Міжнародний кримінальний суд (МКС) припинив провадження проти голови політичного офісу палестинської терористичної організації ХАМАС Ісмаїла Ханідже після того, як його було вбито в липні.
Як ідеться в заяві суду, тривають розслідування інших заяв, отриманих протягом цього року, які стосуються інших лідерів ХАМАСу та кількох ізраїльських лідерів.
У травні генеральний прокурор МКС Карім Хан звернувся до відповідної палати суду з проханням видати ордер на арешт прем’єр-міністра Ізраїлю Біньяміна Нетаньягу та міністра оборони Ізраїлю Йоава Галанта за підозрою у злочинах, скоєних проти населення Гази.
Хан також ініціював видачу ордерів на арешт кількох високопоставлених членів ХАМАСу.
Ханідже було вбито 31 липня в Тегерані під час замаху, який приписують Ізраїлю, хоча Ізраїль офіційно не взяв на себе відповідальність за цю подію.

У вівторок Сполучені Штати оголосили про висунення кримінальних звинувачень проти вищого керівництва ХАМАС у зв’язку з їхньою роллю у плануванні, підтримці та здійсненні смертоносного теракту 7 жовтня на півдні Ізраїлю.

Лідера бойовиків Ях’ю Сінвара та щонайменше п’ятьох інших членів ХАМАСу звинувачують в організації нападу 7 жовтня, в результаті якого загинуло 1200 осіб, в тому числі понад 40 американців.
Цей напад спровокував ізраїльську атаку на Газу, в результаті якої загинуло понад 40 800 палестинців, а значна частина території була зруйнована.
Пряма мова генерального прокурора Мерріка Гарланда: „Як зазначено в нашій скарзі, ці обвинувачені – озброєні, отримуючи політичну підтримку і фінансування від уряду Ірану, а також підтримку від (Хезболли) – очолили зусилля ХАМАСу, спрямовані на знищення Держави Ізраїль і вбивства цивільних осіб для підтримки цієї мети”.
У позові названі шість обвинувачених, троє з яких вже померли. Серед живих обвинувачених – Сінвар, який, як вважають, переховується в Газі; Халед Мешаал, який базується в Досі і очолює діаспорний офіс угруповання; і Алі Барака, високопоставлений чиновник ХАМАС, що базується в Лівані.
Загиблі обвинувачені – колишній лідер ХАМАС Ісмаїл Ганія, якого, за словами угруповання, було вбито в липні в Тегерані; керівник військового крила Мохаммед Дейф, якого, за твердженням Ізраїлю, було вбито під час липневого авіаудару; і Марван Ісса, заступник військового командувача, якого, за твердженням Ізраїлю, було вбито під час березневого авіаудару.

Як зазначається, 52-річний Каїд Фархан аль-Каді був викрадений терористами ХАМАСу із громади Мівтахім. Його знайшли спецпризначенці елітного підрозділу ВМС Ізраїлю «Шаєтет 13» у тунелі на півдні анклаву.
За словами військових, операцію з визволення аль-Каді була складною.
Наразі, як вважається, 104 із 251 заручника, викраденого ХАМАСом 7 жовтня минулого року, залишаються у Газі, включаючи тіла 34 осіб, загибель яких підтвердив ЦАХАЛ.

Армія Iзраїлю ліквідувала двох високопоставлених бойовиків ХАМАС під час авіаудару на Західному березі.
Про це повідомляють Telegram-канал Армії оборони Ізраїлю (ЦАХАЛ) та Reuters.
Зазначають, терористи були знищені армією Iзраїлю під час авіаудару по автомобілю у Дженіні на окупованому Західному березі річки Йордан.
«Терорист Ахмед Абу Ара з Акаби брав участь у подальших терористичних атаках і був старшим оперуповноваженим у виробництві вибухівки для терактів. Крім того, терорист Рафет Давасі з Сілат аль-Харитія був старшим у військовій інфраструктурі ХАМАС в районі Дженін», – йдеться у повідомленні ЦАХАЛ.
У своїй заяві військове крило ХАМАС «Бригади Аль-Касам» заявило, що оплакує загибель двох бійців під час ізраїльського авіаудару по їхньому автомобілю в Дженіні.
У свою чергу в ізраїльській заяві йдеться, що двоє бойовиків брали участь у плануванні стрілянини минулого тижня в долині Йордану на Західному березі річки Йордан, де був убитий ізраїльтянин Йонатан Дойч. Тоді ізраїльська влада заявила, що 11 серпня палестинські бойовики відкрили вогонь на головній дорозі на окупованому Західному березі річки Йордан, убивши одного та поранивши іншого.
Повітряні сили Ізраїлю також оприлюднили відео авіаудару по терористах.

Міністерство охорони здоров’я Сектору Гази в четвер заявило, що війна ізраїльської армії проти ХАМАСу забрала життя вже понад 40 000 палестинців.
Згідно з останнім детальним звітом відомства про кількість загиблих, з початку війни в жовтні минулого року загинуло 40 005 осіб. Однак медики та працівники цивільної оборони вважають, що справжня кількість жертв на кілька тисяч більша, оскільки багато тіл, які знаходяться в зруйнованих під час бойових дій будівлях, досі не знайдено.
Унаслідок ізраїльських атак було поранено 92 401 особу, майже 85% населення Сектору Гази, що становить близько 2,3 мільйона чоловік, покинули свої домівки, ідеться в заяві міністерства.
Конфлікт спалахнув після 7 жовтня 2023 року, коли палестинська терористична організація ХАМАС вторглася на південь Ізраїлю, убивши 1 200 осіб і захопивши близько 250 заручників.
Ізраїль стверджує, що 111 людей досі перебувають у полоні, але 39 з них вважаються загиблими. Серед заручників 15 жінок та двоє дітей віком до п’яти років.

Більше сотні людей загинули і десятки отримали поранення в результаті нападу на будівлю школи, яка прихистила біженців у Секторі Гази, повідомило в суботу офіційне палестинське інформаційне агентство. У заяві ізраїльської армії йдеться, що метою нападу був командний центр ХАМАС.
Згідно із заявою Міністерства інформації ХАМАС у Газі, «ізраїльські удари були спрямовані на переміщених осіб, які молилися на світанку». Армія оборони Ізраїлю (ЦАХАЛ) зі свого боку повідомила, що її військово-повітряні сили (ВПС) «завдали удару по командному центру, який використовувався як схованка для терористів і командирів ХАМАС».
«ЦАХАЛ завдав удару по терористах ХАМАС, які керували центром управління в школі в передмісті Гази Туффах. Перед ударом було вжито низку заходів для зменшення жертв серед цивільного населення, включаючи використання високоточних боєприпасів, повітряного спостереження і розвідувальної інформації», – заявили в ЦАХАЛі.

Ізраїль звинувачує ХАМАС у проникненні серед цивільного населення, наражаючи його на небезпеку.
Щонайменше 16 людей загинули, коли ізраїльська авіація завдала удару по школі, яка була домом для переміщених осіб у північній частині Сектору Газа. За даними Палестинської цивільної оборони, ще 21 людина отримала поранення.
Після атаки хтось із ізраїльської армії, як повідомляється, зателефонував місцевому жителю і сказав йому, що школа буде атакована знову, тому ті, хто залишився в живих, втекли.
Ізраїль звинувачує ХАМАС, який вважається палестинською терористичною організацією, у тому, що він проникає серед цивільного населення, наражаючи його на небезпеку. Тому ізраїльська армія повертається в райони, де, за повідомленнями, відбувається перегрупування бойовиків ХАМАС.
За останні місяці значна частина населення Сектору Газа, що становить близько 2 мільйонів 300 тисяч осіб, була переміщена, постійно або тимчасово, кілька разів. Система охорони здоров’я і санітарних послуг практично зруйнована, а голод у секторі зростає.
