У селі Сойми, що поблизу Міжгір’я, водій автомобіля «Opel Vivaro» допустив наїзд на пішохода, який перебігав дорогу. Внаслідок отриманих травм потерпілий помер на місці автопригоди. За фактом відкрито кримінальне провадження.
Вчора, 19 грудня, близько 18:00, поліцейські отримали повідомлення про дорожньо-транспортну пригоду у селі Сойми, що поблизу Міжгір’я.
На місце події одразу ж виїхала слідчо-оперативна група. Поліцейські встановили, що заявник – 46-річний місцевий житель, рухаючись на автомобілі «Opel Vivaro», допустив наїзд на пішохода.
За попередніми даними, потерпілий саме перебігав дорогу із-за автомобіля, який їхав назустріч заявнику. Внаслідок отриманих травм 51-річний місцевий мешканець помер на місці події.
Водія транспортного засобу «Opel Vivaro» освідчили – за кермом він перебував тверезим. Автомобіль доставлено на штрафмайданчик поліції.
За вказаним фактом слідчі поліції відкрили кримінальне провадження за частиною 2 статті 286 Кримінального кодексу України (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху, що призвело до смерті). Слідство у справі триває.
