Ismét tízezrek tiltakoztak szombaton Franciaország-szerte a koronavírus-járvány miatt bevezetett védettségi igazolás használata ellen.
Ez volt az egymást követő hetedik hétvége, amikor a védettségi igazolás használatát szabadságjogi okokból ellenzőkön kívül a védőoltást ellenzők, vírustagadók és olyan radikális pártok hívei is utcára vonultak, akik Emmanuel Macron államfő személyét és politikáját bírálják, de a részvétel az elmúlt három hétben már csökkenő tendenciát mutatott.
A belügyminisztérium összesítése szerint a több mint kétszáz felvonuláson az ország különböző városaiban 160 ezren vettek részt, ebből Párizsban 14 500-an tiltakoztak négy külön csoportban. A múlt hétvégén a rendőrség adatai szerint 175 ezren voltak az utcákon. A szervezők ezzel szemben most szombaton mintegy 320 ezer, egy héttel ezelőtt 357 ezer résztvevőt számoltak össze.
A fővároson kívül elsősorban a déli városokban, Montpellier-ben, Toulouse-ban, Marseille-ben, Annecy-ban, valamint a keleti Mulhouse-ban voltak nagyobb megmozdulások. A felvonulások jelentős része incidens nélkül ért véget, csak néhány helyen kellett könnygázzal oszlatni a tömeget a menet végén.
A koronavírussal szembeni védettséget igazoló dokumentumot (oltási igazolás vagy a 72 óránál nem régebbi negatív teszt) a jelenleg hatályos törvények szerint augusztus 9. óta és november 15-ig kötelező bemutatni a legalább ötven főt fogadó nyilvános helyeken, így a vendéglátóhelyeken, beleértve a teraszokat is, a vonatokat és a távolsági buszokat, a kórházakat, a bevásárlóközpontokat, valamint a kulturális intézményeket, mozikat, színházakat, koncerttermeket.
Olivier Véran egészségügyi miniszter csütörtökön úgy vélte, hogy a javuló járványügyi mutatók ellenére a védettségi igazolás használatát valószínűleg november 15. után is meghosszabbítja a kormány, amennyiben a „Covid nem tűnik el az életünkből”. A tárcavezető egyébként úgy vélte, hogy „az igazolás sikerét látva egyre inkább csökken a tartózkodók száma”, mert a „hatékony szűrési rendszernek és a tömeges oltásnak köszönhetően, a nagyon fertőző variáns miatti járványhullám ellenére sem volt lezárás nyáron”.
Az elmúlt héten már csökkenő tendenciát mutattak a napi esetszámok, már nem emelkedtek 20 ezer fölé, miközben augusztus közepén megközelítették a 30 ezret. Kórházban jelenleg 11 ezer fertőzöttet ápolnak, közülük kétezren vannak intenzív osztályon, de a fertőzőbb delta variáns okozta negyedik hullámban harmadannyi fertőzött szorult kórházi ellátásra, mint a tavaly tavaszi első hullám idején. A fertőzés szövődményeiben eddig több mint 114 ezren vesztették életüket Franciaországban.
A védettségi igazolás bevezetésével párhuzamosan az oltási hajlandóság is erősödött a francia társadalomban, eddig a teljes lakosság 74 százaléka, a felnőttek 86 százaléka megkapta a koronavírus elleni oltás első adagját, a teljes lakosság 64 százaléka, a felnőttek 77 százaléka pedig már mindkét dózist.

Szemtanúk és egy volt rendőrségi tisztségviselő közlése szerint a tálibok tüzet nyitottak, miközben helyi lakosok leeresztették a tálibok zászlóját, és megpróbálták kitűzni az afgán nemzeti lobogót a város egyik terén. Afganisztánban augusztus 19-én ünneplik a függetlenség napját.
Videófelvételeken látszik, amint tálib harcosok a levegőbe lőnek és botokkal támadnak az összegyűltekre, hogy feloszlassák a tömeget. Egy helyi hírügynökség egyik újságírója arról számolt be, hogy a tálibok ütlegelni kezdték őt és operatőr kollégáját, miközben tudósítani akartak a felfordulásról.

Köztük van a hatalomból elűzött afgán kormány több tagja is, Amrulla Száleh volt első alelnök, aki kedden a Twitteren saját magát az ország legitim ügyvivő elnökének nevezte, illetve Biszmilla Mohammadi védelmi miniszter és Ahmad Maszúd, a korábban a tálibok ellen harcoló – 2001-ben meggyilkolt – Ahmad Sah Maszúd, az Északi Szövetség egykori vezetőjének a fia.
Egyelőre nem világos, hogy ők készülnek-e arra, hogy szembeszálljanak az ország túlnyomó részét néhány nap alatt elfoglaló tálib mozgalommal.
Pandzsir tartomány volt az Egyesült Államokkal 2001-ben a tálibokkal szemben szövetkező Északi Szövetség fellegvára. A tálibok – hírügynökségi jelentések szerint – azon dolgoznak, hogy „inkluzív, iszlám kormányt” hozzanak létre.
Tárgyalásokat folytatnak Hamid Karzai volt afgán elnökkel és Abdulla Abdulla volt külügyminiszterrel, a korábbi nemzeti megbékélési tanács vezetőjével. Karzai és Abdulla szerdán Anász Hakkánival, a tálib mozgalmon belül működő nagy hatalmú Hakkáni-hálózat egyik magas rangú tagjával tanácskozik.
„Amnesztiát és békés átmenetet ígértek a tálibok Afganisztánban” – ezt mondta legalábbis az iszlamista szervezet szóvivője első nemzetközi sajtótájékoztatóján kedden.

Legalább negyvenkét ember halt meg és 168-an tűntek el eddig a kolumbiai tüntetések során, amelyek április 28-án kezdődtek egy vitatott adóreform miatt – közölte a bogotái ombudsmani hivatal szerdán. Május 5-én még „csak” huszonnégy halálos áldozatról szólt a tájékoztatás, amely szerint már akkor több mint 1500 sebesültet tartottak számon.

Kolumbiában április 28-án robbantak ki tüntetések a tervezett adóreform miatt. Ivan Duque elnök ezek hatására visszavonatta a pénzügyminisztérium által előterjesztett adóreformot, de a tiltakozások folytatódtak. Az államfő kérte a kongresszust, hogy a pénzügyi bizonytalanság elkerülése végett sürgősen fogadjon el egy új, konszenzuson alapuló adócsomagot.
A kabinet a koronavírus-járvány miatt keletkezett költségvetési hiány csökkentése érdekében kényszerül átalakítani az adórendszert. A többi között mérsékelni akarta a adókedvezményeket, növelni egyes csoportok személyi jövedelemadóját, és el akarta törölni bizonyos árucikkek és szolgáltatások általános forgalmi adó alóli mentességét.

Claudia López bogotái polgármester a Twitteren azt írta, hogy „brutális” mértékben fokozódott az erőszak, harminc civil és tizenhat rendőr megsérült a demonstrációkon. „A pusztítás azt jelenti, hogy kevesebb busz fog közlekedni” – figyelmeztetett a polgármester.

A rendőrség vasárnap reggeli előzetes összesítése szerint az előző este történt összetűzésekben legalább harminc rendőr megsebesült. A kövekkel, palackokkal dobáló és kukákat borogató, gyújtogató tüntetők közül 240-et vettek őrizetbe.
A német fővárosban május 1-jén húsznál is több gyűlést, tüntetést rendeztek. A megmozdulásokon nagyjából harmincezren vettek részt. A nap közben tartott demonstrációkon nem volt nagyobb rendbontás, és a résztvevők a koronavírus-járvány miatti fertőzéshigiéniai szabályokat (maszkviselés, távolságtartás) is betartották.
A rendőröknek az utolsó tüntetésen, a szélsőbaloldali színtér Forradalmi május 1-jei tüntetés (Revolutionäre 1. Mai-Demo) elnevezésű hagyományos megmozdulásán estek neki. A rendet nagyjából éjfélre, jóval a járvány miatt bevezetett kijárási korlátozás 22 órai kezdete után sikerült helyreállítani.

Először szerdán szólították az utcára az embereket a szakszervezetek az ellen tiltakozva, hogy a kormány az adórendszer átalakításával közszolgáltatásokra és bizonyos élelmiszerekre is forgalmi adót vetne ki. Caliban voltak a legerőszakosabbak a megmozdulások. Rendbontók fosztogattak és buszokat is felgyújtottak. Carlos Camargo, Kolumbia emberi jogi ombudsmanja arról számolt be, hogy Caliban legalább hárman meghaltak, további három halálesetet pedig vizsgálnak. Bogotában és Neivában is volt egy-egy halálos áldozat. A tiltakozásokon emellett 176 civil és 216 rendőr megsérült.
Ivan Duque kolumbiai elnök szombat este bejelentette, hogy a katonaság fog segítséget nyújtani azoknak a városoknak, ahol a legrosszabb a helyzet.
Szombaton annak ellenére vonultak utcára a tiltakozók, hogy pénteken az elnök bejelentette, hogy az élelmiszerek és a rezsiköltségek megadóztatásától eláll a kormány és a jövedelemadót sem emelik. De a kabinet kitart amellett, hogy adóreformra van szükség, hogy az ország stabilizálni tudja pénzügyeit, megtartsa jelenlegi adósbesorolását, és fenntartsa a szociális juttatások szintjét.

Több mint százezren vonultak utcára szombaton a szakszervezetek felhívására a munka ünnepén a koronavírus-járvány miatti korlátozások ellenére Franciaországban.
A júniusig érvényben lévő egészségügyi rendkívüli állapot értelmében a gyülekezés csak hat főig engedélyezett, az egészségbiztonsági előírások betartása mellett ugyanakkor a tüntetéseket és a felvonulásokat engedélyezik a prefektúrák.
A szakszervezetek országszerte több mint háromszáz megmozdulást szerveztek a munkahelyek, a fizetések, a közszolgáltatások megőrzése érdekében, és a csorbuló szabadságjogok és a béke védelmében, de tiltakoztak az álláskeresés idejére biztosított állami juttatás reformja ellen is, amely július 1-én lép életbe.
Philippe Martinez, a legnagyobb szakszervezet, a CGT főtitkára emlékeztetett arra, hogy a járványhelyzet miatt tavaly elmaradt felvonulások jelentős frusztrációt okoztak, és elégedettségének adott hangot amiatt, hogy visszatértek a „jó szokások”.
A megmozdulásokon a rendőrség szerint 106 ezren, közülük Párizsban 17 ezren, a szakszervezetek szerint 170 ezren vettek részt. Két évvel ezelőtt a belügyminisztérium adatai szerint 164 ezren, a szakszervezetek szerint 310 ezren tüntettek.
Párizsban és más nagyvárosokban is a menetet hosszabb-rövidebb időre feltartóztatták a kisebb összecsapások a rendőrök és a szélsőbaloldali anarchista „black blocs” tagok között, akik közül 46 embert őrizetbe vettek még azelőtt, hogy randalírozni kezdtek volna. A nagy erőkkel biztosított felvonulások végül rendbontás nélkül értek véget.
Egy évvel az elnökválasztás előtt a baloldali pártok vezetői és potenciális elnökjelöltjei is megjelentek a felvonulásokon, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, a Lázadó Franciaország elnöke Lille-ben, míg a kommunista Fabien Roussel, a szocialista Olivier Faure és Julien Bayou, a Zöldek vezetője a fővárosban vonult fel.

Kolumbiában tízezrek vonultak utcára, hogy a kormány tervezett adóreformja ellen tüntessenek, a zavargásokba torkolló megmozdulásokon legalább két ember meghalt, további 44 megsérült, 26-ot pedig őrizetbe vettek.
Több városban mintegy 50 ezren vonultak az utcákra, hogy tiltakozzanak az adóreform ellen, amelynek célja, hogy adókedvezményeket csökkentsen, és növelje a jövedelemadót egyes csoportok esetében, illetve eltörölje az adómentességet számos áru és szolgáltatás esetében. Huszonhat embert vettek őrizetbe hat városban, közülük 19-et a fővárosban, Bogotában – tette hozzá.
A rendőrség és a kormány egyelőre nem számolt be civil áldozatokról, de a Campana Defender la Libertad nevű helyi jogvédő szervezet négy halottról és csaknem 50 sérültről tájékoztatott. Bogotában ismeretlenek megtámadták az RCN Televisión nevű kolumbiai kereskedelmi televízió és a hozzá tartozó NTN24 nemzetközi televíziós csatorna épületeit. A csatornák igazgatói közleményükben elítélték a támadást.

Tízezrek tüntettek Franciaországban és Izraelben vasárnap egy 2017-ben Párizsban elkövetett antiszemita jellegű gyilkosság perének megtartásáért. A 65 éves ortodox zsidó Sarah Halimit 2017-ben a 27 éves szomszédja, Kobili Traore súlyosan bántalmazta, majd „Allahu Akbar” kiáltással lehajította az erkélyről. A legmagasabb francia jogi szervezet, a semmítőszék április 14-én elismerte a gyilkosság antiszemita jellegét, ugyanakkor azt is kimondta, hogy nem lehet per az ügyben, miután az elmeorvos-szakértők szerint a kábítószert fogyasztó elkövető a gyilkosságot „delíriumos roham” hatására követte el, és ezért nem vonható felelősségre a tettéért. A férfi a gyilkosság óta pszichiátriai kezelés alatt áll egy kórházban. A semmítőszék a párizsi fellebbviteli bíróság 2019-es döntését hagyta jóvá, amely kimondta, hogy az elkövető beszámíthatatlan, és ezért elrendelte a legalább húszéves kórházi gyógykezelését.
A vasárnapi párizsi tüntetést a Lépjünk fel Sarah Halimiért elnevezésű egyesület szervezte, s a megmozduláson mintegy 20 ezren vettek részt, kezükben „Igazságszolgáltatás nélkül nincs köztársaság”, „Igazságot Sarah Haliminek”, „Nincs jog igazságszolgáltatás nélkül” feliratú táblákat tartva a magasba.
„A kiáltás meghallatszott, a remény visszatért. A remény ti vagytok” – mondta a tömeg előtt a megölt nő testvére, William Attal.
A tüntetésen közéleti emberek, művészek és televíziós személyiségek is kifejezték szolidaritásukat Sarah Halimi hozzátartozóinak, és a törvény megváltoztatását követelték üzeneteikben, amelyeket egy óriáskivetítőn olvashatott a tömeg. A párizsi megmozduláson jelen volt többek között Anne Hidalgo párizsi főpolgármester is. Hasonló jellegű megmozdulást tartottak más francia városokban (Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Marseille) is. Tel-Avivban is több százan gyűltek össze a francia nagykövetség előtt, ahol izraeli képviselők fejezték ki szolidaritásukat a megölt nő családjának és a franciaországi zsidó közösségnek.
Emmanuel Macron egy hétfőn megjelent interjúban sürgette a francia jogszabályok megváltoztatását. Korábban, 2020 januárjában, jeruzsálemi látogatásán úgy fogalmazott, hogy szükségesnek tartja a per megtartását. Akkor a legjelentősebb francia bírák arra figyelmeztették az államfőt, hogy az ő dolga nem a véleményezés, hanem az igazságszolgáltatás függetlenségének szavatolása.
Eric Dupond-Moretti igazságügyi miniszter vasárnap megerősítette, hogy a büntetőjogi felelősségről szóló új törvényjavaslatot május végén megvitatja a kormány, és a parlament a nyár végén szavazhat róla. A módosítás azt a jogi hiányt orvosolná, amely a jelenlegi jogszabály alapján lehetőséget teremt arra, hogy a szándékos kábítószer-fogyasztást elfogadja a beszámíthatatlanság okaként. A franciaországi zsidó közösség több képviselője is azt javasolta, hogy az új törvényt Sarah Halimiről nevezzék el.
