A csapi határőregység munkatársai sikeresen megakadályoztak egy újabb csempészakciót április 20-án, az ukrán–szlovák határ közelében.
Az eset az ungvári járási Őrdarmán történt, a két tettes egy drónra felfüggesztve próbálta meg átjuttatni az illegális dohányárut a határ túloldalára. A határőrök a terület átvizsgálása közben rátaláltak mind a drónra, mind a távirányítóra, továbbá egy laptopra és egy BMW típusú járműre is.
A helyszínre kiérkezett a nemzeti rendőrség is, a hatóságoknak a csempészeket is sikerült előállítani.

Két illegális bevándorlót tartóztattak le a határőrök 500 méterre az ukrán–magyar határvonaltól. A férfiaknál nem voltak személyazonosságot igazoló okmányok.
A határőröket egy tiszasalamoni lakos értesítette a gyanús személyekről, akik a Kijev–Csap autóút mentén haladtak a Magyarország felé. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkeztek a hatóságok, a migránsok azt állították, hogy Palesztínából és Marokkóból érkeztek.

A szerkezetre az ungvári járási Bátfán, a határvonaltól két kilométerre bukkantak rá. A helyszínre kiérkezett a rendőrség, akik lefoglalták a tárgyi bizonyítékot.
Az ügyben eljárás indult, a vizsgálatok folynak. A „repülőgép” tulajdonosait még nem sikerült azonosítani, a hasonló jellegű szerkezeteket cigarettacsempészés céljából használják.

Többezer csempészcigarettát fedeztek fel a szlovák vámosok egy ukrán kamionban a Felsőnémeti–Ungvár határátkelőnél.
A teherszállítmány Csehországba tartott, azonban a határőrök kutyája a jármű vizsgálata közben szimatot fogott. A tehergépkocsiban több mint 700 ezer doboz cigarettára bukkantak, melynek csupán a vámkezeléséért és az utána járó adóért 115 600 eurót kellet fizetni.

A csapi határőregység dolgozói a napokban letartóztattak egy személyt, aki törvénytelen úton próbált meg országunk területére jutni.
Az ukrán hatóságokat a szlovák kollégák értesítették, miszerint térfigyelő kameráikon észleltek egy személyt, aki Ukrajna felé tart. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett a határőrség, nyomkereső kutyákkal. Rövid időn belül rátaláltak az említett személyre, akit csak figyelmeztető lövésekkel sikerült megállítani.
Mint kiderült, a férfi Azerbajdzsánból érkezett. Az ügyben eljárás indult, a férfire adminisztratív felelősségre vonás vár.

A csapi határőregység munkatársai január 25-én, az esti órákban egy csapat menekültre bukkantak az ukrán–szlovák határátkelőnél, Ungváron.
Az illegális bevándorlókról a riasztó adott jelzést a határőrségnek. A hatósági munkatársak ezt követően egy nyomkereső kutya segítségével bukkantak a hat ázsiai származású személyre: négy férfire, egy nőre és egy kilencéves gyerekre, akik az erdőben próbáltak elbújni a határőrök elől.
A migránsok rendelkeztek iráni útlevéllel, kihallgatásuk során elárulták, hogy az Európai Unió egyik országába szerettek volna eljutni.
A határsértőket letartóztatták, jelenleg a határőregységi hivatal épületében tartózkodnak, további sorsukról a bíróság dönt majd.
