Moszkvai idő szerint hétfőn 10 órakor megnyitják a humanitárius folyosókat a városból, de ehhez az ukrán félnek hajnali 5 óráig kellene választ adnia, amiben fegyverletétel is szerepel.
Mihail Mizincev vezérezredes, az Orosz Nemzeti Védelmi Irányítási Központ igazgatója a védelmi minisztérium közleményében arra szólítja fel Mariupol védőit, hogy tegyék le a fegyvert.
Szörnyű humanitárius katasztrófa alakult ki.
Akik leteszik a fegyvert, azok számára garantált a biztonságos kiutazás Mariupolból – fogalmazott. Azt is hozzátette, hogy hétfőn, moszkvai idő szerint délelőtt 10 órakor nyitják meg a civilek számára a humanitárius folyosókat Mariupolból kelet és nyugat felé (ez magyar idő szerint reggel 8 órát jelent).
Az üzenet lényeges eleme továbbá, hogy Ukrajnának moszkvai idő szerint hajnali 5 óráig van ideje válaszolni a humanitárius folyosókal és a fegyverletétellel kapcsolatban.
Az orosz felhívásról beszámoló Reuters hírügynökség kitér arra is, hogy Mariupol az ukrán városok közül a legsúlyosabb bombázást szenvedte az oroszok február 24-i bevonulása óta. 400 000 lakosa közül sokan továbbra is a városban rekedtek, alig van élelem, víz és áram.
Az elmúlt hetekben a különböző ukrajnai városokból kivezető humanitárius folyosókon rendszeresek voltak a támadások, azonban mindkét fél egymást tette felelőssé ezekért.
Mizincev most arról is szólt bizonyítékok benyújtása nélkül, hogy az ukrán „banditák”, „neonácik” és nacionalisták „tömegterrort” folytattak, és gyilkosságsoroaztba kezdtek a városban. Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök szombaton úgy fogalmazott, hogy Mariupol ostroma „olyan terror, amelyre évszázadokig emlékezni fognak” a világon.
Az orosz katonai vezető a vasárnap esti közleményében azt hangoztatta, hogy Oroszország nem használ nehézfegyvereket Mariupolban. Azt is megjegyezte, hogy az oroszok 59 304 embert evakuáltak a városból, de 130 000 civilt túszként tart ott az ukrán fél.

A BBC azt a jelentést kapta, hogy az orosz erők az evakuációs útvonalra lövöldöznek az ostromlott Mariupol városából. Oleg Nikolenko, az ukrán külügyminisztérium szóvivője közölte, hogy az orosz erők megtámadták a város és Zaporizzsija közötti humanitárius folyosót, 225 kilométerre északkeletre.
Nyolc teherautó és 30 autóbusz van úton, hogy humanitárius segélyt szállítsanak a városba, és evakuálják a civileket Zaporizzsjába – mondta. Közel egy hete élnek ott civilek vezetékes víz és áram nélkül, és fogy az élelem.

Az ukrajnai humanitárius korridorokról beszélt a BBC-nek hétfő reggel a Vöröskereszt műveleti igazgatója. Dominik Stillhart.
Stillhart azt mondta, azért volt kudarcos a civilek evakuálása a hétvégén, mert hiába egyeztetett napokig a korridorokról az orosz és az ukrán fél, számukra végig óriási kihívás maradt, hogy a megegyezésük „konkrét, végrehajtható és precíz” legyen. Mint mondta, a megállapodások csak „elvben” köttettek meg – és azért vallottak azonnal kudarcot, mert nem pontosították az útvonalakat, és azt sem, hogy kik használhatják azokat.
Stillhart mindennek illusztrálására elmondta, hogy a Vöröskereszt munkatársai sem tudták elhagyni Mariupolt vasárnap, mégpedig azért nem, mert az útvonal, mely használatát engedélyezték nekik a menekülésre, valójában alá volt aknázva, mint azzal a munkatársak már a helyszínen szembesültek.

Humanitárius folyosó nyílt az orosz csapatok által blokád alá vont Mariupolnál és Volnovaktánál – írja az Interfax orosz hírügynökség, az orosz védelmi minisztériumra szombati jelentésére hivatkozva.
A tárca bejelentése szerint az orosz erők moszkvai idő szerint tíz órakor beszüntetik a harcokat, hogy a délkelet-ukrajnai Mariupol és az ugyancsak Donyeck megyében található, mintegy húszezres Volnovakta civil lakossága elhagyhassa a területet. A RIA Novosztyi orosz hírügynökség Moszkvára hivatkozva arról tudósított, hogy a mariupoli korridor moszkvai idő szerint déli 12 és délután öt óra között áll nyitva.
Az orosz védelmi minisztérium ugyanakkor azt is bejelentette: Oroszország folytatja „széleskörű hadműveleteit” Ukrajnában. Mariupol polgármestere, Vadim Bojcsenko nem sokkal korábban már sürgette a humanitárius folyosó kialakítását, és Telegram-csatornájára feltöltött üzenetben azt közölte, hogy a város „kérlelhetetlen” támadásokat kénytelen kiállni.
„Elsődleges célunk tűzszünet elérése, hogy a létfontosságú infrastruktúrát helyreállíthassuk, és a humanitárius folyosó megnyitása, hogy élelmiszer és gyógyszer érkezhessen a városba” – tette hozzá Mariupol első embere.
Mariupol és Volnovakta elfoglalása megkönnyítené az összeköttetést az Azovi-tenger partján a Krím felől előrenyomuló orosz csapatok ellenőrzése alatt álló területek, valamint szakadárok által kezén lévő donyecki területek és az orosz határ között.
A humanitárius folyosók létesítéséről az ukrán és az orosz fél az ukrán–fehérorosz, majd a lengyel–fehérorosz határ közelében nemrég tartott tárgyalásokon egyezett meg. Korábban Olekszij Danyilov, az ukrán Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára a korridorokat „a legfontosabb kérdésnek” nevezte. A tárgyalásokon mindazonáltal nem sikerült megállapodni a harcok beszüntetéséről. Mihajlo Podoljak, az ukrán elnöki hivatal tanácsadója pénteken azt mondta, Ukrajna arra számít, hogy a hét végén meg lehet tartani a tárgyalások harmadik fordulóját.
