Ihor Klimenko ukrán belügyminiszter a Telegram üzenetküldő alkalmazáson azt közölte, hogy két ember Dnyipróban és hat a régió Szinelnikovi körzetében halt meg.
„Dnyipróban egy ötemeletes épület lángokban áll, részben megsemmisült. A romok alatt emberek lehetnek” – írta Telegramon Szerhij Liszak, Dnyipropetrovszk megye kormányzója, aki a Dnyiprótól délnyugatra fekvő Krivij Rih körzetben is károkról számolt be. Hozzátette, a légvédelem a régiót támadó 16 rakétából 11-et, 10 drónból pedig kilencet lelőtt.
Az ukrán légierő azt közölte, hogy 15 rakétát – köztük két Kh-22-es cirkálórakétát – és 14 drónt lőtt le az országot ért támadások során.

A Dnyiprótól délnyugatra fekvő Krivij Rihben három ember – két férfi és egy nő – sebesült meg a város egyik infrastruktúrája elleni csapásban – közölte a helyi katonai közigazgatás vezetője, Olekszandr Vilkul a Telegramon. A helyszínen mentőcsapatok dolgoznak. Az infrastruktúrában keletkezett károkról nem álltak azonnal rendelkezésre részletek.
Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök a légvédelem megerősítésére szólított fel a Dnyipropetrovszki területre mért orosz csapást követően. „Oroszországot felelősségre kell vonni a terrorért, és minden rakétát, minden Sahidot le kell lőni” – mondta. „A világ ezt garantálni tudja, és partnereink rendelkeznek a szükséges képességekkel” – tette hozzá.

A romló időjárási viszonyok, a nedves hó és jég felhalmozása miatt Ukrajnában hétfőn csaknem 400 település van elzárva és áram nélkül, a helyzet Dnyipropetrovszk megyében a legsúlyosabb, ahol több mint 200 településen nincs áram – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál az Energetikai Minisztérium sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
Az Ukrenerho közlése szerint hétfő reggel a rossz időjárás miatt – erős szél, nedves hó, jég – 396 településen szűnt meg az áramszolgáltatás. Dnyipropetrovszk megyében 202, Kirovohrad megyében 79, Mikolajiv megyében 54, Odesza megyében 58, Cserkaszi megyében 1 település, Donyeck megyében 4 település van áram nélkül.
A minisztériumi sajtószolgálat szerint Krivij Rihben több mint 15 000 fogyasztónál nincs áram. A kazánházak és szivattyútelepek generátorokkal működnek. A villamosok és a trolibuszok a felsővezetékek jegesedése miatt nem közlekednek.
A Kirovohrad megyében mintegy 80 település, Odessza és Mikolajiv megyében 58, illetve 54 település van elzárva a külvilágtól. Csaknem 9000 fogyasztó maradt áram nélkül Kijev térségében a rossz időjárás miatt.
A hibaelhárítók és katasztrófavédők dolgoznak. Az áramszüneti ütemtervek nem érvényesek. Ukrajnában január 8-9-én heves havazás és akár 25 fokos fagy is lehet.

A Kahovkai Vízerőmű gátjának felrobbantása és a kahovkai tározó vízszintjének hirtelen csökkenése következtében tömeges halpusztulás kezdődött – közölte Andrij Jermak, az Elnöki Hivatal vezetője, akit a korrespondent.net idéz.
„Dnyipropetrovszk megye – tömeges halpusztulás a Kahovkai Vízerőmű oroszok általi terrorista megsemmisítésének következtében” – jelezte a haltetemekkel teliszórt mederfenékről készült felvételeket kísérő bejegyzésben a Twitteren.

Korábban az Egészségügyi Minisztérium halpusztulásra és fertőzésveszélyre figyelmeztetett a Kahovkai Vízerőmű felrobbantása következtében.

Elmondása szerint a Dnyiprovszki, Pavlohradszki, Krivij Rih-i és Nyikopolszki járásokban voltak becsapódások, energetikai létesítmények és ipari vállalatok sérültek.
Liszak közölte, hogy legalább 40 lövedéket lőttek ki a megyére. A támadások során elhunyt egy 34 éves férfi, egy 28 éves nő és egy 19 éves fiatal fiú pedig megsérült.

Az oroszok a Hrad rakéta-sorozatvető rendszert és a nehéztüzérséget vetették be, négy, a Mirivszkai, Marganeckai, Cservonohrihorivszkai és Nikopolszki kistérség elleni támadásban. Személyi sérülés nincs. Nyikopol szenvedte meg a leginkább a csapásokat. 20 tömbház és magánépület, több tucat gazdasági épület, egy koledzs, autók, gáz- és villanyvezetékek rongálódtak meg. 6000 előfizető maradt áram nélkül. Az elmúlt éjszakán az orosz hadsereg Dnyipropetrovszk megyét lőtte, a Krivorizkij, Szineljnikivszkij és Nyikopolszkij járásokat. A történtek során életét vesztette egy személy, egy gyerek pedig megsérült.
A hírt Valentin Reznyicsenko, a megyei katonai adminisztráció vezetője közölte.
Elmondása szerint a halálos áldozat egy 36 éves férfi. A támadás során egy 12 éves gyerek sérült meg, akit meg kellett műteni.
