A G7+ Koordinációs Csoport Ukrajna energiaszektorának támogatásáról szóló online értekezlete során Jaroszlav Demcsenkov ukrán energiaügyi miniszterhelyettes felhívta a nemzetközi partnerek figyelmét a korábban megszállt energetikai létesítmények és a harci cselekmények helyszíneinek aknamentesítésének problémájára.
„Az előzetes adatok szerint hozzávetőleg 700 km² energetikai infrastruktúrával határos területet és 4500 km távvezetéket kell aknamentesíteni. Sajnos ezek a számok növekedni fognak. Ezért az egyik prioritásunk a nemzetközi partnerek támogatásának megnyerése az energetikai létesítmények és a hozzájuk közeli területek humanitárius aknamentesíte ügyében. Fontos a megrongálódott infrastruktúra helyreállítása és a télre való felkészülés, ami aknamentesítés nélkül nehézkes, amíg nem tudjuk garantálni munkásaink biztonságát” – hangsúlyozta Demcsenkov.
Emellett megjegyezte, hogy Ukrajna a világ egyik legaláaknázottabb országa. A problémás kérdések közé tartozik a hivatásos aknamentesítők képzése, a nem megfelelő számú speciális felszerelés és gép.
„Minden területünk felszabadítását követően, beleértve a Krím, Donyeck és Luhanszk régióit is, még több aknamentesítési és helyreállítási munka lesz. És most kell felkészülnünk rá. Ezen túlmenően a szélenergia-termelés fejlesztésére törekszünk, és először tengeri aknamentesítést kell végrehajtanunk. Ez egy nagyon összetett folyamat, hatalmas anyagi forrásokra, a legjobb szakemberek és technológiák bevonására lesz szükségünk. Számítunk a világ közösségének segítségére az aknamentesítési kérdésekben, mert ez a mi közös kihívásunk” – mondta Demcsenkov.

Újabb robbanások hallatszottak péntek reggel többek között Harkivban, Dnyipropetrovszkban és Zaporizzsjában, az orosz légicsapások elsősorban az energetikai infrastruktúrát érték.
Az ukrán ellenőrzés alatt álló, délkelet-ukrajnai Zaporizzsja városát egy órán belül legalább tizenhét rakétatámadás érte – tájékoztatott Anatolij Kurtyev polgármester. A csapások elsődleges célpontja az energetikai infrastruktúra volt – írta a tisztségviselő a Telegramon.
Az ukrajnai háború kezdete óta nem volt példa hasonlóan intenzív támadásra a térségben. A károk felmérése és az esetleges áldozatok felkutatása folyamatban van – közölte.
Oleh Szinyehubov, Harkiv megye kormányzója arról számolt be, hogy az oroszok legalább tíz csapást mértek a létfontosságú infrastruktúrára a régióban, ami miatt áramkimaradásokra került sor.
Szerhij Liszak, Dnyipropetrovszk megye kormányzója szerint az ukrán légvédelem minden berepülő ellenséges drónt megsemmisített. Krivij Rih városában egy rakéta eltalált egy energiatermelő létesítményt. Az épületben komoly károk keletkeztek, és egy 46 éves férfi megsérült – tette hozzá Liszak.
Ukrajnában csütörtökön fokozódtak a harcok. Kijev szerint az orosz erők offenzívába kezdtek a részben megszállt Donyeck és Luhanszk megye fölötti teljes ellenőrzés megszerzése érdekében.

A Kijev ellen intézett hétfő éjszakai dróntámadás következtében megrongálódtak az energetikai infrastruktúra létesítményei, ezért a vészhelyzeti áramszüneteket rendeltek el a fővárosban – közölte Vitalij Klicsko kijevi polgármester a Telegram-csatornáján, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a polgármester jelezte, hogy több fűtőberendezést is áramtalanítottak. „A főváros elleni éjszakai támadás következtében energetikai infrastrukturális létesítmények sérültek meg. A fővárosban vészhelyzeti áramkimaradások vannak. Ennek megfelelően a hőszolgáltató létesítményeket áramtalanították” – írta Vitalij Klicsko, megjegyezve, hogy Kijev vízellátása a megszokott rendben folyik.
Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, Vitalij Klicsko, Kijev polgármestere arról számolt be, hogy a megszállók 40 Shahed drónt irányítottak az ukrán fővárosra. Közülük 15-öt a szomszédos megyékben, 3-at Kijev megyében, 22-t pedig a főváros felett semmisítettek meg. Azt is közölte, hogy a főváros Deszna kerületében kamikaze drón roncsai zuhantak le, aminek következtében egy 19 éves férfi kórházba került.

Év eleje óta több száz, ukrán erőművek és energetikai infrastruktúra ellen irányuló orosz kibertámadást vertek vissza – közölte az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) kiberbiztonsági osztályának vezetője egy ukrán televíziónak adott interjúban.
Az ukrán energetikai infrastruktúra elleni rakétacsapásokat gyakran kísérik kibertámadások is – mondta Illja Vityuk, hozzátéve, hogy a támadásokból összesen harminc jelentett kritikus kockázatot az országra nézve.
Konkrét kísérletek történtek egyes regionális áramelosztó társaságok és hőerőművek áramellátásának kikapcsolására és digitális infrastruktúrájának megsemmisítésére – magyarázta a kibervédelmi szakember. Az azonban kétségtelen, hogy az SZBU kibervédelmi osztálya sokat fejlődött az előző évhez képest – írja a The New Voice of Ukraine.

A jelentés szerint a miniszter a CNN amerikai hírtelevíziónak nyilatkozva kijelentette, hogy „Ukrajna kritikus villamosenergia-infrastruktúrájának körülbelül 50 %-a jelentősen megsérült, és egy része teljesen megsemmisült.” Ukrajna nagy homokzsákokat használt a létesítmények védelmére – tette hozzá Olekszandr Kubrakov.
Amint a televízió ismertette, az egész ország energiahelyzetéről szóló napi jelentésében az Ukrenerho állami áramszolgáltató vállalat közölte, hogy a helyzet „továbbra is nehéz, de ellenőrzés alatt van. A cég azonban elismerte, hogy „az összes hő- és vízerőmű részben megsérült”, és a megszállt Zaporizzsjai Atomerőmű „nem látja el árammal a hálózatot”.
Az Ukrenerho tájékoztatása szerint ezen a hétvégén országosan nem lesz „jelentős javulás” az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításában. Az orosz támadások és rakétacsapások továbbra is veszélyeztetik Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúráját – jelezte a CNN.

Az orosz megszállók csapásai következtében Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúrájának megközelítőleg az egytizede semmisült meg – közölte szombaton Dmitro Szaharuk, a DTEG energetikai holding ügyvezető igazgatója egy televíziós műsorban, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint az ügyvezető igazgató megjegyezte, hogy a sérült és megsemmisült berendezések pontos arányát továbbra is nehéz meghatározni, mivel nincs meg hozzá az adatbázis. „Ha az Ukrajna által ellenőrzött területeken található és a jelenlegi fogyasztási szinthez használt berendezések mennyiségéről beszélünk, akkor úgy gondolom, hogy plusz-mínusz 40-50%-os károkról kell beszélnünk. A pusztítás mértéke 10%, talán 10%-ig terjed” – mutatott rá Dmitro Szaharuk.
Mint hírportálunk tegnap beszámolt róla, Denisz Smihal miniszterelnök kijelentette, hogy Ukrajna energetikai rendszerének csaknem a fele üzemképtelen az orosz megszállók folyamatos rakétatámadásai miatt. Elmondása szerint „sajnos Oroszország folytatja rakétacsapásait Ukrajna polgári és kritikus infrastruktúrája ellen, harcol a polgári lakosság ellen, megfosztja őket az áramtól, a víztől, a fűtéstől és a kommunikációtól a tél folyamán. Energetikai rendszerünk csaknem fele működésképtelen.”

Minden eddiginél hatalmasabb rakétatámadást intéztek az oroszok több hullában Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúrája ellen az ország szinte egész területén, aminek következtében sok nagyváros van áram nélkül, és országos vészhelyzeti áramszünetek kezdődtek – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Kijevben több robbanást követően a fél város áram nélkül van. A becsapódások után vészhelyzeti áramkikapcsolásokat rendeltek el a hatóságok az energiarendszer kiegyensúlyozása és a balesetek elkerülése érdekében. Azt is jelezték, hogy a mai támadás után nem lesz tartható az áramszüneteltetési ütemterv.
Harkiv polgármestere, Ihor Tyerehov azt jelentette, hogy a nagyváros részben áram nélkül van az infrastruktúrát ért rakétacsapások után. Jelenleg szünetel a metróközlekedés. Áldozatokról egyelőre nincsenek információk.
Lembergben több nagy robbanás hallatszott. A város egy részében eltűnt az áram. Problémák vannak a mobilkommunikációval is.
Olekszandr Tretyak, Rivne polgármestere arról számolt be, hogy orosz rakétatámadás ért egy kritikus infrastrukturális létesítményt. Ennek következtében a város egyes részei áram nélkül maradtak.
Zsitomir polgármestere, Szerhij Szuhomlin azt jelentette, hogy egy bannássorozat után a város teljesen áram nélkül maradt. A városvezető szerint az ellenség két energiaellátó létesítményre csapott le, de hibaelhárítók mindent megtesznek a károk elhárítása érdekében
Szerhij Hamalij, a Hmelnickij Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetője két rakétacsapásról számolt be Hmelnickij területén energetikai létesítmény ellen. A város részben áram nélkül van.
Ukrajnában 16:50 órától országos vészhelyzeti áramkikapcsolásokat rendeltek el.

Az orosz megszállók felére csökkentették a rakétacsapások számát, és ezek kivétel nélkül az energetikai infrastruktúra létesítményeinek megsemmisítésére irányulnak – jelentette ki Olekszij Hromov, a fegyveres erők vezérkara hadműveleti főosztályának helyettes vezetője csütörtöki sajtótájékoztatóján, számolt be a korrespondent.net hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Hromov elmondta: egy hét leforgása alatt Oroszország 52 rakétát lőtt ki Ukrajna területére, de egyik sem irányult katonai célpontok ellen. „Az ellenséges rakétafegyver-használat jellegének elemzése az elmúlt héten a támadások intenzitásának jelentős csökkenését jelzi. Például október 19. óta az ellenség 52 rakétát lőtt ki Ukrajna területére, október 10. és 18. között ugyanakkor 146-ot” – tette hozzá.
A tiszt jelezte, hogy összes orosz rakétacsapás Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúrájának objektumai ellen irányult. „Ez a háború szabályainak és szokásainak cinikus megsértése” – mutatott rá. Mint megjegyezte, az ellenség cirkálórakétáinak csaknem fele megsemmisült. „Október 19. óta az ellenség 114 pilóta nélküli légi járművet is bevetett Ukrajna területén lévő polgári és katonai infrastrukturális létesítmények ellen, ami az előző héthez képest harmadával kevesebb. A légvédelmi rendszer hatékonysága is megfelelő szintű, és a lelőtt ellenséges drónok aránya 79%” – mutatott rá Olekszij Hromov.
