Odessza megyében egy férfi megverte kilenchónapos fiát, mert felébresztette a gyerek sírása – jelentette a TSZN a megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva február 26-án, hétfőn.
Mint kiderült, az eset a Berezivkai járásban történt. Az anya jelentette a rendőrségen, hogy élettársa megverte a kisfiát.
A rendfenntartók utóbb megállapították, hogy a férfi éjszaka a gyerek sírására ébredt. Odalépett a fiúhoz, és tenyerével többször a combjára ütött. A gyerek édesanyja felébredt és igyekezett megfékezni élettársát, de az ujjaival megragadta a gyerek arcát és megszorította. A férfi utóbb elmondta a rendőröknek, hogy így próbálta „megnyugtatni” a gyereket.
Később az orvosok megvizsgálták a csecsemőt, s zúzódásokat találtak az arcán és a combján.
„A Berezivkai Körzeti Ügyészség eljárási felügyelete mellett az érintettet könnyű testi sértés okozásával vádoltuk meg” – mondta el Karina Irincsuk, a rendőrség berezivkai járási osztályának vezető nyomozója. Hozzátette: a Büntetőtörvénykönyv 125. cikkelyének 1. pontja értelmében a cselekmény 850 hrivnya pénzbírsággal vagy kétszáz óráig terjedő közmunkával vagy egy évig terjedő javítómunkával büntetendő.

Az eset az ungvári járási Turjavágáson történt. A rendőrség letartóztatott egy 47 éves nőt, aki egy vita közben halálos sérülést okozott 49 éves élettársának.
Az eset december 5-én hajnalban történt, a hatóságokat az egészségügyi dolgozók értesítették, akik a helyszínre kiérkezve már csak a halál beálltát tudták megállapítani, nem sikerült megmenteniük az áldozat életét.
Rövid időn belül az operatív csoport is megérkezett, akik előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték a nőt. Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.

A beregszászi járási rendőrkapitányság munkatársai letartóztattak egy 31 éves helyi lakost, akit azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy megerőszakolta élettársa 10 éves kislányát.
A hatóságokhoz október 18-án érkezett bejelentés a történtekről az áldozat 32 éves édesanyjától. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett az operatív csoport, s letartóztatták a 31 éves mostohaapát.
Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, a tettes akár 15 év börtönbüntetésre is számíthat.

A técsői járási rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított egy 31 éves férfi ellen, aki meggyilkolta 24 éves élettársát.
A hatóságokhoz bejelentés érkezett egy 31 éves tiszakirvai férfitől, aki elmondta, hogy holtan talált rá élettársára. A helyszínre azonnal kiérkezett az operatív csoport, akik megállapították, hogy a fiatal nő erőszakos halál következtében vesztette életét.
A bizonyítékok alapján a hatóságok arra a következtetésre jutottak, hogy a tettes maga a hölgy büntetett előéletű élettársa. Kiderült, hogy a tragédia napján mindketten alkoholt fogyasztottak, s vitába keveredtek. Ekkor a férfi kést ragadt és halálosan megsebesítette az áldozatot.
A tettest előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték, az ügyben folyik az eljárás, a gyilkosra 15 év börtönbüntetés is várhat.

Az eset 2018-ban történt. A férfi az utcán támadt rá a nőre, több szúrt sebet is ejtett a testén. A nő még körülbelül 400 métert tett meg, ez követően összeesett és a helyszínen életét vesztette. Ugyanebben az évben a férfi egy lopást is elkövetett a helyi piacon, majd pedig meggyilkolta saját anyját is – 27 késszúrással.
A bíróság 15 év börtönbüntetésre ítélte, fellebbezés lehetősége nélkül. A hírt a megyei ügyészség sajtószolgálata közölte.

Az egyik vita során a fiú megölte apját és anyját. A harkivi lakos egy konyhakéssel számos sebet ejtett szülein. Az anya a helyszínen meghalt. A harkivi Szlobodai kerületi ügyészség jóváhagyta és megküldte a bíróságnak a vádiratot, a 33 éves férfit két személy ellen elkövetett szándékos emberöléssel vádolják.
