Júliusban hatalmas áradások és földcsuszamlások voltak Észak-Koreában, amikben több mint 4000 ember halt meg. Kim Dzsongun, az ország vezetője személyesen nézte meg az érintett területeket, majd elrendelte a helyi tisztviselők kivégzését.
A dél-koreai sajtóértesülések szerint Kim Dzsongun személyesen nézte meg azokat az észak-koreai területeket, ahol hatalmas árvizek és földcsuszamlások pusztítottak, amik több mint 4000 ember halálát okozták.
Ezek után az ország vezetője elrendelte, hogy végezzék ki a helyi tisztviselőket, vagyis 30 embert.
Az egyik észak-koreai tisztviselő elmondása szerint augusztus végén 20-30 kollégáját ítélték halálbüntetésre kötelességszegés és korrupció miatt.
Az észak-koreai hírügynökség ehhez képest úgy fogalmazott korábban, hogy Kim Dzsongun a tisztviselők „szigorú büntetését” rendelte el. A kivégzett embereket egyelőre nem azonosították.
Egy volt észak-koreai diplomata szerint jelenleg a térség tisztviselői aggódnak, ugyanis nem tudják, hogy mikor végzik ki őket is – írja a New York Post nyomán az Origo.

Az Emberi Jogok Szíriai Megfigyelőközpontja (OSDH) nevű aktivistahálózat szerint a légicsapás a libanoni határ közelében végzett négy emberrel – három palesztinnal és egy libanonival –, akik ugyanabban a gépkocsiban utaztak.
Maga az Iszlám Dzsihád azt közölte, hogy három embere halt meg. A Hezbollah libanoni síita milícia pedig arról számolt be, hogy a negyedik az ő emberük volt – jelentette az AFP hírügynökség.
Az akciót Izrael azzal indokolta, hogy az egyik célszemély az Iszlám Dzsihád műveleti tervezője volt Szíriában és Libanonban. A Hezbollah nevében toborzott palesztinokat. A szíriai hivatalos média nem számolt be semmilyen támadásról.

Dnyipróban a rendőrség őrizetbe vett két férfit, akiket azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy meggyilkolták Mihajlo Tonkonohij 32 éves ismert helyi aktivistát, a teherfuvarozók helyi szakszervezetének vezetőjét – számolt be csütörtökön a censor.net hírportál a Dnyipropetrovszk megyei rendőrség közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint kedden érkezett a bejelentés a rendőrségre egy 32 éves férfi eltűnéséről, aki egy Škoda Octavia típusú személygépkocsival távozott otthonról. Másnap, július 24-én a rendőrök megállapították, hogy a férfi bűncselekmény áldozata lett. A holttestét lőtt sebekkel az egyik dnyiprói kertészeti társaság közelében lévő erdősávban találták meg.
A nyomozás adatai szerint július 22-én az elkövetők megegyeztek az áldozattal, hogy találkoznak. Konfliktus alakult ki közöttük, amelynek következtében a két férfi hat lövéssel megölte az aktivistát. Ezt követően a gyanúsítottak a fegyvert egy víztározóba dobták, a holttestet pedig az erdősávban elásták, majd az áldozat autójával egy előre kibérelt garázsba hajtottak.
A rendőrök őrizetbe vettek a két gyanúsítottat – egy 39 éves Szlobozsanszke települési és egy 23 éves dnyiprói lakost. A gyanúsítottak előre megfontolt szándékból elkövetett gyilkosság címén indítottak eljárást, amelyet személyek csoportja követett el előzetes összebeszélés alapján. 10-től 15 évig terjedő szabadságvesztésre vagy életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztésre számíthatnak.

Azt is megjegyezték, hogy a túszul ejtett alkalmazottakat elengedték, és nem sérültek meg. Egyelőre nem világos, hogy mind a hat túszt ejtő férfit megölték-e.
Korábban több, az Iszlám Államhoz köthető terrorista túszul ejtette a fogolytábor személyzetét. Az Izvesztyija forrása szerint a túszejtést olyan emberek hajtották végre, akik magukat az Iszlám Állam támogatóinak mondják. Az ukrán főügyészségnek tudomása van legalább 54 ukrán hadifogoly oroszok általi kivégzéséről – közölte a hivatal háborús bűnök kivizsgálásával foglalkozó osztályának vezetője kedden.
Jurij Belouszov a Szuszpilne ukrán közszolgálati televízió műsorában kiemelte, hogy eddig a gyilkosságok ügyében 27 büntetőeljárást indítottak.
Kifejtette, hogy az ügyészség 2022 márciusa óta jegyez fel eseteket ukrán hadifoglyok kivégzéséről. A bíróság már el is ítélte az első orosz katonát, aki kivégzett egy védőügyvédet az észak-ukrajnai csernyihivi régióban. Megjegyezte: a nyomozást nehezíti, hogy az ügyészek és a nyomozók általában nem jutnak be a tetthelyre, illetve nem tudják megvizsgálni a holttestet.
Az ügyész kiemelte, hogy hivatala együttműködik a hágai Nemzetközi Büntetőbírósággal, az ENSZ ukrajnai megfigyelő missziójával, hírszerző ügynökségekkel és olyan nem kormányzati szervezetekkel, amelyek szintén információkat gyűjtenek ukrán foglyok megöléséről.
Két ukrán drón mért csapást az Oroszország voronyezsi régiójában található boriszoglebszki repülési kiképzőközpontra keddre virradó éjjel – erősítették meg az ukrán katonai hírszerzésnél. Cáfolták azt az orosz állítást, hogy a drónokat a légvédelem a levegőben megsemmisítette.
A hírszerzés szerint mindkét drón becsapódott a létesítménybe, az előzetes adatok szerint a fő gyártóműhelyt találták el. Személyi sérülésről nem érkezett hír.
Mikola Olescsuk, az ukrán légierő parancsnoka a Telegramon arról számolt be, hogy megsemmisítették mind a húsz Sahid kamikaze drónt, amelyekkel Oroszország az éjjel Ukrajnát támadta. Makszim Kozickij, a nyugat-ukrajnai Lviv megye kormányzója a Telegramon arról tájékoztatott, hogy a lelőtt drónok roncsai megrongáltak egy létfontosságú infrastrukturális létesítményt, amelyben tűz ütött ki, de hamar eloltottak, és senki sem sérült meg.
Az energetikai minisztérium közölte, hogy az éjjel az orosz erők főként Lviv megye és az ország középső részében lévő poltavai régió energetikai infrastruktúráját támadták. Sérültek nincsenek, a károk felmérése még folyamatban van.
Filip Ronyin, Poltava megye kormányzója a Telegramon azt is nyilvánosságra hozta, hogy az orosz hadsereg hétfő esti támadása következtében egy ember életét vesztette, a sérültek száma pedig 16-ra emelkedett, köztük négy 5-11 éves korú gyermek is van.
Az oroszok egy családi átmeneti szállást találtak el, amelyben körülbelül harmincan laktak.
Az ukrán vezérkar reggeli helyzetjelentésében azt írta, hogy az orosz hadsereg ukrajnai embervesztesége hozzávetőleg meghaladta a 449 ezret. Az ukrán erők hétfőn megsemmisítettek egyebek mellett 23 orosz harckocsit, harminc tüzérségi és két légvédelmi rendszert, valamint 37 drónt.

A tél három hónapja alatt az oroszok 32 ukrán hadifoglyot végeztek ki. Ez több mint bármely korábbi időszakban – áll az ENSZ Emberi Jogokat Megfigyelő Missziójának ukrajnai jelentésében.
12 alkalommal összesen 32, nemrégiben elfogott ukrán hadifoglyot végeztek ki. Az ENSZ ezek közül három esetet megerősített, amelyek során orosz katonák hét ukrán disszidens katonát végeztek ki – áll a jelentésben.
Emellett a szakértők elbeszélgettek 60 ukrán katonával, akik nemrégiben szabadultak a fogságból. Elmondásuk szerint legtöbbjüket szexuálisan bántalmazták. Nemi erőszakkal és kasztrálással, a nemi szerveket ért veréssel vagy áramütéssel kínozták őket, valamint a kihallgatások során is gyakran ki voltak téve erőszakos cselekményeknek.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) bizonyítékokat gyűjtött egy orosz megszállóról, aki ukrán hadifoglyokat lőtt le.
Dmitro Kurasovról kiderült, hogy többszörös visszaeső bűnöző – az Oroszországi Föderáció Keleti Katonai Körzetének 127. motoros fegyveres hadosztályának „Storm-V” rohamosztagának lövésze.
A Biztonsági Szolgálat nyomozása és a katonai kémelhárítása adatai szerint Kurasov ez év január 6-án lelőtte a fegyveres erők egyik katonáját, akit az Oroszországi Föderáció támadása során fogtak el az agresszorok. Legkevesebb 3 célzott lövést adott le az elfogott ukrán katonára.
Nem sokkal ezután az ukrán fegyveres erők katonái ellentámadásba lendültek és elfogták Kurasovot és katonatársait.
A Biztonsági Szolgálat által lefolytatott kihallgatás során egy másik orosz hadifogoly „feladta” Kurasovot, majd a Biztonsági Szolgálat további vitathatatlan bizonyítékokat gyűjtött a megszálló bűnösségét illetően. A Biztonsági Szolgálat nyomozói tájékoztatták Kurasovot Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyvének 438. cikkelye 2.része alapján (a háború törvényei és szokásai megsértése, szándékos emberölés).
Kurasov őrizetben van. A nyomozás folyamatban van az orosz háborús bűnökben való részvételére vonatkozó egyéb tények megállapítására. Az elkövetőt életfogytiglani börtönbüntetés fenyegeti.
A nyomozást a Biztonsági Szolgálat munkatársai folytatták le Zaporizzsja régióban a Nemzeti Rendőrséggel közösen a regionális ügyészség eljárási irányítása mellett, számolt be Ukrajna Biztonsági Szolgálata.
