A gyilkosok nagy valószínűséggel külföldről érkeztek és már el is hagyták Spanyolországot – mondták a jól értesült források.
A férfi holttestét több lőtt sebbel múlt hét keddjén találták meg a dél-spanyolországi Villajoyosa kisvárosában, nem messze Alicantétól egy lakóház mélygarázsában. Az elkövető, vagy elkövetők kiégett autóját, amellyel elmenekültek a helyszínről, a közelben megtalálták.
A pilóta tavaly augusztusban repült át Oroszországból egy Mi-8-as katonai helikopterrel Ukrajnába.
Egy ukrán katonai repülőtéren szállt le, ahol a helikopter legénységének másik két tagját – ukrán beszámolók szerint – menekülés közben lelőtték.
A pilóta a kijevi vezetéstől több mint 460 ezer eurót kapott tettéért. Az orosz állami televízió ősszel jelentett arról, hogy az orosz titkosszolgálat megbízást kapott a „hazaáruló” megölésére.
A spanyol hatóságok eddig hivatalosan nem erősítették meg az áldozat személyazonosságát. A madridi belügyminisztérium megkeresésekre mindössze annyit válaszolt, hogy az ügyben még folyik a nyomozás. Az El País diplomáciai körökre hivatkozva arról számolt be, hogy Madrid rendkívül komolyan veszi az ügyet és határozott választ fog adni, amennyiben megerősítést nyer Moszkva érintettsége.
Az orosz vezetés ugyan nem jelentkezett a merénylet elkövetőjeként, ugyanakkor az orosz hírszerzés közleményben reagált a szökevény halálára. „Ez az áruló és bűnöző már akkor erkölcsi hullává vált, amikor piszkos és borzalmas tettét eltervezte” – hangsúlyozta Szergej Nariskin, az orosz Külső Hírszerző Szolgálat (SZVR) igazgatója, akit a TASZSZ hírügynökség idézett.
Az El País beszámolója szerint a férfi hamis ukrán személyazonosság alatt élt egy villajoyosai lakóparkban, ahol számos orosz és ukrán lakik. A hírszerzési források szerint szökevényként éppen ott letelepedni kockázatos volt, mert az orosz titkosszolgálatok gyakran használnak állampolgárokat információs forrásként, illetve helyi bűnszervezetekkel is együttműködnek.
Kuzminov ráadásul óvatlan is volt, mivel felhívta volt barátnőjét Oroszországban, hogy látogassa meg Spanyolországban. A kijevi vezetés 2022 áprilisában jutalmakat tűzött ki működőképes orosz haditechnika átadására. Az ukrán állam a legtöbbet, több mint 920 ezer eurót harci repülőgépekért ígér. Kuzminov mintegy 460 ezer eurót vehetett kézhez tettéért.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) és az ügyészség vizsgálatot indított azzal kapcsolatban, hogy gyanú szerint ukrán hadifoglyokat végeztek ki orosz katonák a Zaporizzsja megyei Robotine közelében – közölte hivatalos honlapján kedden a főügyészi hivatal.
A közlemény szerint kedden terjedt el az interneten egy videofelvétel, amelyen az látható, hogy az orosz hadsereg katonái három fogságba esett ukrán katonát kivégeznek. Az eset február 18-án történt Robotine mellett.
A háborús törvények és szokások megsértése, valamint előre megfontolt emberölés miatti büntetőeljárást a Zaporizzsja megyei ügyészség vezeti, az előzetes vizsgálatot pedig az SZBU regionális részlege végzi.
A 110. ukrán gépesített dandár még hétfőn közölte, bár az orosz erők megígérték, evakuálják a Donyeck melletti Avgyijivkában, az általuk körbezárt Zenit elnevezésű állásban maradt sebesült ukrán katonákat, de ehelyett agyonlőtték őket.
Dmitro Lubinec ukrán emberi jogi biztos a Vöröskereszt Nemzetközi Bizottságához és az ENSZ-hez fordult, hogy derítsék ki az eset körülményeit.
Olekszandr Tarnavszkij, a délkelet-ukrajnai szektorban (Tavria) szolgálatot teljesítő ukrán csapatok parancsnoka a Telegramon közölte, hogy az orosz erők Avgyijivka térségében kis rohamosztagokban hajtanak végre támadó műveleteket. Szavai szerint az ukrán csapatok egy nap alatt a városhoz közeli települések ellen indított kilenc orosz támadást vertek vissza.
Az ukrán vezérkar jelentése szerint az orosz hadsereg ukrajnai embervesztesége megközelítette a 405 ezret.
Az ukrán erők hétfőn megsemmisítettek egyebek mellett egy orosz repülőgépet, öt harckocsit, negyven tüzérségi és egy légvédelmi rendszert, valamint 61 drónt.
Az ukrán emberi jogi biztos kedden a Telegramon arról tájékoztatott, hogy Ukrajnának még 11 gyermeket sikerült hazahoznia Oroszországból és a megszállt területekről Katar és az ENSZ Gyermekalapja, az UNICEF közvetítésével.

Megölték César Suárez ecuadori ügyészt, aki a transznacionális szervezett bűnözés felderítésével foglalkozott Guayas tartományban – közölte az ecuadori főügyész szerdán.
A világ egyik legveszélyesebb országának számító Ecuadorban a biztonsági helyzet az utóbbi időben drámaian megromlott. Guayas tartomány a dél-amerikai ország egyik legerőszakosabb térségének számít, nemrég fegyveresek élő adás közben törtek be a TC Televisión állami tévé épületébe és túszul ejtettek több újságírót és alkalmazottat.
Suárezt bízták meg a televízióállomás elleni támadás kivizsgálásával, és éppen bírósági tárgyalásra utazott, amikor megölték – közölte a bírói tanács a támadást elítélő nyilatkozatában.
A helyi rendőrség szerint a gyilkosság merénylet volt, és az áldozat több lőtt sebet is kapott. A főügyész hivatala vizsgálatot indított a merénylet miatt, a rendőrség 13 embert, köztük két kiskorút vett őrizetbe, akiket terrorizmussal vádolnak.
„A bűnözők és a terroristák nem fogják visszatartani az ecuadori társadalom iránti elkötelezettségünket. Felszólítjuk a rendfenntartó erőket, hogy garantálják a feladataikat ellátók biztonságát” – mondta Diana Salazar főügyész egy közösségi médiában közzétett videóban.
„Elutasítjuk az erőszak minden formáját az általunk tapasztalt konfliktusra adott válaszként, és megerősítjük a nemzeti kormány erős elkötelezettségét az igazságszolgáltatás támogatása mellett” – közölte Giancarlo Loffredo védelmi miniszter.
A tavaly november óta hivatalban lévő Daniel Noboa elnök januárban 22 bandát nevezett meg terrorszervezetként, amivel hivatalos katonai célponttá tette őket, valamint 60 napos szükségállapotot hirdetett az országban.
A százezer lakosra jutó mintegy 46,5 gyilkosság tavaly a legmagasabb volt az egykor békés andoki ország történetében, és az egyik legmagasabb Latin-Amerikában.

Iránban pénteken kivégeztek négy embert, akiket Teherán főellenségével, Izraellel való együttműködésért ítéltek el.
„A cionista rezsimhez (Izraelhez) köthető szabotázscsoport négy tagját akasztották fel ma reggel” – jelentette a Mizan Online. Ugyanezen forrás szerint a csoportot azzal is megvádolták, hogy az izraeli hírszerző szervezet, a Moszad irányításával nagyszabású akciókat hajtott végre az ország biztonsága ellen.
Az elmúlt években Irán számos állítólagos ügynököt vett őrizetbe és ítélt el, akik a hatóságok szerint külföldi országok, köztük Izrael hírszerző szolgálatainak dolgoztak. Legutóbb, december 16-án végeztek ki egy „a cionista rezsim kémjeként” jellemzett férfit, aki „együttműködött” a Moszaddal.
Tavaly decemberben négy férfit akasztottak fel hasonló vádak alapján, míg az Iszlám Köztársaság a múltban Izraelt vádolta meg azzal, hogy támadta néhány nukleáris létesítményét és meggyilkolta több tudósát.

A vád szerint a kém az információk gyűjtése mellett az iszlámellenes csoportok propagálásában is részt vett. Azt nem közölték, hogy Irán mely részén tartóztatták le, mint ahogy azt sem, hogy mikor került rá sor. A halálos ítélet ellen ugyan fellebbeztek, ám azt az iráni bíróság elutasította.
Tavaly áprilisában három kémet tartóztattak le Iránban, akikről azt állították, hogy a Moszadhoz kötődő csoportoknak dolgoznak, az ugyanakkor nem derült ki, hogy a most kivégzett hírszerző is köztük volt-e. 2020-ban is halálra ítéltek egy állítólagos kémet, aki Izrael és az Egyesült Államok számára szivárogtatott bizalmas információkat.
Akkor az Iszlám Forradalmi Gárda egyik tábornokáról juttattak ki adatokat, a katonai vezetővel később Irakban egy amerikai dróncsapás végzett. Izrael és Irán között továbbra is rendkívül feszült a helyzet, Izrael többször fenyegetőzött katonai beavatkozással az iráni atomprogram miatt. Irán pedig támogatja az Izrael-ellenes fegyveres milíciákat, köztük a Hezbollahot és a Hamászt is.

„A közösségi médiában megjelent felvétel azt mutatja, ahogy az oroszok kivégeznek két hadifoglyot. Az áldozatok az Ukrán Fegyveres Erők tagjai voltak. Megerősített információink szerint az orosz megszállók alattomos módon fegyvertelen katonákat lőttek le” – áll a jelentésben.

A lázadószervezet több mint egy évtizede jelent folyamatos fenyegetést a szomáliai lakosságra; bár 2011-ben sikerült kiszorítani az ország fővárosából, Mogadishuból, továbbra is ellenőrzése alatt tart egyes vidéki területeket, és azóta is rendszeresen követ el támadásokat kormányzati épületek, szállodák és közintézmények ellen.

Agyonlőttek egy 11 éves brit kislányt miközben a családja kertjében játszott Saint-Herbot faluban, Franciaországban.
A család szombat este barbecue-zott, amikor lövöldözés tört ki a bretagne-i Saint-Herbot faluban lévő házuknál – írja a BBC.
A lány szülei, Adrian és Rachel Thornton szintén megsérültek, és kórházban vannak.
Az édesapa súlyos sérüléseket szenvedett – jelentette a helyi média.
A kislány és a nyolcéves nővére egy hintán játszottak az udvarban, miközben szüleik a barbecue sütőt kezelték, amikor egy szomszéd a sövényen keresztül sörétes puskával lőni kezdett rájuk.
A kisebbik lány egy másik szomszéd házához rohant segítséget kérni, de állítólag még most is sokkos állapotban van a történtek miatt.
A 71 éves holland állampolgárként leírt gyanúsított az incidenst követően állítólag bezárkózott a házába és megpróbált végezni magával, ami nem sikerült és végül megadta magát a rendőrségnek. Az idős férfit a feleségével együtt letartóztatták.
A helyiek szerint az elkövető visszahúzódó ember, aki már jó ideje vitában állt a szomszédos brit családdal egy a két ingatlan melletti telek miatt.

Az iráni igazságszolgáltatás pénteken közölte: végrehajtották a halálos ítéletet Madzsid Kazemin, Szaleh Mirhasemin és Szaíd Jagúbin, akiket azért ítéltek el, mert a vád szerint tavaly novemberben Iszfahánban részt vettek egy lövöldözésben, amelyben három biztonsági alkalmazott – egy rendőrtiszt és a félhivatalos Baszidzs milícia két tagja – halt meg.
Madzsid Kazemit, Szaleh Mirhasemit és Szaíd Jagúbit az iráni iszlamista jogrend sajátos kategóriája, a „moharebeh” vagyis „az Istennek való ellenszegülés” bűntette alapján ítélték el. Ez a gyakorlatban fegyverhasználatot, a nemzetbiztonság aláásását, valamint az iráni kormány által terrorszervezetnek minősített Népi Mudzsahedek nevű emigráns ellenzéki szervezettel való kooperációt jelentette.
Néhány napja tüntetők követelték az iszfaháni börtön épülete előtt, hogy halasszák el a kivégzést, az internetre pedig felkerült egy rövid, kézzel írt üzenet képe is, amelyet állítólag a három halálra ítélt írt: „ne hagyjátok, hogy megöljenek minket!”.
Az Amnesty International szerint tisztességtelen eljárásnak vetették alá a három férfit, és állítólag meg is kínozták őket. December óta négy másik tüntetőn is végrehajtották a halálos ítéletet. A jelentések szerint több tucatnyi tüntetőt ítéltek halálra vagy vádoltak meg főbenjáró bűncselekményekkel.
„A halálbüntetés alkalmazása ezekkel a férfiakkal szemben a bátor, tüntető nemzedék elleni bosszúállás nyilvánvaló aktusa. Bosszú, amiért az elmúlt hét hónapban rendületlenül követelték az iráni embereket megillető jogokat” – nyilatkozta Diana Eltahawy, az Amnesty közel-keleti igazgatóhelyettese.
Az, ahogy ennek a három embernek a tárgyalását és elítélését az iráni igazságszolgáltatási rendszeren keresztül gyorsítottan végigvitték, kínzással kicsikart vallomások, súlyos eljárási hibák és bizonyítékok hiánya közepette, újabb példája annak, hogy az iráni hatóságok arcátlanul semmibe veszik az élethez és a tisztességes eljáráshoz való jogot” – fogalmazott.
Volker Türk, az ENSZ emberi jogi illetékese megdöbbentőnek és „ijesztően magasnak” nevezte az Iránban idén végrehajtott kivégzések számát. Az ENSZ forrásaira hivatkozva azt mondta, hogy 2023-ban eddig legkevesebb 209 emberen hajtottak végre halálos ítéletet. Hetente több mint tíz embert végeztek ki, többnyire kábítószerrel kapcsolatos bűncselekmények miatt. „Ez egy förtelmes rekord” – tette hozzá.
