Через штормовий вітер на заході Норвегії скасували частину повітряних та морських рейсів, у деяких містечках закрили школи; окремі райони знеструмлені.

Через осінній шторм, названий „Ешлі”, на заході Норвегії у понеділок скасували частину авіарейсів, поромів, перекриті окремі мости і кілька районів залишились без світла.
Сила вітру місцями сягає 41-46 метри на секунду.
Пориви вітру у прибережному Бергені змусили розвернутися у зворотному напрямку рейс із Осло. До столичного аеропорту скерували також рейс із Тронгейма, який мав сідати у Бергені.
Сідати в альтернативному аеропорту довелося ще одному внутрішньому рейсу. Ще кілька рейсів скасували.
Вранці, коли вітер був найсильнішим, призупиняли також рутинні рейси гелікоптерів на нафтовидобувні платформи, але під середину дня польоти все ж відновилися.
Кілька доріг місцевого значення ще з вечора неділі закрили через загрозу каменепадів та зсувів.
У декількох громадах через пошкодження ліній електропередачі поваленими деревами зникло світло.
Острівний муніципалітет Кінн через негоду оголосив понеділок вихідним для дитсадків та шкіл.

Щонайменше семеро людей загинуло в п’ятницю ввечері за місцевим часом у штаті Сан-Паулу в Бразилії в результаті шторму на південному сході країни, повідомило агентство цивільного захисту.
Згідно з повідомленням, троє людей загинуло в муніципалітеті Бауру з тієї причини, що через сильний вітер на них обвалилася стіна, а інші жертви загинули через падіння дерев, спричинене вітром в однойменній столиці штату, а також у містах Діадема і Котія.
Швидкість вітру сягала 107,5 кілометра на годину, що є найвищим показником у регіоні за доволі тривалий період, починаючи з 1995 року. Шторм спричинив перебої в електропостачанні, через які протягом 15 годин постраждало близько 10 мільйонів людей по всьому штату, а в Сан-Паулу та інших містах надовго було припинено водопостачання, повідомляють владні джерела.

Внаслідок потужного тропічного шторму Ягі на Філіппінах загинули щонайменше 13 людей. Четверо вважаються зниклими безвістичерез викликані рясними зливами зсуви ґрунту та раптові повені. Про це повідомляє Reuters.
За даними метеорологів, 2 вересня шторм, який сформувався у Філіппінському морі, вийшов на сушу на півночі провінції Аурора біля міста Касігуран із населенням понад 27 тисяч жителів. Через сильний вітер і дощ місто було знеструмлено.
До ранку 3 вересня шторм перетнув острів Лусон, а його центр знаходився у прибережних водах біля північного міста Лаоаг у провінції Ілокос.
Середня швидкість вітру становить 75 км/год, а сам шторм рухається у північно-західному напрямку над Південнокитайським морем.

У Словаччині шторм прокотився найбільшим музичним фестивалем, що у п’ятницю проходив на аеродромі Тренчина.
Про це повідомило видання Aktuality.
Сильний шторм, що супроводжувався сильним вітром, минулої ночі пройшов у районі аеропорту та спричинив падіння одного з великих наметів фестивалю «Погода». Ті, хто був у власних наметах, розповідали, як їм доводилося тримати їх зсередини власним тілом, щоб намети не здуло.
За словами очевидців, під гігантським темно-синім наметом було більше сотні людей, які сховались усередині, оскільки вважали, що там безпечно. Коли шторм набрав сили, вітер почав здувати намет і його частини поступово обвалилися.
Більшості людей вдалося врятуватися, однак кілька людей залишилися заблокованими під конструкціями намету. На місці медикам довелося надати допомогу 15 особам, які отримали переважно легкі травми. Чотирнадцять із них уночі були доставлені до лікарень.
Станом на ранок суботи майданчик фестивалю майже повністю спорожнів. Залізниця посилила сполучення з містом, також було організовано евакуаційні автобуси.

Влада Філіппін заявила, що щонайменше семеро людей загинули внаслідок тропічного шторму Евіньяр, який пронісся країною. Проте, пошуково-рятувальні роботи ще тривають.

Шторм Евіньяр у понеділок приніс сильний вітер і зливи на південь Філіппін. Через це були закриті аеропорти та морські порти, а також порушено електропостачання.
У вівторок шторм перемістився до східного узбережжя Японії, швидкість вітру сягала 130 кілометрів на годину з поривами до 160 кілометрів на годину.
В південній східній провінції Філіппін Місаміс підтверджено загибель 14-річної дівчинки. Причиною стало дерево, що впало на припаркований автомобіль, в який вона сідала. Ще один школяр отримав поранення, йдеться у повідомленні Національного агентства з надзвичайних ситуацій.
У провінції Кесон, на схід від столиці, загинуло шестеро людей, повідомила радіостанції DWPM майор поліції Елізабет Капістрано. Серед загиблих – двоє чоловіків у віці 56 і 22 років, які потонули, і 39-річний чоловік, на якого впало дерево.
Маркос заявив, що шторм зачепив майже 27 тисяч людей і порушив роботу трьох аеропортів і дев’яти морських портів на вихідних.
Евіньяр став першим тропічним штормом, що обрушився на Філіппіни цього року. Щорічно на цю країну в Південно-Східній Азії обрушується в середньому 20 штормів, які часто призводять до злив, сильних вітрів і смертоносних зсувів ґрунту.

Шериф округу Кук Рей Сапінгтон повідомив CNN в неділю вранці, що в окрузі Кук, штат Техас, загинуло 5 осіб, серед яких були діти. Ймовірно, вночі на Техас обрушився торнадо, а сильні шторми спричинили повсюдні вимкнення електроенергії.
За останніми даними, двоє дітей зникли безвісти в районі округу Кук, і станом на ранок неділі їх не знайшли. Очікується, що в неділю сильні шторми продовжаться в деяких частинах Сполучених Штатів, і понад 110 мільйонів людей ризикує потрапити під сильний град, руйнівний вітер і сильні торнадо, в основному в центральній частині долин річок Міссісіпі, Огайо і Теннессі.
Оскільки шторми рухаються на схід, Центр прогнозування штормів попередив жителів про „сильні торнадо, сильний град і широкі коридори, пошкоджені вітром”. Про це заявив заступник голови Харківської ОВА Роман Семенуха, повідомляє РБК-Україна з посиланням на ефір телемарафону.
„У нас тривають безперервні обстріли. Ворог продовжує штурмові дії, в основному зосереджений на напрямках населеного пункту Липці, населеного пункту Вовчанськ і на лівому-правому флангу міста Вовчанськ”, – заявив він.
Семенуха додав, що сьогодні є декілька прилетів КАБами по Липцях.
„Ворог не полишає спроб в середині Вовчанська виштовхнути Збройні сили України з міста. Місто приблизно на 60% контролює Збройні сили України, тобто штурми не припиняються”, – зазначив він.
Він додав, що сьогодні зранку зупинилися в бойовій дії на Купʼянському напрямку.
„Сьогодні на окремих ділянках Збройні сили України проводять власні штурмові дії з метою покращення позицій. Ну і безперечно йдуть обстріли прикордоння. Це Богодухівський район, Харківський район, Чугуївський район”, – додав Семенуха.

У провінції Цзянсі на півдні Китаю вирують шторми та йдуть сильні дощі з градом. Через складні погодні умови загинуло семеро людей, тисячі будинків зазнали ушкоджень, повідомляє китайське державне телебачення CCTV з посиланням на дані управління з питань надзвичайних ситуацій провінції.
Екстремальна погода почалася в неділю і торкнулася 9 міст, включаючи Наньчан і Сюцзян, вплинувши на життя 93 тисяч людей у 54 областях, зазначили в Центрі боротьби з повенями провінції Цзянсі.
У середу влада заявила, що в провінції загинуло семеро людей. За повідомленням ЗМІ, трьох із них пориви вітру, які вирвали вікна, винесли з квартир багатоповерхівок. Влада ще з’ясовує, як це сталося. За словами одного з мешканців 20-го поверху житлового будинку, членам його родини довелося міцно триматися за одвірки, щоб їх не здуло сильним потоком повітря.
За даними місцевої влади, інтенсивні дощі та шторми, які супроводжувалися градом розміром з м’яч для гольфу, були найбільш руйнівними за понад десять років і завдали збитків на близько 150 мільйонів юанів.
Метеорологічна служба Китаю оголосила попередження про сильні шторми, які досягають 12-го рівня за місцевою шкалою, що відповідає тайфуну першої категорії.
Вітри такої інтенсивності поширені в Китаї та інших частинах Східної Азії, але рідко трапляються всередині країни, наприклад, у провінції Цзянсі, яка не має виходу до моря. Це перший найвищий рівень попередження про екстремальну погоду в регіоні з 2013 року.
