Összecsaptak a Legfelső Tanács épületét védő rendőrökkel a tüntető egyéni vállalkozók csütörtökön Kijevben, a dulakodás akkor kezdődött, amikor a rendőrkordon megpróbálta leszorítani a tiltakozókat a parlament előtti úttestről, amelyet a tüntetők megpróbáltak lezárni – tájékoztatott az rbc.ua hírportál.
A helyszíni tudósítás szerint az összecsapásban az egyik női tüntető lábsérülést szenvedett. A helyzet a dulakodás után stabilizálódott.
Sajtójelentések szerint a Pecserszk kerületi rendőrkapitányságról kiengedték Szerhij Doroticsot, a tiltakozó akciót szervező SaveFOP egyéni vállalkozói érdekvédelmi szervezet vezetőjét, akit csütörtök reggel, a tüntetés kezdetekor vettek őrizetbe.
A Legfelső Tanács épületénél reggel 9:00 órakor kezdődött a kisvállalkozók tiltakozó akciója, akik azt követelik, a képviselők szavazzák meg a módosító indítványaikat, amelyeket az egyéni vállalkozásokról szóló törvénnyel és az adótörvénykönyvvel kapcsolatban nyújtottak be a parlamentnek.

Kezdjük azzal a ténnyel, hogy a diákokat „összeesküvéssel, csoportosan elkövetett bűncselekmény elkövetésével vádolják, amelyek durván sértik a közrendet”. Az ügyben 12, 19 és 24 év közötti vádlott van. Már több mint hat hónapja vannak előzetes letartóztatásban. A belorusz emberi jogi aktivisták az ügy mind a 12 résztvevőjét politikai fogolyként ismerték el.
Mint ismeretes, sok fehérorosz fiatal vett részt a fehéroroszországi elnökválasztás eredményei ellen szervezett tüntetéseken, szeptemberben pedig a tanév kezdetével a diákok az erőszak és a választási csalások elleni országos megmozdulások fontos elemévé váltak. A diákok részt vettek a nagy méretű vasárnapi tüntetéseken, helyi akciókat is szerveztek, gyakran közvetlenül a felső oktatási intézmények belsőudvaraiban, a bejáratoknál, az épületekben. Sokukat őrizetbe vették, és több napos letartóztatást vagy pénzbüntetést kaptak, és több tucatjukat kizárták az egyetemekről.
A „Diákok ügye” közvetlenül a Szvitlana Tihanovszkaja központja által tervezett október 26-i általános sztrájk után jelent meg. November 12-én öt minszki egyetem hallgatója, az Informatikai és Rádióelektronikai Egyetem tanára valamint az Orvostudományi Egyetem végzős diákjánál házkutatást tartott a Biztonsági Szolgálat. Ennek eredményeként 12 személy letartóztattak. Jelenleg a „Diákok ügye” dosszié már 36 kötetből áll.
Mint ismeretes, hogy a nyomozás „tüntetések összehangolásával”, „tematikus Telegram-csatorna létrehozásával”, „röplapok elkészítésével és terjesztésével”, „a tüntetések résztvevői irányításával, felkészítésével és anyagi támogatásával”, „a rendvédelmi szervek mozgásáról szóló üzenetek küldésével” vádolja a fogvatartottakat.
A vizsgálat szerint mindezek a „tüntetési akciók megzavarták az oktatási folyamatot és az egyetemek szokásos munkáját, mivel a fiatalok blokkolták a folyosókat, ezzel akadályozták a diákok és tanárok bejutását a tantermekbe, hangosan kiabáltak, fütyültek, skandáltak és énekeltek”.
A Nyomozói Bizottság információi szerint a vádlottak videokonferencia keretén belül folyamatosan egyeztettek Szvitlana Tihanovszkajával.
Március végén Fehéroroszország Főügyésze bejelentette, hogy a vádlottak tervet készítettek a „jogellenes eredmény” elérésére. A Főügyészség szerint a terv az alábbi pontokat tartalmazta:
„egyes társadalmi csoportok – diákok és tanárok – képviselőinek bevonása az jogellenes tevékenységekben való részvételbe; a tiltakozó akciók információs támogatása, további terjesztése a társadalmi tudat befolyásolása céljából; rendezvények szervezése, amelyek gyakorisága a résztvevők ellenkező viselkedési modelljét váltotta ki, segítette a tiltakozási aktivitás kialakulását, a fiatalság irányítása módjainak kipróbálása.”
Május 14-én mintegy 200 ember érkezett Minszk Zsovtnevi kerületi bíróságának épületébe – rokonok, barátok, évfolyamtársak, politikusok és újságírók. A tárgyalóterembe csupán 25 személyt engedtek be rokonak, vádlottanként kettőt. Az EU-s országok diplomatái, akik a tárgyalóterembe szerettek volna bemenni, már nem jutottak be a tárgyalásra. A rendőrség a tömeg feloszlására szólított fel, azután letartóztatásokra került sor.
Jelenleg már 14 fogvatartottról van információ, közöttük van Anantolij Lebegyko, az Egyesült Polgári Párt egykori vezetőije és Szvitlana Tihanovszkaja képviselője, valamint Ljubov Kaszperovics, közismert újságíró. A letartóztatása előtt interjút készített az egyik vádlott barátjával. A „Diákok ügyében”a bírósági tárgyalások június 7-ig tartanak. Az is ismertté vált, hogy az eljárást gyakorlatilag minden nap megtartják. A vád képviselői szerint hamarosan megkezdődik az eljárás a „tüntetések vezetői és szervezői” ellen.

Legalább 27-en vesztették életüket és 359-en tűntek el a kolumbiai tüntetéseken, amelyek április 28-án kezdődtek egy vitatott adóreform miatt – közölte a bogotái államügyészi és az ombudsmani hivatal helyi idő szerint pénteken.
A halálesetek közül 11 közvetlenül kapcsolatba hozható az eseményekkel, hetet még vizsgálnak, kilenc pedig nem kapcsolódik a történtekhez – tudatták.
A sebesültek száma 1506, közülük 680 civil és 826 a biztonsági erők tagja – tették hozzá.
A hivatalos adatok sokkal alacsonyabbak, mint amelyeket az megmozdulásokat követő civil szervezetek (köztük a Tremblores) közzétettek: szerintük 37-en estek a rendőrségi túlkapások áldozatául a tüntetések kezdete óta.
A tiltakozások, amelyek egy azóta visszavont adóreform-tervezet miatt kezdődtek, folytatódnak az egészségügy tervezett reformja, a rendőri erőszak és a biztonság általános hiánya ellen.
Az államügyészi és az ombudsmani hivatal jelezte, hogy 548 feltételezett eltűnést jelentettek náluk. Közülük 189 embert már megtaláltak, 359 hollétének felderítése pedig folyamatban van. A már tizedik napja tartó országos tüntetések központja továbbra is a Kolumbia északnyugati részén található Cali, az ország harmadik legnépesebb városa.
Caliban az erőszak több mint húsz ember életét követelte civil szervezetek szerint. A hatóságok 1200 katonát vezényeltek a városba a rend helyreállítására. Az éjszaka folyamán is folytatódtak a zavargások, ketten megsebesültek egy lövöldözésben.
Eközben Iván Duque kolumbiai elnök a barikádok eltávolítására szólította fel a tiltakozókat. Duque szerint 733 úttorlaszt építettek április 28. óta, amelyek akadályozzák az üzemanyag-, élelmiszer- és gyógyszerellátást. Az államfő pénteken újra jelezte: kész tárgyalni a megmozdulást kezdeményező nemzeti sztrájkbizottsággal a kedélyek lecsillapítása érdekében.
Az ENSZ és az Európai Unió is aggodalmát fejezte ki a hatósági túlkapásokról érkező jelentések miatt. A kolumbiai külügyminisztérium pénteken óva intett mindenkit az objektivitást nélkülöző állásfoglalásoktól, amelyek tovább mélyítik az ellentéteket.
Diego Molano védelmi miniszter elégedetlenségét fejezte ki a kormányerők ellen a közösségi oldalakon zajló stigmatizációs kampány miatt.
Bár a tüntetések többsége békés, akadnak erőszakos megmozdulások is, amelyeket a kormány szerint illegális csoportok – köztük a magát Nemzeti Felszabadító Hadseregnek (ELN) nevező marxista milícia, illetve az ugyancsak szélsőbaloldali, Kolumbiai Forradalmi Fegyveres Erők (FARC) nevű gerillaszervezetből távozott csoportok – szítanak.
Kolumbiában április 28-án robbantak ki tüntetések a tervezett adóreform miatt. Duque ezek hatására visszavonatta a pénzügyminisztérium által előterjesztett adóreformot, de a tiltakozások folytatódtak. Az államfő kérte a kongresszust, hogy a pénzügyi bizonytalanság elkerülése végett sürgősen fogadjon el egy új, konszenzuson alapuló adócsomagot.
A kabinet a koronavírus-járvány miatt keletkezett költségvetési hiány csökkentése érdekében kényszerül átalakítani az adórendszert. A többi között mérsékelni akarta a adókedvezményeket, növelni egyes csoportok személyi jövedelemadóját, és el akarta törölni bizonyos árucikkek és szolgáltatások általános forgalmi adó alóli mentességét.

Kolumbiában múlt szerdán robbantak kitüntetések a kormány tervezett adóreformjai ellen. Az erőszakos tiltakozásokban húsznál több ember haltak meg, és több mint 800-an megsebesültek. Az egyik városban a rendőrök tüzet nyitottak a tüntetőkre.
A híradások szerint a legtöbb, harmincöt ember eltűnését a nyugat-kolumbiai Valle del Cauca megye székhelyéről, Cali városából jelentették.
Az ENSZ kedden elítélte a tüntetőkkel szembeni aránytalan hatósági fellépését. Marta Hurtado, a világszervezet Emberi Jogi Főbiztosságának (OHCHR) szóvivője genfi sajtókonferenciáján kiemelte Cali városát, ahol a rendőrök tüzet nyitottak a tiltakozókra.
Iván Duque kolumbiai elnök a tüntetések hatására vasárnap visszavonatta a pénzügyminisztérium által előterjesztett adóreformot. Az államfő kérte a kongresszust, hogy a pénzügyi bizonytalanság elkerülése végett sürgősen fogadjon el egy új, konszenzuson alapuló adócsomagot. Leszögezte, hogy továbbra is szükségesnek tartja a kormány által szorgalmazott adóreformot, amely alapvető fontosságú a kolumbiai pénzügyi rendszer stabilizálása, az adósbesorolás fenntartása és a szociális programok finanszírozása szempontjából.
A kabinet a koronavírus-járvány miatt keletkezett költségvetési hiány csökkentése érdekében kényszerül átalakítani az adórendszert. A többi között mérsékelni akarta a adókedvezményeket, növelni egyes csoportok személyi jövedelemadóját, és el akarta törölni bizonyos árucikkek és szolgáltatások általános forgalmi adó alóli mentességét.
Iván Duque kedden közölte, hogy a kormány kész össznemzeti párbeszédre a helyzet rendezése érdekében. Arra szólította fel a polgárokat, hogy utasítsák el az erőszakot, oltalmazzák a legveszélyeztetettebbeket, támogassák a koronavírus-járvány elleni oltási kampányt és a gazdaság újraindítását. Fogadkozott, hogy a kormány meghallgatja a polgárokat, és megoldásokat dolgoz ki a célok eléréséhez.
A kolumbiai rendőrség kedden közölte, hogy több mint két tucat esetet vizsgálnak ki, amelyek során felmerült a rendőri brutalitás gyanúja. A védelmi miniszter azt állította, hogy illegális fegyveres csoportok szivárogtak be a tüntetők közé, hogy erőszakot szítsanak.

Több mint 300 kis- és középvállalkozó tüntetett a karantén-korlátozások ellen hétfőn Mikolajivban a városháza előtt, de miután a polgármester nem volt hajlandó kimenni a tiltakozókhoz, azok behatoltak a hivatali épületbe – adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a karantén ellen tiltakozók, akikhez csatlakoztak az iránytaxik sofőrei, azt követelték, hogy a hatóságok tegyék lehetővé számukra a normális munkarendhez történő visszatérést. Azt is kérték, hogy a polgármester menjen ki hozzájuk, és hallgassa meg panaszukat. Miután az elöljáró nem tett eleget a kérésnek, a tüntetők behatoltak a városháza épületébe. Ott már fogadta őket Olekszandr Szenkevics polgármester, de kijelentette, hogy a városi hatóságok nem tudják enyhíteni az elrendelt szigorításokat.
Ugyancsak vállalkozók tüntettek a vörös karanténzónába sorolás ellen hétfőn Csernyihivben. A tiltakozók a városháza és a megyei állami adminisztráció épületei előtt demonstráltak.

Nem a tüntetők, hanem szélütések okozta Brian Sicknick rendőrtiszt halálát, amikor a Capitoliumot védte januárban a tüntetőktől – jelentette a washingtoni orvosszakértői hivatal.
Sicknick a január 6-i zavargások másnapján vesztette életét, s a capitoliumi rendőrség által akkor kiadott jelentések szerint tüntetők vegyszerrel fújták le, mire a 42 éves rendőrtiszt összeesett és másnap elhunyt.
A hónapokig tartó részletes nyomozás nem igazolta ezt a feltételezést. A washingtoni orvosszakértői hivatal munkatársa, Francisco Diaz igazságügyi orvosszakértő – a The Washington Post című lapnak nyilatkozva – közölte, hogy a rendőrtiszt halálát nem külső beavatkozás okozta, hanem két, egymást követő szélütés (sztrók).
Hozzátette: a rendőrtiszt boncolása során nem találtak bizonyítékot arra, hogy vegyszerek váltottak volna ki nála végzetes reakciót.
Öt ember halt meg a Capitolium ostromakor Diaz ugyanakkor azt is megjegyezte, hogy a január 6-i események „szerepet játszottak (Sicknick) állapotának alakulásában”.
Az adatvédelmi jogszabályok miatt azonban arról nem adhatott tájékoztatást, hogy a rendőrnek voltak-e már korábban is egészségi problémái.
Brian Sicknick egyike volt annak az öt embernek, akik életüket vesztették, amikor Donald Trump volt amerikai elnök szimpatizánsai január 6-án megrohamozták a Capitoliumot, azt követően, hogy Trump nagygyűlést tartott a közelben. A törvényhozásban a novemberi elnökválasztás eredményét készültek hitelesíteni. A volt elnök ellen a demokrata többségű képviselőház lázadás szítása miatt alkotmányos felelősségre vonási eljárást (impeachment) indított, a Capitolium megtámadása előtti nagygyűlésen mondott, gyújtó hangú beszédére hivatkozva.
Trumpot végül – az eljárás végén – a szenátus felmentette.
Két embert tartóztattak le Sicknick halála miatt
A múlt hónapban két férfit tartóztattak le azzal a gyanúval, hogy ők támadták meg Sicknick rendőrtisztet és ártalmas vegyszerrel fújták le. Az ügyészek és az igazságügyi orvosszakértő azonban nem bizonyította az összefüggést a rendőr halála és a ráfújt szer között. Ennek megfelelően a 32 éves Julian Elie Khatert és a 39 éves George Pierre Taniost a rendőrtiszt halálával nem vádolják, de más vádpontokban (például szövetségi tisztségviselő megtámadásában, fizikai erőszakban, majd a nyomozás akadályozásában) továbbra is büntető eljárás folyik ellenük.
A Capitolium elleni támadás miatt egyébként eddig több mint 400 ember ellen emeltek vádat.
A The New York Times riportot is készített az ügyről
A The New York Times című amerikai napilap az egyik februári riportjában – a bűnüldöző szervek jelentésére hivatkozva – még arról számolt be, hogy Sicknicket leütötték tűzoltó készülékkel, de ezt a cikket később javították. A capitoliumi rendőrség később azt közölte, hogy kollégájuk az épület védelmezése közben összeesett a sérülései következtében.
Az igazságügyi orvosszakértői jelentés nyilvánosságra hozatala után a Capitolium rendőrsége t adott ki, amelyben hangsúlyozta: elfogadják az orvosszakértői megállapításokat, de „ez nem változtat azon a tényen, hogy Sicknick kötelessége teljesítése közben hunyt el, amikor bátran védte a Kongresszust és a Capitoliumot”.

A lakossági gáz árának emelése ellen tiltakozó lakosok zárták le csütörtökön a Harkiv megyei Valki városban a Harkiv-Kijev autóutat, a tüntetők egyúttal szolidaritásukról biztosították azokat a demonstrálókat, akik hasonló okokból Poltava megyében akadályozták a forgalmat három nappal korábban – adta hírül a strana.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a tiltakozók előre bejelentve egy órára zárták le a forgalmat a Harkiv-Kijev autóúton, 12:00 és 13:00 óra között. A szervezők célja a lakossági gáz árának emelése elleni tiltakozás mellett az volt, hogy szolidaritásukat fejezzék ki a Poltava megyében és más ukrán régiókban hasonló okokból tüntetők iránt.
Mint a hírportál jelezte a Valkiban tiltakozók védőmaszkot viseltek, de nem mindig tartották be a kötelező távolságot. A helyszínen sok rendőr volt jelen.

A fehérorosz belügyi hatóságok szabadon engedik az összes tüntetőt, akit őrizetbe vettek az elmúlt napok tömeges tüntetésein – jelentette péntekre virradó éjjel Minszkből a TASZSZ orosz hírügynökség.
A tut.by internetes hírportál közlése szerint a főváros Okresztina utcai fogházához az éjjel megérkezett Aljakszandr Barszukov belügyminiszter-helyettes, aki újságírók előtt kijelentette, hogy péntek hajnali 6 óráig minden őrizetest szabadon engednek a fogházból.
„Hajnali hatra mindenkit szabadon engedünk” – mondta a TASZSZ szerint Barszukov, nem sokkal azután, hogy felettese, Jurij Karajev belügyminiszter utasítást adott a szabadon bocsátásokra.
Barátok és hozzátartozók százai érkeztek az éjjel az Okresztina utcai fogházhoz, hogy élelemmel, vízzel és takarókkal várják szabadon engedett szeretteiket. Az elengedett tüntetők egy része a Reuters hírügynökség szerint arról beszélt, hogy zsúfolt cellákban töltötték fogságukat és bántalmazásokra is panaszkodtak.
A belügyminiszter előzőleg, este az ONT helyi televíziónak nyilatkozva óva intett „bármilyen forradalomtól vagy felfordulástól, amely az emberek életkörülményeinek romlását eredményezné a gazdaság leállásával”. A miniszter elítélte a hatóság emberei ellen az elmúlt napokban elkövetett állítólagos támadásokat, ugyanakkor bocsánatot kért a hatósági fellépések során ártatlanul megsérült emberektől.
Fehéroroszországban csütörtökön már ötödszörre vonultak utcára az emberek a vasárnapi elnökválasztás óta, amelyen az előzetes eredmények szerint a hivatalban lévő Aljakszandr Lukasenka a szavazatok 80,08 százalékával győzött. Az ellenzék kétségbe vonta a választás tisztaságát és országszerte tüntetéseket, sztrájkokat szervezett. A hatóságok híradások szerint brutálisan léptek fel a tüntetőkkel szemben, és országszerte mintegy 6700 embert vettek őrizetbe, két tüntető pedig életét vesztette.
Csütörtökön ismét emberek ezrei alkottak élőláncot, és vonultak Minszk utcáin. Az este folyamán békés tüntetést rendeztek a fehérorosz fővárosban a Puskin téren, ahol hétfőn életét vesztette a tüntetések első halálos áldozata.
A több tízezer tüntetőhöz a Reuters szerint csatlakoztak a Lukasenka elnök vezette posztszovjet rezsim büszkeségeinek tartott több állami nagyvállalat, például a teherautókat és buszokat gyártó Minszki Autógyár (MAZ) dolgozói is. Videofelvételek szerint a tüntetők új választásokat és Lukasenka távozását követelő jelszavakat skandáltak.
A helyi média arról is beszámolt, hogy egy Minszktől északkeletre fekvő városban tüntetés volt a vontató és földmunkagépeket gyártó BelAZ gyárban, valamint a grodnói Azot vegyi üzemben is.

Tüntetők közé hajtott szombaton az Egyesült Államok északnyugati nagyvárosában, Seattle-ben egy férfi autójával, életveszélyes és súlyos sérüléseket okozva két nőnek – adta hírül a helyi rendőrség.
A 27 éves férfi – aki seattle-i lakos – tette után elhajtott, ám egy tüntető kocsiba pattant, és másfél kilométeres üldözés után a menekülő elé vágva megállította, a rendőrség pedig őrizetbe vette az illetőt. Egyelőre nem tudni, hogy mi indította tüntetők elgázolására. A rendőrség az elmebetegséget kizárta.
A két nő közül az egyik 24 éves, állapota válságos. A másik 32 esztendős, és súlyos sérülései miatt ő is intenzív osztályon van.
A gázoló olyan útszakaszon hajtott a tüntetők közé, amelyet a rendőrség egy órával korábban lezárt a gépkocsiforgalom elől.
