A támadó tudván, hogy az áldozat mindössze 14 éves, intim közelséget követelt tőle. A kiskorú elutasította az „ajánlatot”, így a 24 éves férfi úgy döntött, hogy erőszakot követ el, utolérte a menekülő lányt, a földre lökte, majd elkezdte levetkőztetni.
Járókelők siettek a lány segítségére. Az ügyben eljárást indított a rendőrség.

Az orvosok négy napon át küzdöttek az életéért, de nem tudták megmenteni. A 33 éves apa külön élt fiától, de időnként gondoskodott róla. A férfi jelenleg őrizetben van, 10 évig terjedő szabadságvesztésre számíthat.

Egy avignoni bíróság csütörtökön a lehető legszigorúbb, húszéves börtönbüntetést szabott ki Dominique Pelicot-ra, aki egy évtizeden keresztül rendszeresen elkábította és megerőszakolta feleségét, valamint több tucat, az interneten toborzott férfival is erőszakot követett el rajta, miközben a bűncselekményeket rögzítette.
A most 72 éves Pelicot az eljárás során beismerte a bűncselekmények elkövetését.
A fővádlott férjen kívül összesen ötven, 26 és 74 év közötti vádlott ellen ugyanazért a bűncselekményért, azaz Gisele Pelicot sérelmére elkövetett súlyos nemi erőszak miatt indult eljárás, nagy részüket a bíróság minden vádpontban szintén bűnösnek mondta ki.

A regisztrált családon belüli erőszakos esetek száma Ukrajnában csaknem 80%-kal nőtt a tavalyihoz képest.
Az októberi adatok szerint 8185 ilyen bűncselekményt regisztráltak. 2024 kilenc hónapja alatt a nők és gyermekek jogainak védelmével foglalkozó La Strada – Ukrajna civil szervezet forróvonalára 33 ezer bejelentés érkezett családon belüli erőszakkal kapcsolatban. Leggyakrabban olyan emberek jelentkeznek, akik lelki és fizikai erőszak áldozatai lettek, közölte Katerina Cserepaha, a civil szervezet elnöke a Hromadske-nek adott interjújában. Megjegyezte, tavaly csaknem 40 ezer ilyen hívás érkezett be, többnyire nőktől.
„Amikor a számok továbbra is ilyen magasak, annak ellenére, hogy nők és gyerekek milliói elutaztak, ez azt jelenti, hogy ez valóban olyan probléma, amelyre figyelni kell és választ kell ráadni”, hangsúlyozta Katerina Cserepaha.
Elmondta, hogy a leggyakrabban pszichológiai erőszak miatt telefonálnak. A második helyen a fizikai bántalmazás áll.
„Nem jelentős a különbség köztük, elenyésző százalék”, mutatott rá.
Sokkal kevesebb a bejelentés gazdasági erőszak kapcsán. A legalacsonyabb százalék pedig a szexuális erőszakhoz kapcsolódik.
„De ez nem azért van, mert ritkán fordul elő, hanem azért, mert nem olyan könnyű erről beszélni. Ez egy nagyon érzékeny téma. És még kevesebb szó esik a szexuális erőszakról, mint a családon belüli erőszak egyik formájáról. Sokan egyáltalán nem ismerik fel a házasságon belüli nemi erőszakot. De valójában még ha van is pecsét a személyiben, az ugyanannak a szexuális erőszaknak minősül”, hangsúlyozta Cserepaha.
A civil szervezet elnöke hozzátette, hogy egyre növekszik a honvédek vagy veteránok családjaiban elkövetett erőszakkal kapcsolatos bejelentések száma.
A regisztrált családon belüli erőszakos esetek száma Ukrajnában csaknem 80%-kal nőtt tavalyi mutatókhoz képest. Erről Irina Surhno, a Legfőbb Ügyészség családon belüli erőszakkal foglalkozó osztályának vezetője számolt be.

A 24 éves férfi számára előzetes letartóztatást rendeltek el 60 napra. A bűnügyi nyomozás folyamatban van – közölte Vitalina Bevzenko.
A rendőrség szóvivője hozzátette, hogy az eset december 1-jén történt Kropivnickijben. A rendőrséget arról értesítették, hogy veszekedés tört ki az élettársak között, és a két személy késszúrásokkal sebesítette meg egymást. A 23 éves nő a helyszínen belehalt sérüléseibe.

Harkiv megyében egy 34 éves férfit értesítettek saját édesanyja szándékos meggyilkolásának gyanújával.
A nyomozás adatai szerint november 14-én egy társaság gyűlt össze Loziv járás falujában abban a házban, ahol a gyanúsított édesanyjával lakott. Alkoholt fogyasztottak, később a vendégek hazamentek, a férfi és az anya pedig folytatták az italozgatást.
Veszekedés tört ki köztük, melynek során a férfi megfojtotta az anyát.
Ugyanezen a napon a rendfenntartók őrizetbe vették. Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás.

A járőrök elsősegélyt nyújtottak a nőnek, elállították a vérzést és értesítették a mentőszolgálatot. Az elkövetőt sikerült letartóztatni, az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult.

A Legfelső Tanács emberi jogi biztosa, Dmitro Lubinec arról számolt be, hogy az idei év első felében 97 706 családon belüli erőszakkal kapcsolatos panaszlevelet regisztráltak Ukrajnában. Hangsúlyozta, hogy ez egy súlyos probléma, amely gyakran rejtve marad.
Lubinec emlékeztetett arra, hogy a családon belüli erőszaknak különböző megnyilvánulásai vannak, és mindenkit érinthet. Ráadásul az áldozatok gyakran eltitkolják a problémát, tartva a bántalmazó reakciójától és a társadalom elítélésétől.
Mindenkinek, aki a családon belüli erőszak megelőzése és leküzdése területén tevékenykedik, átfogó támogatást kell nyújtania az áldozatoknak, jelentette ki az ombudsman.
Lubinets hozzátette, hogy Ukrajnában jelentős esemény ezen a területen az Isztambuli Egyezmény hatályba lépése. És megjegyezte, hogy a ratifikáció kulcsfontosságú ajánlása volt az elmúlt években.
Az ombudsman biztos abban, hogy ez egy hatékony mechanizmus, amely garantálja a családon belüli erőszak és a nemi alapú erőszak áldozatai jogainak védelmét.
