Kijevben halálos közlekedési baleset történt, amelyben egy 24 éves részegen vezető férfi és 19 éves utasa voltak a felelősek. A baleset után a két férfi elhagyta a helyszínt, de a rendőrség rövid időn belül elfogta őket.
A baleset 2024. december 7-én, szombaton történt. A 24 éves sofőr egy Toyota volánjánál, nagy sebességgel haladt, miközben áthajtott a piros lámpán és elütött egy nőt, aki a gyalogos átkelőhelyen ment át. A baleset következtében a férfi összeütközött egy másik, Hyundai márkájú járművel is. A nő a helyszínen belehalt sérüléseibe. A Hyundai vezetője és utasa nem sérült meg.
A Toyotában a sofőr mellett utazott 19 éves társa, aki szintén ittas volt. A rendőrök elmondása szerint a sofőr vérében 1,15 promille alkoholt találtak, míg utasa vérében 0,66 promillét.
Az ügyben folyik a nyomozás, a tettesre 10 év börtönbüntetés is várhat.

A kárpátaljai rendőrség Lemberg megyei kollégáikkal rövid időn belül felkutatta és letartóztatta azt az 52 éves munkácsi férfit, aki elgázolt egy gyalogos nőt, majd elhagyta a baleset helyszínét. A férfit akár 8 év börtönbüntetés is fenyegeti.
November 20-án reggel a rendőrség értesítést kapott, hogy a Volóc mellett, az út szélén holtan találtak egy nőt.
A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett a rendőrség. Az elsődleges vizsgálatok alapján sikerült megállapítani, hogy az 56 éves nő az útszélen gyalogolt. A gázolást egy teherautó okozta, amelynek vezetője elhagyta a baleset helyszínét. A Biztonságos Kárpátalja videómegfigyelő rendszer és a bűnügyi elemző osztály segítségével sikerült kideríteni, hogy a tettes már elhagyta Kárpátalja területét, Lemberg megyében fogták el.
Az ügyben tart a bünügyi eljárás.

A rendőrség vizsgálja annak a közúti balesetnek a körülményeit, amelyben egy kiskorú lány megsérült. November 20-án 15 óra 23 perckor érkezett bejelentés a rendőrségre az Ungvári járásban található Alsószlatina (Nizsnye Szolotvino) községben történt közlekedési balesetről.
A helyszínre kivonult az operatív nyomozócsoport, amelynek munkatársai átvizsgálták a baleset helyszínét és megállapították az eset körülményeit. Ismeretes, hogy egy 37 éves ungvári nő egy Peugeot típusú személygépkocsival nekihajtott egy 15 éves lánynak, aki épp a gyalogátkelőhelyen kelt át az úton. Az ütközés után az autó árokba borult. A közúti baleset következtében a kiskorú számos sérülést szenvedett, őt a mentők kórházba szállították.
Az autó sofőrje ellen eljárást indítottak, a nő józanul ült a volán mögött. A járművét a rendőrség lefoglalta. Az ügyben tart a nyomozás.

Harmincöt ember meghalt és negyvenhárman megsérültek a dél-kínai Csuhaj városban egy sportközpontban helyi idő szerint hétfő este elkövetett gázolásos támadásban – jelentette be a helyi rendőrség kedden.
Egy 62 éves férfi egy terepjáróval áttörte a városi sportközpont kapuját, és belehajtott a létesítményben, szabadtéren sportolók egy csoportjába. A jármű vezetője menekülni próbált, de röviddel a támadás után elfogták. A férfi olyan súlyosan megsebesítette saját magát a nyakán egy késsel, hogy kómába esett, és a hatóságok emiatt még nem tudták kihallgatni. Annyi azonban az első vizsgálatok alapján kiderült, hogy az elkövetőnek magánéleti problémái voltak, rosszul érezte magát a válása utáni vagyonmegosztás miatt.
Hszi Csin-ping kínai elnök megdöbbenését fejezte ki az eset kapcsán, és azt hangoztatta, hogy az elkövetőt szigorúan meg kell büntetni.
A támadás után közvetlenül hétfő este csak annyi jelent meg a kínai sajtóban, hogy néhány ember megsérült egy incidensben a csuhaji sportközpontnál, de több részletet nem közöltek. Csaknem egy nap elteltével erősítették meg a hatóságok, hogy sok halálos áldozata is volt a támadásnak.

Az ungvári járási Nagylázon tragikus baleset történt, halálra gázoltak egy gyalogost. Az ügyben büntetőeljárást indított a rendőrség.
A bejelentést követően az operatív nyomozó csoport azonnal a helyszínre érkezett, s megállapították a baleset pontos körülményeit. Kiderült, hogy egy 33 éves horlyói lakos Volkswagen autójában elgázolt egy 61 éves nőt, aki a helyszínen belehalt sérüléseibe.
A járművezető nem volt ittas állapotban, az ügyben folyik a büntetőeljárás.

Egy nő halálra gázolt egy kisiskolást, miközben a saját gyermekét vitte haza az iskolából a tanítás után.
A 40 éves nő felvette a 11 éves fiát az iskola előtt, majd elindultak haza. A nő hirtelen elveszítette az uralmát a jármű felett és nekicsapódott az iskola kerítésének.
Az autóval átszakította a kerítést és elütött öt gyereket, akik egy szabadtéri padon ültek a sportpálya közelében.
Egy 11 éves fiú súlyosan megsérült, később a kórházban meghalt, két 11 éves lány, egy 10 éves kislány és egy 10 éves fiú pedig súlyos sérüléseket szenvedett – írja az Independent.
A sofőrt a helyszínen elfogták, jelenleg őrizetben van.
A kocsiban ülő gyerek sértetlenül szállt ki az autóból. A baleset Ausztráliában, Hawthorn közösségben történt, az Auburn South Általános Iskolában. Az iskolát és az oda vezető utat is lezárták.

A Poltava megyei Horisna Plavnában egy ittas sofőr elgázolt négy kiskorút, közülük ketten a kórházba kerültek. A hírt a megyei rendőrség közölte.
A 60 éves férfi a gyalogosátkelőn gázolta el a kiskorúakat, egy 14 éves fiút és egy vele egykorú kislányt kórházba szállítottak. A másik két gyerek nem szorult kórházi kezelésre.
A rendőrök megállapították, hogy a járművezető ittas állapotban volt, az ügyben büntetőeljárást indítottak.
