Az ügyészség szerint az 55 éves gyanúsított a megszállt Krím félszigeten lévő Jevpatorija városból származik. 2015-ben Belgorod városába költözött. A férfi az orosz ideológiát támogatta, ezért az orosz különleges szolgálatok beszervezték. Feladatokat kapott Ukrajna meg nem szállt területén felforgató tevékenység végzésére irányuló akciók végrehajtására. Harkivba 2024-ben érkezett, ahol az első feladata egy ukrán katona meggyilkolása volt. Március 5-én este a gyanúsított hátba lőtte az egyik harkivi sokemeletes épület közelében. Sajnos a férfi a helyszínen életét vesztette.
Ezután a gyanúsított felrobbantott számos fontos épületet a megyeközpontban. Március 26-án egy M67-es repeszgránátot dobott a Sevcsenko kerületi adminisztráció irányába. A tettéből eredő anyagi kár csaknem 2,5 millió hrivnyát tett ki. Később Harkivban a járásközi MSZEK traumatológiai osztályára ment. Ott robbanóanyagot erősített a létesítmény ajtajára. Emiatt az ajtó megrongálódott, és a férfi a korábbiakhoz hasonlóan elmenekült a bűncselekmény helyszínéről.
Ezenkívül parancsot kapott a kurátoraitól, hogy ölje meg Dergacsiv város katonai közigazgatásának vezetőjét, Vjacseszlav Zadorenkót. Ennek érdekében tanulmányozta a tisztviselőt: életmódját, utazási útvonalait és az általa látogatott helyeket.
Tavaly októberben robbanóanyagokat készített, és Dergacsi városába utazott. A robbanószerkezetet a tisztviselő autójának karosszériája alá helyezte. Szerencsére a katonai vezető észrevette a robbanóanyagot, és értesítette hatóságokat, így megmenekült.
Ezt követően az orosz ügynök azt tervezte, hogy meggyilkolja a Harkiv Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetőjét, Oleh Szinyehubovot. A Szinyehubov által használt jármű felrobbantásával kellett volna likvidálnia a katonai kormányzót. Az oroszok ezért 50 ezer amerikai dollár pénzjutalmat ígértek neki. A férfi azonban rájött, hogy a hatóságok keresik, ezért „felfüggesztette az ügyet”. Ugyanakkor sikerült felgyújtania két katonai járművet Harkivban. 2024 októberének végén egy vonaton vették őrizetbe, amikor megpróbálta elhagyni Harkivot, és „alámerülni” Az ügynököt sújtó maximális büntetés életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztés.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat újabb oroszok által szervezett összeesküvést leplezett le. Ezúttal a kelet-ukrajnai Kamjanszke városában terveztek terrortámadást csúcsidőben. Az ukrán nemzetbiztonsági szolgálat úgy véli, hogy ezzel akartak pánikot kelteni a frontvidék lakói között.
Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) szerint a kémelhárítás megakadályozott egy terrortámadást Ukrajna egyik legnagyobb ipari központjában, a Dnyipropetrovszki területen található Kamjanszke városában – írja az Ukrajinszka Pravda.
Nem ez az első hasonló terve Oroszországnak. A napokban számoltunk be róla, hogy az SZBU őrizetbe vett két kijevi férfit, akik orosz megbízás alapján a lembergi járási rendőrség épületének felrobbantására készültek. Az orosz szolgálatok Kamjanszkében is hasonlóan kivitelezett támadást próbáltak meg végrehajtani ügynökükön keresztül.
„Az elkövető úgy gondolta, hogy miután elkészítette az improvizált robbanószerkezetet, az álcázott robbanószert átadja egy másik személynek, vagy elrejti egy rejtekhelyen. Valójában azonban a támadó terve az volt, hogy a járási központban, csúcsforgalom idején egy zsúfolt helyre viszi ügynökét, és az improvizált robbanószerkezettel együtt felrobbantja” – olvasható az SZBU közleményében.
Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat szerint Oroszország azt remélte, hogy minél több ember megölésével sikerül pánikot kelteni a frontvidék lakói között. Az ukrán nemzetbiztonsági szolgálat azonban még a támadás végrehajtása előtt leleplezte az oroszok szándékát, és őrizetbe vette az ügynököt, amikor az éppen robbanóanyagot szintetizált a robbanószerkezethez.
A nyomozás szerint az őrizetbe vett személy egy 22 éves, drogroblémákkal küzdő bahmuti lakos. A fiatal nő a város elfoglalása előtt előbb a Harkivi, majd a Dnyipropetrovszki területre költözött. Később a Telegram-csatornákon kezdett „gyors pénzkereseti lehetőséget” keresni, ahol az orosz különleges szolgálat egyik tisztje beszervezte. Az ilyenkor szokásos tesztfeladat elvégzése után a megbízó arra utasította a lányt, hogy készítsen elő terrortámadást.
Az összeesküvés érdekében a gyanúsított megváltoztatta a lakóhelyét, és egy bérelt lakásba költözött, amelyet a felbujtó kriptotárcájából fizetett ki. A megbízói utasítására az ügynök vásárolt egy termoszt, amelybe a robbanóanyagot kellett volna beletennie, majd szögekkel megerősítenie.
A fogvatartott lakásában tartott házkutatások során az SZBU tisztjei improvizált robbanószerkezet-készítéshez szükséges alkatrészeket és egy mobiltelefont találtak, amelyen oroszországi munkavégzésre utaló nyomok voltak.
Az SZBU nyomozói terrorcselekmény előkészítésének gyanúja miatt indítottak eljárást a nő ellen. A bíróság az elkövetővel szemben előzetes letartóztatást rendelt el, óvadék ellenében történő szabadlábra helyezés joga nélkül.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatársai őrizetbe vettek két ügynököt, akik orosz megbízás alapján a járási rendőrség épületének felrobbantásra készültek Lembergben – írja az RBK-Ukrajina híroldal.
Az utasításoknak megfelelően a két elkövető azt tervezte, hogy egy csomagba rejtett improvizált robbanószerkezetet helyeznek el a rendőrség épületében.
Azt azonban nem tudták – az ukrán hatóságok állítása szerint –, hogy az orosz különleges szolgálatok arra készülnek, hogy a robbanószerkezetet velük együtt robbantják fel.
A megbízás végrehajtásához Oroszország egy 22 éves kijevi lakost szervezett be, aki könnyű pénzkereseti lehetőséget keresett a Telegramon. A férfi „próbafeladatként” orosz propagandaanyagokat tartalmazó szórólapokat helyezett el a fővárosban. Később az ügynököt – aki egy kijevi barátját is beszervezte a terrortámadásba – Lembergbe küldték.
„Miután megérkeztek a nyugati régióba, a bűnözők megkapták a kurátortól a rejtekhely koordinátáit, ahonnan egy tűzoltó készüléknek álcázott improvizált robbanószerkezetet vittek el. A célpont közelében egy rejtett, a megszállók számára távoli hozzáféréssel rendelkező videokamerát is fel akartak szerelni, amely az ügynökök mozgását és a terrortámadás következményeit volt hivatott rögzíteni” – írja közleményében az SZBU.
A támadás végrehajtására azonban már nem volt lehetősége a két kijevi férfinek, mivel az SZBU tetten érte őket, amikor robbanóanyaggal a kezükben közeledtek a rendőrség épületéhez. Mindkét elkövetőt őrizetbe vették, hadiállapot alatt elkövetett hazaárulás vádjával állnak bíróság elé. Életfogytiglanig tartó börtönbüntetés vár rájuk.

Vasárnap este robbanás történt egy rendőrségi épületben Odessza megyében, három rendőr megsebesült, egy nő pedig meghalt, az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) terrortámadásként kezeli az esetet – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU Odessza megyei főosztályának Facebook-oldalára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint „az SZBU terrortámadási kísérletnek minősíti az odesszai rendőrség épületében március 23-án történt robbanást, és már elindította a megfelelő büntetőeljárást”. A nyomozás adatai szerint a robbanás 18 óra körül történt, miután egy nő bement a rendőrőrsre egy csomaggal, amely az előzetes információk szerint robbanóanyagot tartalmazhatott. Ismeretes, hogy a nő azonnal meghalt.
„Három rendőr csak könnyebb sérüléseket szenvedett. Orvosi segítséget nyújtottak nekik” – jegyezte meg az SZBU. A titkosszolgálat nyomozói átvizsgálták a helyszínt. Ezenkívül az SZBU és a Nemzeti Rendőrség átfogó intézkedéseket foganatosít a robbanás körülményeinek és az abban érintett személyeknek a feltárására.
„Az ukrán büntetőtörvénykönyv 258. cikkelye (terrorcselekmény) alapján folyik az előzetes vizsgálat. A nyomozás további részleteiről később adunk további tájékoztatást” – foglalta össze az SZBU.

Mint megállapították, a város egyik bevásárlóközpontja közelében felrobbant egy rögtönzött robbanószerkezet, amelyet egy járműben szállítottak. „A robbanás egy autóban történt ma, március 20-án 13:40 óra körül a Kijevszka utcában. A robbanás során a sofőr és az utasa megsérült – őket kórházba szállították” – áll a közleményben.
A helyszínen nyomozó- és műveleti csoport dolgozott, a rendőrség robbanóanyag-technikusai átvizsgálták a területet.
Az SZBU nyomozói előzetes vizsgálatot indítottak a büntetőtörvénykönyv 258. cikkelye (terrorcselekmény) és 263. cikkelye (fegyverek, lőszerek vagy robbanóanyagok illegális kezelése) alapján.
Jelenleg átfogó nyomozati intézkedések folynak a robbanás körülményeinek és az érintett személyek feltárására.

A letartóztatott Mohammad Sharifullah a Crocus City Hallban történt robbantás előtt a 2021-es kabuli mészárlás kitervelésében is részt vett.
Az Egyesült Államok vádat emelt Mohammad Sharifullah, más néven „Jafar” ellen, aki az Iszlám Állam Horászán Tartomány (ISIS-K) nevű terrorszervezet tagja, és azzal gyanúsítják, hogy részt vett a Moszkva melletti Crocus City Hall koncerttermében elkövetett terrortámadás tervezésében. A vád szerint anyagi támogatást és erőforrásokat biztosított egy terrorista szervezetnek, ami halálos áldozatokat követelt, megsértve az amerikai törvényeket.
Legközelebbi bűntettei közé tartozik a moszkvai Crocus City Hallban történt terrorcselekmény, melyben körülbelül 130 ember meghalt. Az orosz hatóságok négy támadót letartóztattak.
Sharifullah a kihallgatásán beismerte, hogy korábban kiképzést nyújtott legalább két elkövetőnek, többek között az AK típusú fegyverek használatára.
Nem a Crocus City Hall volt az első terrorcselekménye
Korábban, 2021. augusztus 26-án az amerikai és szövetséges katonák evakuációs műveletet hajtottak végre a kabuli Hamid Karzai Nemzetközi Repülőtéren. A repülőtér egyik főbejáratánál, az Abbey Gate-nél hatalmas tömeg gyűlt össze, amikor 17 óra 36 perckor egy ISIS-K öngyilkos merénylője, Abdul Rahman al-Logari felrobbantotta magát. A támadásban 13 amerikai katona és mintegy 160 civil vesztette életét.
Pamela Bondi amerikai igazságügyi miniszter kijelentette: „Ez az ISIS-K terrorista 13 bátor amerikai katonát gyilkolt meg kegyetlen módon. Az Egyesült Államok nem hagyja büntetlenül az ilyen tetteket.” Kash Patel, az FBI igazgatója hozzátette:
A kabuli támadás, melyben amerikai katonák és afgán civilek haltak meg, terrorcselekmény volt. Az ISIS-K vállalta a felelősséget, és most az FBI, az Igazságügyi Minisztérium és a CIA közös munkájának köszönhetően elfogtuk Sharifullah-t, hogy amerikai bíróság elé állítsuk.
Ha bűnösnek találják, Sharifullah akár életfogytiglani börtönbüntetést is kaphat. A végső ítéletet a szövetségi bíró hozza meg, figyelembe véve az amerikai büntetési irányelveket és egyéb tényezőket. Az ügyet a virginiai ügyészség és az Igazságügyi Minisztérium nemzetbiztonsági osztályának jogászai vezetik.

Súlyos incidens történt hétfőn a nyugat-németországi Mannheim városában, ahol egy autó nagy sebességgel a tömegbe hajtott. A Bild értesülései szerint az esetnek több sérültje és két halottja is van. A helyi rendőrség nagyszabású akciót indított a belvárosban, azonban további részleteket egyelőre nem közöltek.
A Reuters azt írta, beszámolók szerint a fekete színű terepjáró a Paradeplatz térről indulva nagy sebességgel haladt az emberek közé, majd a város egyik jelképes látványossága, a víztorony irányába folytatta útját. A Bild információi szerint két ember meghalt, több súlyosan megsérült az incidens során.
A támadás különösen aggasztó annak fényében, hogy az elmúlt hetekben több erőszakos cselekmény is megrázta az országot. Decemberben Magdeburgban, majd januárban Münchenben történtek halálos kimenetelű gázolások, továbbá tavaly májusban Mannheimben egy késes támadás is sokkolta a közvéleményt.
Az idei karneváli felvonulások előtt a német hatóságok fokozott készültségben voltak, miután az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezethez köthető közösségi médiafórumokon felhívások jelentek meg kölni és nürnbergi rendezvények elleni támadásokra. A legutóbbi mannheimi eset tovább növeli a feszültséget az országban.
Sajtóértesülések szerint egy gyanúsítottat letartóztattak, ezt azóta a rendőrség is megerősítette. A lap szerint jelenleg magas rendőri készültség van a környéken, minden utcát és hidat géppisztollyal ellenőriznek, a város felett helikopter köröz.
A rendőrök lefoglaltak egy járművet – egy fekete színű Ford Fiestát –, amelyről feltételezhető, hogy az elkövetőé.

Csütörtök este öt buszban találtak pokolgépet Tel-Avivban és környékén, ezekből három fel is robbant, de emberéletben nem esett kár.
Három robbanószerkezet üres járművekben lépett működésbe Bat-Jamban és Holonban, Tel-Avivtól délre fekvő városokban, majd két újabbat találtak és hatástalanítottak, miután ennek nyomán átvizsgálták a buszokat – közölte a rendőrség, hozzátéve, hogy „nagy létszámú rendőri erők vannak a helyszínen, és a gyanúsítottak után kutatnak” – írja a BBC.
Áldozatok nem voltak, az egyik busz hátsó ülésénél egy ott elhelyezett gyanús tárgyra figyelmeztetett egy utas, mire a sofőr azonnal leszállított mindenkit, és kihívták a rendőrséget, s így néhány perccel a detonáció előtt időben kiürült a jármű.
„A hadsereg folyamatos helyzetértékelést végez, és készen áll a támadó műveletek kiterjesztésére. Ciszjordánia északi részén, Szamáriában folyamatosan zajlik a terrorizmusellenes hadművelet” – közölte a katonai szóvivő.
Miri Regev közlekedési miniszter felfüggesztette az ország busz-, és vonatforgalmát, hogy átvizsgálhassák a járműveket, további robbanószerkezetek után kutatva – közölte az izraeli média.
Éjjel helyzetértékelést tartott Benjámin Netanjahu miniszterelnök, Jiszráel Kac védelmi miniszter, Herci Halevi vezérkari főnök és Ronen Bar, a Sin Bét belbiztonsági szolgálat vezetője.
Eldöntötték, hogy „intenzív hadművelet” hajtanak végre Ciszjordániában, valamint az izraeli rendőrség és a Sin Bét fokozza „az izraeli városokban a támadások megelőzését”.
A közösségi médiában közzétett felvételeken egy parkolóban egy lángoló busz látható, fölötte pedig nagy füstfelhő. Aryeh Doron rendőrségi szóvivő elmondta, hogy a rendőrök még mindig próbálják megtalálni a további bombákat Tel-Avivban, hozzátéve, hogy a lakosságnak éberen kell figyelnie minden gyanús táskára vagy tárgyra.
Mindegyik buszon öt kilogrammnyi robbanószert helyeztek el, melyeket a hatósági vizsgálatok szerint péntek délelőtt akartak felrobbantani, de az időzítő szerkezetet hibásan állították be, és ezért már csütörtökön megtörtént a detonáció.
„A terroristák valószínűleg rosszul állították be az időzítőket. De ezt még túl korai lenne megállapítani” – mondta.
A helyi média szerint az egyik fel nem robbant, 5 kilogrammos robbanószerkezeten a következő üzenet volt olvasható: „Bosszú Tulkaremből” – utalva ezzel egy közelmúltbeli ciszjordániai izraeli katonai terrorellenes műveletre.
Válaszul Netanjahu rendőri műveleteket rendelt el Ciszjordániában. Emellett utasította a rendőrséget és az Izraeli Biztonsági Ügynökséget, hogy „fokozzák a megelőző tevékenységet az izraeli városokban elkövetett további támadásokkal szemben” – közölte hivatala. A Kan közszolgálati műsorszolgáltató jelentése szerint Miri Regev közlekedési miniszter megszakította marokkói útját, és visszatér Izraelbe.

A Politico azt írja, hogy lövöldözés volt szerdán reggel 6:15-kor a brüsszeli Clemenceau metróállomás közelében, ami miatt lezárták a metrót az European Quarter és az Anderlecht megállók között. A lövöldözés miatt több villamos sem jár. A Brüsszel-Midi pályaudvart, a Londonból érkező Eurostar-vonatok végállomását, valamint a Clemenceau pályaudvart is lezárták a rendőrök.
A belga rendőrség hajtóvadászatot indított
A brüsszeli rendőrség szóvivője szerint a gyanúsítottak egy metróállomásra menekültek, és még mindig a metróalagutakban lehetnek. A BBC több, balaklavát viselő fegyveresről ír, akik a kamerafelvételek szerint automata fegyverekkel nyitottak tüzet egy metróállomásnál.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) a Nemzeti Rendőrséggel közösen meghiúsította az orosz különleges szolgálatok azon kísérletét, hogy Csernyivci megyében terrortámadást hajtsanak végre ukrán rendőrök ellen, két helyi fiatal orosz ügynököt őrizetbe vettek – számolt be kedden az rbc.ua hírportál az SZBU közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az SZBU két orosz ügynököt vett őrizetbe a Csernyivci megyei Vizsnica térségében. Azt tervezték, hogy felrobbantanak egy rendőrjárőrt, amelyet a 102-es szám hamis hívásával akartak a robbantás helyszínére csalni. A nyomozók megállapították, hogy a terrortámadás végrehajtásához a gyanúsítottak egy elhagyatott melléképületben házi készítésű robbanószerkezetet helyeztek el, amelyet önmetsző csavarokkal töltöttek meg a maximális károkozás érdekében. A robbanóanyagot egy szemeteszsákba rejtették, mellette pedig egy gyümölcsleves dobozban mobiltelefont helyeztek el. Az ügynökök azt tervezték, hogy a telefon hívásával felrobbantják a pokolgépet, amikor a rendőrök belépnek az épületbe. Ekkorra az ügynököknek el kellett volna rejtőzniük.
Az SZBU mindkét gyanúsítottat őrizetbe vette, miután elhelyezték a robbanóanyagot, és visszatértek az otthonukba. Kiderült, hogy a gyanúsítottak két helyi, egy 17 és egy 18 éves drogdíler, akik speciális Telegram-csatornákon keresztül kerültek a megszállók látókörébe. A fiúk részletes utasításokat kaptak orosz kurátoruktól a robbanóanyagok készítésére és a későbbi telepítés helyére.
A gyanúsítottak otthonában tartott házkutatások során mobiltelefonokat foglaltak le, amelyek tervezett terrortámadás előkészítésére utalnak, és robbanóanyag-összetevőket is találtak. A potenciális elkövetők 12 évig terjedő börtönbüntetésre számíthatnak vagyonelkobzással.
