Állatkínzás miatt indított eljárást a rendőrség egy 43 éves férfi ellen, aki a Huszti járásban egy fémrúddal halálra verte a szomszéd kutyáját. Az ügyben jelenleg is tart a nyomozás – közölte a Huszti Járási Rendőrkapitányság.
Április 30-án este a rendőrség az internetes tartalmak monitorozása során bukkant egy videóra, amelyen az elkövető fémrúddal halálos sérüléseket okoz az állatnak.
A nyomozók gyorsan azonosították az elkövetőt, és kiderült, hogy a történteket két kiskorú unokaöccse is végignézte. Az ügy hátterében az áll, hogy a szomszéd kutyája egy házilag készített csapdába esett, és nem tudott kiszabadulni. A férfi ezt kihasználva fémrúddal többször megütötte az állatot, amely belehalt sérüléseibe.
Az elkövetőt akár 8 év szabadságvesztés is fenyegeti.

A helyi rendőrséghez információ érkezett arról, hogy a férfi megfosztotta feleségét a szabadságától. A nyomozók a helyszínre érkezve a konyhában találták a nőt, kikötözve. A nyomozók kiderítették, hogy ez az állapot már közel két hete tart.
A rendőrök azonnal kiszabadították a sértettet, elsősegélyben részesítették és jegyzőkönyvbe vették az eseményt. Az ügyben folynak a vizsgálatok.

Halálos közlekedési baleset történt a Huszti járásban, Vízközön. A baleset során egy 62 éves sofőr Fiat típusú személygépkocsijával elütött egy 74 éves kerékpárost, aki ugyanabba az irányba haladt. Az ütközés következtében a kerékpáros a helyszínen életét vesztette.
A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a sofőr figyelmen kívül hagyta az útviszonyokat, és elütötte a helyi lakost. Az autós vérében mutattak ki alkoholt, tehát józan állapotban vezetett. Az ügyben büntetőeljárás indult, és a baleset minden körülményének feltárására szakértői vizsgálatokat rendeltek el.
A nyomozás jelenleg is folyamatban van.

Április 24-én 10 óra 11 perckor érkezett bejelentés a tűzoltósághoz a huszti járásbeli Kovácsrét (Kusnicja) településről, hogy a Rakov utcában kigyulladt egy gazdasági épület. A helyszínre az Ilosvai Városi 15. Számú Állami Tűzoltó- és Mentőegység, a Dolhai Tűzoltó-mentőállomás, valamint a kovácsréti helyi tűzoltók vonultak ki.
A helyszínen kiderült, hogy a temető területén égett a szemét, és a lángok átterjedtek egy kis méretű fémkonténerre, amelyben a temetőfenntartó berendezéseket és eszközöket tárolták.
A tüzet 10 óra 44 percre lokalizálták, 10 óra 56 perckor pedig 20 négyzetméteres területen teljesen eloltották, így a lángok nem tudták teljesen ellepni a melléképületet. A tűz okának megállapítása folyamatban van. A felszámolásban hét tűzoltó és három tűzoltóautó vett részt.

A napokban bejelentés érkezett a tűzoltóságra, miszerint tűz ütött ki egy lakóházban a huszti járási Szeklencén. A tűzről a helyi lakosok értesítették a mentőszolgálatot, a tűzoltók érkezése előtt megpróbálták saját erejükből megfékezni a lángokat vödrökkel és poroltó készülékekkel.
A helyszínre a 14. számú állami tűzoltó alakulat érkezett ki, akik a lakóház padlásterében találtak rá a tűz forrására.
A tüzet sikerült rövid időn belül lokalizálni, majd pedig teljesen eloltani. A lángok a ház tetőszerkezetében, háztartási tárgyakban, valamint a falak egy részén okoztak kárt. A tűz valószínű oka rövidzárlat volt.

A helyszínre a helyi, valamint az ilosvai tűzoltó- és mentőszolgálat munkatársai érkeztek ki.
A tűzoltók sajnálatos módon az egyik szobában megtalálták a ház tulajdonosának holttestét, aki 1944-ben született.
A tragédia körülményeit és a tűz keletkezésének okát jelenleg vizsgálják.

A napokban a Huszti Járási Rendőrkapitányság munkatársai bíróság által engedélyezett házkutatásokat végeztek két kábítószer-bűncselekménnyel gyanúsított személyeknél – egy huszti és egy viski lakosnál. Az utóbbi személy korábban már büntetve volt kábítószerrel kapcsolatos bűncselekmények miatt.
A házkutatások során a rendőrök mintegy 100 gramm marihuánát, kenderszárakat, mérlegeket, kendermagokkal töltött tasakokat foglaltak le. A lefoglalt tárgyakat a rendőrök szakértői vizsgálatra küldték.
Az ügyben folynak a vizsgálatok.

Február 25-én, 21:23-kor érkezett a tűzoltósághoz a bejelentés, miszerint tűz ütött ki egy fából készült nyári konyhában és disznóólban a huszti járási Mogyoróson.
A tűzoltók kiérkezése előtt a lángok elérték a tetőburkolatot és a tetőszerkezet faborítását, 50 m² területen. A tűzoltók jól koordinált munkájának köszönhetően a tüzet 25 perc alatt sikerült lokalizálni, kis idő elteltével pedig teljesen eloltották.
A tűz keletkezésének okát jelenleg vizsgálják.
