A szlovén kormány azt kéri a parlamenttől, hogy aktiválja a védelmi törvény 37. cikkét, amely szerint a hadsereg bevethető lenne a határok védelmében ugyanolyan jogkörökkel, mint a rendőrség – közölte csütörtökön a kabinet.
A Janez Jansa vezette jobbközép koalíciós kormány szerint erre elsősorban azért van szükség, hogy a rendőrök egy részét átirányíthassák az ország belsejébe, hogy a koronavírus-járvány megfékezés érdekében hozott korlátozások betartását ellenőrizzék.
A törvény elfogadáshoz kétharmados többségre van szükség a parlamentben, azt azonban, hogy napirendre kerülhessen, legutóbb nem támogatta a parlament illetékes bizottsága. A törvényt még 2015 októberében, a migrációs válság csúcspontján fogadták el. A javaslat határozott időre szólt, legfeljebb három hónapra, a hosszabbítás lehetőségével.
A jogszabály szerint a hadsereg segítséget nyújthat a rendőrségnek az ország határainak őrzésében, ideiglenesen korlátozhatja az emberek szabad mozgását, illetve közreműködhet zavargó csoportok és tömegek megfékezésében.
A szlovén-horvát határt 800 rendőr és 150 katona védi az illegális migrációval szemben, ugyanakkor a hadsereg csak logisztikai feladatokat láthat el, nem tartóztathatja fel a migránsokat.
Szlovéniában az év első kilenc hónapjában 11 855 határsértőt tartóztattak fel a hatóságok. Szeptember végéig 8209 embert toloncoltak vissza a szlovén rendőrök más országokba, a legtöbbet Horvátországba, 8159-et. Eközben más országokból 1120 migránst küldtek vissza Szlovéniába.
A migránsok főként Szerbiából és Montenegróból érkeznek Boszniába, ahonnan Horvátországba, majd Szlovéniába, onnan pedig a nyugat-európai országokba szeretnének eljutni.

Éjszakai kijárási tilalmat rendel el a szlovén kormány keddtől az ország egész területére a koronavírus-járvány megfékezése céljából – közölte Ales Hojs belügyminiszter a válságkabinet hétfői sajtótájékoztatóján.
A tárcavezető kiemelte: továbbra is érvényben marad a lakhelyelhagyási tilalom, amelyet most az egész ország területére kiterjesztettek, függetlenül attól, hogy erősen vagy kevésbé fertőzött területen lakik-e valaki. Néhány kivétellel senki nem hagyhatja el azt a régiót, amelyben bejelentett vagy ideiglenes lakcíme van. Hozzátette: az este 9 órától reggel 6 óráig tartó kijárási tilalom kedd éjféltől lép életbe.
Jelko Kacin kormányszóvivő elmondta: egyelőre nem zárják be a bevásárlóközpontokat, valamint a fodrász- és szépségszalonokat, és a közösségi közlekedést sem állítják le. Amíg az emberek elég fegyelmezettek, erre nem lesz szükség – mondta.
Egy korábbi rendelet szerint hétfőtől az egész ország területén 5. osztálytól fölfelé az általános iskolák és a középiskolák, valamint az egyetemek is digitális oktatásra álltak át. Az erősen fertőzött területeken gyülekezési tilalmat vezettek be, míg a kevésbé fertőzött területeken tízről hat főre csökkentették az összejöveteleken részt vevők maximális számát. Ez jelenleg csak egy régióra vonatkozik.
A szlovén kormány hétfőtől egy hónapig újra járványhelyzetet hirdetett ki az egész országra vonatkozóan. Ezzel automatikusan aktiválódott az úgynevezett nemzeti védelmi és mentési terv, ami azt jelenti, hogy az állam állja a polgári védelemnek és a katasztrófavédelemnek a járványügyi intézkedések révén felmerülő költségeit.
A kormány által hétfőn közzétett adatok szerint vasárnap 537-tel 13 678-ra nőtt az azonosított fertőzöttek száma, a pozitív teszteredmények aránya húszszázalékos volt. Két beteg meghalt, a járvány halálos áldozatainak száma ezzel 193-ra nőtt. A diagnosztizált betegek közül 289-en vannak kórházban, közülük 55-öt ápolnak intenzív osztályon.
A szomszédos Horvátországban egy nap alatt, hétfőre 393-mal nőtt és elérte a 25 973-at az azonosított fertőzöttek száma. Tizenegy ember meghalt, a járvány halálos áldozatainak száma így 374-re nőtt. Kórházban 571 beteget ápolnak, közülük 35-en vannak lélegeztetőgépen.

Horvátországban az elmúlt 24 órában 219-el nőtt, és elérte a 7074-öt a fertőzöttek száma. Kedden még 199 újonnan azonosított fertőzöttről számoltak be. Két új haláleset történt, így a járvány halálos áldozatainak száma 168-ra emelkedett. A betegek közül 122-en vannak kórházban, közülük tizenegyen lélegeztetőgépen.
Az aktív betegek száma 1520 fő, a legmagasabb a járvány kezdete óta.
A legtöbb új esetet továbbra is a fővárosban, Zágrábban, illetve Split-Dalmát megyében regisztrálták. A zágrábi esetek is a tengerparthoz kötődnek.
A vírus tengerparti éjszakai szórakozóhelyeken terjed, és a fiatalok a legfőbb terjesztők.
A válságstáb még a múlt hét pénteken döntött arról, hogy az éjszakai szórakozóhelyek, bárok és kávézók csak éjfélig tarthatnak nyitva, és szabadtérben nem tarthatnak bulikat.
Vili Beros egészségügyi miniszter a sajtónak úgy nyilatkozott: várható volt, hogy ezen a héten nő a fertőzöttek száma a múlt heti rekordmennyiségű megbetegedések után. Hozzátette: az új fertőzöttek 35 százaléka kontaktszemély.
Szlovéniában a kabinet által közzétett adatok szerint kedden 37-tel 2493-ra nőtt az azonosított koronavírus-fertőzöttek száma. Új halálesetet nem regisztráltak, a járvány halálos áldozatainak száma így 129 maradt. A diagnosztizált betegek közül mindössze 17-en vannak kórházban, közülük hármat ápolnak intenzív osztályon.
A legújabb behurcolt fertőzések fele a népegészségügyi intézet szerint Horvátországból származik, a megfertőzöttek pedig 35 év alattiak.
Jelko Kacin kormányszóvivő szerdai sajtótájékoztatóján bejelentette: Horvátországban a fertőzöttek száma valószínűleg eléri a negyvenet százezer főre vetítve, a szlovén kritériumok szerint az országot ezért vörös listára kell helyezni, ami annyit jelent, hogy kötelező karantént rendelnek el az onnan érkezők számára.
A kabinet kéthetente bírálja felül a biztonságos országok listáját. Horvátország eddig sárga listán volt, azaz nem ajánlották az odautazást.
Nincs más választásunk, mint hogy arra ösztönözzük állampolgárainkat, hogy a lehető leghamarabb térjenek haza a veszélyes országból, függetlenül attól, hogy milyen intézkedéseik vannak jelenleg érvényben. A helyzet gyorsan romlik, és még rosszabb lesz – mondta a szóvivő.
A horvát idegenforgalmi iroda szerint több mint 140 ezer szlovén utazott az Adriára ebben a hónapban.
Ausztria is figyelmeztetést adott ki a Horvátországba utazók számára, Olaszország pedig kötelező tesztelést vezetett be mindenki számára, aki olasz területre lép Horvátországból – írja a Reuters.

A lendvai térségben csütörtökön, kétmillió euró értékű, összesen 2650 tő vadkendert foglalt le a szlovén rendőrség az ország észak-keleti részén.
A rendőrségi közlemény szerint ez az utóbbi évek legnagyobb drogfogása Muravidéken.
A növényeket a Mura folyó egyik, a horvát határhoz közeli szigetén termesztették egy 3 hektáros ültetvényen. A rendőrség a helyszínen három középkorú férfit fogott el, akikre tíz évig terjedő börtönbüntetés várhat.
Dejan Ravs, a muraszombati rendőrség szervezett bűnözés elleni osztályának vezetője közölte: a razziát lakossági bejelentés alapján rendelték el a főként az állam tulajdonában lévő területen. A rendőrség több napos megfigyelést követően fogta el a három férfit, és a vadkendertöveket is lefoglalta, amelyeket bizonyítékként használnak, majd megsemmisítenek.
A növények 80–110 centiméteresek voltak, és akár 600 kilogramm marihuánát lehetett volna előállítani belőlük. Ekkora mennyiségű kábítószert körülbelül kétmillió euróért lehetett volna értékesíteni.
Dejan Ravs elmondta, ez volt az utóbbi évek legnagyobb drogfogása a térségben, idén eddig öt illegális marihuána-ültetvényt, valamint két zárt termesztőhangárt fedeztek fel a rendőrök.

Kerékpáros demonstrálók tartottak kormányellenes tüntetést Ljubljanában, mert szerintük a szlovén kormány nem megfelelően kezeli az új koronavírus-járvány teremtette helyzetet. Kifogásolják, hogy a lélegeztetőgépek beszerzése nem történt meg időben, és nincs elegendő védőfelszerelés sem.
Egyre többen hangoztatják, hogy amit egy adott ország nem tud beszerezni, azt elő kell állítania magának, hiszen számos nemzetközi példa igazolja, hogy egy-egy állam gyárai átálltak lélegeztetőgépek készítésére vagy fertőtlenítőszerek előállítására.
A szombati ljubljanai tüntetésen körülbelül háromezren vettek részt, egymástól távolságot tartva jelentek meg kerékpáron, és a legtöbben azt skandálták, hogy a jelenlegi vezetés tolvaj.
A kormány cáfolja, hogy bármilyen visszaélést elkövetett volna, és állítja, hogy a helyzetnek megfelelően cselekedett a lehetőségek mentén. A kétmillió fős népességű országban 1434 koronavírus-fertőzöttről tudnak, eddig 93-an haltak meg a kórokozó miatt.

Szlovénia az osztrák modellhez hasonlóan lezárja Olaszországgal közös határát; az intézkedés ugyanakkor nem vonatkozik az áruforgalomra – közölte Marjan Sarec ügyvezető kormányfő kedden.
A miniszterelnök Twitter-oldalán azt írta: a rendelet összhangban áll a közös és arányos intézkedésekről szóló megállapodással. Jelezte: akkor lép életbe, amint ehhez az összes technikai és adminisztratív feltétel teljesül.
„Tudjuk, hogy Olaszország karantént rendelt el, de az emberek ezt figyelmen kívül hagyják, ezért itt az idő, hogy cselekedjünk” – mondta, majd hozzátette: ha meg akarják állítani a vírus terjedését, ez szükséges intézkedésnek tűnik. Nem zárják le azonban a határt a teherforgalom előtt, mert az további károkat okozna a gazdaságnak – hangsúlyozta.
A kormányfő felszólította továbbá a szlovén állampolgárokat, hogy a vírus terjedésének megfékezése érdekében a külügyminisztérium javaslata szerint térjenek haza Itáliából.
Ausztria kedden megtiltotta a beutazást Olaszországból – a rendelet nem vonatkozik az osztrák állampolgárokra -, továbbá csak azok léphetik át az országhatárt, akik orvosi igazolással rendelkeznek arra vonatkozóan, hogy nem fertőzöttek.
Szlovéniában 34-re nőtt az új koronavírussal fertőzöttek száma és eddig 1643 koronavírustesztnek lett negatív eredménye.
