Személyazonosító igazolvány nélkül ment ki az utcára egy férfi karantén idején a vörös járványügyi besorolású Szumi megyei Hmiliv községben, ezért a bíróság 17 ezer hrivnya büntetést szabott ki rá – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál pénteken a Bírósági Döntések Egységes Jegyzékére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az illetőt november 1-jén állították meg a rendőrök, hogy igazolja magát, de nem volt nála semmilyen igazolvány. A hatóság a férfit bíróságra adta, amely november 8-án tárgyalta az ügyét. A Romeni Városi-járási Bíróság 17 ezer hrivnya büntetést szabott ki rá a karantén-szabályok megsértése miatt. A bírság összegén kívül be kell fizetnie 454 hrivnya illetéket is, de 10 napon belül fellebbezhet a döntés ellen.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy a kormány karanténrendelete értelmében az állampolgárok nem tartózkodhatnak nyilvános helyen vagy közterületen a következő személyazonosításra alkalmas okmány valamelyike nélkül: személyigazolvány, állampolgárságot vagy speciális státuszt igazoló okmány, hajléktalan nyilvántartásba vételéről szóló igazolvány, Ukrajnában benyújtott menedékjogi kérelemről szóló igazolás.

A Google amerikai informatikai nagyvállalatot kétmillió rubel, a Telegram üzenetküldő szolgáltatást pedig négymillió rubel pénzbírságra ítélték Oroszországban, mivel nem töröltek a hatóságok által kifogásolt tartalmakat – jelentette az Interfax hétfőn az illetékes moszkvai bíróságra hivatkozva.
Az utóbbi hónapokban ismételten elmarasztaltak külföldi technocégeket, közöttük a Facebookot, a Twittert és a TikTokot. Az orosz hatóságok egyebek között azzal vádolják az internetes szolgáltatókat, hogy nem távolítják el következetesen a hatóságilag nem engedélyezett tüntetésekkel kapcsolatos felhívásokat, valamint a gyermekpornográfiát tartalmazó bejegyzéseket.
Jogvédők viszont azt vetik a hatóságok szemére, hogy így akarják elnyomni a szabad internetet Oroszországban.
Novemberrel bezárólag hivatalos információk szerint összességében több mint 180 millió rubel bírságot vetettek ki az orosz hatóságok. Egy törvényszéki szóvivőre hivatkozva az orosz sajtó még szeptemberben arról számolt be, hogy a vállalatok nagy része nem fizette ki a bírságokat.

Rasszista sértés miatt elítélték a Valeurs Actuelles című ultrakonzervatív francia hetilapot szerdán Párizsban, amiért 2020. augusztusban rabszolgaként ábrázolt egy fekete bőrű képviselőnőt.
Daniele Obono A lapigazgató Erik Monjaloust, a szerkesztőségvezető Geoffroy Lejeune-t és a cikkszerző Laurent Jullient 1500 eurós pénzbírságra ítélte a bíróság, valamint 5 ezer eurós kártérítés megfizetésére kötelezte a sértett számára.
A hetilap egy hétoldalas szöveget közölt, amelyben a lap magyarázata szerint Daniele Obono radikális baloldali képviselőnő „megtapasztalja az afrikaiak felelősségét a rabszolgaság borzalmaiban”. A cikket illusztráló rajzokon a fekete bőrű párizsi politikust láncra vert rabszolgaként ábrázolják. A lap azt állította, hogy egy olyan politikai fikcióról van szó, amely arra kívánta ráirányítani a figyelmet, hogy az afrikaiak milyen módon vettek részt a 18. században a rabszolgaság
megszervezésében.
A lap 2020 nyarán egy olyan politikai fikciós sorozatot közölt, amelyben kortárs francia közéleti személyiségeket egy adott történelmi múltba helyezték. Francois Fillon volt jobboldali miniszterelnököt, aki a 2017-es elnökválasztáson egy sikkasztási ügy kirobbanása miatt maradt alul, a forradalmi törvényszék előtt képzelte a cikkszerző, míg Eric Zemmour jobboldali politikai újságíró Napóleon tanácsadójaként tűnt fel a waterlooi csatában.
A Daniele Obonoról szóló történetben a politikus a 18. században „az ősi kontinensen” jelent meg, ahol az őt befogadó törzs eladta rabszolga-kereskedőknek, akik maguk is afrikaiak voltak. A történet végén a fekete politikus egy francia misszionáriusnak köszönhetően menekül meg a halál elöl.
A publikációt elítélte a teljes francia politikai elit, Emmanuel Macron államfő személyesen felhívta Daniele Obonót, hogy támogatásáról biztosítsa, és jelezte, hogy a rasszizmus minden formáját határozottan elítéli.
A június végi meghallgatásukon a lap munkatársai elmondták: arra kívánták ráirányítani a figyelmet a politikai szatírában, hogy a radikális baloldali párt, amelyhez a képviselőnő tartozik, tagadja az afrikaiak által az afrikaiakkal szemben gyakorolt rabszolgatartást, de sajnálatukat fejezték ki amiatt, hogy az írás polémia tárgya lett.

A jelentés szerint a Velikobahacsinszki Járási Bíróság 50 800 hrivnya pénzbírság megfizetésére kötelezte gépkocsivezetői jogosítványának 10 évre történő ismételt bevonásával Kosztyantin Piszarenkót, akit 4 év alatt 14-szer kaptak ittas vezetésen a rendőrök. A korábbi bírságok közül a férfi egyet sem fizetett be.
A hírportál szerint Piszarenko 2012 óta rendszeresen vezetett ittasan. Három év alatt többször is elkapták, amikor alkoholos befolyásoltság alatt mopedet vezetett, 2014-ben pedig kábítószerrel való visszaélés miatt 3 év börtönre ítélték. 2017-es szabadulása után 13-szor állították meg ittas vezetés közben, 12-szer vonták be 10 évre a jogosítványát, de egyetlen bírságot sem fizetett ki. Legutóbb, 14. alkalommal idén augusztus 24-én kapták ittas vezetésen egy VAZ 21011 személygépkocsi volánjánál.

Tizennégymillió rubel (190 000 dollár) bírsággal sújtotta a Google amerikai informatikai nagyvállalatot kedden egy moszkvai bíróság, mert a cég nem távolított el általuk tiltottnak talált tartalmakat.
A bíróság azt közölte, hogy öt közigazgatási szabálysértésben találták vétkesnek a Google vállalatot.
Ez nem az első alkalom, hogy megbírságolták az informatikai céget Oroszországban. Nemrég három közigazgatási szabálysértés miatt 9,5 millió rubel bírságot állapított meg az illetékes bíróság szintén azért, mert a vállalat elmulasztott az orosz jogszabályok által tiltott tartalmakat törölni. További hárommillió rubel büntetést pedig amiatt szabtak ki, hogy nem tett eleget a felhasználói adatbázisok oroszországi lokalizálására vonatkozó követelménynek.
A nagyvállalatra eddig összesen 26,5 millió rubel bírságot róttak ki.
Az orosz tömegtájékoztatási és távközlési felügyelet (Roszkomnadzor) korábban közölte, hogy a Google tulajdonában lévő YouTube videómegosztó oldalról nem távolítottak el nagyjából ötezer kifogásolt felvételt, amelyek a többi között a koronavírussal kapcsolatos hamis információkat tartalmaztak. A Roszkomnadzor szerint a YouTube üzemeltetői a felhívások ellenére sem tettek eleget ezen tartalmak törlésének.

A brazil Maranhão állam kormánya május 21-én, pénteken megbírságolta Jair Bolsonaro elnököt, mert Asilandia városában egy gyűlés során tömeg alakult ki és az elnökön nem volt védőmaszk, számolt be az Infobae.
A bírságot a Maranhão állam Egészségügyi főosztálya szabta ki, mert Bolsonaro nem tartotta be a maszk viseléséről szóló határozatot, és „több mint 100 ember gyülekezését okozta a higiéniai szabályok betartása nélkül”.
Az elnök részvételével zajló akcióra azok után került sor, hogy a koronavírus „indiai” törzse általi fertőzés hat esetét erősítették meg a régióban.
A Brazíliában a járvány kezdete óta több mint 16 millió ember esett át a koronavírus fertőzésen. A vírus okozta halálos esetek száma pedig több mint 448 ezer.
