A lengyel határt Fehéroroszországban ostromló migránsok kísérletük kudarca esetén megpróbálkozhatnak az ukrán határ áttörésével – közölte Andrij Descsica, Ukrajna lengyelországi nagykövete kedden egy ukrán tévécsatornának nyilatkozva, adta hírül az unn.com.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a diplomata arra figyelmeztetett, hogy Ukrajna számára is veszélyessé válhat a helyzet, ha lengyel-belorusz határt Fehéroroszország felől áttörni próbáló migránsoknak nem sikerül bejutniuk Lengyelországba. A migránsok nagyon elkeseredettek és dühösek, mert megígérték nekik, hogy elsősorban Németországba juttatják őket, de hosszú időre Fehéroroszországban ragadtak az erdőben védelem, étel és ital nélkül – emlékeztetett, figyelmeztetve, hogy az elszánt embertömeg Ukrajnának veheti az irányt.
Descsica azt is elmondta, hogy a lengyel-fehérorosz határon hétfőn kialakult helyzet nem új. A lengyel határ áttörésének kísérletei, amelyeket a Lukasenko-rezsim szervez, az év eleje óta tartanak, és csak október hónap folyamán 10 ezer illegális határátlépési próbálkozást regisztráltak – mutatott rá a nagykövet.

Az elmúlt éjszakán a csapi határőregység munkatársai három illegális bevándorlót állítottak elő, akik törvénytelen úton próbáltak meg Szlovákia területére jutni.
A határőrök előbb egy, majd kis időn belül további két migránst tartóztattak le. Egyiküknél sem voltak személyazonosságot igazoló okmányok, azonban indiai állampolgároknak vallották magukat.
A migránsokat a határőregységhez szállították, további sorsukról a bíróság dönt majd.

A férfit a járőröző határőrök vették észre, 100 méterre a határvonaltól állították elő. Nem rendelkezett okmányokkal, s azt állította, hogy Örményországból érkezett. Úticélja Németország volt.
A férfit a határőregységhez szállították, további sorsáról a bíróság dönt majd.

Az eset a nagybereznai járási Szénásteleken történt, a hatóságok megállítottak egy járművet, melyben három algériai állampolgár utazott. A férfiak közül csak egy rendelkezett okmányokkal.
A migránsok elmondták, hogy az Európai Unió felé tartottak. A hatóságok a határőregységhez szállították őket, további sorsukról a bíróság dönt majd.

A bíróság elutasította a védelem érvelését, miszerint az elkövető beszámíthatatlan lenne és megállapította, hogy előre kitervelte a gyilkosságot.
A menekültek iránti gondoskodásáról ismert 51 éves Roberto Malgesini atya nyílt utcán történt meggyilkolása hatalmas közfelháborodást váltott ki. A pap éppen ennivalót osztott az észak-olaszországi Comóban a hajléktalanok számára kialakított egyházi szálláson, amikor a fedél nélküli támadója nekiesett egy konyhakéssel.
A Rahdi Mahmudi néven azonosított támadó évek óta illegálisan tartózkodott Olaszországban, ahová 1993-ban érkezett Tunéziából. A férfi pontos indítékát homály fedi, sajtóértesülések szerint mentális problémákkal küszködött és attól tartott, hogy a pap el akarja árulni a hatóságoknak hollétét.
A La Stampa olasz napilap tavalyi értesülései szerint Mahmudi ellen már kétszer is kitoloncolási parancsot adtak ki a hatóságok. Az első alkalommal 2018-ban, amikor sikerült elbújnia, másodszor, 2020-ban pedig azért nem hajtották végre a kitoloncolást, mert a koronavírus-járvány miatt szünetelt a légiforgalom Olaszország és Tunézia között. Legutóbb a férfi egy comói hajléktalanszálláson lakott.

Az 55 és 17 éves migráns az ukrán–magyar határvonal felé igyekezett, később kiderült, hogy mindketten örmény állampolgárok, s törvényes úton érkeztek Ukrajnába.

Illegális bevándorlókat tartóztattak le a csapi határőregység munkatársai. A migránsok az Európai Unió területére akartak jutni.
A külföldieket járőrözés közben vették észre, a határőröknek a szolgálati kutya segítségével sikerült őket előállítani. A férfiaknál nem voltak okmányok, azonban azt állították, hogy Algériából érkeztek.
A hatóságok a határőregységhez szállították őket, további sorsukról a bíróság dönt majd.

A munkácsi határőregység dolgozói letartóztattak két illegális bevándorlót, akik törvénytelen úton szerettek volna Románia területére jutni.
A migránsokat járőrözés közben vették észre a határőrök, a férfiaknál nem voltak személyazonosságot igazoló okmányok. Azt állították Afganisztánból és Pakisztánból érkeztek, továbbá azt is, hogy Ukrajnába törvényes úton léptek be.
A bevándorlókat a munkácsi határőregység ideiglenes őrizeti pontjába szállították, további sorsukról a bíróság dönt majd.

Öt év börtönbüntetésre ítéltek Kárpátalján egy indiai állampolgárt, akit 2021 májusában tartóztattak le. A férfi migránsok illegális határátkelésének szervezésével foglalkozott.
Az információk szerint a férfi két indiai személyt akart a határ túloldalára juttatni, az asztélyi határátkelő munkatársai 100 méterre az ukrán–magyar határvonaltól tartóztatták le.
A férfit a Beregszászi Járási Bíróság elé állították, a tárgyalásra szeptember 15-én került sor.
