A 2000-ben alapított Agro-Lucski Kft. egy mezőgazdasági, Nagylucska székhelyű vállalat, mely már több éve vásárolja fel ‒ főleg az idősebb korosztály körében – Kárpátalja-szerte a szántó- és termőföldeket úgynevezett bérleti szerződés által, amelynek részleteivel az átlag polgár nincs tisztában. A céget a kárpátaljai magyarság csak a káros tevékenységekkel azonosítja.
Először 2016-ban tapasztaltak tömeges méhpusztulást a Nagybakta, Macsola, Tiszacsoma és Mezőgecse határában gazdálkodó méhészek. A mérgezést az Agro-Lucski vállalat gépkezelői okozták, akik azokban a napokban vegyszereztek a már említett négy község környékén. Ugyanez történt 2019-ben Csonkapapiban, amikor is a megengedett permetezési távolságot, az előre kijelölt időpontot és időintervallumot figyelmen kívül hagyva végzett vegyszeres légi permetezést a mezőgazdasági vállalat. Ezenkívül még számos olyan eset történt, amely a cég számlájára írható. Sok kárpátaljai vadász így fogalmaz: „Ahol az Agro-Lucski már megjelent, ott a vadászatnak lőttek…”
A mostani eset viszont különleges. Beregdéda határában egy kisebb halastó fekszik, amelybe a helyiek néhány évvel ezelőtt különböző halfajtákat telepítettek, és ahol bárki kedvére halászhatott. Nem messze a tótól az Agro-Lucski gazdálkodik csaknem 200 hektáron. Július 10-én este 9 óra tájékán az említett tótól nem messze található tanyán élő család arra lett figyelmes, hogy a vállalat két traktora a víz irányába tart tartályt húzva maguk után. A cég munkatársai az említett halastóból szívtak vizet az általuk folytatott permetezéshez. Azonban a tartályok és a szivattyú is mérgező anyagokat tartalmaztak, mely anyagok így egyenesen a tó vízébe kerültek. Másnap a család egyik tagja lesétált a tóhoz, ahol borzalmas látvány fogadta. Rengeteg elpusztult hal lebegett a víz tetején, körülöttük pedig kék színű foltok. A látvány nyilvánvalóan magáért beszél, a tó vízét mérgezés érte, amely a benne lévő halakat sújtotta a leginkább. Ezekről fotókat is készítettek, amelyeken egyértelműen látszik a tömeges halpusztulás. A tó mellett élő család a Kárpátalja hetilapnak azt is elmondta, hogy 2 napra rá – bizonyosan, amint tudomást szerzett a cég a történtekről – egy fekete Audi márkájú gépkocsi jelent meg a tónál néhány emberrel, illetve szákokkal a kezükben, a nyomok, vagyis az elpusztult haltetemek eltüntetése miatt. A tóhoz érkezve a lap munkatársa is készített néhány fotót, amelyeken szintén jól látszanak a kékes színű, valószínűleg mérgező foltok a víz felszínén. Egy haltetemet is sikerült még lefotózni, amelyet a cég képviselői „ott felejtettek”.
Az ügy kapcsán megkérdeztük Beregdéda polgármesterét, Egressy Istvánt, a Kárpátaljai Magyar Kulturális Szövetség Beregdédai Alapszervezetének az elnökét is. A polgármester elmondta, hogy amint tudomást szerzett a történtekről, jogi segítséget kért, s azt tanácsolták, hívja ki a rendőrséget. Július 13-án a helyi vadásztársaság elnökével a polgármester látogatást tett a tóhoz, de a bizonyítékoknak már csak a hűlt helyét találták – a cég eltüntette a nyomokat. Ottjártunkkor Egressy István – a mobilját kihangosítva – felhívta a cég egyik képviselőjét, bizonyos Ruszlánt, akitől az esetről érdeklődött. A cég munkatársa nem tudott érdemi információval szolgálni az ügy kapcsán, inkább kitért a válaszadás elől, illetve ígéretet tett, hogy utánakérdez a dolognak a vállalat belső munkatársaitól, és visszahívja a település polgármesterét. A válasz azóta is úton van…
Ebből kifolyólag a polgármester további jogi lépéseket fontolgat, megpróbál annak utána járni, hogy miként lehetne felelősségre vonni a vállalatot a károk okozásáért.
A helyzetet tovább súlyosbítja, hogy a fentebb említett tó mellett közvetlen fekszik a Beregdédai-mocsaras, egy természetvédelmi terület, ahol sok védett madár él. Ezek a madarak a tóhoz járnak inni. Továbbá a vadállomány jó része is ide jár szomját oltani, de sok legelésző haszonállat is elkóborolva veszélynek van kitéve, hiszen beleihat a szennyezett vízbe.
A tapasztalatok azt mutatják, hogy megyei szinten jelent problémát az Agro-Lucski Mezőgazdasági Vállalat működése, s a problémára mindenképpen megoldást kell találni.

Környezetszennyezés történt a beregdédai természetvédelmi területen. Július 11-én észlelték az egykori tóvár melletti vízgyűjtőnél helyi halászok a tömeges halpusztulást, amelyet le is fotóztak, s értesítették a község polgármesterét az esetről.
Déda polgármestere elmondta, hogy az adott időszakban a területen az Agro Lucska Kft. végzett permetezési munkálatokat, amelyet a cég által kiadott dokumentum is igazol. A tájékoztatóban többek között az is szerepel, hogy a permetezést követő 5 napban a kijelölt terület 5 kilométeres körzetében a cég nem ajánlja az ott tartózkodást, hiszen a vegyszerek az emberi szervezetre is ártalmasak lehetnek.

Mintegy 45 tonna kerozin ömlött ki a sarkkörön túli Norilszktől 100 kilométerre nyugatra található Tuhard településnél a Nornickel orosz bánya- és fémipari vállalat egyik olajvezetékéből.
A cég vasárnapi tájékoztatása szerint a Norilszktranszgaz tulajdonában lévő olajvezetékben nyomáscsökkenés lépett fel kerozin szivattyúzás közben Tuhard település közelében. Az előzetes információk szerint a mintegy 15 percig tartó szivárgás következtében 44,5 tonna olaj ömlött ki – tette hozzá.
Korábban a Norilszktranszgaz, amely a Nornickel leányvállalata, még csak húsz tonna kiömlött olajról számolt be.
A vállalat belső vizsgálatot rendelt el, és értesítette az illetékes rendkívüli helyzetek minisztériumát. „Az olajszivattyúzást felfüggesztették, és minden lehetséges intézkedést megtettek a kiömlött olaj begyűjtésére” – áll a vállalati közleményben, amely szerint emberek számára nincs veszély.
A Nornickel az utóbbi időben több alkalommal okozott környezetszennyezést a térségben. Június végén a talhani ércdúsító üzem bányászati melléktermék-tárolójának ülepítő tavából nehézfémekkel szennyezett vizet szivattyúztak ki, amely a Harajelah folyót fenyegeti.
Május 29-én 21 163 köbméter dízelolaj ömlött ki a Nornickelhez tartozó Norilszki-Tajmiri Energetikai Vállalat (NTEK) 3. erőművének egyik megrongálódott üzemanyag-tárolójából. A történtek miatt Vlagyimir Putyin elnök június 3-án szövetségi szintű rendkívüli állapot bevezetését rendelte el.
A Greenpeace környezetvédő mozgalom szerint a norilszki volt a legsúlyosabb baleset az északi sarkvidéki övezetben több mint három évtizede, 1989 márciusa óta, amikor az amerikai Exxon Valdez tartályhajó balesetet szenvedett Alaszka partjainál. Akkor 37 ezer tonna nyersolaj ömlött ki. Az okozott kár és a kiszabott bírságok összege annak az ügynek az esetében meghaladta az ötmilliárd dollárt.

Az orosz környezetvédelmi felügyelet (Roszprirodnadzor) csaknem 148,2 milliárd rubelben (több, mint 2 milliárd dollárban) nevezte meg hétfőn a norilszki gázolaj-ömlés okozta környezeti kárt.
A hatóság szerint régió vizeiben 147,46 milliárd rubelnyi, a talajban pedig 738,6 millió rubelnyi kár keletkezett. Június elején Vlagyimir Potanyin, a balesetet okozó Nornickel elnöke bejelentette, hogy a bányavállalat állja majd az északi sarkvidéki övezetben bekövetkezett súlyos olajbaleset utáni környezetmentési munkálatok költségeit, és kész kifizetni a történtek miatt kiszabandó bírságot is. Potanyin akkor a mentés költségeit mintegy 10 milliárd rubelre becsülte. Mint mondta, kész annyit kifizetni, amennyi csak szükséges.

A balesetet a tartály betonalapjának megsüllyedése okozhatta, amihez szakértői vélemények és sajtójelentések szerint hozzájárult a korábban örökké fagyott talaj olvadása. A történtek miatt eljárás indult Norilszk polgármestere, a hőerőmű több vezetője és a Roszprirodnadzor egyik ellenőre ellen.

Nornickel orosz bánya- és fémipari vállalat elismerte vasárnap, hogy a környzetvédelmi előírásokat durván megsértve pumpált szennyvizet a tundrába egyik üzemének területéről Norilszk környékén.
A szombaton történt környezetszennyező incidensről, amely során egy nikkelfeldolgozó üzem talhani bányászati melléktermék-tárolójának ülepítő tavából nehézfémekkel szennyezett vizet pumpáltak ki, ami miatt Harajelah folyót szennyezés fenyegeti, a Novaja Gazeta független lap számolt be elsőként.
A Nornickel szerint a szennyvizet túláradás miatt pumpálták ki a tárolóból, de előzetesen megtisztították ezért nem jelent környezeti kockázatot. A vállalat a műveletért felelős alkalmazottjait minden esetre felfüggesztette. A Nyomozó Bizottság (SZK) helyi részlege dúsítóüzemek folyékony hulladékának illegális lerakása ügyében folytat vizsgálatot.

A történtek miatt eljárás indult Norilszk polgármestere, a hőerőmű több vezetője és a környezetvédelmi felügyelet (Roszprirodnadzor) egyik ellenőre ellen.
A Greenpeace környezetvédő mozgalom szerint a norilszki volt a legsúlyosabb baleset az északi sarkvidéki övezetben több mint három évtizede, 1989 márciusa óta, amikor az amerikai Exxon Valdez tartályhajó balesetet szenvedett Alaszka partjainál. Akkor 37 ezer tonna nyersolaj folyt ki.

A hajó még 2019. november 22-én szenvedett balesetet a part közelében, a kormány ígéretet tett, hogy elszállítja a tengerből a nyaralási időszak kezdetéig, azonban erre nem került sor.
A helyszínre kiérkeztek az illetékesek, akiknek sikerült lokalizálniuk a szivárgást. A szakértők mintát vettek a tengerből, a fürdőzni vágyókat egyelőre eltiltották a víztől.

A szibériai Irkutszkban kigyulladt az Irkutsk Oil Company (INK) egyik olajkútja május 30-án. Pénteken már a hadsereget hívták segítségül az oltáshoz, ugyanis napokon át sikertelenül próbálták megfékezni a tüzet – közölte a Siberian Times.
A tüzet technikai baki okozta, akkor csaptak fel a lángok, amikor egy tömlő nyomásmentesítéséhez olajat és gázt fecskendeztek a szerkezet csatlakozódobozába. A Yarakta olajmező, amelyen az égő kút található, szerencsére több száz kilométerre fekszik a legközelebbi lakott településektől, és a tűzben a dolgozók közül sem sérült meg senki.
Amikor már több napja égett a kút, az olajtársaság a hadsereget hívta segítségül, tüzérségi erők indultak a helyszínre pénteken. A terv az, hogy 1-2 napon belül odaérnek, lelövik az olajkút fejszerkezetét (a Guardian beszámolója szerint egy MT-12 Rapira páncéltörő ágyúval), aztán eloltják a tüzet, ha minden jól alakul, június 8-ára talán sikerül is.
Ami ipari ökológiai katasztrófákat illeti, Szibériára rájár a rúd az utóbbi időben, a kút kigyulladása után néhány nappal 20 ezer tonna olajszármazék ömlött az Ambarnaja folyóba. Utóbbi eset miatt Putyin elnök válsághelyzetet rendelt el, természetvédők szerint évtizedekig is eltarthat az élővilág regenerálódása az érintett részen.
