vizsgáltak ki COVID-19
koronavírus-fertőzésre, szerencsére egyikükben sem fertőzött a veszélyes vírussal. 56 személy, aki külföldről tért haza, házi

Teszt-rendszerekből a városban elegendő
mennyiség van, a városi tanács még február végén beszerezte őket. Ugyancsak
februárban került beszerzésre az a reagenskészlet, amely polimeráz-láncreakció
által mutatja ki a 2019-nCoV vírus
RNS-ét.
A vizsgálat időtartama legfeljebb 6 óra,
egyes klinikai esetekben a vizsgálat az előírásoktól függ. A munkácsi központi
járási kórház igazgatója elmondta, hogy az intézmény jelenleg speciális üzemmódban
működik, a kórház területére tilos bemenni, csak a sürgősségi betegeket
fogadják.
Az influenzás vagy tüdőgyulladásban
szenvedő betegeknél elvégzik koronavírus tesztet. Olyan orvoscsoportok is
dolgoznak a városban, akik otthon gyűjtik be a kivizsgáláshoz szükséges biológiai anyagokat.
A város lakosait felkérték, hogy tartsák
be a megelőző intézkedéseket és ne essenek pánikba, a hatóságok urai a
helyzetnek, jelentette a Munkácsi Városi Tanács.

Az információk szerint Szerhij Sahov, a Dovira párt képviselője az újságíróknak is megerősítette a hírt, miszerint ő is szerepel a koronavírus-gyanús személyek között.
A képviselő egyelőre házi karanténban van és tüneti kezelést kap. Az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO) javaslatai szerint az enyhébb lefolyású eseteknél nem kötelező a kórházi kezelés. Szükség esetén azonnal kórházba szállítják a pácienst.
Az egészségügyi dolgozók kapcsolatba léptek a beteggel érintkező személyekkel is.

Életét vesztette koronavírus-fertőzés következtében egy 33 éves nő kedden Csernyivci megyében, ahol a legtöbb fertőzöttet kezelik az ukrajnai megyék közül – adta hírül az Egészségügyi Minisztérium Közegészségügyi Központja Facebook-oldalán.
A közlés szerint a
jelenlegi állapotoknak megfelelően Ukrajnában laboratóriumi vizsgálatokkal
igazoltan 14 Covid-19 vírusfertőzött van, két letális esettel. Csernyivci
megyében 10 koronavírusos esetet, egy-egyet Kijev és Zsitomir megyékben, 2-őt
pedig Kijevben regisztráltak.
A Kijev megyei 44-éves
fertőzött férfi külföldről tért haza. A Csernyivci megyében meghalt 33 éves nő
és egy 31, 10 és 18 éves személy, valamint egy kétéves és egy hathónapos
gyermek korábban fertőződött illetővel érintkezett.
Hétfőn Csernyivciben
meghalt egy koronavírus-fertőzés gyanújával a megyei klinikai kórház
infektológiai osztályán kezelt női beteg, de a hivatalos jelentés szerint a
halál a koronavírus-fertőzés tüneteitől független súlyos idegrendszeri
szövődmények következtében állt be nála.
A múlt héten egy
diagnosztizáltan koronavírus-fertőzött 71 éves nő halt meg a Zsitomir megyei
Radomisl városban, aki március 1-jén tért vissza Lengyelországból.

Csernyivciben meghalt egy koronavírus-fertőzés gyanújával a megyei klinikai kórház infektológiai osztályán kezelt női beteg hétfő este – adta hírül az unn.com.ua hírportál a megyei állami adminisztráció Facebook-oldalán megjelent közleményre utalva.
A jelentés szerint hétfőn a Csernyivci megyei klinikai kórház infektológiai részlegén 19.00 órakor elhunyt egy nő, akit COVID-19 fertőzés gyanújával fekvőbeteg-ellátásban kezeltek. A halál a koronavírus-fertőzés tüneteitől független súlyos idegrendszeri szövődmények következtében állt be – közölte a megyei hivatal. Az adminisztráció azt is jelezte, hogy a nőtől egy nappal korábban mintákat vettek a koronavírus-fertőzés megállapításához, de a vizsgálati eredmények még nem állnak rendelkezésre. A hivatal részvétét fejezte az elhunyt hozzátartozóinak. Hivatalos adatok szerint Ukrajnában jelenleg 10 személyt kezelnek koronavírus-fertőzés gyanújával.

Az Ukrajna első regisztrált koronavírusos betegén elvégzett legutóbbi gyorsteszt eredménye negatív lett. A hírt Natalija Huszak, a Csernyivci Megyei Állami Adminisztráció (ODA) helyettes vezetője közölte.
Elmondása szerint teljes gyógyulásról csak akkor beszélhetünk, ha a páciensnek két egymás utáni teszteredménye mutat majd negatív eredményt. Az információk szerint legközelebb két nap múlva végzik majd el újra a vizsgálatot, s ha az is negatív lesz, hazaengedhetik a beteget.

A megye egészségügyi készenléti állapotáról Biró Erzsébet, a megyei egészségügyi igazgatóság vezetője sajtótájékoztatón számolt be.
Elhangzott, hogy Kárpátalján 22 olyan egészségügyi intézmény működik, ahol van infektológiai osztály. Az intenzív osztályokon 151 ágyat helyeztek el. Az orvosok tudják, hogyan kell cselekedniük egy esetleges koronavírus-gyanús személy esetében, s a kórházak is készen állnak a fertőzött ellátására.
Az igazgató asszony megerősítette azt a tényt, hogy Kárpátalja kórházaiban 174 lélegeztetőgép található, de március 13-án, pénteken Ukrajna Egészségügyi Minisztériuma az intenzív osztályok, különösen a fertőző részlegek megfelelő ellátására vonatkozó parancsot adott ki. „Ezért ez a szükséglet növekszik. Szükségünk van további lélegeztetőgépek vásárlására, főleg a legmagasabb, extra kategóriájú gépekre. Középkategóriás lélegeztetőből lényegében elegendő mennyiséggel rendelkezik a megye” – jegyezte meg.
A kórházi dolgozók védőfelszereléseit illetően Biró Erzsébet elmondta, hogy március 16-án, hétfőn a kórházak dolgozóinak számával arányosan megtörtént az elosztás, és valamennyi érintett intézmény elveheti az egészségügyi maszkokat. Összesen 285 ezer védőmaszk kerül szétosztásra.
„Különösen fontos, hogy ne terjedjen el nálunk a koronavírus – hangsúlyozta a szakember. – Ez elsősorban a lakosság öntudatos viselkedésétől függ. Nagyon sokan hazautaztak megyénkbe olyan országokból, ahol járvány van. Pénteken különösen nagy számban érkeztek idénymunkások Csehországból, Lengyelországból, Olaszországból, Németországból. Nagyon fontos, hogy mindenki felelősségteljesen viselkedjen! Ezek az emberek önelszigetelődéssel megelőzhetik a vírus terjedését. Aki olyan helyről érkezett, ahol előfordult a fertőzés, értesítse családorvosát, aki szükség esetén az epidemiológussal közösen az útvonal elemzésével felméri, hogy mennyire kockázatos az illető állapota, s mi a további cselekvési terv.
Úgyszintén fontos a személyes higiéniai szabályok szigorú betartása, valamint a lakás, iroda stb. fertőtlenítése is. A járványt legjobb megelőzni. Pánikkeltés nélkül, öntudatosan cselekedve megakadályozhatjuk a rendkívüli helyzet kialakulását megyénkben” – szögezte le Biró Erzsébet.
Újságírói kérdésre elhangzott, hogy Kárpátalja továbbra sem rendelkezik a koronavírus kimutatásához szükséges speciális gyorstesztekkel, s egyelőre nem ismert, mikor kap megyénk ilyet. Egyetlen gyártó sem tud szertifikált teszteket szállítani. Az egészségügyi minisztérium több alkalommal jelezte, hogy lesznek tesztek, de a megyei egészségügyi igazgatóság egyelőre nem rendelkezik olyan hiteles információval, hogy a teszteket már küldik Kárpátaljára. Az analízisek elkészítésével viszont eddig nem volt probléma. Amint szükséges volt, megtörtént a mintavétel, amit Kijevbe küldtek és a lehető legrövidebb időn belül elkészült az eredmény.

Ezt Olekszij Hetmanenko, a Kárpátaljai Megyei Állami Közigazgatási Hivatal megbízott elnöke jelentette be azon a sajtótájékoztatón melyet a koronavírus terjedésével kapcsolatban tartottak Ungváron.
Kárpátalján egyelőre egyetlen klinikailag bizonyított koronafertőzést sem diagnosztizáltak, azonban ez a kór jelen van a szomszédos megyékben. A koronavírus terjedésének megakadályozása céljából március 13-án, pénteken Kárpátalján karantént és egy egész sor egyéb korlátozást, vezettek be. Hétfőn, március 16-án 13 órakor (kijevi idő szerint) ülésezik a technogén-ökológiai biztonság és a rendkívüli helyzetek kérdéseivel foglalkozó regionális bizottság, ahol további szigorításokról fognak dönteni. Erről a későbbiekben tájékoztatjuk olvasóinkat.
Egyelőre azt javasolják a vállalatok, cégek, intézmények vezetőinek, hogy alakítsák át a munkarendet, lehetőség szerint vezessék be az otthoni távmunkát, különös tekintettel az idősebbekre, s ha lehetséges, a leginkább veszélyeztetett kategóriába tartozók kapjanak szabadságot.

Március 16-án két újabb koronavírusos beteget regisztráltak Ukrajnában, Csernyivci megyében. Az információk szerint a páciensek állapota stabil, mindkettőjüket izolálták, továbbá a velük érintkező személyekkel is felvették a kapcsolatot.
Ukrajnában eddig összesen öt laboratórium által is igazolt Covid-19-es koronavírus-fertőzöttet vettek nyilvántartásba: négyet Csernyivci megyében, egyet pedig Zsitomir megyében. A Zsitomir megyei nyugdíjas hölgy életét vesztette.
Az Ukrán Egészségügyi Minisztérium (MOZ) Közegészségügyi Központja már több mint 500 mintát vizsgált meg.
