A nyomozás adatai szerint a „Pivdennij” kikötő egykori kapitánya 2019. november 02-a és 22-ke közötti időszakban nem tette meg a szükséges és a jogszabályban előírt intézkedéseket, nem értékelte megfelelően a rendkívüli helyzet kialakulásának veszélyét a műszakilag hibás hajó kapcsán, amely a szükséges dokumentumok és a legénység megfelelő létszámánál kevesebb személyzettel átlépte Ukrajna államhatárát, közölte az Odessza Megyei Ügyészség sajtószolgálata.
Ezen okok miatt 2019. november 22-én a teherszállító tartályhajó a Fekete-tenger a „Pivdennij” kikötő vizeiben, viharos körülmények között leszakadt a horgonyról, elsodródott, és az odesszai Delfin strand közelében zátonyra futott. Emiatt a kőolaj szivárogni kezdett.
A kapitány munkaköri feladatai teljesítésének mulasztását követően az Ukrajna Tengeri Kikötők Igazgatóság állami vállalatot a baleset következményeinek lokalizálása és megszüntetése érdekében végzett mentési műveletei során több mint 7 millió hrivnya kár érte, beleértve a kiszivárgott kőolaj és szennyező anyagokat.
A „Pivdennij” kikötő egykori kapitányával ismertették a vele szembeni vádakat – hivatali gondatlanság gyanúja, amely súlyos következményekhez vezetett (Ukrajna Büntető törvénykönyve 367. cikkelyének 2. része).
A gyanúsított két évtől öt évig terjedő szabadságvesztésre számíthat, 3 évig nem tölthet be bizonyos tisztségeket

Nyomozást indított a szlovák rendőrség egy férfi halálának az ügyében, akinek a holttestét Lučatín községnél (Besztercebányai járás) találták meg a Garam folyóban.
Egy társaság a folyón csónakázott, amikor egy sekélyebb részen egy férfi holttestére lettek figyelmesek a vízben. Amikor közelebb értek, a vártnál is borzalmasabb látvány fogadta őket – a holttestnek hiányzott a feje.
A testet a tűzoltók húzták ki a partra, a rendőrség lezárta a környéket és rögzítette a nyomokat. Mivel a közelben vasúti sínek húzódnak, a rendőrség lassította a vasúti forgalmat. A tűzoltók csónakkal kutatták át a folyópartot a fej után kutatva, amit aztán több méterre a helyszíntől meg is találtak. Az illető személyazonossága ismeretlen.
Egyelőre nem tisztázott, hogy a férfi milyen körülmények között vesztette életét, a halál pontos okának kiderítése érdekében törvényszéki boncolást rendeltek el. A rendőrség halálokozás ügyében indított eljárást.

A lengyelországi Wroclaw városában a detoxikálóban meghalt egy ukrán állampolgár, akit a rendőrök szállítottak be.
Július 30-án, Wroclawban a rendőrök egy állítólag részeg ukrán állampolgárt vittek be a detoxikálóba (kijózanító), ahol a férfi a rendőrökkel való incidenst követően meghalt. Az eset csak ma, augusztus 18-án vált ismertté a Gazeta Wyborcza című kiadványban megjelent publikáció alapján.
Az újságíró közölte, a rendőrség egy „agresszív, ittas”, buszban alvó férfit vitt be a wroclawi detoxikáló állomásra. A dokumentumok ellenőrzése során megállapították, hogy egy ukrán állampolgárral van dolguk. A fogvatartott szervezetében 1,5 ppm alkoholt találtak. A bilincs levétele után az őrizetbe vett férfi ököllel ütötte meg az egyik rendőrt, a másiknak pedig megharapta az ujját. Hogy lehiggadjon, a rendfenntartók még egy járőr csoportot hívtak a helyszínre. A férfi látszólag csak azt követően nyugodott meg, hogy megkötözték.
A Gazeta Wyborcza forrása szerint néhány perccel később a férfi kékülni és fulladozni kezdett, majd meghalt.
A halál okát boncolás és toxikológiai vizsgálat határozza meg. A nyomozók nem zárják ki, hogy az elhunyt szervezetében az alkohol mellett más anyagok is voltak – például drogok. Az ügyben a swidnicai kerületi ügyészség nyomoz.

Beszorult a bukóra nyitott ablakba, és majdnem megfulladt egy 42 éves ukrán férfi, amikor részegen megpróbált bemászni volt barátnője lakásába Herszon városában – írja a helyi sajtó.
A beszámoló szerint a nő azzal hívta ki a rendőröket, hogy volt barátja zaklatja. Mikor a rendőrök kiértek, a férfit már a lakás egyik bukóra nyitott ablakában találták, ahova teljesen beszorult.
A rendőrség közlése szerint a férfi már alig lélegzett, és nem volt eszméleténél, amikor rátaláltak, és azonnal értesítették a mentőket, majd megkezdték mentését. A nő – aki közben az egyik szomszédjához menekült – kinyitotta a lakást, és így a volt barátnő segítségével ki tudták szabadítani a férfit az ablakból.
A beszámolók szerint a mentőautóval kórházba szállított férfi végül nem szenvedett súlyos sérüléseket, de könnyen meg is halhatott volna, ha nem mentik ki időben az ablak fogságából, csak a rendőrök gyors segítségének köszönheti, hogy életben maradt.

Többször hívta a rendőrséget éjjel egy férfi Lembergben, hogy bepanaszolja a feleségét, amiért elutasítja vele az intim együttlétet – adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál pénteken a megyei rendőrségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Katerina Ribij, a Lemberg megyei rendőrség járőrszolgálatának sajtószóvivője a médiával közölte, hogy a 102-es vonalra az éjszaka folyamán több bejelentés érkezett egy 44 éves lembergi férfitől, aki azt állította, hogy a felesége ellopja tőle szerelmet, mert visszautasítja vele a szexet, és fél közelíteni az asszonyhoz, nehogy az szexuális zaklatással vádolja. Egyúttal azt is kérte, hogy küldjenek ki hozzá két nyomozót a családon belüli erőszak elleni ügyosztályról.
A rendőrjárőr kénytelen volt eleget tenni a hívásnak. A helyszínen kiderült, hogy a férfi felesége nincs otthon, ő maga pedig ittas, ráadásul a lépcsőházban tiltott helyen dohányzott. Ezért nemcsak a hamis rendőrségi hívásért, hanem tiltott helyen történő dohányzásért is bírságot kell fizetnie. És mivel már korábban már volt büntetése hasonló bejelentés miatt, a mostani bírság már egészen zsebbe vágó lesz.

A hatóságok operatív csoportja előállította annak a bűnbandának az egyik tagját, mely rátámadt egy nyugdíjas házaspárra az éjszaka közepén. A bűnözőkre 12 év börtönbüntetés várhat.
Az eset a huszti járási Ölyvösön történt július elején. Két maszkos személy az éjszaka közepén betört egy nyugdíjas házaspár otthonába, megkötözték a 63 és 68 éves lakókat, megverték őket és pénzt követeltek tőlük.
A hölgy ijedtében elmondta, hol őrzik megtakarított pénzüket. A tettesek 4 ezer dollárt, 2 ezer hrivnyát és arany ékszereket tulajdonítottak el tőlük. Ezt követően a férfit a garázsban parkoló autó csomagtartójába, a hölgyet pedig a szalonba zárták be, majd elmenekültek a helyszínről.
A hatóságokat az áldozatok értesítették a történtekről. A rendőrök azonnal nyomozni kezdtek az ügy kapcsán, s július 21-én sikerült kézre keríteniük az egyik tettest. A bűnöző az ország másik végén, Doneck megyében bujdosott. Kiderült, hogy a bűntettet a letartóztatott 53 éves férfi és egy 26 éves fiatal követte el.
Az ügyben folyik az eljárás, a másik tettest még nem sikerült előállítani.

Franciaországban július 21-től kötelező lesz szigorúan ellenőrizni a teljes immunizálást igazoló oltási igazolványokat vagy PCR teszteket a közösségi élet minden színterén. A francia rendőrség szakszervezetének vezetője, Grégory Joron ezzel összefüggésben arra hívja fel a francia kormány figyelmét, hogy a francia rendőröknek nem áll sem szándékukban, sem módjukban az, hogy részt vegyenek a Covid-igazolványok ellenőrzésében, a teraszokon vagy máshol tömegével jelenlévő renitensek lefülelésében és szankcionálásában.

Ennek ellenőrzése nem tartozik a mi hivatásunkhoz” – figyelmeztet a kialakulófélben lévő káoszra Joron. A 67 millió lakosú Franciaországban eddig hozzávetőleg 30 millió francia kapta meg oltásának mindkét adagját, az ország nagyobb része tehát beoltatlan.

A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a bűnszervezet vezetője két kijevi lakos, akik négy személyt fogadtak fel a kokain, cannabis, amfetamin és más illegális szerek árusítására. A hatóságok 2020 óta vizsgálják a banda tevékenységét.
A házkutatások során 750 gramm cannabist, közel 250 gramm kokaint, 150 gramm amfetamint, metadont és más kábítószereket találtak, ezenkívül mérlegeket és a csomagoláshoz szükséges felszereléseket is lefoglaltak.
A lefoglalt tárgyi bizonyítékok értéke több mint egymillió hrivnya. Az ügyben tart az eljárás.

Az elmúlt két nap folyamán legalább 26 ember életét vesztette abban a párharcban, ami a venezuelai védelmi erők és a Caracasban található szegény negyedben uralkodó bűnszervezet között bontakozott ki.
A BBC hírportál értesülései szerint a bűnbanda összesen 22 tagja, valamint négy járőr halt bele az összecsapásokba. Carmen Melendez belügyminiszter elmondta, a pontos számok még ennél is magasabbak lehetnek, az incidens során ugyanis legalább 28-an megsérültek, közülük 18-an járókelők voltak.
Szerda éjszaka a tűzoltók megrohamozták a főváros szegény negyedében lévő lakásokat, hogy a bennük élőket kimenekítsék az otthonukból, mivel tudatában voltak annak, hogy nagy leszámolás készülődik.
Az ütközet során különféle géppisztolyokat, gránátokat, valamint még hadiipari drónokat is bevetettek a gengszterek; ez utóbbit annak érdekében, hogy a lehető legrészletesebb információkat gyűjtsék be az őket leszerelni kívánó ellenséges védelmi erőkről.
Nagyjából 2 500 rendőrtisztet vezényeltek ki a helyszínre, hogy elfogják a bűnőzői csoport vezetőjét, akire korábban 500 ezer amerikai dolláros, vagyis körülbelül 150 millió forintos vérdíjat tűztek ki. A rendőrség több mint 24 ezer darab lőszerrel, három aknavetővel, öt gépkarabéllyal, négy géppisztollyal és rengeteg kézifegyverrel indult neki a csatának.
Melendez szerint valóságos háborús övezet alakult ki a negyedben, és bár komoly veszteségeket szenvedtek el, végül sikeresnek bizonyult a leszámolás, a banda tagjait pedig letartóztatták, és hamarosan a börtön rácsai mögött találhatják magukat.
Venezuela egyébként biztonsági szempontból a világ egyik legveszélyesebb országa, 2020-ban mintegy 12 ezer erőszakos halált regisztráltak az államban, ami azt jelenti, hogy 100 ezer lakosra 45,6 gyilkosság jut, amely hétszer magasabb mutató, mint a globális átlag.
