A napokban a rendőrséghez fordult segítségért egy nő, aki azt kérte, hogy találják meg 63 éves anyját. Elmondta, hogy míg külföldön tartózkodott, megszűnt a kapcsolata édesanyjával, a hölgy nem vette fel a telefont.
A nyugdíjas hölgy fiával élt egy háztartásban, azonban a falubeliek elmondása szerint otthon sem látták már hosszú ideje. A helyszínre kiérkezett a rendőrség, s kiderítették, hogy a fiának köze lehet a hölgy eltűnéséhez.
A nyomozás során tragikus tényre derült fény. A 37 éves férfi ez év februárjában, ittas állapotban összeszólalkozott anyjával, bántalmazta, a hölgy pedig belehalt sérüléseibe. A tettes a ház udvarán ásta el anyja holttestét.

Az eset május 8-án történt. A rendőrséget egy hölgy arról értesítette, hogy szomszédasszonya több napja nem jött ki a házból, ezért arra kéri a hatóságokat, ellenőrizzék, minden rendben van-e vele. A helyszínre kiérkezett az operatív csoport, akik erőszakos halál nyomait fedezték fel az 55 éves nő testén.
Kiderült, hogy a tettes nem más, mint a nő 35 éves fia. A férfit előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték, 10 év börtönbüntetésre is számíthat.
A hírt a megyei rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya közölte.

Vitalij Hlahola újságíró elmondása szerint a sokkoló eset a técsői járási Alsókálinfalván történt. A hatóságoknál maga a kislány tett feljelentést március 29-én.
Elmondása szerint mostohaapja 2021 júliusától több alkalommal is megerőszakolta, s a volóci járási nemi erőszakkal kapcsolatos eset hallattán úgy döntött, segítséget kér a rendőrségtől. Hozzátette, hogy anyja többször is arra kényszerítette, hogy egyidejűleg létesítsen szexuális kapcsolatot vele és mostohaapjával.
A hatóságok házkutatást végeztek a gyermek lakóhelyén, ahol számos bizonyítékot találtak, a szülők videofelvételt is készítettek a történekről. Később kiderült, hogy a kislányt 7 éves kora óta molesztálják.
A gyermek jelenleg szociális gondozók felügyelete alatt tartózkodik, a szülőket őrizetbe vették, az ügyben pedig büntetőeljárást indítottak.

Szomorú statisztikát közölt az ENSZ: 2021-ben minden órában több mint öt nőt vagy lánygyereket gyilkolt meg saját családtagja, ez összesen nagyjából 45 ezer nőt jelent az egész évre levetítve.
A Guardian azt írja, a tavalyi év során összesen 81 100 nőt öltek meg, tehát ennek több mint a fele (56 százalék) családon belül elkövetett erőszak áldozata lett.
Az ENSZ szerint a számok riasztóan magasak, de a nőgyilkosságok – vagyis azon gyilkosságok, amelyeknél a kiváltó ok egész egyszerűen az, hogy az áldozat nő – valós száma valószínűleg még ennél is sokkal magasabb. 2021-ben tíz halálesetből nagyjából négyet nem számítottak nőgyilkosságnak, mert nem állt rendelkezésre elegendő adat. A nőgyilkosságra vonatkozó hivatalos adatok nagyjából változatlanok maradtak az elmúlt évtizedben.
Tavaly Ázsiában történt a legtöbb családon belüli nőgyilkosság, itt a statisztikák szerint 17 800 nőt gyilkoltak meg így. A kutatás azonban kimutatta, hogy Afrikában a nőket és a lányokat nagyobb veszély fenyegeti abban, hogy családtagjaik öljék meg őket. A nemi hovatartozással összefüggő családon belüli gyilkosságok arányát Afrikában 100 ezer nőre vetítve 2,5-re becsülték, míg Amerikában ez a szám 1,4, Óceániában 1,2, Ázsiában 0,8, Európában pedig 0,6.
A kutatás szerint a koronavírus-járvány kitörése 2020-ban egybeesett a nőgyilkosságok számának jelentős növekedésével Észak-Amerikában, valamint Nyugat- és Dél-Európában.
Európa és Amerika 25 országából származó adatok azt mutatják, hogy a növekedés nagyrészt a férjeken és partnereken kívüli más családtagok által elkövetett gyilkosságok miatt következett be.
Átfogó és pontos adatokat kell gyűjteni a nőgyilkosságról, és a statisztikáknak tartalmazniuk kell az erőszak egyéb formáiból eredő haláleseteket is, idézi a Guardian Bárbara Jiménez-Santiago emberi jogi ügyvédet, az Equality Now nemzetközi nőjogi szervezet amerikai regionális koordinátorát. Ebbe a kategóriába tartozik például az a nő, aki nemi erőszak után öngyilkos lesz, vagy az a lány, aki nemi erőszak miatt teherbe esik, majd meghal a szülés során.
„A családon belüli erőszakot a világ egyes részein még mindig magánügynek, családi ügynek tekintik – mondta. – A rendőrség és az ügyészség gyakran nem veszi komolyan az eseteket, és az áldozatok hibáztatása széles körben elterjedt. Ez visszatartja a nőket és a lányokat attól, hogy jelentsék a jogsértéseket. Az elkövetők büntetlenül maradnak, és ez állandósítja a további visszaéléseket.”

Majdnem két évtizeden át tartotta fogva egy brazil férfi feleségét és két gyermekét Rio de Janeiro egyik nyugati kerületében, Guaratibában. A nő július 28-án, csütörtökön szabadult ki a fogságból, tizenhét év után.
A fogva tartott édesanya szerint a férje megfenyegette, hogy csak holtában távozhat a közös otthonukból. A pár huszonhárom éve házasodott össze, a férfi, Luiz Antonio Santos Silva pedig tizenhét éven keresztül tartotta fogolyként a nejét és közös gyermekeiket. Gyakran előfordult, hogy ő és a gyerekek napokon keresztül nem jutottak élelemhez, a férfi pedig mind pszichésen, mind pedig fizikálisan bántalmazta őket – mesélte az asszony.
A két felnőtt gyerekre borzalmas körülmények között, megkötözve és kiéheztetve találtak rá – írja a helyi sajtó a rendőrség információira hivatkozva. A gyerekek tizenkilenc és huszonkét évesek. William Oliveira, a katonai rendőrség századosa úgy nyilatkozott az O Dia napilapnak, hogy első pillantásra kiskorúnak hitte a két felnőtt gyereket, mert annyira alultápláltak és fejletlenek voltak – írja a BBC.
„Amikor megláttuk őket, azt gondoltuk, hogy még egy hetet biztosan nem éltek volna túl” – nyilatkozta az áldozatok egyik szomszédja a G1 brazil híroldalnak.
Kiszabadulásuk után azonnal kórházba szállították mindhármukat, ahol kiszáradás és alultápláltság miatt vették kezelésbe az anyát és két gyermekét. A riói rendőrség belső vizsgálatot indít annak érdekében, hogy feltárja: miért nem szabadították ki a családot előbb a fogságból, főleg annak ismeretében, hogy már 2020-ban kaptak egy fülest a fogvatartásukról.

Távoltartási végzést kértek Ricky Martin ellen. A hatóság egyelőre nem tudta kikézbesíteni a latin énekesnek a parancsot.
Távoltartási végzést adtak ki a családon belüli erőszakról szóló törvény alapján a világsztár Ricky Martin ellen. A parancsot pénteken írta alá a hatóság, azonban kézbesítése egyelőre sikertelen, mivel a latin Grammy-díjas énekest nem találták otthon.
Az, hogy ki kérte a távoltartást, egyelőre nem ismert, de egy Puerto Rico-i újság szerint a végzésben az áll, Martin és a benyújtó hét hónapig randevúzott egymással, majd két hónapja szakítottak. Ez utóbbit nem tudta elfogadni az énekes és többször várakozott a benyújtó háza előtt.
Az ABC News szerint a kérelmet benyújtó félti a biztonságát. A végzés pedig megtiltja Martinnak, hogy kapcsolatba lépjen vagy telefonon beszéljen volt párjával.
