Одеські правоохоронці викрили голову виборчої комісії та місцевого мешканця, які організували „сітку” підкупу виборців. Про це сьогодні, 15 жовтня заявив голова Національної поліції Ігор Клименко, передає пресслужба відомства.
„Під час слідчих дій вилучено майже 45 000 доларів США, які фігуранти планували використати для подальшого підкупу виборців. За один голос та голосування виключно за певного кандидата на пост Одеського міського голови у виборчому бюлетені громадянам пропонували 1000 гривень грошової винагороди. Доказ – скрін із телефона бюлетеня з позначкою навпроти прізвища кандидата”, – сказав Клименко.
Зокрема, обидва зловмисники були затримані під час отримання грошових коштів для подальшого підкупу виборців.
Наразі відкрите провадження за ч. 4 ст. 160 (Підкуп виборця) Кримінального кодексу України. У разі доведення провини, фігуранти можуть отримати до 7 років позбавлення волі.

Сьогодні у Чернігівській області в місті Бобровиця сталася стрілянина через намет політичної партії. Невідомі пошкодили агітаційний намет, що переросло у бійку з застосуванням зброї.
„Правоохоронці встановили, що один з місцевих мешканців 1981 року народження попросив агітаторку, яка перебувала в наметі, прибрати його. Жінка покликала на місце події керівника партійного осередку. Коли останній опинився на місці події, між чоловіками зав’язався конфлікт”, – йдеться у повідомлені.
Спочатку активіст зіпсував агітаційний намет, потім в ході бійки представник партії вистрелив в опонента із револьвера, поціливши у плече.
Заяву до поліції написали обидва учасники конфлікту. Правоохоронці відкрили провадження за фактом умисного нанесення легкого тілесного ушкодження. Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді штрафу або виправних робіт.
„У ході досудового розслідування діям кожного учасника конфлікту буде надана належна правова оцінка” – наголосили в МВС.

Стрілянина за місце для зарядки електромобілів за участю помічника народного депутата Куницького.Вчора, близько 20:30, на вулиці Новоолександрівська сталася стрілянина. Помічник народного депутата від «Слуги народу» Олександра Куницького - Дмитро Ніконов вистрілив у чоловіка з травматичного пістолета і поранив його в ногу. Водій вдарив Ніконова у відповідь, намагаючись вибити пістолет з рук, але це йому не вдалося, після чого Ніконов почав стріляти і поранив його.Зауважимо, що в Україні обмежено право на володіння травматичної зброєю. Таке право мають кілька груп громадян, одна з яких – журналісти. Саме журналістський дозвіл має Дмитро Ніконов. Ми декілька разів запитали у директора «Автоентерпрайз», журналістом якого видання він є - відповіді не почули. На фотографіях, що з’явилися у мережі, вказано, що Ніконов є журналістом ТОВ «Громадська преса України». Згідно з реєстром друкованих ЗМІ, компанія видає журнал «Новини Батьківщини» - знайти сайт або публікації журналу в Інтернеті нам не вдалося.На місце події прибула депутатка Харківської міської ради від «Слуги народу», помічниця нардепа Олександра Куницького - Аліна Мустафаєва, а також інші особи. Один з чоловіків - знайомий Ніконова, намагався перешкоджати «Антикорупційному блоку» у законній журналістській діяльності, за цим фактом до поліції подана відповідна заява та відомості внесені до ЄРДР.

На Черкащині кандидат у депутати сільради від Радикальної партії Ляшка запрошував виборців до випивки і особисто наповнював їм чарки.
11 жовтня у с. Червона Слобода Черкаського району за підтримки кандидата в депутати до Черкаської обласної ради від партії „Черкащани” Володимира Лашкула під виглядом Дня козака проводили масовий підкуп виборців.
Люди в жилетках з емблемами партії роздавали агітацію, листівки і газети також роздавали з агітнамету партії. Згадані кандидати виступали з імпровізованої сцени з промовами. Однак на заході були присутні і кандидати від інших партій до різного рівня рад регіону.
Окрім шоу, людям тут пропонували кашу і спиртні напої. Запрошував до випивки і особисто наповнював чарки кандидат у депутати Червонослобідської сільської ради від Радикальної партії Олега Ляшка, директор місцевого фермерського господарства „Прут” Микола Дубина. На заході неодноразово прозвучало, що він також є кандидатом.
Згодом Дубина також вручав подарунки присутнім. Наймолодшому – іграшку, а найстаршому – пляшку горілки та кільце ковбаси. Зі слів кандидата, планували вручати подарунки і за участь у вікторині. Проте на той час на місці вже працювала поліція, яку викликали спостерігачі „Опори” через ймовірний підкуп виборців, тож вікторину відмінили.
В „Опорі” нагадують, що, згідно з Виборчим кодексом, надання виборцям, зокрема, грошей, продуктів харчування, спиртних напоїв та послуг, що супроводжується закликами голосувати за певного кандидата, вважається підкупом виборців.
В організації додали, що станом на ранок 12 жовтня інформація про факт відкриття кримінального провадження уточнюється в поліції.
Нагадаємо 25 жовтня в Україні відбудеться голосування на місцевих виборах.

У ході досудового розслідування зібрано беззаперечні докази того, що обвинувачена видала виборчі бюлетені на імена осіб, які у день проведення позачергових виборів до Верховної Ради України перебували за кордоном чи не з’явилися на дільниці для голосування (ч.2 ст.158-1 КК України).
За результатами затвердженої судом угоди про визнання винуватості обвинуваченій призначено покарання у вигляді 5 років позбавлення волі з позбавленням права обіймати посади, пов’язані з виборчим процесом упродовж 2 років.

Затримано 15 топменеджерів банку з-поміж керівників першої ланки, котрим керував Бабарик, а також колишніх співробітників банку, які нині працюють у різних комерційних структурах, зазначає сайт. У головному офісі банку в Мінську провели обшуки. Опозиційний політик каже, що таким чином слідчі намагаються чинити на нього тиск.
Правоохоронці вважають, що банк під керівництвом колишнього керівника Віктора Бабарика відмивав великі суми грошей та ухилявся від сплати податків. У зверненні до прихильників на відеопорталі YouTube Бабарико зазначив, що обшуки «дали зрозуміти, що нинішнє керівництво готове на все, аби запобігти проведенню чесних виборів». Згідно з повідомленнями інформаційних агентств, поліція вжила заходів проти кількох потенційних опонентів Лукашенка.

Зокрема,
автор допису стверджує, що 22 грудня, у день голосування на місцевих виборах до
ОТГ села Горонда Мукачівського району у церкві села Страбичово вірянам
роздавали церковні календарі із символікою, схожою на символіку однієї з
політичних партій.
Дану
подію зареєстровано в журналі єдиного обліку, її правова кваліфікація

Мукачівські патрульні запобігли спробі самогубства молодого хлопця Сталася подія вчора, близько 21-ї години на залізничних коліях поблизу вулиці Іоана Павла ІІ. Патрульні отримали виклик про те, що на залізничній споруді над коліями знаходиться молодий чоловік який, ймовірно, збирається скоїти самогубство.Одразу прибувши на виклик, патрульні помітили хлопця, який стояв на краю споруди. Хлопець перебував у нервовому стані, тому патрульні намагались вести з ним безперервний діалог. На щастя, кількахвилинна розмова дала результат. Хлопець заспокоївся та разом з патрульним спустився зі споруди на землю. В Мукачеві нове вогнище захворювання на COVID-19 в обласному інтернатному закладі розташовано на території міста. Вчора у 180 пацієнтів та працівників закладу було відібрано біоматеріали для проведення ПЛР-діагностики, в 26 діагноз підтвердився, результати 50 тестів будуть відомі сьогодні.
