Április 25-én érkezett bejelentés a mentőszolgálathoz, miszerint a Rahói járásban a Tiszába hajtott egy gépkocsi.
A Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálata Kárpátaljai Kirendeltsége 15 óra 10 perckor kapta a Lonka községben történt balesetről szóló bejelentést. Az információk szerint egy Mitsubishi L200-as típusú gépjármű a folyóba sodródott, azonban nem tudni, mi történt a sofőrrel. A mentők átvizsgálták a járművet és a folyó jobb partját. Az 1949-es születésű felsőapsai lakos a tűzoltók kiérkezésekor nem volt a kocsiban. Április 25-én 20 óráig a feltételezett holttestet nem találták meg. A magas vízállás, a folyó erős sodrása és a sötét napszak miatt a kutatást felfüggesztették. A helyszínen Andrij Pavlenko készített fényképeket.
A kutatási és mentési műveletekben a Nagybocskói Állami Tűzoltó- és Mentőegység egy brigádja, valamint a Huszti Búvár- és Mentési Osztag vett részt.

Március 27-én este a tiszaújlaki határőrség munkatársai sikeresen megakadályoztak egy újabb cigarettacsempészési kísérletet.
Járőrözés közben a hatóságok észrevettek néhány személyt, akik csomagokkal a hátukon a határvonal felé igyekeztek. A bűnözők a Tiszán akarták átjuttatni a csempészárut a határ túloldalára.
A csempészek a figyelmeztető lövésekre sem voltak hajlandóak megállni, vízbe ugrottak és elmenekültek, csomagjaikat hátrahagyták. A 10 ládában összesen 5 ezer doboz zárjegy nélküli cigaretta volt.
Az ügyben eljárás indult, a lefoglalt tárgyi bizonyítékokat átadják az Állami Fiskális Szolgálatnak – közölte a munkácsi határőregység sajtószolgálata.

Környezetkárosítás miatt feljelentést tett a Tiszán, a Krasznán és a Szamoson érkező kommunális hulladék miatt a Jobbik – jelentette be a magyar ellenzéki párt két politikusa sajtótájékoztatón szerdán.
Adorján Béla, a Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megyei közgyűlés képviselője a nyíregyházi ukrán konzulátus előtt tartott eseményen elmondta, a feljelentést ugyan ismeretlen tettes ellen tette meg a párt, de a bizonyítékaik alapján egyértelmű, hogy a folyókat évek óta szennyező hulladék Ukrajnából és Romániából érkezik. Szavai szerint az elmúlt húsz év „diplomáciai udvariaskodása” sehová nem vezet, a környezetszennyezés megállítása érdekében indított tárgyalások és intézkedések pedig eredménytelenek.
Utalt arra, hogy a kormánynak vannak törekvései a vízfelszínen úszó hulladék leszedésére, de – tette hozzá – ez csak szükségmegoldás és kárenyhítés, a szennyezést nem szünteti meg. „Felszólítjuk a magyar lakosságot, hogy ha tehetik, a rájuk eső szemetet zsákokba gyűjtsék össze és adják vissza a szennyező ország képviselőinek vagy a szennyező országnak!” – közölte Adorján Béla.
Gyüre Csaba, a párt országgyűlési képviselője elmondta, a környezetkárosítás miatt megtett feljelentés ügyében a Legfőbb Ügyészség rendelt el nyomozást. Hozzátette, a magyar kormány az elmúlt húsz évben semmilyen lépést nem tett a szennyezés felszámolására, valamint a kármentesítés költségeinek megtérítését sem kérte a szennyező országoktól, holott erre a nemzetközi egyezmények szerint lenne lehetősége.
A Jobbik a konkrét szennyezés ügyében a büntetőjogi felelősség megállapítását, valamint a nemzetközi szerződések betartását, és önálló környezetvédelmi minisztérium felállítását követeli – mondta Gyüre Csaba.
A tájékoztatót követően az ellenzéki politikusok két, a Tiszából kiszedett hulladékkal megtöltött zsákot helyeztek el az ukrán konzulátus bejáratánál.

A járőrök a folyó árterében tartóztatták fel a határsértőket. Később újabb migránsokat fogtak el.
A Csongrád-Csanád megyei határszakaszon, Szeged külterületén, a Tisza árterében észleltek a rendőrök 2020. augusztus 21-én 0 óra 45 perckor három migránst, akik úszva próbáltak meg Magyarországra jutni Szerbiából.
Az intézkedés során mindhárman szír állampolgárnak vallották magukat.
Nem sokkal később, 2 óra 35 perckor Szeged közigazgatási területén, a folyó partján hat migránst tartóztattak fel, akik gumicsónakkal, jogellenes módon jutottak be Magyarország területére.

Jókora árhullám indult meg a Tisza felső szakaszain és a Szamoson. Tiszabecsen 1,5 méteres, Vásárosnaménynál 3 méteres vízállás-emelkedést tapasztaltak. Az áradás a másodfokú árvízvédelmi készültségi szintet is elérheti. A víz hatalmas mennyiségű szemetet szállít Ukrajnából és Romániából az Magyarországba, a szakemberek kedd reggelig 911 köbméter vegyes hulladéktól tisztították meg a folyót.
Az Országos Vízügyi Főigazgatóság tájékoztatójából kiderült, hogy a Tisza medrének teljes szélességében érkező úszó hulladékot, szemetet és más idegen anyagokat Aranyosapátinál néhány napos, míg Vásárosnaménynál tíznapos időtartamban, részleges mederelzárással távolították el a nyíregyházi vízügyi szakemberek, a két helyszínen III. fokú vízminőségi kárelhárítási készültséget rendeltek el.
Szegeden a frissen átadott tiszai Partfürdő kikötőjének stégeit a felhalmozódott hulladék miatt bontani kényszerülnek, a fennakadt szemét a hajóbeállókat is megrongálta. A szeméthalmok most a part mentén haladnak tovább, veszélybe került a vitorlás kikötő és a strand is – írja a PestiSrácok.hu.

- Huszt 360–410 cm (16 órai szint – 270 cm), víz kiáramlása az ártérbe, magántulajdonban lévő telkek kerülhetnek víz alá Kriva faluban, a Felsőveresmart–Huszt és a Huszt–Szeklence útszakaszon átfolyásokra lehet számítani;

Kiderült az oka, miért ugrott a Tiszába a 28 éves ukrán állampolgárságú fiatalember.
Ahogyan arról korábban beszámoltunk, Magyarországra sodort a Tisza egy ukrán férfit. A Kölcsei Határrendészeti Kirendeltség hajóvezetője és pénzügyőr társa a Tisza folyón teljesítettek szolgálatot 2020. június 5-én. Az egyenruhások 20 óra után néhány perccel arra lettek figyelmesek, hogy a folyóban egy emberi test sodródik.
Liszák György r. törzszászlós a hajót közelebb kormányozta, és Papp Kornél pü. zászlóssal kimentették a vízből a bajba jutott férfit. Az ukrán-magyar kettős állampolgárságú férfi megmentőinek elmondta, hogy szerelmi bánatából eredő elkeseredettségében, Ukrajnában a tiszaújlaki hídról vetette magát a folyóba.
Partra érés után a férfit az időközben értesített mentőszolgálat munkatársai kórházba vitték, miután átadták az ukrán hatóságoknak.

A munkácsi határőregység terebesfejérpataki kirendeltségének munkatársai szolgálat közben észrevették, hogy a Tisza folyó, Magyarország oldalán, egy életjelek nélküli testet sodor.
A határőrök azonnal értesítették magyar kollégáikat a történtekről. Rövid időn belül üzenetet kaptak, miszerint a magyarországi hatóságok kiemeltek egy eszméletlen férfit, s kihívták a helyszínre a mentőszolgálatot.
Az ukrán rendőrség később kiderítette, hogy az áldozat egy 28 éves ukrajnai fiatalember, aki az egyik határ menti település lakosa. A férfi egy hídról ugrott a folyóba, melynek következtében valószínűleg megsérült, s a folyó magával sodorta. Szerencsére sikerült megmenteni életét, s átadták az ukrán hatóságoknak. Az, hogy miért ugrott a folyóba, egyelőre nem ismert.

Kisebb árhullám vonul le a Tisza magyarországi szakaszán, és az árral egyre több kommunális hulladék érkezik Ukrajnából – közölte a magyar Országos Vízügyi Főigazgatóság (OVF) pénteken az MTI-vel. A hulladékot géplánccal távolítják el.
A Felső-Tisza vízgyűjtőjére az elmúlt 24 órában lehullott csapadék hatására a Tisza magyarországi szakaszán kisebb árhullám vonul le. Az áradással egy időben, csütörtök délután a Felső-Tisza-vidéki Vízügyi Igazgatóság figyelőszolgálata a telepített kamerarendszer alapján jelezte, hogy ukrán területről percenként mintegy húsz kommunális hulladék érkezik a folyón.
Hozzátették: a magyar Országos Meteorológiai Szolgálat előrejelzése szerint a következő 24 órában a Felső-Tisza vízgyűjtőjén 6 milliméter csapadék várható, amely további vízszintemelkedést okoz, és az áradással várhatóan további flakon és uszadék érkezik.
A Felső-Tisza-vidéki Vízügyi Igazgatóság vezetője a hulladék eltávolítása érdekében csütörtök 14 órától harmadfokú vízminőségi kárelhárítási készültséget rendelt el, ennek során géplánccal távolítják el a folyón érkező PET-palackokat és egyéb kommunális hulladékot.
Az OVF tájékoztatása szerint pénteken elkezdődik az erdőtakarítás Tiszaszalkánál, és így a magyar Tisza egyik legszennyezettebb, Natura 2000-es ártéri erdeje tisztul meg hétvégén a hulladéktól. Mint írták, most először, a magyar vízügyesek meghívására, több mint ötven ukrán vízügyi szakember is részt vesz az akcióban, amelyben a vízügyi szakemberek mellett PET Kupások és civilek vesznek részt.
Az Országos Vízügyi Főigazgatóság a kármentesítéshez szükséges teljes infrastruktúrával, a vízügy szakértőivel és önkénteseivel segíti a munkát.
