Винищувач ВМС Китаю J-11 наблизився на три метри до літака RC-135 ВПС США, змусивши його маневрувати, щоб уникнути зіткнення в міжнародному повітряному просторі.
Про це йдеться в опублікованій заяві Індійсько-тихоокеанського командування США.
Інцидент стався 21 грудня над Південно-Китайським морем. Пілот китайського винищувача виконав небезпечний маневр, змусивши RC-135, який на законних підставах проводив звичайні операції, виконати маневри ухилення, щоб уникнути зіткнення.
Зазначається, що військовий літак КНР підійшов на відстань 10 футів (3 метри) від крила американського літака та менш ніж 20 футів (6 метрів) від носа літака.
„Індійсько-тихоокеанські об’єднані сили США спрямовані на вільний і відкритий Індо-Тихоокеанський регіон і продовжуватимуть літати, плавати та діяти на морі та в міжнародному повітряному просторі, належним чином враховуючи безпеку всіх суден і літаків відповідно до міжнародного права. Ми очікуємо, що всі країни Індо-Тихоокеанського регіону будуть використовувати міжнародний повітряний простір безпечно та відповідно до міжнародного права”, – йдеться у заяві.

Великий скандал сколихнув румунську армію після того, як слідчі органи заявили про угоду, яка становить загрозу національній безпеці. Йдеться про низькоякісний гас, котрий постачає комерційна компанія і котрий спричинив поломку кількох винищувачів.
Справу, яка набула розголосу в останні кілька днів, розкрила прокуратура з боротьби з організованою злочинністю та тероризмом міста Плоєшті на півдні Румунії, яка порушила кримінальне провадження проти двох багатих бізнесменів за підозрою у створенні організованого злочинного угруповання, шахрайство, підробка документів і підбурювання до вчинення цих злочинів.
За даними прокуратури, компанія Jetfly Hub Крістіана Беренделя та Дена Флоріна Беренделя у лютому 2018 року підписала чотирирічний контракт із Міністерством оборони в Бухаресті на поставку двох типів гасу — Jet Al і Jet Al Premium. Відповідно до критеріїв якості, викладених у рамковій угоді, паливо не повинно бути старше шести місяців і повинно містити антиоксиданти та антистатичні добавки. Згідно з матеріалами слідства, першу порцію компанія поставила, щоб завоювати довіру клієнта – відповідно до своїх зобов’язань, але в жовтні 2017 року почала транспортувати паливо з танкера, який стояв на якорі в порту Констанца, але більше не повідомляла міністерству про це.
Згідно зі свідченнями, у 2018 році почалися серійні поломки військових літаків типу МіГ ВПС Румунії, виробництво яких припинили після 2019 року, коли було завершено постачання імпортного гасу та замінено його на паливо від румунського постачальника.
За словами прокурорів, шахрайство коштувало румунській державі 32,5 мільйона леїв, але, крім того, національна безпека Румунії, країни – члена НАТО, також була під загрозою через те, що багато винищувачів, які виконували оборонні та стратегічні функції, були пошкоджені та потребували ремонту через неякісне паливо.
Слідство стверджує, що компанія могла легко обдурити замовника, оскільки в Міноборони ніхто не перевіряв наявність у гасі добавок, необхідних для належної якості пального.
Наразі в уряді та відповідних установах спростовують справу, яка набула розголосу. Прем’єр-міністр Румунії Ніколає Чука, який обіймав посаду начальника штабу між 2015 і 2019 роками, а потім був міністром оборони в період із листопада 2019 року по листопад 2021 року, заявив, що не знав про проблему МІГів, заправлених неякісним гасом, але він вважає, що ніхто не дозволить собі «бавитися» з такою темою.
– Я не думаю, що це було неякісне паливо, тому що тоді б вони не змогли літати. Я не думаю, що хтось дозволив би собі гратися з такою темою, – зазначив прем’єр-міністр.
Міністерство оборони в Бухаресті відповіло на звинувачення у заяві, згідно з якою літаки МіГ 21-LanceR не були пошкоджені на землі в період із 2018 по 2021 роки через проблеми, спричинені паливом. Згідно з даними міністерства, з компанією Jet Fly Hub було укладено контракт на відкритих державних закупівлях відповідно до чинного законодавства, і протягом зазначеного періоду авіапарк МіГів зміг у повному обсязі виконати покладені на нього завдання, включно з повітряним патрулюванням.
Повідомляється, що на літаках МіГ 21-ЛансР проведено втручання з метою очищення апаратури паливоподачі від забруднення та проведення поточних ремонтних робіт.
Наразі в жодному з випадків не можна стверджувати, що існує причинно-наслідковий зв’язок між якістю палива, що постачається компанією, та виникненням повідомлених дефектів, – стверджує міністерство оборони Румунії. Водночас вони визнають, що у грудні 2018 року в поставленому паливі були виявлені недоліки якості, через що товар не був прийнятий, а поставку відновили, коли компанія надала паливо, яке відповідало технічним характеристикам контракту. Крім того, міністерство в односторонньому порядку розірвало рамкову угоду в липні минулого року, за кілька місяців до початкового терміну, оскільки компанія неодноразово запізнювалася з поставкою товару.
У Румунії за останні десятиліття виникло багато проблем із парком МіГів ВПС, успадкованих від комуністичного режиму, за останні 25 років більше двадцяти літаків типу 21-LanceR здійснили вимушені посадки або розбилися. У флоті, який раніше налічував 110 винищувачів, зараз залишилося близько 30-40 боєздатних літаків.
Остання трагедія сталася в березні цього року, коли в чорноморському повіті Констанц розбився винищувач, внаслідок якого загинув пілот. Насправді гелікоптер IAR-330 Puma, який вирушив на його пошуки, також врізався в землю, в аварії загинуло семеро членів екіпажу. Сьогодні триває модернізація ВПС Румунії, яка проводиться армією шляхом закупівлі вживаних американських винищувачів F16, і водночас, в рамках масштабних військових розробок, також планується закупівля винищувачів F-35 останнього покоління.

У межах місії НАТО угорські винищувачі Gripen перебувають у повітряному просторі країн Балтії. Вони перехопили російський ІЛ-76.
Про це розповів міністр оборони Угорщини Крістоф Шалай-Бобровницький. Інцидент трапився вранці 18 серпня.
„Угорські винищувачі були підняті рано вранці через нерозпізнаний літак, а потім Gripen, згідно з міжнародними процедурами, успішно перехопили та ідентифікували російський літак ІЛ-76, що летів на південь над Балтійським морем”, – написав міністр.
Він додав, що після перехоплення Gripen відправились на авіабазу Шяуляй у Литві, де дислокуються. Міністр не зазначив, що трапилося з ІЛ-76.

У четвер Китай направив 22 винищувачі до «меридіанної лінії», що проходить вниз Тайванською протокою. Тайбей також випустив освітлювальні ракети, щоб перехопити чотири безпілотники.

Міністерство національної оборони заявило, що для відстеження літаків було розгорнуто «зенітно-ракетні комплекси», і було передано попередження по радіо.
Міністерство оборони Тайваню повідомило, що невідомі об’єкти ймовірно, безпілотники, пролетіли в середу ввечері над територією його островів Цзіньмень, і випустили освітлювальні ракети, щоб відігнати їх.
Китайські безпілотники пролетіли парами і двічі перетнули район Цзіньмень.
«Ми одразу випустили сигнальні ракети, щоб попередити та відігнати їх. Після цього вони повернулися. Вони увійшли до нашої забороненої зони, тому ми їх розігнали», — йдеться в повідомленні міноборони.
Відомство вважає, що безпілотники призначалися для збору розвідувальних даних про розгортання сил безпеки Тайваню на його віддалених островах.
Меридіанна лінія – це неофіційний кордон, який проходить посередині Тайванської протоки, що розділяє Тайвань і Китай.
Військові літаки рідко перетинають його.
За останні два роки Пекін активізував військові вторгнення до розпізнавальної зони протиповітряної оборони Тайваню.
ППО — це не те саме, що територіальний повітряний простір Тайваню, але включає набагато більшу територію, яка перетинається з частиною ідентифікаційної зони ППО Китаю і навіть включає частину материка.
Але кількість вторгнень за меридіанну лінію значно збільшилася після того, як Пекін оголосив про масштабні військові навчання на знак протесту проти візиту цього тижня на територію острова спікера Палати представників США Ненсі Пелосі.
З 49 вторгнень, про які Тайвань повідомив у середу і четвер, у 44 брали участь китайські літаки, які перетинали лінію.
Донедавна вторгнення до ППО Тайваню також були відносно рідкісні.
Але це почало змінюватися близько двох років тому, коли Пекін посилив військовий тиск на Тайвань, який він вважає своєю територією і поклявся захопити її.
Минулого року Тайвань зареєстрував 969 вторгнень китайських військових літаків у свою ППО, що більш ніж удвічі перевищує приблизно 380 випадків у 2020 році.
Найбільша кількість літаків, відправлених Китаєм за один день, становила 56 4 жовтня 2021 року.

Інцидент стався над містом Макуразакі на півдні Японії. Два літаки прямували до Окінави. Пілотам удалося благополучно приземлитися на одній з авіабаз, але літаки через удар блискавки зазнали серйозних пошкоджень.
Блискавки вражають літаки доволі часто: у випадку комерційних рейсів – у середньому раз на рік.
Теоретично удар блискавки може знищити літак, але сучасні конструкції дозволяють мінімізувати цей ризик. Завдяки спеціальному покриттю поверхні вся машина являє собою клітку Фарадея, яка убезпечує і пілота, і пальне та системи.
У цьому випадку, імовірно, постраждало додаткове обладнання винищувачів, зокрема антени й камери, через що збитки становлять понад два мільйони доларів.
