva.
A WHO adatai szerint az incidensek során legalább 134 ember sebesült meg.
Habicht a nemzetközi jog megsértéséről beszélt.
Hans Kluge, a szervezet európai regionális igazgatója elfogadhatatlannak nevezte az egészségügyi létesítmények elleni támadásokat. Az összesen 473 regisztrált támadásból 399 ért közvetlenül egészségügyi intézményt, 139 esetben raktárat, 69 esetben pedig járművet, a többi között mentőautókat ért találat. Ötvennyolc alkalommal ért támadás egészségügyi dolgozókat és huszonnégy alkalommal pácienseket.
Tedrosz Adhanom Gebrejeszusz, a WHO főigazgatója közölte, hogy az ukrán egészségügyi ellátórendszer bár komoly csapást szenvedett el már, még nem omlott össze. Mint mondta, az intézményeknek sikerült a szükséges helyen és időben ellátniuk az embereket. Mindemellett felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy a világ egyetlen egészségügyi ellátórendszere sem képes háborús körülmények között a lakosságot megfelelően ellátni. A WHO ezért ismételten felszólította Oroszországot, hogy vessen véget a háborúnak.

A támadás következtében 25-en vesztették életüket és 31 személy sérült meg. A hírt Kirilo Timosenko, az Elnöki Hivatal helyettes vezetője közölte.
Elmondása szerint a helyszínen befejeződtek a mentési munkálatok, a halálos áldozatok között van egy 11 és egy 6 éves gyerek. Egyikük az állomás romjai alatt vesztette életét, a másik pedig egy, az állomás közelében parkoló autóban égett.

Az elmúlt éjszakán Odesszán kívül Mikolajiv városát is rakétatámadás érte. Az információk szerint az ellenséges Sz-300-as rakéták a Petro Mohila Egyetem épületébe csapódtak.
A hírt Olekszandr Szenkevics polgármester és VItalij Kim, a megyei katonai adminisztráció vezetője is megerősítette.
„Alig néhány napja közzétettem egy videót, és megmutattam, hogy nincs ott katonai bázis. Hogy csupán az egyetem szakemberei dolgoznak ott: fogadják a jelentkezők iratait, aláírják a leveleket, diplomákat állítanak ki. Ma éjjel azonban két orosz rakéta is becsapódott. A támadás idején csak egy biztonsági őr tartózkodott az egyetemen. Szerencsére nem sérült meg. A szemközti házak a törmelékek és a lökéshullám miatt megrongálódtak.
