A ENSZ Emberi Jogi Ellenőrző Missziója szerint Ukrajnában a háború 500 napja alatt háromszor annyi civil halt meg, mint az elmúlt 8 évben.
A jelentésben láthatjuk, hogy a misszió több mint 9000 személy halálát regisztrálta hivatalosan, köztük több mint 500 gyermekét. Hozzátették azonban, hogy a valós adatok jelentősen eltérhetnek, a számok jóval nagyobbak.
„Ma újabb szomorú adatot közlünk a háború kapcsán, amely szörnyű áldozatokkal jár Ukrajna civil lakosságának körében” – közölte Noel Calhoun, a misszió helyettes vezetője.

A humanitárius missziók elleni orosz támadásokról szólva megjegyezte, hogy a teljes körű invázió kezdete óta az Ukrajnai Vöröskereszt Társaság 25 objektuma sérült meg vagy semmisült meg teljesen.
Kiszlicja elmondása szerint Oroszország újabb tömeges támadásokat indított több tucat iráni drón, cirkáló rakéta és S-300 alkalmazásával. Három civil meghalt, egy pedig megsérült a luhanszki Szvativszki járás elleni ellenséges légitámadás következtében.
A hírt Artem Liszohor, a megyei katonai adminisztráció vezetője (OVA) közölte.
„Három civil életét vesztette. Egyikük nyaki sérülést szerzett, illetve a karján és a lábán is megsebesül a Szvativszki járásban található Novojehorivka oroszok általi bombázása következtében. Egy 1977-ben született nő Harkivban került kórházba. Tegnap egy ellenséges lövedék eltalált egy családi házat, amelyben emberek tartózkodtak, és tűz ütött ki. Sajnos az erős tűz miatt nem sikerült kimenteni az embereket az égő törmelék alól” – mondta el.
Az OVA vezetője hozzátette, hogy az ellenség az elmúlt napokban szinte folyamatosan taktikai repülőkkel bombázta az említett járás elfoglalt településeit.

Mintegy 8500 civil áldozata van a több mint egy éve tartó ukrajnai háborúnak, ám félő, hogy ezen kívül még több ezer megerősítetlen halálesetről lehet szó – tudatta közleményében az ENSZ emberi jogi főbiztosának hivatala Genfben.
A hivatal a közleményben 8490 megerősített lakossági halálesetről, valamint 14 244 sebesülésről számolt be a tavaly február 24-én kitört háború kezdete és az április 9. között eltelt időben.
Kiemelik ugyanakkor, hogy ez az adat „csak a jéghegy csúcsa”, mivel a szervezetnek igen korlátozott hozzáférése van a csatatéren történtekhez, több helyszínről emiatt késve érkeznek vagy még mindig megerősítésre várnak a jelentések.
Mint írták, a halálesetek nagy része az ukrán kormány által felügyelt, valamint orosz támadás alatt álló területeken történt. Az Ukrajnától elcsatolt luhanszki és donyecki régiókban például közel négyezer lakossági halálesetet regisztráltak, ám az orosz erők Donyeck megye keleti részén még erősebb támadásba lendültek, itt pedig több várost és települést is bombáznak.
Egy, az ENSZ által megbízott nyomozói szerv múlt havi jelentésében beszámolt róla, hogy az orosz katonaság „kíméletlen és aránytalan” támadásokat hajtott végre Ukrajna ellen, Moszkva ugyanakkor tagadja, hogy az egy éve tartó harcok során civileket vett volna célpontba.

Tavaly augusztus elejétől idén január végéig legalább 5987 civilt öltek vagy sebesítettek meg az orosz–ukrán háborúban az ENSZ Emberi Jogi Főbiztosságának (OHCHR) friss jelentése szerint. Mivel ez a szám csak azokat az eseteket tartalmazza, amelyeket az ENSZ nyomozói ellenőrizni tudtak, a valós szám lényegesen magasabb lehet.
A civil áldozatok legnagyobb részéért a válogatás nélkül pusztító robbanóeszközök a felelősek az OHCHR szerint. A Szabad Európa oldalán szemlézett jelentésben az is szerepel, hogy legalább négyszer annyi a civil áldozat az ukránok által ellenőrzött területeken, mint az oroszok által ellenőrzötteken.
Az ENSZ nyomozói 133 szexuális erőszakot is dokumentáltak, ezek többségét az orosz megszállás alatt álló területeken követték el.
Az OHCHR „komolyan aggódik” amiatt, hogy az orosz erők gyerekeket bántalmaznak, kínoznak és rabolnak el. Van köztük öt tizenéves fiú, akiket elhurcoltak és megkínoztak.
A friss jelentés 15 ukrán és 25 orosz hadifogoly gyorsított eljárásban történt kivégzését dokumentálta, amiről azt írták: „háborús bűncselekménynek minősülhetnek”.
Moszkva és Kijev egyelőre nem kommentálta az OHCHR hadifoglyokról szóló jelentését.

Az Egyesült Nemzetek Szervezete (ENSZ) az orosz invázió kezdete óta 21 965 áldozatot regisztrált Ukrajna polgári lakossága körében, közülük 8 231-en életüket vesztették, 13 734-en pedig megsebesültek – számolt be kedden az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál az ENSZ Emberi Jogi Főbiztosi Hivatalának (OHCHR) jelentésére hivatkozva.
A közlemény szerint az OHCHR 3 664 férfi, 2173 nő, 260 fiú és 203 lány halálát erősítette meg, 31 gyermek és 1900 felnőtt nemét még nem sikerült megállapítani. A szervezet jelentéséből kiderült, hogy 17 619 áldozat (6 372 halott és 11 247 sebesült) tartózkodott az Ukrajna által ellenőrzött területen az orosz invázió idején.
Idén március 1. és 12. között az ENSZ 293 ukrán civil áldozatot regisztrált: 84 halottat és 209 sebesültet. A világszervezet hangsúlyozta, hogy a halálos áldozatok valós száma sokkal magasabb, mivel egyes helyekről, ahol heves harcok folytak, késnek az információk, és sok jelentést még meg kell erősíteni. Ez vonatkozik például Mariupolra, Liszicsanszkra, Popasznára és Szeverodonyeckre, ahol a polgári lakosság körében számos áldozat van.

Már több mint 8000 civil halottja van a csaknem egy éve tartó ukrajnai háborúnak, a halálos áldozatok mintegy 90 százaléka robbanásokban vesztette életét – jelentette be az ENSZ emberi jogi főbiztosának hivatala.
A szervezet legutóbb február 12-én tette közzé a hivatalosan ismert halálos áldozatok számát, amely akkor 7199 volt.
A főbiztosi hivatal – amelynek több tucat megfigyelője tartózkodik Ukrajnában – leszögezte: a valódi számok vélhetően sokkal magasabbak, hozzátéve, hogy jelenleg is ellenőrzik a hozzájuk érkező újabb adatokat.
„Ez az adat csupán a jéghegy csúcsa” – szögezte le közleményben Volker Türk, a világszervezet emberi jogi főbiztosa.
Matilda Bogner, az hivatal ukrajnai misszióvezetője azt mondta, akár több ezerrel lehet magasabb a halottak valódi száma, hozzátéve, hogy sok halálos áldozatot, zömüket a dél-ukrajnai, jelenleg orosz megszállás alatt álló Mariupolban még nem vettek nyilvántartásba.
A mintegy 450 ezres várost a három hónapon át tartó orosz ostrom csaknem teljesen megsemmisítette. Oroszország tagadja, hogy szándékosan intézne támadást civilek ellen.
