A jelentések szerint a főhadnagy 600 000 hrivnyát követelt és kapott a beosztott katonáitól azért, hogy ne akadályozza egy egység négy katonájának harci pótlék felszámolását.
A hatóságok a katonai egység parancsnokát haszon jogellenes megszerzésével gyanúsították meg. Sürgős nyomozási intézkedések folynak az ügyben. Jelenleg a hatóságok arról döntenek arról, hogy milyen megelőző intézkedést foganatosítsanak a gyanúsítottal szemben. A büntetőtörvénykönyv vonatkozó cikkelye szerint a tisztet 10 évig terjedő szabadságvesztésre és vagyonelkobzásra ítélhetik.

Szombatra virradó éjjel az oroszok 12 Shahed drónnal támadták Dnyipropetrovszk megyét, a légvédelem mindet lelőtte ugyan, de a megyeközpontban károk keletkeztek a kritikus infrastruktúrában – közölte Szerhij Liszak, a Dnyipropetrovszk Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint összesen 12 Shahed kamikaze drónt lőttek le a légvédelmi erők a megye felett az éjszaka folyamán. Ugyanakkor a törmelékek megrongálták a Dnyipro egyik kritikus infrastrukturális létesítményét. A dnyiproi Novoalekszandrivka közösségben két benzinkút és egy közlekedési lámpa károsodott.
„A száraz fű kigyulladt. A tűzoltók megfékezték a lángokat. A támadás egyéb következményeinek a tisztázása még folyamatban van. Emberek nem sérülte” – írta Szerhij Liszak.

A Legfőbb Ügyészség tájékoztatása szerint augusztus 29-én, kedden Dnyipro egyik kerületében két járőrrendőr megállított egy járművet, amelyben kiskorú gyerekek tartózkodtak. A női sofőr és az utasok figyelmen kívül hagyták a felszólítást, hogy szálljanak ki az autóból. A nyomozás adatai szerint a rendőrök könnygázt alkalmazva elkezdték kirángatni az embereket az autóból. A dulakodás során az egyik rendőr szolgálati fegyveréből három lövést adott le az utas hátába. Az áldozat a helyszínen belehalt sérüléseibe. A hivatali jogkörét túllépő rendőrt őrizetbe vették, és folyamatban van a hatósági meggyanúsítása.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy kedd este a tömegmédia információkat tett közzé arról, hogy Dnyipro városában rendőrök részvételével lövöldözés történt. Az incidens következtében egy férfi meghalt.

Hétfőre virradó éjszaka robbanások sorozata rázta meg Dnyiprot, az orosz csapatok több mint 20 rakétát és drónt lőttek ki a városra, de a legtöbb célpontot a légvédelmi erők lelőtték, azonban négy becsapódást is észleltek – közölte Szerhij Liszak, a Dnyipropetrovszk Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjének a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Liszak azt írta: „Ezen az éjszakán a Kelet hadműveleti csoport légvédelmi erői 15 drónt és 4 cirkálórakétát lőttek le régiónk felett. Sajnos azonban vannak becsapódások is.” A Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának több épülete is megrongálódott. Két helyen ütött ki tűz, amit már eloltottak. Több mint 10 teherautó és személygépkocsi és sok speciális felszerelés is megsemmisült. Ezenkívül 25 személygépkocsi és 2 autóbusz megrongálódott. Egy dnyiproi magánvállalkozást is találat ért. A becsapódás következtében 3 épület megsérült.
Az éjszaka folyamán összesen 7 ember sérült meg. Egy 52 éves és egy 70 éves nő kórházban van. Ugyancsak megrongálódott 3 lakóház és 9 tömblakásos épült, valamint egy óvoda, üzlet, adminisztratív épület és 6 autó megsérült.

Péntekre virradóra, hajnali 4:00 óra körül az orosz megszállók a Kaszpi-tenger térségéből érkező Tu-95 stratégiai bombázókról támadták Ukrajnát 23 rakétával, amelyek többségét a légvédelem lelőtte, a légi csapásoknak több mint 10 civil halálos áldozata van – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az ukrán fegyveres erők légierejének Telegram-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az ukrán fegyveres erők légiereje légvédelmi egységei a hadsereg más komponenseinek légvédelmi rendszereivel együttműködve megsemmisítettek 23 X-101/X-555 típusú cirkálórakétából 21-et, valamint két hadműveleti rakétát. A célpontokat a Centrum légierő-parancsnokság, a Kelet Légierő-parancsnokság és a Dél légierő-parancsnokság illetékességi területén semmisítették meg.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy az orosz csapatok péntek hajnalban rakétatámadást hajtottak végre a Cserkaszi megyei Umany város ellen. Egy ellenséges rakéta egy többemeletes lakóépületet talált el, aminek következtében 10 civil életét vesztette.
A Dnyipro elleni éjszakai rakétatámadás következtében egy nő és egy gyermek meghalt.

Dnyipróban a rakétatámadást ért ház romjai alatt további áldozatokat találtak. Ezzel az oroszok terrorakciója 36 emberéletet követelt. Közel 30-40 ember lehet a romok alatt – közölte Natalja Babacsenko, a Dnyipropetrovszki Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjének tanácsadója, számolt be az Ukrinform.
A megyei vezető tanácsadója hozzátette, az elmúlt órákban egy férfi és egy 13 éves lány érkezett a kórházba, akik tegnap nem kértek segítséget, de ma rosszul lettek, és orvosi ellátásra szorulnak. A lányt otthoni kezelésben részesül, a férfi a kórházban maradt.
A legutóbbi adatok szerint több mint 30-an vannak a város kórházaiban, közülük 12 ember, s egy 9 éves kislány állapota súlyos. A megyei adminisztráció vezetőjének tanácsadója szerint a gyerek a ház közelében sétált, amikor becsapódott az oroszok által kilőtt rakéta.
„Mint ismeretes, 39 embert sikerült kimenteni, egy nőt ma emeltek ki a romok alól. Nagyon súlyos hipotermiája van, jelenleg az intenzív osztályon tartózkodik” – tette hozzá Babacsenko.
Az előzetes információk szerint 72 lakás semmisült meg, és több mint 230 lakásban keletkeztek károk. Az épületben összesen 18 lépcsőház van, mindegyikben 36 lakás. A lakosok összlétszáma több mint 1100 fő.
A helyszínen a katasztrófaelhárítás munkatársai dolgoznak, a mentési munkálatokban több mint 550 ember vesz részt.

Az elmúlt éjszakán rakétatámadás érte Dnyipro városát, melynek következtében hatalmas tűz keletkezett az egyik közlekedési vállalatnál. A tűzben több mint száz busz semmisült meg – közölte péntek hajnalban Borisz Filatov polgármester, írja a Szlovo i Gyilo.
„Több mint száz busz égett ki… Holnap késéssel fogunk munkába állni” – figyelmeztetett.
Korábban Filatov jelentette, az oroszok egy Iszkander rakétát lőttek ki Dnyipróra. A támadás következtében egy ember meghalt.
Az éjszaka folyamán támadás érte Mikolajivot is. Vitalij Kim, a megye vezetője szerint összesen hét robbanást hallottak a városban és környékén. Az egyik rakéta egy kilencszintes lakóépületbe csapódott. Úgy tudni, emberek vannak a romok alatt.
