Військово-морські сили Мексики повідомили про виявлення в нарколабораторії картелю 110 кг динаміту, імовірно, призначеного для вчинення замахів.
«Вибухівка мала використовуватися для нападів на співробітників правоохоронних органів, – ідеться в заяві. – З неї можна виготовляти бомби, міни та інші вибухові пристрої, здатні завдавати значної шкоди бронетехніці».
У печероподібній споруді в північному штаті Сіналоа було знайдено також коробки з написом «Вибухівка типу E». Це свідчить про те, що речовина була виготовлена в Мексиці й призначалася для використання в гірничій промисловості чи будівництві.
Припущення правоохоронців підтверджується зростанням кількості повідомлень про викрадення такої вибухівки з мексиканських шахт. Під час рейдів морські піхотинці виявили ще три нарколабораторії, де було загалом 8618 кг майже готового метамфетаміну.
Крім того, правоохоронці вилучили понад 2350 кг інших речовин та хімічних прекурсорів, необхідних для виробництва синтетичних наркотиків. Увесь метамфетамін та решта матеріалів були знищені на місці. Їхня загальна вартість становила понад 30 мільйонів доларів.

Згідно з оприлюдненим офіційним повідомленням, правоохоронці США розслідують зникнення близько 30 тонн аміачної селітри, яка також може бути використана як вибухівка.
Зникнення речовини виявили наприкінці квітня, через два тижні після того, як її відправили з виробництва – заводу у Вайомінгу. Водночас офіційну заяву про це до Національного центру реагування (National Response Center) подали лише 10 травня.
Місцем призначення нітрату амонію, який перевозили у залізничному вагоні, була пустеля Мохаве в Каліфорнії. Саме там виявили зникнення речовини, коли відкрили вагони. Згідно з офіційними даними, замок на вагоні на вигляд був неушкодженим, коли прибув до місця призначення.
Спільне розслідування проводять Федеральне управління залізниць, Комісія з комунальних послуг Каліфорнії, залізнична компанія Union Pacific і компанія-виробник Dyno Nobel.
Згідно з повідомленням компанії-виробника, вантаж, можливо, висипався під час транспортування через щілину, яка утворилася в нижньому випускному отворі залізничного вагона. Поки що немає жодних ознак того, що хімічна речовина була навмисно викрадена. Якщо вона висипалася і потрапила в навколишнє середовище в невеликих кількостях, вона не становить небезпеки для населення або залізничного руху, заявили в компанії.
Для з’ясування точних причин перевірять весь маршрут руху поїзда.
Аміачну селітру можна використовувати і як добриво, і як вибухівку. У 1995 році речовину використали під час вибуху в Оклахома-Сіті, в результаті якого загинуло 168 людей. В 2020 році вибух аміачної селітри спричинив детонацію в порту Бейрута, що спричинило загибель 218 людей і знищення більшої частини запасів зерна Лівану.

Російська „Транснєфть” стверджує про виявлення вибухових пристроїв на нафтоперекачувальній станції „Новозибков” трубопроводу „Дружба” в Брянській області.
Про це представник компанії Ігор Дьомін заявив російському пропагандистському агентству ТАСС.
„На території нафтоперекачувальної станції „Новозибков” учора ввечері і сьогодні вранці було виявлено вибухові пристрої в зруйнованих пластикових корпусах непромислового виробництва з вражаючою бойовою частиною у вигляді сталевих кульок. Імовірно, руйнування корпусів сталося після удару об землю під час падіння з дронів”, – сказав Дьомін.
Представник „Транснєфті” стверджує, що „організатори диверсії замислювали не руйнування об’єкта, а вбивство людей із числа цивільного персоналу, який обслуговує станцію нафтопроводу”.
За його словами, в компанії нібито помітили, як із БПЛА в районі станції скинули ще один вибуховий пристрій. Тривають слідчі дії, руйнувань і постраждалих немає, додав він.
При цьому у 2023 році НПС „Новозибків” перекачування нафти не здійснює, а резервуарний парк стоїть порожній.

Затриманий раніше працював у мерії столиці автономного регіону Країна Басків.
У середу, 25 січня, на півночі Іспанії поліція заарештувала 74-річного чоловіка, підозрюваного в тому, що в листопаді минулого року він надіслав кілька листів із легкими вибуховими речовинами до урядового офісу, Міністерства оборони та посольства України і США в Мадриді.
Як повідомляє іспанський телеканал RTVE, наразі він єдиний підозрюваний у цій справі.
Більше інформації про затриманого слідчий суддя має надати в п’ятницю, 27 січня, коли відбуватиметься перший розгляд його справи.
Чоловіка, який перебуває на пенсії, заарештували вранці в місті Міранда-де-Ебро (провінція Бургос). Раніше він працював у мерії міста Віторія, столиці автономного регіону Країна Басків. Пенсіонер живе самотньо.
На думку слідства, мотивом відправлення листів могла бути підтримка Іспанією України, на яку в лютому минулого року напала російська армія.
Один із листів легко поранив охоронця українського посольства, інші нікому не завдали шкоди.
За даними місцевих ЗМІ, всі листи містили легкий вибуховий матеріал, схожий на той, що використовується в петардах. Пакунки виглядали однаково, а адреси були написані від руки.

Іспанська поліція вважає, що шість посилок із бомбами, які за останні дні отримали різні високі установи, могли бути відправлені з міста Вальядолід на півночі Іспанії, про це із посиланням на близьке до слідства джерело повідомляє Reuters. При цьому поки не встановлено, хто саме відправляв вибухівку.
Вибухові пристрої були адресовані до офісу іспанського прем’єр-міністра Педро Санчеса, іншим урядовим структурам, посольству України в Іспанії, американській дипмісії та супутниковій компанії ЄС. Посилки надходили в період між 24 листопада та 2 грудня.
Всі пристрої вдалося знешкодити, окрім того, що було надіслано до українського посольства – працівник служби безпеки дипмісії під час відкриття конверта отримав травми.
Міністр внутрішніх справ Іспанії раніше заявив, що ці посилки з вибухівкою можуть бути пов’язані із підтримкою Мадрида Києву на тлі російської війни.
При цьому низка дипломатичних установ України за кордоном в останні дні отримали закривавлені пакети, в яких були очі вбитих тварин. За інформацією Києва, такі посилки прийшли до посольств в Угорщині, Нідерландах, Польщі, Хорватії, Італії, консульств у Неаполі, Брно та Кракові. Розслідування щодо того, хто міг організувати розсилку, триває.
„Ця кампанія спрямована на те, щоб посіяти страх”, – сказав Кулеба в інтерв’ю CNN у п’ятницю. У відповідь на питання про те, хто, на його думку, стоїть за листами, Кулеба сказав: „Я відчуваю спокусу відразу назвати Росію, тому що перш за все ви повинні відповісти на запитання «кому це вигідно?»
„Можливо, цей терор є російською відповіддю на дипломатичний жах, який ми створили для Росії на міжнародній арені, і таким чином вони намагаються дати відсіч, в той час як вони програють справжні дипломатичні баталії одну за одною”, – додав він

Іспанський премʼєр-міністр Педро Санчес також отримав лист із вибухівкою, подібно до тих, що були відправлені послу України, іспанській збройній компанії та базі ВПС. Лист до Санчеса було отримано ще 24 листопада, пише POLITICO.
Його знешкодили працівники служби безпеки премʼєра.
Міністерство внутрішніх справ Іспанії повідомило, що наразі надіслано чотири конверти з „піротехнічним матеріалом”. Один вибух стався в середу в посольстві України в Мадриді, поранивши співробітника.
У заяві міністерства внутрішніх справ зазначено, що бомбовий лист Санчесу було доставлено звичайною поштою і „за своїми характеристиками та вмістом був подібний до тих, які отримали українське посольство в Мадриді, компанія Instalaza в Сарагосі та авіабаза Торрехон”.
Нагадаємо, внаслідок вибуху пакунку в посольстві України в Іспанії було легко поранено співробітника. Він був госпіталізований, але його виписали.

Посольство США в Іспанії отримало пакет з вибухівкою, ідентичний тим, які адресували посольству України, авіабазі, військовій компанії у Сарагосі, прем’єру та міністерці оборони Іспанії.
Про це повідомляють низка видань, серед яких El Mundo та El Pais, пише „Європейська правда”.
Пакунок надійшов близько 12:30, визначений як підозрілий та успішно знешкоджений на території посольства.
Зазначається, що у всіх випадках це були однакові коричневі обгортки, з однаково написаною адресою.
Держсекретар з питань безпеки Рафаель Перес розповів, що речовина, яку використали у пакунках, подібна до тих, що використовуються у піротехніці.
„Є ознаки того, що ці пакунки походять з території Іспанії, але я кажу про це з обережністю”, – зазначив він.
Він повідомив також, що пакунок, який надіслали на авіабазу Торрехон-де-Ардос, вдалося нейтралізувати без вибуху, тож стане легше встановити компоненти і можливого відправника.

18 жовтня о 15:15 до Служби порятунку надійшло повідомлення про виявлення вибухонебезпечного предмета. Як з’ясувалося, його знайшли у лісовому масиві неподалік с. Анталовці Ужгородського району. Місцеві мешканці пішли збирати гриби та в опалому листі помітили підозрілий металевий предмет.
За викликом на місце події виїхали фахівці групи піротехнічних робіт Аварійно-рятувального загону спецпризначення. Вони ідентифікували знахідку як артилерійський снаряд калібром 152 мм часів Другої світової війни. Після обстеження довколишньої території інших боєприпасів піротехніки не виявили. Тож снаряд транспортували на військовий полігон у с. Оріховиця, де й знищили згідно зі встановленим порядком.

Через вторгнення російської федерації в Україні необхідно перевірити наявність вибухонебезпечних предметів приблизно 160 тисяч кв. кілометрів.
Про це повідомила заступник міністра оборони Ганна Маляр на брифінгу.
«Через російську збройну агресію в Україні близько 160 тисяч кв. км вимагають обстеження наявність вибухонебезпечних предметів. Ця площа набагато більша за Грецію або дві Хорватії», – написала Маляр.
За словами Маляр, Міноборони України та Женевський гуманітарний центр розмінування проробляють спільні проекти з протимінної діяльності, щоб повернути безпеку та спокій на звільнені від армії Росії території.
Під головуванням міністра оборони створено національний орган, який вже працює та здійснює координацію, комунікацію між усіма органами державної влади та міжнародними організаціями з питань протимінної діяльності.

10 лютого в ході проведення контролю за вчиненням кримінального правопорушення, оперативники сектору кримінальної поліції Хустського відділу затримали 65-річного мешканця смт.Вишково.
Перебуваючи поблизу автовокзалу в місті Хуст,
чоловік збував заготовки детонаторів та сипучу подрібнену речовину, схожу на
порох.
Гроші, а саме 1000 гривень, отримані чоловіком
під час продажу вибухових речовин, правоохоронці вилучили. Мешканець Вишкова
затриманий в порядку статті 208 КПК України та поміщений до ізолятора
тимчасового тримання.
Слідство у справі триває, інформує відділ комунікації поліції Закарпатської області.
