Egy oknyomozó médiariport nyomán vizsgálatot indított az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) annak kiderítésére, hogyan hagyhatta el számos politikus és üzletember Ukrajnát a hadiállapot idején, és múlathatja az idejét Monaco luxusüdülőhelyein – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a DBR Telegram-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint oknyomozó újságírók kiderítették, hogy a következő politikusok és üzletemberek oldottak kereket Ukrajnából a hadiállapot kihirdetése után, és mentek Monacóba:
Kosztantin Zsevago oligarcha, az oligarcha Ihor és Hrigorij Szurkisz testvérek, Vadim Jermolajev dnyiprói építési vállalkozó és kollégája, Vadim Sztolar, a Kijevi Városi Tanács elnökhelyettese és sokan mások.
A DBR reagált az oknyomozó riportra, és bejelentette, hogy előzetes vizsgálatot indított. A bűnüldözők tájékoztatása szerint az ellenőrzés során vizsgálják a határátlépés körülményeit és a rendvédelmi szervek szerepét ebben a folyamatban.
Mint az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál ma beszámolt róla, Hrihorij Szurkisz parlamenti képviselő a családjával Monte-Carlóban van, ahol Európa legdrágább tengerpartján a Monte-Carlo Bay ötcsillagos szállodában évek óta bérel luxuslakosztályt. A kiadvány értesülése szerint egy ilyen luxuslakosztály bérleti díja egy évre 2 millió euró. Az újságírók azt is kifürkészték, hogy a dúsgazdag Szurkisz testvérek gyakran megfordulnak a helyi kaszinóban.
Hírportálunk március 23-án megírta, hogy a DBR eljárást indított azon a vámosok ellen, akik megfelelő ellenőrzések nélkül engedték kilépni Ukrajnából Hrihorij és Ihor Szurkisz üzletembereket, akik, mint később kiderült, több mint 17 millió dollár összegű készpénzt csempésztek ki az országból.
Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda öt vámost értesített az ellenük indult eljárásról. A tisztviselőket adathamisítással vádolják.
A vámosok 2021 augusztusában és szeptemberében 29 importautó adatait hamisították meg a rendszerben, melyeket egy magánvállalat hozott be az országba.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy az adathamisítás által a járműveket felmentették a vámellenőrzés alól. Az autók valójában nem érkeztek be a vámhivatalba, de az Inszpektor rendszerben a vámellenőrök elvégezték a vámkezelést és szabad forgalomba bocsátották azokat.
Ez lehetővé tette az autók vizsgálatának mellőzését, értékeik mesterséges csökkentését és minimális költséggel történő levámolását.
Az ügyben folyik az eljárás – közölte az Állami Nyomozó Iroda.
Az Ukrán Állami Nyomozó Irodának jelenleg hét regionális igazgatósága van. Kárpátalja, és további négy vele szomszédos megye a lembergi kirendeltséghez tartozik, amely eddig közel ezer ügy megoldásán dolgozott. Mintegy felében már lezárult a nyomozás és közel száz eljárást már a bírósághoz irányítottak.
Kárpátalja az első helyen áll a vám és határrendészeti törvények megsértése terén, illetve számos hivatali személlyel szemben folyik korrupció és törvénytelen meggazdagodás címen nyomozás. A nyomozó iroda közel két tucat olyan ügyben vizsgálódik, amelyekben összesen 24 személy érintett.

Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) bűnözéssel gyanúsított nyomozóját teperték le és vették őrizetbe az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatársai csütörtökön Kijev központjában – adta hírül a korrespondent.net hírportál csütörtökön a DBR sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az SZBU munkatársai ma őrizetbe vették a DBR bűncselekmény elkövetésével gyanúsított nyomozóját vesztegetés kiprovokálása miatt, ami a büntetőtörvénykönyv megvesztegetés kiprovokálására vonatkozó 370. cikkelyébe ütközik. A DBR segíteni fogja a vizsgálatot, az őrizetbe vett nyomozó főnökei fel lesznek függesztve állásukból az eljárás idejére – áll a közleményben.
A DBR vezetése ugyancsak ígéretet tett az ügy kapcsán arra, hogy a jövőben azonnal és keményen fog fellépni munkatársai minden egyest törvénytelen cselekményére.

Mint a kiadvány emlékeztetett rá, a közösségi médiában jelent meg az információ arról, hogy Herszon megye Kahovkai járásában az Odessza – Melitopol és Csaplinka – Nova Kahovka autóutak kereszteződésében egy Dnyepropetrovszk megyei rendőr nem adta meg az elsőbbséget egy másik autónak, balesetveszélyes helyzetet idézett elő, majd megpróbált elmenekülni a helyszínről. Amikor a sértettek utolérték, gázpisztolyából tüzet nyitott rájuk, és két személyt – egyiket a lábán – a másikat a hasán megsebesített. Mindketten az ATO résztvevői, ahogy a rendőr is. Házkutatást tartottak az ukrán Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) munkatársai csütörtökön Olekszandr Tupickijnél, az alkotmánybíróság volt elnökénél, akit még március végén fosztott meg posztjától Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök.
A nyomozók kora reggel kezdték meg a házkutatást Tupickij, valamint családtagjai és ügyvédje jelenlétében. A házkutatást elrendelő hivatalos iratban, amelyből az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál idézett, nem szerepel, hogy milyen bűncselekményről van szó, hivatkozva az előzetes eljárás titkosságára. A bírósági ülést, amelyen a házkutatásról döntöttek, zárt ajtók mögött tartották – írta a hírportál.
Az ukrán elnök március 27-én adott ki rendeletet, amelyben visszavonta Tupickij alkotmánybírói kinevezését. Tupickijt még 2013-ban nevezte ki Viktor Janukovics akkori elnök, aki az európai integrációt és hatalomváltást követelő, 2013-2014-es kijevi Majdan-tüntetések nyomán, menesztését követően Oroszországba menekült.
Zelenszkij tavaly decemberben egyszer már két hónapra felfüggesztette hivatalából Tupickijt, az alkotmánybíróság azonban „jogilag semmisnek” minősítette az elnöki határozatot.
Tupickijt az ukrán hatóságok tanú megvesztegetésével és a bíróság félrevezetésével gyanúsítják.
2006 és 2010 között Donyeckben volt bíró, a sajtóban kiszivárgott értesülések szerint ekkor hozzájárult egy üzem lefoglalásához, és valószínűleg részesedést kapott az ügyletből. Később az alkotmánybíróság helyettes vezetőjeként rábeszélt egy donyecki üzletembert, hogy ne tegyen vallomást egy energetikai cégcsoport körüli tulajdonjogváltás részleteiről, amelyben szintén szerepet játszott.
Január 19-én az ukrán Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) hivatalosan is meggyanúsította őt, de Tupickij úgy tett, mintha nem kapta volna kézhez az erről szóló iratot, és továbbra is bejárt dolgozni az alkotmánybíróságra. A későbbiekben nem jelent meg azokon a bírósági tárgyalásokon, amelyeken arról kellett volna dönteni, hogy előzetes letartóztatásba helyezik-e, így a meghallgatást legutóbb május 19-re napolták.
