У Литві неподалік від Клайпеди повітряна куля втратила керування і впала на будинки, постраждали семеро людей.

Інцидент стався ввечері у неділю у Шилутському районі, що південніше Клайпеди неподалік кордону з Калінінградською областю.
Близько 20:30 повітряна куля з сімома людьми втратила керування і почала знижуватися над селом, зачіпаючи будинки та обриваючи лінії електропередач, доки врешті застрягла в деревах.

Пасажирів та пілота, загалом 7 людей віком від 15 до 61 року, госпіталізували з травмами різної тяжкості, двоє з них у реанімації.

Спілка поляків Литви організувала в суботу у Вільнюсі марш, у якому взяли участь близько тисячі осіб, висловлюючи невдоволення станом справ у школах національних меншин.

Хода розпочалася біля будівлі Сейму на майдані Незалежності та завершилася на майдані Сімонаса Даукантаса, поряд із президентським палацом, де пройшов мітинг.
Організатори заявили, що в Литві послідовно проводять „радикальну реформу шкіл національних меншин”. Спілка поляків розкритикувала пропозицію Міністерства освіти, науки і спорту поступово збільшувати кількість уроків литовської мови і використання литовської мови в школах національних меншин.
Вона назвала ці пропозиції змінами, які „обов’язкову мову національних меншин за рішенням шкільної ради можуть зробити необов’язковою”.
„Нині в публічному просторі триває дискусія про майбутнє шкіл національних меншин. Найгірше – невизначеність, з якою стикаються учні, їхні батьки та вчителі цих шкіл. Вони побоюються за своє майбутнє і майбутнє своїх шкіл, а новий навчальний рік зовсім не вселяє оптимізму”, – заявила організація.
Учасники ходи несли прапори і плакати із критикою уряду за становище шкіл національних меншин. У натовпі можна було побачити прапори політичної партії Виборча акція поляків Литви – Союз християнських сімей. В акції брали участь члени цієї партії, зокрема голова Вальдемар Томашевський.
Міністр освіти, науки і спорту Гінтаутас Якштас заявив агентству BNS, що подібними акціями „політики просто сіють тривогу і маніпулюють, переслідуючи власні цілі”.
„Наміру закривати школи мовами національних громад немає, умови навчання також не погіршаться. Не ухвалено жодного рішення, яке могло б погіршити становище шкіл, де ведеться навчання мовами національних спільнот.
Наразі йдуть дискусії про те, що необхідно більше викладати литовською мовою, особливо в дошкільній та початковій освіті. Однак це не планується робити на шкоду освіті рідною мовою”, – заявив міністр напередодні акції протесту.
Неурядова організація „Український дім” дистанціювалась від акції польської меншини. За її твердженням, організатори мітингу не узгоджували своїх виступів із будь-якою українською громадою, хоча й наголошували на проблемах освіти у дітей українських біженців, які проживають у Литві.

Польські фермери влаштували протест на кордоні з Литвою у п’ятницю, 1 березня. Так вони висловилися проти імпорту українського зерна через балтійську країну.
Невеликі групи осіб із транспарантами та польськими прапорами разом із митниками перевіряли вантажівки, які перетинали кордон з Литви. Це відбувалося на пункті пропуску Будзіско.
Польські фермери вважають, що частина українського зерна, яке завозиться до Литви, пізніше реекспортується до інших країн як європейське.
За їхніми словами, документи нібито змінюють у Литві та Латвії, після чого продукція розповсюджується Європою як європейський продукт.
— Я думаю, що люди, які організовують такі заходи, помиляються, і це призводить до певної ескалації та деяких проблем, логістичних проблем між європейськими країнами, тому це досить сумно, – сказав голова Литовського національного центру управління кризовими ситуаціями Вільмантас Віткаускас.
Він додав, що немає жодного комерційного сенсу привозити українське зерно до Литви, а потім реекспортувати його в інші країни.

Перший литовський доброволець, який воює на боці України проти РФ, загинув у п’ятницю, коли російський безпілотник влучив у автомобіль із ним.
Про це повідомляє „Європейська правда” з посиланням на LRT.
Керівник інструкторської місії Gyvačių Sala (Острів Зміїний) Сигітас Маляускас підтвердив загибель литовця.
За його словами, загиблий – 43-річний Тадас Тумас. Як повідомляється, у чоловіка залишилися дружина і двоє дітей у Литві.
Литовський міністр оборони Арвідас Анушаускас також підтвердив, що отримав інформацію про загибель литовця в Україні.
„Ця інформація дійшла до посольства Литви у Києві і до нас. За попередньою інформацією, він загинув під Бахмутом, але ніяких інших обставин не повідомляється”, – сказав міністр.
Литовський доброволець служив у 92-й бригаді Збройних сил України. Він служив трохи більше трьох місяців.
„За фахом він був мінометником. Але, як це часто буває в бойових діях, виконував різні обов’язки”, – розповів Маляускас.
За його словами, Тумас і ще один солдат, який також загинув внаслідок атаки російського безпілотника, перевозили міни на лінію фронту під Бахмутом.

У Литві низка депутатів Сейму у середу, 20 вересня, отримали електронні листи із погрозами, які були підписані „білоруським батальйоном „Терор”.
Про це розповів у коментарі Delfi голова парламентського Комітету з нацбезпеки та оборони Лаурінас Кащюнас, повідомляє „Європейська правда”.
За його словами, листи передані відповідним службам.
Частина депутатів отримали листи з назвою „Ольга Карач”. Це ім’я білоруської активістки, яку нещодавно у Литві визнали загрозою нацбезпеці країни, оскільки є інформація про її співпрацю з російською розвідкою.
„Нам стало відомо, що ви ухвалили рішення не надавати політичний притулок нашій очільниці та білоруській правозахисниці Ользі Карач…Тому ми поспішаємо повідомити вас, що якщо рішення щодо Карач не буде змінено, ми вживемо радикальних заходів проти вас і ваших сімей”, – ідеться в листі, отриманому депутатами.
Також зазначається, що на сайті заснованої Карач організації „Наш дім” менше ніж місяць тому писали про фільм, створений білоруською пропагандою, у якому її звинуватили в заснуванні та фінансуванні полку „Терор” – дивізії білоруських добровольців, що воюють за Україну.

Російський лейтенант Іван Корольов нелегально перейшов кордон Литви, зумів дістатися до Вільнюса і був затриманий оперативниками литовської прикордонної служби на вільнюському автовокзалі 10 серпня.

Після затримання у Вільнюсі військовослужбовця повернули на прикордонний КПП, де він перебував ще добу.
Військовослужбовець проходив службу у військовій частині 59313-39 це „Об’єднане стратегічне командування Східного військового округу”. У звичайний час ця частина дислокується в селищі Тейсин Хабаровського краю.
„3 серпня я прийняв рішення покинути Російську Федерацію у зв’язку з тим, що не хотів брати участь у кровопролитній війні, яку розв’язала моя держава. Наразі я перебуваю в Республіці Литва, де попросив політичного притулку”, – сказав Іван Корольов.
„Я брав участь у СВО, але перебував увесь цей час на території Російської Федерації. На території України я не був, – стверджує офіцер. – Ми займалися забезпеченням російських військ боєприпасами. Ми приймали боєприпаси з усієї Росії, з усіх частин, з усіх арсеналів і розподіляли їх бригадам, частинам безпосередньо в Україну”.
Заява від офіцера-артилериста, який був „заступником начальника складу обліково-операційного відділення польового артилерійського складу”, 11 серпня була прийнята до розгляду, після чого його відправили до міграційного центру в Пабраде, де він перебуватиме, доки литовська влада розглядатиме його заяву.
Служба охорони державного кордону (СОДК) наразі розслідує обставини прибуття дезертира до Литви і не уточнює, чи в’їхав Корольов у країну нелегально, через державний кордон або через інші держави Шенгенської угоди. За даними TV3, офіцер опинився в Литві вдруге – раніше йому відмовили як нелегальному мігранту. СОДК поки що не підтвердила такої інформації.

Поліція Латвії затримала 26 осіб у зв’язку зі святкуванням 9 травня, відкрила 38 проваджень у справах про адміністративні правопорушення та чотири кримінальні провадження.

Найбільшу кількість справ про адміністративні правопорушення 9 травня було порушено в Ризькому регіоні – загалом 22. Також в адміністративному порядку в Ризькому регіоні затримали 21 особу.
Найчастішими правопорушеннями у вівторок були покладання квітів, зокрема із забороненими символами, у місцях, де раніше були демонтовані радянські пам’ятники, а також використання символів воєнної агресії, таких як георгіївські стрічки, в інших громадських місцях.
Також було порушено справи про адміністративні правопорушення за непокору законним вимогам співробітників поліції, перебування в громадському місці в стані алкогольного сп’яніння та інші правопорушення.
У вівторок увечері було затримано кількох осіб, яких притягнуть до відповідальності у зв’язку з використанням піротехнічних виробів.
За використання феєрверків, які заборонені 9 і 10 травня, загрожує штраф на суму до 350 євро для фізичних осіб і 1400 євро для юридичних осіб.

У Литві тривають протести фермерів з вимогою більш вигідних закупівельних цін на молоко, в рамках яких деякі роздають його безкоштовно, а деякі демонстративно виливають; друга форма протесту викликала неоднозначну реакцію.
Про це повідомляє LRT, пише „Європейська правда”.
На акціях, які проводять перед молокозаводами й супермаркетами, учасники стоять з плакатами і встановлюють „хрести” своєму бізнесу, деякі фермери роздають молоко безкоштовно. Як коментують окремі учасники, ціна знизилася на 50% і ферми через це опинилися на межі банкрутства.
Інші учасники протестів виливають молоко у полях, деякі кажуть, що вилили вже кілька тонн.
Така форма протесту викликала неоднозначну реакцію – критики вважають, що краще було би передавати це молоко на благодійність, аніж просто змарнувати; інші кажуть, що кожен має право сам обрати форму протесту, тому що перевезення цистерни з молоком для роздачі – це також додаткові витрати; дехто вважає, що варто було би виливати молоко „не у канави, а перед Сеймом, аби посадовці краще побачили проблему”.
Підприємці, які займаються переробкою молока, пояснюють, що змушені були знизити закупівельні ціни через зниження експортної ціни готового продукту.
Міністерство сільського господаства обіцяє внести зміни до законодавства, аби у фермерів були кращі переговорні позиції.
Також є думки, що фермерам варто було би проявляти більше ініціативи та об’єднуватися у кооперативи, щоб було зручніше працювати із переробниками, але мало хто готовий витрачати на це зусилля.

Вибух на магістральному газопроводі Литві в п’ятницю, 13 січня, стався через технічні проблеми. Диверсію виключено.
Про це повідомляє РБК-Україна з посиланням на Литовське національне телебачення.
Генеральний директор підприємства Amber Grid, оператора газових мереж Литви Нямунас Бікнюс заявив, що первинний огляд свідчить, що швидше за все мала місце технологічна аварія.
За його словами, не виключено, було пошкоджено один із швів на місці стику труб.
Бальчюнас також заявив, що за попередніми даними, версію диверсії можна виключити.
„Я не думаю, що це якісь навмисні дії, я думаю, що це нещасний випадок”, – сказав він.
Після вибуху на газопроводі і пожежі було евакуйовано близько 80 жителів села Валакеляй, але в ніч на суботу вони вже повернулися додому.
„На мою думку, небезпеки немає, оскільки засувки газопроводу закручені з обох боків, а це означає, що в трубах немає тиску, і небезпеки я не вбачаю”, – сказав директор адміністрації Пасвальськог самоврядування о Повілас Бальчюнас.

У Пасвальському районі Литви вибухнув магістральний газопровід Amber Grid, яким газ транспортується до Латвії. Спочатку полум’я досягло висоти 50 м, але до 19:00 (час збігається з київським) пожежу було локалізовано.
Про це повідомляє Укрінформ із посиланням на литовського мовника LRT.
У зв’язку з інцидентом було евакуйовано село Валакеле, яке розташоване за 500-700 метрів від газопроводу. Наразі інформації про постраждалих немає. Зафіксовано спад викиду газу. Що стало причиною вибуху та пожежі наразі не відомо.
Як повідомляє латвійський мовник LSM, оператор транспортування та зберігання природного газу Conexus Baltic Grid заявив, що газопостачання в Латвії не порушено, оскільки воно здійснюється з Інчукалнського сховища (Латвія). Фахівці Conexus стежитимуть за інформацією з Литви.
За даними моніторингу Conexus, трубопровід з Литви – єдиний, яким до Латвії до аварії надходив газ. Цей обсяг становив приблизно 60-60 ГВт-годин на добу. У свою чергу, в сховищі в Інчукалнсі запас становить близько 11 тис. ГВт-годин.
Як випливає з оперативних даних асоціації операторів європейських газових мереж GIE, останніми днями вхідний потік з Литви дозволяв мінімально відбирати газ з Інчукалнса: запаси у сховищі скорочувалися на 0,05% на добу.
