Egy 8 éves kislány molesztálásának gyanújával vettek őrizetbe egy nyugdíjas férfit Munkácson, aki meztelenül fürdött a szintén ruha nélküli gyerekkel – számolt be vasárnap az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál a Kárpátalja megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A közlemény szerint 2022. július 8-án a munkácsi városi rendőrségre bejelentés érkezett helyi lakosoktól, akik arról számoltak be, hogy egy meztelen férfit láttak a folyópartról. Elmondásuk szerint egy kislánnyal fürdőzött, aki meztelen volt.
A férfi azt állította a járókelőknek, hogy a saját lányával szórakozik, de nem ezt nem hitték el neki. A kiérkező nyomozók egy kiskorú gyermeket és egy 62 éves férfit találtak a helyszínen. A rendőrök megállapították, hogy a férfi akkor csalta el a gyereket, amikor az sétálni indult házának udvaráról. Megragadta a lány kezét, és fenyegetően a folyóhoz vonszolta. Ott arra kényszerítette, hogy teljesen vetkőzzön le, és menjen vele fürödni. A vízben a férfi elkezdte molesztálni a gyereket, amit a folyóparton is folytatott.
A rendőrök a gyereket biztonságos helyre vitték, az elkövetőt pedig őrizetbe vették. A férfit vizsgálati fogságba helyezték.
A hatóságok eljárást indítottak a gyanúsított ellen a büntetőtörvénykönyv 156. cikkelyének 2. része alapján kiskorú ellen elkövetett szeméremsértő cselekmények címén, ami 8 évig terjedő szabadságvesztéssel büntethető. A rendőrség kezdeményezte a bíróságon a férfi előzetes letartóztatásba helyezését.
A rendőrség megállapította a sértett kislány személyazonosságát, és megtalálta a családját. Az üggyel a fiatalkorúak ügyeivel foglalkozó rendőrségi osztály foglalkozik.

A Korrupcióellenes Szakosított Ügyészség (SZAP) csütörtökön őrizetbe vette Hennagyij Truhanov odesszai polgármestert korrupciós ügyének folyományaként – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a SZAP sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A hírportál a bűnüldöző szervekből származó információja szerint a letartóztatás oka az volt, hogy Truhanov nem fizette be a bíróság által korábban rá kiszabott óvadékot. „2023. május 4-én a Legfelsőbb Közigazgatási Bíróság (VAKSZ) tanácsa helyt adott a SZAP-nak az odesszai „Krajan” ügy egyik vádlottjával – Odessza polgármesterével – szembeni megelőző intézkedés megváltoztatására irányuló kérelmének” – áll a SZAP nyilatkozatában.
Az ügyészségi jelentés szerint Truhanov nem fizetett be 30,866 millió hrivnya óvadékot. Ezzel kapcsolatban az ügyész a bírósághoz fordult azzal a kéréssel, hogy a megelőző intézkedést az óvadékról változtassák letartóztatásra óvadék alternatívájával.
A VAKSZ meghallgatta a felek érveit, részben eleget tett a beadványnak, és megelőző intézkedést rendelt el a vádlottakkal szemben 60 napos fogva tartás formájában, 13,420 millió hrivnya óvadék megfizetése mellett. „A bíróság döntésének megfelelően a vádlottat a tárgyalóteremben őrizetbe vették” – közölte az SZAP.

A jelentés szerint a sajtószolgálat azt közölte, hogy az SZBU őrizetbe vett női munkatársa „igazolta az orosz megszállók teljes körű invázióját és háborús bűneit”. Az alkalmazott az Orosz Föderáció Ukrajna elleni fegyveres agresszióját is „belső polgári konfliktusként” próbálta bemutatni, és „megrendezettnek” nevezte a bucsai tömeggyilkosságot és atrocitásokat.
Ezenkívül a nő negatívan reagált az ukrán területek felszabadítására, beleértve a Kígyó-szigetet. A Legfőbb Ügyészség szerint a gyanúsított helyeselte a Krím annektálását, és „belső polgári konfliktusnak” nevezte a háborút.
Az összegyűjtött bizonyítékok alapján a gyanúsítottat a büntetőtörvénykönyv 436-2. cikkelye (az Orosz Föderáció Ukrajna elleni fegyveres agressziójának hivatalos személy általi igazolása, jogszerűként való elismerése, tagadása, résztvevőinek dicsőítése) alapján gyanúsították meg. Jelenleg folyik a gyanúsítottal szembeni megelőző intézkedés formájának megválasztása.

Ezzel megszegték az Oroszország elleni szankciókat. A vádlottak harmadik országokon keresztül juttatták el a termékeket Moszkvának.
Az Egyesült Államokban őrizetbe vettek két férfit, mert illegálisan exportáltak technológiát Oroszországba, megkerülve a Moszkvára az ukrajnai támadást követően bevezetett kiviteli törvényeket – közölték a helyi hatóságok csütörtökön.
Az amerikai igazságügyi minisztérium beszámolója szerint a két férfi nyugati, a repüléssel kapcsolatos elektronikus berendezéseket szállított orosz cégeknek, és javítási szolgáltatásokat nyújtott orosz gyártású repülőgépekben használt berendezésekhez.
A vádlottak úgy játszották ki az exporttörvényeket, hogy eltitkolták és hamisan tüntették fel az export valódi végfelhasználóit, értékét és végcélját, valamint harmadik országokon keresztül szállítottak át termékeket.
Az egyik esetben a páros a valódi végfelhasználót és a végcélállomást úgy titkolta el, hogy hamis számlát adott ki, amelyen végcélként Németország szerepelt. Más esetekben repülőgép-elektronikai eszközöket küldtek Örményországon és Cipruson keresztül Oroszországba a szükséges engedélyek beszerzése nélkül – derült ki a minisztériumi tájékoztatóból.
A két férfit összeesküvéssel, ellenőrzött áruk engedély nélküli kivitelével, elektronikus exportinformációk meghamisításával és benyújtásának elmulasztásával, valamint az amerikai törvényekkel ellentétes árucsempészettel vádolják.
Ha elítélik őket, minden egyes vádpontban öt és húsz év közötti börtönbüntetésre számíthatnak.
Amióta Oroszország alig több mint egy évvel ezelőtt megkezdte támadását Ukrajnában, az Egyesült Államok és más szövetségesek szankciókat vetettek ki Moszkvára, hogy gyengítsék a gazdaságot és megnehezítsék az ország számára a háborúhoz szükséges utánpótlás beszerzését.

Az Európai Parlamentet érintő korrupciós ügyben folytatott nyomozás részként a belga rendőrség őrizetbe vette pénteken Marc Tarabella belga európai parlamenti (EP-) képviselőt, miután az EP múlt heti plenáris ülésén felfüggesztette a szocialista politikus mentelmi jogát.
A Politico című brüsszeli hírportál beszámolója szerint az ügyben eljáró ügyészség megerősítette, hogy péntek reggel több razzia történt, amelyeken egyebek mellett átkutatták Marc Tarabella egy liege-i bankban őrzött széfjét, valamint több irodát a vallóniai Anthisnes városában, ahol az 59 éves politikus a polgármester.
Az ügyészség azt közölte: Marc Tarabellát az EP-t érintő korrupciós botrány ügyében folytatott nyomozás részeként vették őrizetbe és kihallgatják. Az ügyben eljáró vizsgálóbíró a következő órákban dönt fogva tartásának meghosszabbításáról és arról, hogy a szocialista EP-képviselő megjelenjen-e a bíróság előtt.
Az Európai Parlament múlt heti brüsszeli plenáris ülésén Eva Kaili görög szocialista képviselőnek, az EP leváltott alelnökének korrupciós ügyével kapcsolatban felfüggesztette Marc Tarabella olasz frakciótársa, Andrea Cozzolino mentelmi jogát is. Tarabella és Cozzolino is tagadják, hogy törvénysértést követettek volna el.
Eva Kailit, valamint három társát december 9-én tartóztatták le a belga hatóságok egy korrupciós ügyben indított nyomozás részeként. Közülük ketten, Kaili élettársa, az olasz Francesco Giorgi, valamint Pier Antonio Panzeri volt olasz szocialista EP-képviselő börtönben vannak. A vád ellenük bűnszervezethez tartozás, pénzmosás és korrupció.
Panzeri január végén vádalkut kötött a nyomozókkal. Panzeri korábban azt vallotta, hogy 120 ezer és 140 ezer euró közötti összeget adott Tarabellának „a Katarral kapcsolatos ügyek intézésében nyújtott segítségéért”.
Múlt hét végén az ügyében illetékes belga vizsgálóbíró kiengedte a börtönből a december óta fogvatartott négy ember egyikét, Niccolo Figa-Talamancát, a korrupciós ügyekhez köthető civil szervezet, a No Peace Without Justice főtitkárát.

A nyomozóhatóság leleplezte és őrizetbe vette azokat az üzletembereket és katonákat, akik a fegyveres erők élelmiszer-beszerzésével kapcsolatos csalásokban vettek részt, darabonként 17 hrivnyáért szállították a tojást, és tettükkel 4,6 millió hrivnya veszteséget okoztak az államnak – számolt be csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A nyomozás szerint az egyik cég szerződést kötött a katonai egységgel termékszállításra, amit túlárazott, elsősorban a tyúktojást darabonként 17 hrivnyát számolt fel. „A csalók más módszert is kiagyaltak – hamis adatokat vittek be a pénzügyi és üzleti bizonylatokba a katonai egység raktárában történt termékek átvételével kapcsolatban, miközben valójában semmit nem szállítottak ki. Ezután a „virtuális” termékeket „leírták”, például, hogy a katonák elfogyasztották őket” – magyarázta a DBR.
A hatóság őrizetbe vette a korrupciós ügyletek 5 résztvevőjét, köztük üzletembereket és katonákat, akik a fegyveres erők egyik katonai egységének ellátásáért felelősek. Őrizetbe vettek egy katonát is, aki a csalók „fekete könyvelését” vezette. Az államot ért kár összegét 4,6 millió hrivnyára becsülik. A csalás résztvevői az ellopott pénzt elosztották egymás között. A házkutatások során hamis könyvelést, iratokat, illegálisan tartott fegyvereket, lőszereket, robbanószerkezeteket, valamint több mint 1 millió hrivnya készpénzt foglaltak le.

Bíróság elé állnak azon szervezett bűnözői csoport tagjai, akik a hadköteles férfiak határátlépésének folyamatát szervezték meg Kárpátalján.
A Nemzeti Rendőrség kárpátaljai migrációs rendőrségének munkatársai a határszolgálat alkalmazottjaival közösen tavaly júliusban blokkolták a hadköteles férfiakat Ukrajna államhatárán átsegítő „csatorna” működését Kárpátalján. A rendfenntartók a helyszínen két gyanúsítottat vettek őrizetbe: egy 35 éves kárpátaljai férfit az ügyféllel együtt vettek őrizetbe a határvonal közelében az Ungvári járásban; egy másik, 29 éves Zsitomir megyei lakost pedig egy közeli faluban akkor tartóztattak le, amikor a pénzt vette át a szökni próbálkozó személytől. Mindkét elkövetőt egy előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték.
Ezt követően az ügyben az előzetes nyomozást a kárpátaljai rendőrség különösen súlyos bűncselekmények felderítésével foglalkozó osztályának nyomozói folytatták le. Már a nyomozás során sikerült megállapítani, hogy a fogvatartottaknak volt még egy tettestársa, egy 36 éves kárpátaljai férfi, akinek éppen az volt a feladata, hogy az ügyfeleket szállítsa a megyében és átmeneti szállást biztosítson számukra.
Ismertté vált, hogy a férfiak egy szervezett bűnözői csoport tagjaiként két hasonló bűncselekményt követtek el Kárpátalja területén.
A rendőrség elegendő bizonyítékot gyűjtött össze, és a bűncselekmény mindhárom érintettjével a vádat a nyugati régió katonai és védelmi szakügyészsége eljárási irányítása mellett ismertették, miszerint a bűncselekmény elkövetésének gyanúja Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyvének 332. cikkelye 3. részében foglaltak alapján merült fel.
A mai adatok szerint az ügyben lezárult az előzetes nyomozás, elkészült a vádirat, amelyet a büntetőeljárás anyagaival együtt benyújtottak a bíróságra.
A vádlottakat a bűncselekmény elkövetéséért kilenc évig terjedő szabadságvesztés 3 éves eltiltás bizonyos tisztségek betöltésére és vagyonelkobzás fenyegeti, számolt be a Kárpátaljai Migrációs Rendőrség.

Hatvanöt tüntetőt állítottak elő vasárnap Örményországban egy orosz katonai támaszpont közelében, az aktivisták Moszkva közbeavatkozását kérték a vitatott hovatartozású, örmények lakta Hegyi-Karabah azerbajdzsáni blokádjának felszámolása érdekében.
Az Interfax orosz hírügynökség szerint a nap folyamán mintegy 200 aktivista gyűlt össze a Gjumriban található, 1995-ben létesített orosz támaszpont előtt. A megmozdulás résztvevői egyebek között azt követelték, hogy az orosz békefenntartók nyissák meg a magukat környezetvédelmi aktivistáknak nevező azeriek által december 12-e óta lezárt Lacini-folyosót.
Ez az egyetlen útvonal Hegyi-Karabah és Örményország között, amelyhez 2020 őszén orosz békefenntartókat vonultattak fel. Az aktivisták részben elzárták az utat, korlátozva ezzel a forgalmat. A bakui hatóságok szerint nincs szó teljes blokádról, ugyanakkor a hegyi-karabahi tisztségviselők azt mondják, hogy ennek következtében kezdenek kifogyni az élelmiszerből, gyógyszerekből és üzemanyagból.
A több évtizedes konfliktus 2020. szeptember 27-én lángolt fel újra.
Azerbajdzsán nagyszabású hadműveletet indított az örmények ellenőrizte enklávé és a környező területek visszafoglalására. Hadműveletei döntően sikerrel jártak. Jóllehet a felek 2020. november 9-én, orosz közvetítéssel fegyverszünetben állapodtak meg, a határ menti térségben továbbra is rendszeresek az összetűzések.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatársai hazaárulás gyanújával Zaporizzsjában őrizetbe vették Vjacseszlav Bohuszlajevet, a Motor Szics ipari óriáscég igazgatótanácsának 83 éves elnökét, volt parlamenti képviselőt, aki a feltételezések szerint együttműködött Oroszországgal – számolt be vasárnap az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A hírportál biztonsági forrásokból úgy értesült, hogy az SZBU Bohuszlajeven kívül elfogta Oleg Dzjubát, a vállalat külgazdasági főosztályának vezetőjét is. Mindkettőjüket az ukrán büntetőtörvénykönyv két cikkelye – együttműködési tevékenység folytatása, támogatás nyújtása az agresszor államnak – alapján gyanúsították meg őket.
Az SZBU közlése szerint Bohuszlajevet az orosz vadászgépekhez való alkatrészek illegális szállításával kapcsolatos ügyben vették őrizetbe. A nyomozás szerint a sikkasztásban részt vettek a Motor Szics óriásvállalat vezetői, akik az orosz hadsereg egyik fő fegyvergyártója, a Kreml-közeli Rosztek vállalat képviselőivel szövetkeztek.
A gyanúsítottak speciális csatornákat hoztak létre az ukrán repülőgép-hajtóművek nagykereskedelmi tételeinek Oroszországba történő szállítására. Az oroszok a kapott termékeket a következő típusú orosz támadóhelikopterek gyártásához és javításához használták fel: Mi-8AMTSh-VN Szapson, KO-52 Aligátor, Mi-28N Éjszakai vadász. Ezeket a helikoptereket tömegesen használják az Ukrajna elleni teljes körű invázióban.
A gyanúsítottak három közel-keleti, európai és kelet-ázsiai ország ellenőrzött kereskedelmi struktúráit használták fel az Oroszországgal folytatott kereskedelem elleni szankciók megkerülésére. Ezek a cégek állítólag saját szükségleteikre küldtek megrendeléseket az ukrán gyártónak. De miután megkapták a katonai termékeket, a közvetítők Oroszországba szállították azokat. Emellett az oroszok külföldi bűntársaikat használták fel a repülőgépek javítására és karbantartására ukrán alkatrészek felhasználásával.
