Ma, amikor ellentmondó hírek terjengnek a negatív teszt utáni újrafertőzésről az Egyesült Államokbeli Bostoni kórház orvosai egy rendkívüli esetről számoltak be. Elmondásuk szerint, egy 45 éves betegnek, a koronavírussal való 154 napos kimerítő és végzetes küzdelme során három relapszusa (visszaesése) volt. Az orvosok megjegyezték, hogy a betegnek autoimmun betegsége volt, amely vérrögök képződését és tüdővérzést válthatott ki.
Meg kell jegyezni, hogy a betegségről szóló jelentés szerint a beteg autoimmun, diffúz alveoláris betegségben szenvedett. Erre az alapbetegségére a férfi antikoagulánsokat (alvadásgátló) és szteroidokat tartalmazó valamint az immunrendszert elnyomó gyógyszereket szedett. Mindez növelte a kockázatát a koronavírus fertőzésnek.
Amikor magas lázzal kórházba került, koronavírus-tesztje pozitív eredményt mutatott. Az orvosok öt napos, Remdevisir gyulladáscsökkentő és vírusölő gyógyszeres kúrát írtak elő, tüdővérzéstől tartva egyben megnövelték a szteroid adagját.
Miután hazaengedték a kórházból, 62 napig a férfinak karanténban kellett lennie, de hasi fájdalmak, légzési problémák és fáradékonyság okán háromszor szorult kórházi ápolásra. Az orvosok szerint, mindhárom esetben vére oxigénszintje alacsonyabb volt a normánál, de később a beteg jobban lett, és az orvosok bíztak benne, hogy legyőzi a fertőzést.
A férfit 105 nappal az első Covid-19 diagnózis után ugyanazokkal a problémákkal szállították ismét kórházba. Miután a teszt negatív lett, még folytatták a kezelést. Három hónappal később pedig harmadik alkalommal diagnosztizálták nála a Covid-19-et. Ismét Remdevisirel kezelték, lélegeztető-gépre kapcsolták, de sajnos, 154 nappal az első pozitív tesztet követően, meghalt.
„Az agresszív kezelés ellenére a vírus 154 napig maradt a betegben. És ijesztő és szokatlan sebességgel mutált szervezetében, ami nem volt felkészülve a fertőzések leküzdésére úgy, mint egy közönséges emberé” – konstatálták az orvosok.
Ez az egyedülálló helyzet azt mutatja, hogy mennyire veszélyes a Covid-19 a legyengült immunitással rendelkező emberek számára, és milyen veszélyessé válhatnak a szervezeten belül, még mielőtt elkezdene az emberek körében terjedni.

Denisz Smihal miniszterelnök becslése szerint ez év végéig a Covid-19 koronavírus-fertőzéses esetek napi száma 20 000-re emelkedhet, közölte az Ukrinform tudósítója, a kormányfő kijevi újságírókkal folytatott beszélgetésére hivatkozva.
„Sajnos az előrejelzéseink azt mutatják, hogy a jelenlegi helyzetből kiindulva arra következtetünk, hogy év végére meglehetősen gyors növekedés várható. A hónap végére napi 15 ezer ember beteg is lehet, ez már nem titok… Az év végére ez a szám napi 20 ezer emberre növekedhet” – mondta Smihal.
A miniszterelnök megjegyezte, hogy az ukrán egészségügyi rendszer készül a kihívásra és ki fogja bírni ezt a terhet.
Ezen kívül Smihal felszólította lakosságot, hogy tartsák be a karantén intézkedéseket.

Meghosszabbítják a rendkívüli helyzetet a polgári védelmi rendszer számára Ukrajna egész területén.
A kormány azt tervezi, hogy 2020. december 31-ig meghosszabbítja Ukrajnában a rendkívüli helyzetet, ami idén márciusban lépett hatályba a Covid-19 járvány miatt.
A rendelettervezet értelmező dokumentuma szerint a Covid-19 terjedése kapcsán Ukrajnában jelentősen romlott a járványhelyzet, emiatt az ukrán kormány 2020. október 13-i rendeletének megfelelően a karantént 2020. december 31-ig meghosszabbította.
„A karantén meghosszabbítása miatt szükség van a polgári védelem egységes állami rendszere számára a rendkívüli helyzet 2020. december 31-ig való meghosszabbítására Ukrajna egész területén” – olvasható a dokumentumban.

Ukrajnában a szigorú karantént abban az esetben vezetik be, ha naponta több mint 9,5 ezer koronavírus beteget regisztrálnak. Azt viszont a gazdaság nagyon megsínyli, nyilatkozta Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök az egyházak képviselőivel folytatott megbeszélésen.
„A helyzet kritikussá válik Ukrajna egészségügyi rendszere számára, ha napi 9,5 ezer koronavírus-fertőzés lesz, akkor kénytelenek leszünk szigorú karantént bevezetni. De akkor leáll a gazdaság, és mindenkinek nagyon nehéz lesz” – mondta Zelenszkij.
Megjegyezte azt is, hogy a megbetegedések előfordulása csökkenthető, ha korlátozásokat vezetnek be minden korosztály számára azokon a helyeken, ahol a tömegek alakulhatnak ki.
„Csökkenthetjük a fertőzöttek és elhunytak számát, ha csökkentjük az emberek, különösen az idősek számát a zsúfolt helyeken. Ez nem csak a templomokról szól, hanem bármelyik helyiségről és eseményről” – hangsúlyozta Zelenszkij.
Korábban az Egészségügyi Minisztérium tartaléklehetőségnek nevezte a karantén bevezetésének lehetőségét. Ezt csak abban az esetben alkalmazzák, ha már az enyhébb intézkedések nem elég hatékonyak.

Franciaországban közel 5 ezer új koronavírusos esetet regisztráltak csütörtökön – írja a Le Figaro. A járvány kitörése óta ez a negyedik legrosszabb adat, utoljára április 14-én volt ennél több új beteg.
Az elmúlt 24 órában 4771 új esetet fedeztek fel – jelentette be a francia Egészségügyi Főigazgatóság (DGS). Ez hatalmas növekedés az előző napi 3776 esethez képest is. Az elmúlt hét napban 18 638 új esetet regisztráltak.
Újabb 12 ember halt meg, összesen már 30 480 halálos áldozat van. Jelenleg 4748-an vannak kórházban, közülük 384-en lélegeztetőgépen.
A francia oktatási miniszter, Jean-Michel Blanquer a romló adatok ellenére kizárta, hogy elhalasszák a tanév kezdetét, Macron elnök pedig általános korlátozó intézkedések helyett célzott helyi közbeavatkozásokról beszélt.

Az elmúlt 24 órában a világ 160 országában 252 947 volt koronavírus-fertőzéses esetet regisztráltak, olvasható Worldometer honlapján.
Augusztus 18-i adatok szerint a világban 22,3 millió fertőzéses esetet tartanak nyílván, ebből 252 ezret az elmúlt nap folyamán regisztráltak.
A vírus okozta szövődményekbe 784 258 beteg halt bele, 6 303-an az elmúlt 24 órában. 15 millió ember sikeresen legyőzte a betegséget és meggyógyult.
A Covid-19 esetek első öt vezető országa az Egyesült Államok, Brazília, India, Oroszország és Dél-Afrika. Ukrajna a 31. helyen áll ezen a listán.
Európában 3 223 010 Covid-19 esetet diagnosztizáltak. A fertőzöttek számát tekintve a listát Oroszország, Spanyolország és az Egyesült Királyság vezeti. Ukrajna, ahol 94 436 koronavírusos beteget azonosítottak, a 7. helyen áll.
Jelenleg világszerte egy hét alatt körülbelül 1,5 millió új Covid-19 esetet diagnosztizálnak. Májusban a megerősített esetek száma hetente 500–600 ezer volt, 700–800 ezer között volt június elején.

Ukrajnában összességében 2,4%-ot tesz ki a halálos kimenetelű koronavírusos esetek aránya, Kárpátalja 3,8%-kal a harmadik helyen áll a Covid-19 halálozási mutatót tekintve – közölte vasárnap a Közegészségügyi Központ, adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a Covid-19 letális esetek arányát tekintve Kirovohrad megye vezet, míg a második és harmadik helyen rendre Cserkaszi és Kárpátalja megyék állnak. A 2,4%-os országos arány mellett Kirovohrad megyében 5,1%-ot, Cserkaszi megyében 3,9%-ot, míg Kárpátalján 3,8%-ot tesz ki koronavírusos halálozási mutató.
Mint Viktor Ljasko egészségügyi miniszter-helyettes, országos közegészségügyi főorvos szombati sajtótájékoztatóján jelezte, az egészségügyi tárca számításai szerint összesen közel 4 ezer halálos áldozatot fog szedni a koronavírus-járvány és 400 ezren fertőződnek meg Ukrajnában.
Az augusztus 1-jei állapotok szerint Ukrajnában 1709 a koronavírusos megbetegedésben elhunytak, 71,056 ezer a koronavírusos betegek és 39,308 ezer a gyógyultak száma.

Csütörtökön a kazah kínai nagykövetség egy új, ismeretlen eredetű tüdőgyulladást jelentett be, amelynek magasabb az elhalálozási mutatója, mint a Covid-19-nek. Ugyanakkor a kazahsztáni Egészségügyi Minisztérium ezt az információt álhírnek nevezte, közölte a sajtó. A Kínai Népköztársaság fent említett nagykövetsége azonnal figyelmeztette a Kazahsztánban tartózkodó állampolgárait az ismeretlen eredetű járvány kitörésére. Erről a South China Morning Post számolt be, a nagykövetség honlapjára hivatkozva.
Mit lehet tudni a kazahsztáni ismeretlen tüdőgyulladásról?
A kínai nagykövetség szerint az új tüdőgyulladás elhalálozási mutatója sokkal magasabb, mint az új koronavírusé. A kínai Egészségügyi Minisztérium egy összehasonlító tanulmányt készít a tüdőgyulladást okozó vírusról. A nagykövetség állítása szerint, Kazahsztán egyes részein jelenleg csaknem 500 fertőzött ember van, több mint 30 állapota kritikus. Kazahsztánban az év első hat hónapjában összesen 1772 ember halt meg tüdőgyulladásban, júniusban – 628, köztük kínai állampolgárok is voltak.
A kazah Egészségügyi Minisztérium tagadja a kínai nagykövetség állításait, miszerint ismeretlen eredetű tüdőgyulladást regisztráltak az országban, álhírnek nevezték. Július 9-én Olekszij Coj, a kazahsztáni Egészségügyi Minisztérium vezetője egy eligazításon az országban diagnosztizált tüdőgyulladások számáról beszélt: bakteriális, gombás, vírusos eredetű, beleértve a „meghatározatlan etiológiájú vírusos tüdőgyulladást”.
A kazahsztáni koronavírus helyzetet illetően meg kell jegyezni, hogy az újabb kitörések miatt az országban nemrégiben megszigorították a karantént. A július 10-i 17:00 órai adatok szerint 54 747 Covid-19 fertőzést regisztráltak az országban, 264 személy halt meg, a gyógyultak száma több mint 31 ezer. Az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO) július 7-én kijelentette, hogy a bubópestis, amelynek eseteit ezen a héten regisztrálták Kínában, a régió jellegzetessége és kezelhető. A szervezet megjegyezte, hogy a bubópestis ritka betegség. „Kína július 6-án jelentette a WHO-nak a Belső-Mongólia térségben regisztrált bubópestis megbetegedés esetét. A pestis ritka betegség, főleg bizonyos földrajzi területeken, ahol még mindig endemikus (csak egy bizonyos helyen előforduló). Az elmúlt évtizedben, Kínában időszakos pestisesetekről számoltak be” – áll a nyilatkozatban.
A WHO szerint a bubópestis a betegség leggyakoribb típusa, állatról emberre terjed, elsősorban bolhacsípés vagy a fertőzött állat csontjaival illetve belsőségeivel való közvetlen érintkezés útján. A lappangási időszak 1-7 nap, a betegség nehezen terjed emberről emberre. „Tanúi vagyunk ezen betegség kitörésének Kínában, figyelemmel kísérjük mind a kínai, mind a mongol hatóságokkal együttműködve. Jelenleg nem tartjuk nagy kockázatnak, de figyelemmel kísérjük a helyzetet… Hatékony az antibiotikumos kezelés a pestis baktériumok ellen, tehát az időben történő diagnosztizálás és a korai kezelés a tünetek megjelenése utáni első 24 órában életet menthet” – hangsúlyozta a WHO.
