Hétfőtől tíznapos figyelmeztető sztrájkba kezdenek a bírák és az ügyészek Horvátországban, miután nem sikerült megállapodásra jutniuk az illetékes minisztériummal a béremelésekről – közölte pénteken a Horvát Bírók Egyesülete (UHS).
Február 2-ig minden első- és másodfokú bírósági eljárást elhalasztanak, kivéve a sürgős eseteket, amelyekben helyrehozhatatlan károk keletkezhetnek – írták közleményükben.
A sztrájkot azután jelentették be, hogy a kormány és az igazságügyi minisztérium részéről nem érkezett új ajánlat a tavaly májusban tett ígéretek teljesítésére.
A horvát bírák tavaly májusban kéthetes figyelmeztető sztrájkot tartottak, amelyhez akkor nem csatlakoztak még az ügyészek. Első lépésként azonnali, nettó 600 eurós fizetésemelést kértek. A második lépésben fizetési fokozatok bevezetését, azaz a szolgálati idő előrehaladtával magasabb bérezést követeltek.
Első követelésük részben teljesült, de a bírói javadalmazás összetevőiről és szabályairól nem született megállapodás.
Ivan Malenica igazságügyi miniszter elmondta: jelenleg az állami és közalkalmazotti illetményrendszer reformján dolgoznak, amely most prioritást élvez, ennek befejeztével pedig készek folytatni a tárgyalásokat a bírákkal a bérek rendezéséről.

A horvát hatóságok elfogtak Zágrábban egy 64 éves horvát állampolgárt, akit azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy két indiai állampolgárral együtt embercsempészetben vett részt – közölte szerdán a rendőrség. A külügyminisztérium közölte, hogy egyik munkatársuk, egy diplomata ellen folyik eljárás.
A rendőrség közleménye szerint a hatóságok megállapították, hogy 2023 folyamán az illető haszonszerzés céljával egy indiai állampolgárnak bérbe adta zágrábi családi házát, valamint segítette, illetve lehetővé tette négy bangladesi és öt pakisztáni állampolgár jogellenes belépését, mozgását és tartózkodását Horvátország területén.
Az N1 horvát hírcsatorna közlése szerint a gyanúsított diplomata a rendőröknek azt állította: csak a családi háza alsó szintjét adta bérbe az indiainak, és nem tudott arról, hogy illegális tevékenységet folytat. Hivatalos szerződést a bérbeadásról nem tudott felmutatni.
A rendőrség még tavaly december 27-én kapott bejelentést arról, hogy illegális bevándorlók tartózkodnak egy zágrábi családi házban. A rendőrök a helyszínen találtak egy indiai állampolgárt, akit őrizetbe vettek illegális horvátországi tartózkodás miatt, a házat pedig elkezdték figyelni. Egy nappal később felfedeztek további kilenc illegális bevándorlót, akik az ablakokon keresztül próbáltak meg elszökni a helyszínről. Később kiderült, hogy ők bangladesi, illetve pakisztáni állampolgárok.
A hatóságok a horvát diplomatát és két indiai állampolgárt embercsempészettel vádolnak, az egyik indiainak azonban sikerült megszöknie. Az őrizetbe vett indiai tagadja az ellene szóló vádat, és szökésben lévő honfitársára hárította a felelősséget. Mint mondta, a másik kutatta fel a migránsokat, akik aztán illegálisan léptek be Horvátországba, neki csak az volt a feladata, hogy taxival eljuttassa őket a szlovén határhoz.
A horvát külügyminisztérium közölte: tudomásuk van az egyik tisztségviselőjük elleni nyomozásról, és ha a hatóságok vádat emelnek ellene, akkor a tárca a büntetőeljárásról és a köztisztviselőkről szóló törvény szerint jár majd el.
A migránsok főként Szerbián vagy Montenegrón keresztül érkeznek Boszniába, onnan az európai uniós tag Horvátországba, majd Szlovéniába folytatják útjukat, ahonnan végül Nyugat-Európába szeretnének eljutni.

Szamárköhögés-járvány ütötte fel a fejét Horvátországban, mert bár van ellene kötelező védőoltás, az alacsony átoltottság miatt a fertőzöttek aránya egyre magasabb − jelentette be a horvát közegészségügyi intézet illetékese, Bernard Kaic.
A horvát közszolgálati televíziónak nyilatkozva (HRT) Bernard Kaic elmondta,egyik napról a másikra emelkedik a betegek száma, péntekre már elérte az 1435-öt. Hozzátette, „több mint 40 éve, 1980 óta nem volt ennyi fertőzött az országban”.
Aggasztónak nevezte, hogy a megbetegedések nagy száma növelheti az újszülöttek vagy a még be nem oltott csecsemők megfertőződésének esélyét. „A betegség pedig számukra súlyos és akár végzetes is lehet” − hangsúlyozta. Arra is felhívta a figyelmet, hogy a betegek többsége 10 és 14 év közötti gyermek.
A legtöbb megbetegedést Zágrábban és Splitben regisztrálták. A horvát fővárosban mobil tesztelőpontokat is felállítottak, hogy kiszűrjék a fertőzötteket.
Ivo Ivic virológus, a fertőző betegségek spliti klinikájának korábbi igazgatója szerint várható volt a betegség terjedése, mert az átoltottság 85 százalékos az országban, és legalább 96 százalékos átoltottsággal lehet megakadályozni egy tömeges fertőzési hullámot.
Rámutatott, a koronavírus-járvány is hozzájárult a betegség terjedéséhez. Mivel sokáig maszkot kellett hordani, a gyerekek nem eshettek át a fertőzésen, a nyitással pedig kifejezetten romlott a helyzet. Másrészt pedig nőtt az oltásellenesség is.
A horvát törvények szerint a gyermekek beoltásának elmulasztásáért 300 euróra büntethetik a szülőket, de a bírság csak a népegészségügyi ellenőrök értesítése és a szabálysértési eljárás elindítása után hajtható be.
Az egészségügyi szakemberek szerint szamárköhögés bakteriális eredetű, cseppfertőzéssel terjedő, csillapíthatatlan, erős köhögéssel járó megbetegedés.
Horvátországban az első oltást két hónapos korban kapják a gyerekek kombinált oltás keretében, és az ismétlődő oltássorozat a fiatal felnőttkorig nyújt védettséget.
A horvát közegészségügyi intézet azt javasolja a kismamáknak, hogy mindenképpen oltassák be magukat; ahol pedig egy éven aluli gyermek van a családban és még nem kapta meg mindhárom oltást, a szülőknek is ajánlott felvenni a szamárköhögés elleni vakcinát, hogy csökkentsék a gyermek megfertőződésének a kockázatát.

Horvátországban hatodik napja tüntetnek a gazdák a sertéspestisjárvány megfékezését célzó kormányzati intézkedések miatt – közölte a horvát közszolgálati televízió hétfőn.
A gazdák fő problémája, hogy a kabinet megtiltotta a házi disznóvágást, valamint az egészséges állományok leölésére kötelezte az álattartókat a járvány terjedésének megállítására. Maguk a gazdák is megosztottak: vannak, akik nagyobb kártérítést akarnak, mások a leölési kényszer feloldását kérik.
A kormány intézkedései elleni tiltakozások eszkalációjaként a Horvát Falvak Védelmének Központja kedd délutántól kezdődően teljes blokádot hirdetett valamennyi megyében. Tomislav Pokrovac, a csoport vezetője azt állította, hogy a kormány romboló politikájával pestist terjeszt, ellehetetleníti az állattartókat.
Emiatt közel hétszáz sertéstenyésztő több tucat traktorral blokkolja az utakat Kelet-Szlavóniában, Vukovár-Szerémség megyében. A tiltakozást hétfőn Eszék-Baranya megyére is kiterjesztették. A tiltakozók követelik a kormánytól, hogy azonnal hagyjon fel az egészséges sertések elpusztításával, és fogadjon el olyan törvényt, amely lehetővé teszi az egészséges sertések kereskedelmét és a hagyományos disznóvágást – írja az MTI.
A szervezők állítása szerint a tiltakozás célja az egészséges sertések levágásának jogának biztosítása, hivatkozva a folyamathoz ideális időjárási körülményekre. A tiltakozók, akik ragaszkodnak a hagyományos gyakorlatok megőrzéséhez, azzal érvelnek, hogy a lépés összhangban van az évszázados szláv hagyományokkal. A helyzetet súlyosbítja, hogy a korlátozási zónák nem következetesek, mivel Potnjan a korlátozás alá tartozik, a szomszédos Bračevci viszont nem, ami a sertésvágási engedélyek tekintetében egyenlőtlen bánásmód vádját váltja ki – számolt be a horvát Dnevnik.
Bár néhány sertéstenyésztő találkozott Marija Vučković mezőgazdasági miniszterrel, hogy tárgyalásokat folytasson a sertéspestis miatti leölés után járó nagyobb kártérítésről, a gazdák közötti megosztottság továbbra is fennáll. Antun Golubovićot, a Sertéstenyésztési Bizottság elnökét bírálatok érték a kormánnyal való együttműködésre mutatott hajlandósága miatt.
A tiltakozók fő követelései között szerepel az egészséges sertések leölésének tilalma, a hússzállítás és -kereskedelem engedélyezése, valamint a háztáji disznóvágás folytatása. A feszültségek fokozódása ellenére a tiltakozók továbbra is eltökélten követelik a mezőgazdasági jogokat és a kulturális gyakorlatok megőrzését.
Marija Vuckovic mezőgazdasági miniszter a sajtónak nyilatkozva elmondta: a kormánynak figyelembe kell vennie az állatorvosok és a szakma véleményét, amikor a járványvédelemről van szó. Ha a gazdák követeléseinek engednének, az visszalépést jelentene a fertőző betegség leküzdésében.
A korlátozások alatt álló területeken még saját használatra sem szabad sertést vágni, továbbá tilos az élőállatok, hús és húskészítmények kivitele a zónán kívülre. Horvátország június 23-án jelentette be az EU-tagországoknak, hogy a házisertés-állományban az ASP vírust azonosították, és rövid idő alatt több tucat járványgócot azonosítottak.
Az országban eddig valamivel több mint 25 ezer sertést kellett elpusztítani. A legrosszabb helyzet továbbra is a kelet-horvátországi Vukovár-Szerémség megyében van, ahol a járvány 1087 gazdaságot érint a Szerbiával és Bosznia-Hercegovinával határos megyékben. A bezárt telepeken legkorábban 2025-ben lesz lehetséges az újbóli sertéstartás, emiatt sok gazdálkodó úgy döntött, hogy felhagy a sertéstartással. A horvát kormány 7,5 millió euró értékben nyújt támogatást azoknak a gazdálkodóknak, akiknek a járvány terjedésének megakadályozása érdekében el kellett pusztítaniuk sertésállományukat.

A cég vezetése az állami felügyelőség szóbeli határozata miatt döntött így, bár megjegyezték, hogy belső vizsgálatuk sem a gyártásban, sem a termékekben nem mutatott ki szabálytalanságot.
„Továbbra is együttműködünk az illetékes hatóságokkal, és konkrét lépéseket teszünk fogyasztóink védelme érdekében” – olvasható a Coca-Cola Horvátország sajtóközleményében.
Horvátországban több különböző városban, Splitben, Fiumében, Varasdon és Zágrábban kerültek kórházba kedden és szerdán olyan személyek, akik Coca-Colát vagy a cég által forgalmazott Römerquelle Emotion Blueberry, illetve Pomegranate ásványvizet fogyasztottak, és az megmarta a nyelőcsövüket.
A hatóságok jelentése szerint mindannyian könnyebb sérüléseket szenvedtek, és már nincsenek kórházban.
Az ügyben a rendőrség és az ügyészség is nyomoz.
Krunoslav Capak, a Horvát Közegészségügyi Intézet (HZJZ) igazgatója szerint valószínűleg valamilyen maró hatású anyagról van szó. „A legfontosabb, hogy megvizsgáljuk, nincs-e idegen elem az italokban, mert maga az üdítő, annak összetevői nem okozhattak ilyen sérüléseket” – hangsúlyozta az igazgató a minták bevizsgálásával kapcsolatban.
Horvátországban több üzletlánc is úgy döntött, hogy elővigyázatosságból minden a Coca Cola minden alkoholmentes italát leszedi a polcokról, és hasonlóan járt el a legtöbb vendéglátóipari cég is.

Dalmácia és Isztria szerte megemelkedett a tengerszint a Ciarán szélvihar nyomán, és több várost is elöntött a víz – írta a Jutarnji List című horvát napilap szombaton.
Sibenik történelmi központjának egy része víz alá került, a heves széllökések villanyoszlopokat és fákat csavartak ki pénteken.
Splitben sem volt sokkal jobb a helyzet, ahol a város egy részét szintén elöntötte a tenger, és több ház is megrongálódott. A magas tengerszint a környező szigeteken, Hvaron, Bracon, Visen és Korculán is problémákat okozott.
Mivel Split térségben száz kilométeres sebességgel fújt a Dalmáciában jugo néven ismert, a Földközi-tengerről induló kelet-délkeleti irányból fújó meleg páradús szél, felfüggesztették a hajóforgalmat.
A Kvarner-öbölben a vihar nagy károkat okozott Abbáziában (Opatija). A helyi média jelentése szerint a viharos hullámok elmosták a tengerparti sétány, a Lungomare egy szakaszát, és megrongálták a kerítést. Biztonsági okokból ezt a részt lezárták a járókelők elől.
A viharos széllökések a közlekedésben is fennakadásokat okoztak. Az ország egy részén korlátozásokat vezettek be, így többek között az emeletes buszokra. Pénteken egy kamiont is felborított a szél.
A horvát hidrometeorológiai intézet a legmagasabb fokozatú, vörös riasztási szintről, közepes fokozatú, narancssárga szintre mérsékelte a szombatra vonatkozó előrejelzését.

Drogkereskedő bandát számoltak fel a horvátországi Split-Dalmát megyében, a művelet során 19 embert állítottak elő – közölte szerdán a horvát rendőrség.
A horvát nyomozóhatóságon kívül a német ügyészség is részt vett az akcióban.
A közlemény szerint a 19 horvát állampolgárt – akik ellen bűnszövetségben elkövetett kábítószer-kereskedelem megalapozott gyanúja miatt folyik eljárás – szerdán vették őrizetbe a hatóságok. Ugyanennek a bűnbandának több tagja már börtönben van – tették hozzá.
Davor Bozinovic belügyminiszter újságíróknak elmondta: olyan akcióról van szó, amelyben a szervezett bűnözés elleni ügyészség (USKOK) együttműködött más nemzetközi szervezetekkel. A rendőrök több helyszínen tartottak kutatást, amelynek során valamivel kevesebb mint egy tonna Dél-Amerikából származó kokaint és marihuanát, valamint 100 kilogramm hasist foglaltak le – mutatott rá.
A tárcavezető hozzátette: egy újabb sikeres bűnügyi nyomozást és közös akciósorozatot sikerült végrehajtani, amivel a horvát rendőrség a leghatékonyabbak közé tartozik, és egyre nagyobb szerepet vállal a kábítószer-csempészet elleni küzdelemben Európának ezen a részén.

Óriási tűz ütött ki a magyar határhoz közeli Eszéken, a város déli kijáratánál található Drava International műanyaggyárban – jelentette a horvát közszolgálati televízió szerdán a katasztrófavédelemre hivatkozva.
Mato Lukic, az Eszék-Baranya megyei katasztrófavédelmi igazgatóság vezetője a médiának elmondta: a tűz valamivel éjfél után keletkezett, és a szél, amely hajnali négy óra körül felerősödött, megnehezíti az oltást. Jelenleg mintegy száz tűzoltó dolgozik a helyszínen.
Lukic szerint egy nagyobb katasztrófát sikerült megelőzni azzal, hogy a gyúlékony anyagokat kihordák a raktárból. Szerinte az oltás napokig is eltarthat az erős szél, de olyan gyúlékony anyagok miatt is, mint a préselt műanyag.
A hatóságok reggel SMS-ben figyelmeztették a városrészhez közel lakó embereket, hogy zárjanak be minden ablakot, és tartózkodjanak minél kevesebbet a szabadban a káros gázok miatt, amelyek a tűz következtében kerültek a levegőbe.
A szél déli irányba, a szlavóniai falvak felé viszi a füstöt, ezért több környékbeli iskolában is szünetel az oktatás.

A heves vihar először Isztriát és Kvarner-öblöt érintette. Olaszország felől érkezett, és áthalad Szlovénia egyes részein is.
Jégeső hullott, az erős szél pedig fákat csavart ki. A legsúlyosabb helyzet az isztriai Novigradban volt, alig 15 perc alatt mintegy 150-200 fát döntött ki az orkán erejű szél, egy kemping teljesen megsemmisült. A kempingben hét, míg egy másikban, Abbáziában egy ember sérült meg. Egy ember után még kutatnak, aki a vitorlásáról tűnt el a tengeren a heves vihar alatt.
A zivatarrendszer később északkelet felé haladt, elérte Károlyvárost és Zágrábot. A horvát fővárosban a szél ismét fákat csavart ki, tetőket tépett le, a törmelék pedig az utcán parkoló autókban okozott károkat. Zágrábban szerdán is ítéletidő tombolt, akkor két ember életét vesztette és 130-an megsérültek.
Villámlás, eső és erős szél kíséretében a heves vihar estére elérte a kelet-horvátországi Eszék-Baranya megye egyes részeit is.

A város közelében a lángok miatt több falut is evakuálni kellett, a hatóságok pedig öt speciális repülőgéppel és 56 tűzoltóautóval, rajtuk pedig 148 tűzoltóval szálltak be a lángok oltásába – írja a Jutarnji. A horvát lap szerint Trogirból, Splitből és Zadarból is vezényeltek át tűzoltókat, ugyanis a hatóságok szerint a tűz egyelőre terjed, azon dolgoznak, hogy minél hamarabb sikerüljön lokalizálni.
Az MTI horvátországi tudósítója később azt jelentette, hogy a Grebasticában kitört tűzvészben négy ember – három tűzoltó és egy helyi lakos – könnyebben megsérült, emellett több helyen megszűnt az áramszolgáltatás, a tűz és a sűrű füst miatt pedig több mellékutat és főutat is lezártak a forgalom elől, miközben a lángok tovább terjednek a Jelinjak-hegyen keresztül Primosten irányába.
„Jelenleg nehéz megmondani, hogy szándékos gyújtogatás volt-e. Nagyon kedvezőtlenek az időjárási viszonyok, a tűz gyorsan terjedt az orkánerejű széllökések miatt” – idézték Darko Dukicot, Sibenik-Knin megye tűzoltóparancsnokát.
Óriási erdőtűz pusztít Törökországban is, a hatóságok vízágyúkkal próbálják megfékezni a tüzet.
A turisztikai célpontként ismert Mugla-félszigeten csaptak fel óriási lángok. Az eddig tisztázatlan okokból keletkező tüzet a felvételeken is jól látható, hogy vízágyúkkal igyekeznek megfékezni. Az oltásban több tűzoltó, repülő és helikopter is részt vesz.
